본 논문에서는 구조적으로 분산 침입탐지시스템의 구조를 계승하면서 동시에 홈네트워크의 환경을 최대한 고려하여 HNHDIDS(Home Network Hierarchical Distributed Intrusion Detection System)로 명명된 새로운 계층적 분산 침입탐지 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 단일 클래스 support vector machine(support vector data description)과 지역적 에이전트(agent)들을 계층적으로 결합한 구조로써, 홈네트워크의 환경을 위하여 최적화되었다. 만족스러운 침입 탐지율과 안전한 FNR(false negative rate) 수치 등을 실험을 통하여 확인함으로써 제안된 시스템이 홈네트워크 환경에 적합함을 검증하였다.

The Objective of this study was to develop a system for visualizing inundation area by using 1-D numerical model analyzing damage information such as inundation area, facilities, land usages, population, building, loads. In this study, we have reviewed hydraulic models to select a flood model for simulation of discharges, water depths and velocities. The study area is Namhan River from Youngwol to Paldang Dam which had a flood damage on upper and below regions of Chungju Dam by a storm event in 2006. At the first, we developed the DB system base on GIS thematic map, ortho images, cadastral maps to analyze flood damages and support decisions making. Changing the boundary conditions such as discharge at the gauging stations, flood simulations were performed and then damages were extracted from the databases information support system based on 1-D numerical hydraulic model, it is expected to be able to analyze flood damages and support a decision making for reduce flood relate damages. In the future, the system developed in this study could be applied for flood forecasting system of small scaled streams.

The main purpose of the study is to identify the key aspects of legislative support standards in the countries of the European Union in the field of building a system of local self-government. The European Union during the history of its existence has developed a set of standards on which the systems of local self-government of the European Union member states and applicants for this status are built. The complexity and at the same time the importance of legislative regulation of the functioning of this system is evidenced by the fact that the legislation and principles of international law used by the European Union in the field of local self-government are among the "youngest". This is due to the role played by local self-government in the development of a democratic political system, as well as the search for an optimal balance between centralization and decentralization. Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the legislative support standards in the countries of the European Union in the field of building a system of local self-government. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites for the legislative support standards in the countries of the European Union in the field of building a system of local self-government were investigated.

Recently a multi-attribute structure analysis method is one of the evident areas of important points in the decision support system analysis. This research developed an internet/intranet-based solution builder for a three-step decision support system using fuzzy-AHP in the view of 1) brainstorming far the idea generation, 2) fuzzy-AHP (fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) as a multi-attribute structured analysis method and 3) aggregation logic model to integrate the results of individual analysis. We applied this decision support system to the make-or-buy decision problem for school foodservice system considering the multi-attributes in the decision making. A computer program is developed and demonstrated it internet/intranet-based decision problem. It was known that this solution builder provides decision makers a good tool for mate-of-buy group decision making.

This paper is about the development of automatic inspection system of welded nuts on Support hinge using machine vision for the improvement of working condition. Until now, projection welding process was performed by operator. Also, inspection of welded nuts is performed manually and recorded by the operator's naked eye. So these processes caused the produce of poorly-made articles. To improve this manual operation, inspection system using machine vision is introduced. Test algorithm, lighting system and program showed good results to the designed inspection system and led to the increment of productivity.

The cable bolt is useful underground space support system such as mining in Europe. In spite of favorable strength characteristics, past record of the cable bolt is rarely in Korea. In this study, to evaluate the mechanically characteristics the cable bolt on tunnel support system. To conduct the laboratory strength test in order to enquire material properties as reinforcement material and numerical analysis was performed considering laboratory test results. To estimate the behavior characteristics on tunnel system in which supported by the cable bolt system and compared the behavior characteristics with the rebar rock bolt system result.

Any ERP system pushes a company toward full process integration and solves the fragmentation of information. However, the tight process integration can propagate and magnify mistakes made in one department into the other departments in real time. Thus, it can be posited that a central support system for the coordination can help ERP users and administrators dig out problems, take care of tedious validation and verification, and maintain process integration of ERP with great consistency. This paper ,proposes an agent-based ERP operations support system (EOSS) that aims at achieving and maintaining process integration of ERP at the highest level possible. With EOSS, the process integrity is monitored, with anomalies prevented as early as possible and repaired as precisely as possible.

최근 청년 세대의 취업률 하락과 직장에서의 조기퇴직 등의 영향으로 소상공인 창업 시장의 경쟁이 과열되고 있다. 또한 부동산 부양 정책 등과 맞물려 국가의 가계부채가 1,200조를 넘어선 가운데, 소상공인 창업 실패비용도 한 영역을 차지하고 있다. 위와 같은 이유로 소상공인에 대한 정부의 지원이 다양한 차원에서 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 이중 소상공인시장진흥공단이 지원하는 제도 중 자금지원제도, 교육지원제도, 컨설팅지원제도가 소상공인의 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 소상공인 지원제도와 경영성과 간의 영향을 검증하기 위해 2013년 1월부터 2015년 10월 까지 위의 세 분야에 포함되는 소상공인 지원제도를 이용한 경남지역 내 소상공인 272명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통한 소상공인 지원제도와 경영성과 간의 유의적인 관계를 조사하였다. 또한, 각 지원제도별 이용 빈도, 이용 후 만족도 등을 조사하였으며, 추가적으로 각 지원제도를 이용하는 소상공인들의 특성을 창업동기, 창업형태, 아이템, 업종 경력, 종업원 수, 매출액 및 인구통계학적 측면에서 분석하였다. 분석결과, 자금지원제도와 컨설팅지원제도는 소상공인 지원제도를 이용한 경우에 경영성과가 높게 나타났다. 그러나 교육지원제도는 해당 제도를 이용하지 않은 경우 경영성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 검증하기 위해, 교육지원제도를 이용한 대상자들을 분석, 교육지원제도와 경영성과는 운영경력과 유의성이 있음을 확인할 수 있어 성장 단계별 지원이 이루어져야 함을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구는 창업 시장에 진입한 소상공인 및 정책 입안 담당자에게 도움이 되고자 수행하였으며, 향후 본 연구를 수행하며 도출한 결과 및 한계점을 분석하여 차기 연구를 수행하는데 중요한 참고사항으로 활용하고자 한다.

In this study, it collected and analyzed a construction case of the improved top-down support system application field on a case by case retaining wall method. The behavior of horizontal displacement was analyzed according to retaining wall type after reviewing a design stage and estimated horizontal displacement under the construction. The study results showed that it is judged stable until excavation termination irrelevant to a retaining wall method at the improved top-down support system application. It is judged that the settlement of behind ground can minimize because the retaining wall head displacement also behave stably. It was compared the predicted horizontal displacement in design and the measured horizontal displacement acquired through a measurement by using Elasto-Plastic analysis program. The comparison results showed that a similar horizontal displacement was predicted within stability standard irrelevant to a retaining wall method. So, it is decided that the advanced prediction is reasonable by Elasto-Plastic analysis in design applied the improved top-down support system. In the case of the ground anchor method application under a same condition, it is decided that a horizontal displacement will more increase than the improved top-down support system is applied. If a section condition is same, it was decided that to apply top-down support system is more stable than that.

최근 바이오헬스산업의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 정부지원의 혁신성이 요구되고 있으나 지원틀의 한계가 있어 사업화를 위한 지원이 미비하여 보완적 지원체계가 시급한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 국내의 기존 지원 및 평가가 따르는 TRL 개념을 고찰하고 이를 중심으로 현재 국내 적용 지원체계 실태와 해외의 지원사례 등을 검토하여, 정부가 펼치고 있는 현 TRL 기반의 지원정책이 오랜 기간과 투자가 많이 소요되는 바이오헬스 분야 사업화를 위해서는 한계를 가지고 있음을 지적하였다. 이를 바탕으로 후기 연구개발단계 문제점 해소를 위한 개선점과 바이오산업의 특성을 반영한 사업화 중심의 새로운 지원체계 개념을 상정하고 연구개발사업에 맞게 제시될 수 있는 정책방향과 연결지었다. 본 연구는 바이오헬스분야 사업화를 위해 연구와 산업의 거리를 좁히는 가이드라인 역할이 될 것임에 의의가 있다 할 것이다.
