This study has been designed to develop integrated supportive service works for the families of disabled children registered in the D-Healthy Family Support Center. The service works are intended to improve family members' health and their growth potentials, and cover service programs of family education, counselling, culture solidarity, and information networks. There are two topics covered in this study; first, this study is to develop integrated supportive service programs for the families of disabled children, and second, the study is also to construct comprehensive strategies and plans for effective services after evaluating practical service programs. In this study, 31 families with one or more disabled children have been selected through stratified random sampling, and all the family members were observed for program effects of integrated service items developed from previously validated indices. For analysis, eight question items were made for interview and each item denotes satisfaction score ranging from 1(very dissatisfied) to 5(very satisfied) on the Likert's five point scale. Mean value of each item was counted after the program, and satisfaction scores were compared over the programs implementation. Overall, the satisfaction scores range 4.1 to 4.6, indicating relatively high satisfaction over most service program. Therefore, it is finally proposed that a longitudinal strategy model offer high quality service programs consistently for the target families, as a goal of achieving comprehensive cooperation and support exchanges between community and healthy family support center be schematized.
As Information Technology has developed, The structure of information system used in organizations is changing from centralized computing structure to distributed computing structure. The roles of information department have expanded, which is not only develope and maintain system but also provide usage-support service to end-user. If organization support end-user properly, they get many benefits. if they don't do it properly, they waste many resource. Therefore, the purpose of this study is the search for quality determinant factors and type of information that provide user effective service under web-based information system. The result of this study is as follow First, when SERVQUAL is used, the quality determinant factors of usage-support service are categorized three, which is responsibility and assurance, empathy and tangable, and reliability. When SERVPERF is used, the determinant factors consist of five, but the use of assurance as a factor is cautious. Second, reliability and tangability among determinant factors affect general service quality, and tangibility is most important factors. third, When the locations of user are distributed the degree of general service quality is not different whether formal or informal information center provide usage-support service. This study may suggest practical implication as follows; First, as user are good at to use information system the degree of importance for tangibility are decreased. when user are individualized and improve their ability to use information system, empathy will not be important factors any more, therfore it assume that reliability will be most important factors. Second, if organizations promote not only formal informaton center but also informal inforamtion center they may support end-user more effectively. However, this study has the following limitations: First, it is difficult to generalize the result of this study Second, service quality determinant factors used in this study don't explain the influence to general service quality fully. Third, this study analyze a simple relation between service quality determinant factor and general service quality. Finally, this study don't distinguish between information system service and information support service.
This study examined the effects of social support on pre-service early childhood teacher's ego-resilience. The participants were 238 pre-service early childhood teachers in Daejeon Metropolitan City and Chungnam Province. The research instruments were Social Support by Yoon(1993), and Ego-Resilience by Park(1997). Collected data were analysed by F test and Duncon's test for post hoc test, and multiple regression, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for reliability by SPSS PC program(17.0 version). The results were as follows: First, There were no significant differences in social support by education term. However, there were differences between sub-factors of social support by education term. Two-year had higher scores on social support from friends than three-year. Second, there were significant differences in ego-resilience by education term. In the order of four-year, two-year, and three-year had higher scores on ego-resilience. And, there were differences between sub-factors of ego-resilience by education term. Four-year had higher scores on self-confidence than three-year and two-year. In the order of four-year, two-year, and three-year had higher scores on ego-resilience, and anger regulation. Last, social support from friend and social support from professor explained 15% of variance in pre-service early childhood teacher' ego-resilience.
This study evaluated methods of improving sustained learning participation by examining the structural relationship of school support consisting of professor support, friend-senior support and educational environment support, career decisionmaking self-efficacy, school satisfaction, and learning persistence depending on the characteristics of college students majoring in culinary art and food service. The study findings were as follows. First, the general characteristics of college students majoring in culinary art and food service were perceived significantly more by female students than by male students. Second, school support directly influenced the career decision-making self-efficacy and school satisfaction, but did not directly influence the learning persistence. Instead, school support influenced school satisfaction and learning persistence indirectly by the medium of career decision-making self-efficacy. Third, career decision-making self-efficacy directly influenced school satisfaction and learning persistence and indirectly influenced learning persistence by the medium of school satisfaction. Lastly, school satisfaction directly influenced the learning persistence, implying that school satisfaction is an important factor for the learning persistence of college students majoring in culinary art and food service. These results show that, because school members and environmental support cannot exclusively make learning persistence, diverse systems and programs must be developed and applied to improve the career decision-making self-efficacy and school satisfaction of college students majoring in culinary art and food service.

In 2013, the small retailer organized support service, which commenced in 2009, has been expanding its place in the policy by transforming into a small retailer cooperating support service. This support service supports two main sides. One of them is strengthening the financial aspects of the scale by organizing the small retailers in order to make the distribution efficient. The second is improving the management and enhancing the efficiency through visitation education. This research focuses on studying the effects of the visitation education which is one of the two aspects of small retailers support service. Empirical analysis on the effects of the visitation education's quality on the loyalty of support service and business performance was performed in detail by dividing the structure of the companies into chain form and combined form of small retailers. According to the results of the analysis, the visitation education's quality positively affected the support service's loyalty without any restrictions on the structures of the retailers. However in the business performances, the visitation education's quality only showed positive effects on the combined form of small retailers. Therefore, it is implied that in order to continuously receive support program by increasing the loyalty of the retailers, the quality of the visitation education must be increased and the retailer support service need to be considering the structure of the companies in order to improve small retailer's business performance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of beauty services owners 'support policy on entrepreneurship performance in the beauty service industry through the effects of entrepreneurs' personal characteristics, managerial factors, capital factors and store factors on entrepreneurial performance. As a factor affecting the start - up performance of beauty service companies, it was analyzed that human resource management which is a sub - variable of managerial management factors, capital factors at start - up and store factors influenced entrepreneurship performance. The study on the effect of funding policy, education support policy, and consulting support policy on the start-up achievement of beauty service companies is as follows. The government funding policy, educational support policy, and consulting support policy have no effect on human resources management, start - up capital, and store factors which have significant effect on start - up performance. This is because institutional support for funding is not an institutional support for proving the policy effect but an effective support plan for creating entrepreneurial achievement is needed. Educational support policy and consulting support policy are reflected in the politics reflecting the characteristics of beauty service companies and realistic Education support and consulting support are necessary. In particular, it needs to be expanded to reflect the actual management activities and performance creation processes of other beauty service companies, which are different from the policy support of existing small business owners.
His paper looks more closely at the Republic of Korea's (ROK) Navy submarine berth-allocation strategies, with the study's results ultimately resulting in the proposition of an integer programming model. Current submarine berth-allocation planning problems include the need for more minimal berth-shifting and general support service failures, as a lack of efficient submarine berth-allocation often leads to submarines unable to receive the support service they need due to the inadequacy of their assigned berths. Currently, the ROK Navy allocates berths by only taking available reserve resources and the full-capacity limits of support services into account. This paper expands upon this strategy, and proposes a model which would allow for submarine berth allocation planning to also take submarine support service scheduling into account, allowing for more efficient and timely submarine servicing. This proposed model in turn minimizes berth shifting, support service failures, and allows for full coordination with the submarine support service request schedule. The construction of this model was carried out through data gathered on the ROK Navy's fleets and forces, allowing for a more nuanced analysis of existing issues with submarine berth-allocation planning.

This article investigates the impact of business incubator's support service and manager's capabilities on the start-up economic performance. BI's support services consist of physical infra, management/legal service, networking service, financial service, technical service, and education/training service. The results show that most BI's support services(except education/training service) have a positive effect on the start-up economic performance. This study also analyzes the gap between the importance and the satisfaction of BI's services. The results show that the satisfaction of BI's services is much lower than the importance. It can be explained that the start-ups' expectations are not able to meet. In conclusion, BI's services have a major impact on the start-up economic performance, but actually they didn't meet the expectation of the start-ups. In the future, the quality level of BI's services and manager's capabilities needs to be improved. The improvement will have a positive effect on the survival and growth of the startups.
While Korean traditional culture considers it necessary that children support their parents, a new trend of silver support is expanding by the recent social change, the increase of women's working, and the reluctance to support the old people. However, the number of silver welfare facilities in Korea is short for the demand with limited selections of them. The purpose of this study was to explore employees' experiences of integrated services in Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support Centers in Seoul. In-depth interviews were conducted with seven employees, including managers and heads of Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support Centers. The interviews identified three themes: the direction of integrated service, the characteristics of the integration process, and the challenges of integrated service. For the direction of integrated service, the participants identified the integration center as a professional family services organization that provided customized services for different types of families. During the integration process, employees found it difficult to provide integrated services because few guidelines existed on operating an integration center that provided services to families with different characteristics and needs. However, they also explained positive aspects of integration, such as strengthening the business's capacity by expanding the organization. To improve integrated service, employees emphasized the expertise and appropriateness of the family services over the efficiency of the integration centers. They also stressed expansion as a role of a professional family services organization. These findings suggested that establishing a clear direction for integrated service as well as the roles of administrative support agencies is important for activating integrated services.
