This study aim to analyze the factors affecting technical support input and performance of companies benefiting from ICT SME technology support operated by ETRI. In order to analyze the data, we surveyed 181 companies who received technical support between 2015 and 2017, and analyzed the relationship between input factors and performance factors through path analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that the service quality was directly influenced on the improvement of technology level, and the cost reduction effect was influenced by the amount of support, the year of support, and the service quality. Also, input factors affecting contribution sales are the amount of support, and the support year and quality of support services are not effective. Finally, as a result of examining the effect of technological and economic performance on job creation, it is found that the effect of job creation increases as the contribution sales increase.

This study investigated the relationship between the organizational culture, organizational support, organizational health, personal health, and quality of work life of dental hygienists and analyzed the factors affecting the quality of work life in order to identify ways to improve their quality of work life. A total of 320 dental hygienists completed a self-administered survey; after excluding data from 21 respondents, 299 responses were included in the analysis. Frequency analyses, t-tests, one-way analysis of variation (ANOVA), and correlation analyses were conducted. A path analysis was also conducted to confirm the causal relationships. The findings are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in several general characteristics of the organizational culture including years in the current job and the number of dental hygienists; organizational support including age and the number of dental hygienists; organizational health including years in the current job and annual salary; and personal health including annual salary. Second, the quality of work life showed a positive correlation with organizational culture, organizational support, personal health, and organizational health in that order. Third, the results of path analysis revealed that organizational culture had a positive effect on organizational support; organizational support and personal health on organizational health; organizational support on personal health; and organizational support and organizational health on quality of work life. In addition, organizational support and organizational health had a direct effect on the quality of work life, while organizational culture, organizational support, and personal health had an indirect effect. These results indicated existence of a relationship among organizational culture, organizational support, organizational health, personal health, and quality of work life. It is necessary to identify ways to improve the quality of work life of dental hygienists.

The effect of vertical riser support system on the dynamic behaviour of a classical spar platform is investigated. Spar platform generally uses buoyancy-can riser support system, but as water depth gets deeper the alternative riser support system is required due to safety and cost issues. The alternative riser support system is to hang risers off the spar platform using pneumatic cylinders rather than the buoyancy-can. The existing numerical model for hull/mooring/riser coupled dynamics analysis treats riser as an elastic rod truncated at the keel (truncated riser model), thus, in this model, the effect of riser support system can not be modeled correctly. Due to this reason, the truncated riser model tends to overestimate the spar pitch and heave motion. To evaluate more realistic global spar motion, mechanical coupling among risers, guide frames and support cylinders inside of spar moon-pool should be modeled. In the newly developed model, the risers are extended through the moon-pool by using nonlinear finite element methods with realistic boundary condition at multiple guide frames. In the simulation, the vertical tension from pneumatic cylinders is modeled by using ideal-gas equation and the vertical tension from buoyancy-cans is modeled as constant top tension. The different dynamic characteristics between buoyancy-can riser support system and pneumatic riser support system are extensively studied. The alternative riser support system tends to increase spar heave motion and needs damper system to reduce the spar heave motion.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the mediated effect of social support in relationship of stress and mental health of woman college students. Methods: Data were collected by distributing self recording type questionnaire to 336 woman students in three universities placed in Gyeonggi-do, who agreed attending to the research, and then were re-collected. The statistical methods used for data analysis were the descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, One-way ANOVA test, Pearson correlation coefficient, hierarchial regression analysis. Results: 1. According to the research, it appeared that social support differed depending on the grade the one is in(F=10.643, p<0.05), and mental health(F=3.446, p<0.05) and social support(F=2.444, p<0.05) differed depending on the family's economical level. 2. As the result of analysis of relationship of objects' mental health, stress, and social support, it appeared that mental health and stress(r=-0.605, p<0.01), mental health and social support(r=0.276, p<0.01) have relationship to each other. 3. As the result of hierarchial regression analysis for verifying the mediated effect of social support in relationship of research objects' stress and mental health, it showed that social support partially mediate in relationship of stress and mental health. Conclusion: The program which can intensify woman college students' social support and decrease stress needs to be developed and provided, in order to arrange solution of promoting woman students' mental health.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between grit, self-determination, self-determination, positive psychological capital, and relational support of adolescents participating in physical education classes, and to determine whether the positive influence of teachers' autonomy support and enthusiasm for them is confirmed. In this study, the results of the subjects based on the judgment sampling method of 541 adolescents were conducted. The results of the study are as follows. It was found that grit had a statistically significant positive (+) effect on autonomy support. Relationship support was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on autonomy support. Support for autonomy was found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on teachers' enthusiasm.

This study was to investigate the moderating effect of the social support in the relationship between job stress and emotional burnout of insurance call center consultants. Participants in this study were 186 consultants working in insurance call center. They completed survey questionnaires of job stress, emotional burnout and social support. Collected data was examined using correlation analyses and hierarchical multiple regression analyses. There was a positive relationship between job stress and emotional burnout and a negative relationship between emotional burnout and coworker support. Also, it was found that the social support(supervisor support, coworker support) moderated the relationship between job stress and emotional burnout of insurance call center consultants. The implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family cohesion and burden of support on life satisfaction of disabled families and ultimately support the satisfied life of disabled families. The study investigated the factors that influence the life satisfaction of the disabled family through a questionnaire survey as a disabled family caring for a disabled family. As a result of the study, life satisfaction of families with disabilities was as low as 2.278 on a 5-point scale, and the burden of support was 3.432, indicating that they felt a relatively high burden of support. However, family cohesion was relatively good at 3.664, showing that support to lower the burden of support was needed to increase life satisfaction. Based on these findings, the researcher makes the following suggestions to increase the life satisfaction of disabled families. First, the need for support to alleviate the burden of caregivers for the disabled. Second, expanding support for people with disabilities receiving care. Third, there is a need to strengthen support for families with disabilities. However, as this study was conducted centered on Gyeonggi-do, there is a need for follow-up research as the study has limitations.

This study aims to analyze the influence relationship between the level of fringe benefits and relational contract among social workers in the non-profit organization. Under this relationship, we explored the dual mediating effect of perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support. A total of 371 self-administered questionnaires were distributed to social workers in Gwangju, South Korea, and 271 questionnaires (73.0%) were used for study analysis after excluding incomplete and unreliable responses. This study performed structural equation modeling, the results are as follows. Perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support both have a positive (+) influence on relational contract. Furthermore, perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support were found to mediate effect between fringe benefits and relational contract. Therefore, these results contribute to provide academic meaning that the range of future studies by identifying the dual mediated effect of the fringe benefits and social worker 's relational contract.

As the awareness of the importance of Start-up increases, the number of entrepreneurs who decide to start their career is gradually increasing. However, the rate of start-up failure is still high and the qualitative level is very low due to lack of start-up performance. In this study, we analyzed the effect of entrepreneurship capability and start-up support system on start-up performance. To that end, 361 valid data were collected from businesses that were established less than seven years ago in Jeollabuk-do on August 1, 2018 and used for study verification through SPSS 21 and AMOS 21. First, the entrepreneurial competence (entrepreneurial competence, managerial competency) has a positive effect on the start-up support system and the technical competency has no significant effect. Second, entrepreneurial competence (entrepreneurial competence, managerial competency, technical competency) has a significant effect on entrepreneurial performance. However, entrepreneurial competence has a meaningful effect on the start-up performance of entrepreneurs with a negative (-) effect. Third, it was found that the start - up support system had a positive effect on the start - up performance. Finally, the start - up support system proved to have mediating effect between entrepreneurial competence and start - up performance. The implications of this study are as follows. In order to increase the start-up performance of the start-up companies, it is proved that increasing the capacity of the start-ups is an important factor. In addition, empirical studies have proved that the use of start-up support system is an important factor that directly or indirectly has a significant effect on start-up performance, We have made meaningful implications that actively supporting and utilizing entrepreneurship is necessary to enhance start-up performance.

The purpose of this study was to investigate 1) the effect of family economic stress and parental support on behavior problems of children and 2) family economic stress parental support and behavior problems of children according to their sex and age. The subjects were 72 third grade children and 131 sixth grade children selected from five elementary school(105 male and 98 female) The questionaire was used as a methodological instrument and the statistics used for data analysis were frequency percentile mean ANOVA scheffe test t-test Results of this study indicated that behavior problems of children were increased by family economic stress and were decreased by parental support. The findings also indicated an indirect effect of family economic stress on behavior problems of children : increased stress was associa- ted with lower parental support and lower parental support was associated with higher behavior problems of children Boys were higher than girls in agression and delinquency and sixth grade children were higher than third grade children in obsession.
