외식 프랜차이즈 가맹점의 주 메뉴에 따른 만족도 및 재계약 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Satisfaction and Recharter Intention According to the Main Menu of Franchises in the Food Service Industry)

  • This study investigates the satisfaction with the supply-supplying system and the kitchen operation for the main menu in the food service industry, expecially in the franchisor-franchisee relation. In order to accomplish this purpose of the study, it examines the research on the franchise food industry in terms of research methods and surveys experimental research actually. The total 600 copies of survey had been gathered and 278 copies were used to get the purpose of this study. The SPSS 12.0 version was used to analyze the data. The finding suggests that pork is the very essential material of the supply-supplying system on all kitchen operation of cooking quality, management system, physical supplying system, prime cost and the food hygiene. Comparing results of mean statistic, pork shows much higher mean point than that of chicken on the kitchen operation efficiency. Also, the franchisees will give more satisfaction with main menu using pork than the menu using chicken on the recharter intention.

  • Renewable energy(RE) systems have difficulties in operating and management due to the intermittency of the energy generation. Stochastic supply profiles of RE creates problems for mechanical and electrical design in relation to the selection of technology types and capacities of RE to be installed. This paper presents an methodology of the feasibility assessment of RE-integrated energy systems on the basis of hourly demand/supply analysis tools. Also, this paper shows the feasibility and the usefulness of GS REMA(Renewable Energy Matching Analysis) and HOMER by comparing actual energy data.

  • Commercial eddy current dynamometers control the torque of ratating body (poer supply machine) with the field coil current being operated as a braking force. In this paper, we studied about the relation between the field coil current and the torque load of eddy current dynamometer. By the torque measuring analysis of eddy current dynamometer, it is linear relation between the brake force measured from the torque meter (e.g. load cell, strain gage or spring balance etc.) which is installed at the case of dynamometer and the multiply of shaft rpm by the square of field coil current (N$\times$Ia2). To prove the relation, it was experimented and showed that the torque operated by the rotating body can be measured with the shaft rpm and the field coil current of eddy current dynamometer. This result shows a possibility that eddy current dynamometer can measures the torque of rotating body without special torque measuring devices.

  • In this study, the theoretical investigation of the electrically heated catalyst(EHC) for vehicle application has been carried out using the thermal equivalence of EHC system and the data of vehicle tests to meet ultra low emission vehicle(ULEV) standard. To improve the efficiency of EHC system, it is necessary to understand relation between the power, the operating time and the conversion efficiency of EHC system. The relation was found with thermal equivalence of EHC system which considers the power supply to EHC, heat loss, chemical exothermic energy generated by oxidation reaction and net energy coming in via the exhaust gas. From this relation, the limits of needful power and operating time to meet the ULEV standard can be suggested, when the conversion efficiency of catalyst was known.

공급사슬 내에서 품질지향적 기업문화가 지속가능경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Impact of Quality Oriented Corporate Culture on Sustainability Management Performances)

  • Purpose - Environmental issues, climatic changes, and greenhouse gases are problems to be solved at a global level. With an increased emphasis on the environmental and social responsibility of the management of companies, the manner in which companies approach quality-oriented culture and their individual sustainability management are being discussed as truly important issues to help them secure their competitiveness and growth strategies. This study proposes strategic directions to help manufacturers not only in expanding their competitive quality-oriented company culture but also in strengthening their sustainability management abilities. This study conducts a literature review and empirical research to examine how significantly the variables of a quality-oriented company culture, customer-centered management, and process-centered and supply chain management-centered cooperation affect sustainability management performance in relation to economic profitability, environmental integrity, and social responsibility. Research design, data, and methodology - To verify research models and hypotheses, the study examined 170 companies using a questionnaire survey conducted over six weeks, and involved the performance of data analysis on 146 samples. Questionnaire responses were calibrated based on a Likert scale. The study used the Smart PLS 2.0 program designed for PLS (partial least squares), an analysis instrument of SEM (structural equation modeling). The study then verified empirical research hypotheses working on reliability analysis, validity analysis, factorial analysis, and path analysis. Results - Among the nine hypotheses, four are accepted and the rest are rejected. A quality-oriented company culture focusing on customer-centered management significantly influenced the maintainability management performance of environmental integrity and social responsibility, while economic profitability was dismissed. A process-focused quality-oriented company culture was significantly concerned with economic profitability but not with environmental integrity or social responsibility. A supply-chain cooperative company culture had a significant effect on economic profitability but not on environmental integrity or social responsibility. Conclusion - This study proposes strategic directions to help manufacturers expand their competitive quality-oriented company culture as well as strengthen abilities with sustainability management. It conducts a literature review and empirical research to examine how significantly the variables of quality-oriented company culture, customer-centered management, and process-centered and supply chain management-centered cooperation affect sustainability management performance in relation to economic profitability, environmental integrity, and social responsibility. There are two main conclusions. First, companies should consider the need for social responsibility management and environmental transparent management-focused maintainability management as avenues to create new markets and business, thereby helping the companies secure a reputation for having a customer and process-centered quality-oriented company culture by creating shared values between supply chains and enabling win-win situations through cooperation. Second, we are marching towards a creative win-win era from a society of conflicts and ruptures. Companies should understand that social responsibility management and supply chain management (SCM)-focused cooperation are the foundations of sustainable development, as they try to improve their culture while pursuing both win-win relationships with interested parties and equity in various conflictive relations.

  • 물을 전기분해하여 얻은 일정 부피비를 갖는 수소와 산소 혼합가스를 수산화가스로 명명하며, 이를 역반응시켜서 열 에너지원으로 사용하고 있다. 수산화가스는 경제성, 안전성 및 환경친화적인 고유한 특성을 지니고 있어서 현재 가스용접기에 적용하고 있으며 여러 가지 응용분야에 적용할 수 있도록 연구 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 수산화가스의 특성에 관하여 고찰하고 발생기용 전원에 대하여 소개하고 이 중에서 아직까지 적용되지 않은 펄스전원을 적용하여 여러 가지 운전주파수에서 비교분석 하였다.

  • 본 연구는 배합사료업체와 고객기업(축산농가) 간의 거래관계에서 고객만족과 계속 재구매 의도(충성도)에 영향을 미치는 공급서비스 관행을 규명하였다. 공급서비스 관행들을 선행연구 고찰결과에 따라 기술적 품질의 공급서비스와 기능적 품질의 공급서비스로 분류하고 이들 각각이 고객만족과 계속 재구매 의도(충성도)에 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 실증분석을 하였다. 실증 분석한 결과 한국의 배합사료공급에 있어서 기술적 품질의 공급서비스는 고객충성도에 긍정적 영향을 주고 기능적 품질의 공급서비스는 고객만족과 고객충성도 모두에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구는 부모-자녀 관계가 청소년들의 인터넷 사용에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 부모 자녀관계를 폭력과 방임에 따라 구분하고 인터넷과다사용은 일상생활 문제, 계획한 일을 실행못함, 과다사용, 타인과의 갈등관계 등을 포함하여 일반군, 잠재적위험군, 고위험군으로 구분하였다. 연구 결과, 폭력적이고 방임적인 부모관계에서 잠재적 위험군, 고위험청소년이 높게 나타났고 이는 부모 자녀관계가 청소년들의 인터넷 사용에 영향이 있음을 시사한다. 청소년들의 인터넷사용을 줄이고 중독으로 진행되지 않게 하기 위해서는 부모의 역할이 중요하며, 청소년들의 발달단계를 세심하게 이해해야 한다. 또한 인터넷에 몰입하는 청소년들에게 여가문화를 즐길 수 있는 놀이프로그램, 체험프로그램의 개발과 보급이 요구된다. 또한 인터넷 중독 전문인력 양성과 지원으로 문제가 발생한 청소년들에게 일회성이 아닌 지속적인 상담과 치료가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

SCM의 위험관리, 파트너십, 사업성과의 관계 연구 (A Study on the relation of Risk Management, Partnerships, Business Performance in Supply Chain Management)

  • 본 연구에서는 공급체인의 위험관리 요인(인지, 평가, 전략), 공급체인의 파트너십 요인(신뢰, 협력), 그리고 공급체인 사업성과(유연성, 민첩성) 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하였다. 이를 위해서 공급체인 위험관리를 수행하고 있는 105개 기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였고, 구조방정식모형 (Structural equation model)으로 실증분석을 하였다. 먼저 공급제안의 위험관리의 요인을 선행변수로 두고 공급체인 파트너십의 요인을 매개변수로 설정하였다. 기업의 사업성과 요인과 함께 연구모형에 포함시켜 실증분석을 한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 공급체인의 위험관리 요인은 기업의 사업성과 요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 공급체인의 위험관리 요인은 공급체인의 파트너십 요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 공급체인의 파트너십 요인은 기업의 사업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 공급체인 위험관리 요인은 파트너십 요인을 통하여 사업성과를 향상시키는 결과를 도출할 수 있으며, 기업에서는 공급체인의 위험관리 요인과 파트너십 요인을 모두 고려하여 경쟁우위를 향상시켜 기업의 이익을 극대화할 수 있는 노력을 해야 한다는 것을 나타낸다. 본 연구는 공급체인의 위험관리, 파트너십, 사업성과 간의 관계에 대한 연구결과를 도출하였고, 향후 공급체인 위험관리의 효과적인 실행을 고려한 연구가 진행되어야 하겠다.

  • There are operated the six thousand train in the interior of a country. 95% of them are possible usage of resuscitation. Especially, Among them VVVF-Inverter vehicle has a merit of the highest recycle rate. but we don't use a apt recycled energy. Although the existing recycle energy used inverter method supply with electric power, it is decided in accordance with the state of sources. So efficiency of recycled electric power is of poor quality and catenary-voltage-fluctuation be generate because of recycled electric power. and it is able to affect system of safety train service. We'll research the method of supply according to wire condition after storing recycle energy made during train's stopping relation to Advanced EMU Research. Those methods are divided SMES, Fly-Wheel and Supercapacitor, and Considering the both economical efficiency and system application, we'll develop recycle energy storage system suitable our country condition.
