With the rapid growth in the demand and supply of web service, the search for superior services has become a prominent issue. Furthermore, much emphasis and attention are being placed on composite web services, where individual services are combined together to form a single workflow to satisfy the demand of the customers. In today's era of excessive expansion of web services, this study intends to propose the execution plan architecture for composite web services to accomplish the following three goals. The first goal is to derive a feasible plan which maximize user satisfaction for composite web services by implementing an execution plan architecture that reflects the Quality of Service criteria. Secondly, this study also aims at analyzing and selecting the indexes that adequately reflects its quality and its nonfunctional property. Finally, this study intends to apply the concept of constraint satisfaction problem and heuristics to reduce the execution duration of the process.
The three-dimensional eco-hydrodynamic model was applied to estimate the physical process in terms of COD (chemical oxygen demand) and net supply(or decomposition) rate of COD in Kamak Bay to find proper management plan for oxygen demanding organic matters. The estimation results of the physical process in terms of COD showed that transportation of COD is dominant in surface level while accumulation of COD is dominant in bottom level. In the case of surface level, the net supply rate of COD was 0 -0.50 mg/m2/day. The net decomposition rate of COD was 0 -0.04 mg/m2/day in middle level(3 -6m) and 0.05 -0.1 5 mg/m2/day in bottom level(6m -bottom). These results indicates that the biological decomposition and physical accumulation of COD are occurred predominantly at the northern part of bottom level. Therefore, it is important to consider both allochthonous and autochthonous oxygen demanding organic matters in the region.
Bsusiness-to- Business transactions requires interactions between diverse application s and business. This gives rise to the need to for a common standard and protocol for exchanging busienss messages. and RosettaNet is the leading industry organization focused on developing B2B process standard for a global supply chain. This paper is intended as an investigation of Build-up Method of SCM Connection applying EC Standard(Rossetta-net) to reduce the integration effort, and improve extensibility and interoperability of an eBusiness infrastructure.-Intiative way for E-commerce applications to quickly incorporate new standards. Supply Chain Management (SCM) helps companies plan and execute supply to meet customer demand. The researches of modem scientists have thrown new light on the subject. but, The study of SCM for EC Standard has been strangely neglected by critics. Consequently, existing SCM system, which require to introduce the functions of EC, needs to be changed. Let me summarize the main points that have been made in this paper. The sharing information for connection and the Rosetta-net standard of the existing SCM system, and PIP 3A4, order management module, of the Rosetta-net specifications for connection by the Rosetta-net. Lastly, That shows the process of the gateway for connecting among the existing SCM systems. This provides felxibility in incorporating any new emerging open standard.

Industry 4.0's goal is the 'Smart Factory' that integrates and controls production process, procurement, distribution and service based on the fundamental technology such as internet of the things, cyber physical system, sensor, etc. Basic requirement for successful promotion of this Industry 4.0 is the large supply of semiconductor. However, company I who produces dicing blades has difficulty to meet the increasing demand and has hard time to increase revenue because its raw material includes high price diamond, and requires very complex and sensitive process for production. Therefore, this study is focused on understanding the problems and presenting optimal plan to increase productivity of dicing blade manufacturing processes. We carried out a study as follows to accomplish the above purposes. First, previous researches were investigated. Second, the bottlenecks in manufacturing processes were identified using simulation tool (Arena 14.3). Third, we calculate investment amount according to added equipments purchase and perform economic analysis according to cost and sales increase. Finally, we derive optimum plan for productivity improvement and analyze its expected effect. To summarize these results as follows : First, daily average blade production volume can be increased two times from 60 ea. to 120 ea. by performing mixing job in the day before. Second, work flow can be smoother due to reduced waiting time if more machines are added to improve setting process. It was found that average waiting time of 23 minutes can be reduced to around 9 minutes from current process. Third, it was found through simulation that the whole processing line can compose smoother production line by performing mixing process in advance, and add setting and sintering machines. In the course of this study, it was found that adding more machines to reduce waiting time is not the best alternative.
The current energy supply system is burdened by environmental and supply problems. The concept of a hydrogen economy has been actively discussed worldwide. KAERI has set up a plan to demonstrate massive production of hydrogen using a VHTR by the early 2020s. The technological gap to meet this goal was identified during the past few years. The hydrogen production process, a process heat exchanger, the efficiency of an I/S thermochemical cycle, the manufacturing of components, the analysis tools of VHTR, and a coated particle fuel are key areas that require urgent development. Candidate NHDD plant designs based on a 200 MWth VHTR core and I/S thermochemical process have been studied and some of analysis results are presented in this paper.

This study aimed to develop a method to optimize residual chlorine concentrations in the process of providing water supply. To this end, this study developed a model capable of optimizing the chlorine input into the clearwell in the purification plant and the optimal installation location of rechlorination facilities, and chlorine input. This study applied genetic algorithms finding the optimal point with appropriate residual chlorine concentrations and deriving a cost-optimal solution. The developed model was applied to SN purification plant supply area. As a result, it was possible to meet the target residual chlorine concentration with the minimum cost. Also, the optimal operation method in target area according to the water temperature and volume of supply was suggested. On the basis of the results, this study derived the most economical operational method of coping with water pollution in the process of providing water supply and satisfying the service level required by consumers in the aspects of cost effectiveness. It is considered possible to appropriately respond to increasing service level required by consumers in the future and to use the study results to establish an operational management plan in a short-term perspective.
As Global industrial structure is diversified, multinational corporations accomplished fast internationalization to introduction of new management policy by development of an IT technology. Enterprise' business environment is changing transcending border. To overcome raging waves of change accident and to be secured enterprise's future, the logistics is recognized the third profit source joining in curtailment of sale enlargement, production cost. To seek cost saving or reform in logistics class that is last area of pursuit of profits within ancient city life in the fast lane from these viewpoint, importance of study that integrates and manages international logistics bases supply neck walk is emphasized. The duty of construction clients in WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) system was included in the amendment of Occupational Safety and Health Act (enforced on 16 January 2020), which was estimated the shift of paradigm in the prevention of construction accidents. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the analysis results of construction clients' role in the construction project, which were performed by authors over the recent years in order to impose the duty on construction clients, and to suggest their role according the plan, design, and construction stage. Utilizing the systematic literature review process based on Meta analysis, the related papers were selected. For the selected papers, related domestic and foreign regulations, and other prominent report, the construction clients' role was analyzed by reflecting the experts' advice. Results show that the construction clients should control the designer and contractor for implementing the WHS system during the whole process of the construction project. They should supply sufficient source and time to ensure the workers' safety. In the plan stage, the key role of construction clients is to identify intensively controlled hazard and risk reduction plan and to transfer the results. In the design stage, their key role is to select the designer with the capacity in WSH and to assist the designer for the safety design. The main key role of construction clients in the costruction stage is to select the contractor with specialty in WSH including a contract reflecting the WSH requirement and to check implementation of WSH plan, WSH cost, WSH education, and accident report. In addition, it is thought that the construction clients' participations in the site WSH activity and adjustment of safety and health problem among contractors can be effect in the prevention of construction accidents.

This paper considers that advanced planning and scheduling (APS) in manufacturing and the efficient purchasing where each customer order has its due date and multi-suppliers exit We present a Make-ToOrder Supply Chan (MTOSC) model of efficient purchasing process from multi-suppliers and APS with outsourcing in a supply chain, which requires the absolute due date and minimized total cost. Our research has included two states. One is for efficient purchasing from suppliers: (a) selection of suppliers for required parts; (b) optimum part leadtime of selected suppliers. Supplier selection process has received considerable attention in the businessmanagement literature. Determining suitable suppliers in the supply chain has become a key strategic consideration. However, the nature of these decisions usually is complex and unstructured. These influence factors can be divided into quantitative and qualitative factors. In the first level, linguistic values are used to assess the ratings for the qualitative factors such as profitability, relationship closeness and quality. In the second level a MTOSC model determines the solutions (supplier selection and order quantity) by considering quantitative factors such as part unit price, supplier's lead-time, and storage cost, etc. The other is for APS: (a) selection of the best machine for each operation; (b) deciding sequence of operations; (c) picking out the operations to be outsourcing; and (d) minimizing makespan under the due date of each customer's order. To solve the model, a genetic algorithm (GA)-based heuristic approach is developed. From the numerical experiments, GAbased approach could efficiently solve the proposed model, and show the best process plan and schedule for all customers' orders.
