The CEO leadership and employee's concerning and participation to quality management innovation activity is critical factor for improving the business performance. This empirical study is aims to find that whether the quality management activity is significant or not in the automotive parts suppliers. To perform this research, we distributed 250 sheets totally, and withdraw 194 sheets. We analysed 169 sheets that we could use for this research using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. We had the results that CEO leadership is significantly positive effects on the employees's participation to quality management. And the result of process improvement have positively effective and significant effects on the product improvement result and business performance of firms.

Purpose: In this study, we suggest the systematic and comprehensive model to develop PI(Performance Indicators) of the organization or the process. Methods: The model is developed theoretically by using SIPOC(Supplier, Input, Process, Output, Customer) approach which is a tool to analyze the process and is compared with existing models to develop PI or KPI(key performance indicators); financial indicators, BSC, IPOO(input, process, output, outcome), traditional QCD (quality, cost, delivery), and IOS(input, output system). Results: The model provides more systematic method to develop PI and more comprehensive set of PI pools for all kinds of hierarchical levels of process than any other models to develop PI or KPI. Conclusion: This model will provide useful tools for the managers and the organizations who wish to develop PI.

As a part of the ongoing effort towards commercial application of high-temperature fuel cell power generation systems, we have recently built a pilot-scale molten carbonate fuel cell power plant and tested it. The stack test system is composed of diverse peripheral units such as reformer, pre-heater, water purifier, electrical loader, gas supplier, and recycling systems. The stack itself was made of 40cells of $6000cm^2$ area each. The stack showed an output higher than 25kW power and a reliable performance at atmospheric operation. A pressurized performance was also tested, and it turned out the cell performance increased though a few cells have shown a symptom of gas crossover. The pressurized operation characteristics could be analyzed with numerical computation results of a stack model.

The purpose of this study is to identify the interorganizational factors that influence both the supplier-buyer's EDI utilization and the business performance in domestic retail industry. In terms of successful supply chain implementation and operation, we deduced the structural factors in the context of the interorganizational characteristics between mass merchandisers and vendors. This study therefore focused on suggesting the ways of managing the partnership in supply chain and conceptualizing the big picture of EDI development model in the scope of a retailer's IT strategy. This paper implicates that it is important to leverage the level of organizational capabilities for the success of supply chain adoption and operation. In the stream of SCM initiatives from the manufacturing industry, retailers should concentrate on improving the interorganizational environment and implementing the effective information technology for supporting business strategy.

With a remarkable and rapid change of universities in Korea, the role of universities has been changed from a traditional education supplier to a demander. Both the remarkable decrease of the number of entering students and the advent of an open education market are enforcing the universities to be changed. Universities should provide a variety of educational services in accordance with the students' needs. This study is based on the systematical Kuh's model which the educational service quality provide a decision making of alternative plan. This research is purposed to empirically study the effects of educational service quality(circumstance index, input index, participate index, output index) provided by universities on student satisfaction and educational performance(Perceived usefulness, Education Achievement). The results of this research follows; first, circumstance index, input index and output index significantly effect student satisfaction, but participate index does not effect satisfaction. Second, student satisfaction significantly effects on the educational performance.

The purpose of the study is to empirically investigate the effect of suppliers' environmental consciousness on environmental information sharing and management performance and to conduct the mediating effect of environmental information sharing between the environmental consciousness of suppliers and environmental management performance. The scope of environmental consciousness was extended from the consumer perspective to the organizational perspective and proposed a variable called environmental information sharing to explain how environmental consciousness affects environmental management performance. The research model and hypotheses were established based on previous studies. After collecting 295 samples of effective responses from suppliers, an empirical analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling. The findings show that suppliers' environmental consciousness affects environmental information sharing and management performance, and such sharing has a mediating effect on the relationship between suppliers' environmental consciousness and environmental management performance. The fact that environmental consciousness affects environmental management performance indicates that environmental consciousness is not just a concept of values such as the firm's belief or will, but a part of the firm's actual goal of performance. Therefore, suppliers have difficulties in reality such as a lack of professional manpower or guideline, but it is necessary to enhance the importance of environmental consciousness and promote environmental information sharing.

본 논문은 곡면형 압전 복합재료 작동기 LIPCA의 개발 및 성능 실험에 관한 것이다. LIPCA는 압전 세라믹을 중심으로 상층부는 탄성계수가 크면서 열팽창계수가 낮은 섬유강화 복합재료층이 위치하며, 하층부는 탄성계수가 작으면서 열팽창계수가 큰 섬유강화 복합재료층이 위치한다. 작동기의 성능 검증을 위해 작동지그 및 전압 공급 장치 그리고 비접촉 레이저 센서로 이루어진 실험 시스템을 구성하였다. 성능 실험은 양단 단순지지상태에서 압전 재료의 전극에 $100\sim400V_{pp}$의 교류 전압을 1Hz로 가하였을 경우 작동기 중앙부에서 발생하는 수직방향의 변위를 측정하는 것으로 수행하였다. LIPCA와 THUNDER의 성능 검증 결과 LIPCA-C2는 THUNDER에 비해 34% 경량화 되었으며, 작동변위는 13% 향상되었다.

In spite of the increase of the necessity and the interest regarding the SCM in practical business, it is difficult to judge the whole situation of the SCM because the research remain fragmentary as compared with the huge and complicated concept of the SCM. So this study defines dimension of SCM practice and measurements of SCM performance. Through an extensive literature review, the study Identifies seven dimension of SCM practice(partnership, usage of IT tools, information sharing and information quality), five measurements of SCM performance(supply chain flexibility, supply chain integration, customer responsiveness, supplier performance, and partner relationship). Five hypotheses were formulated for the relationship between SCM practice and SCM performance. The important relationships to be tested include ; (1) the direct impact of usage of IT tools on the partnership (2) the direct impact of partnership on the information sharing and information quality (3) the direct impact of SCM practice on the performance of SCM, (4) A moderating effect of top management support on the relationship between SCM practice and SCM performance.

가스터빈 엔진의 성능은 그 구성품 성능 특성에 큰 영향을 받는다. 보통 이러한 구성품 성능 특성은 여러 조건에서의 수많은 실험을 통해 얻을 수 있지만 그것은 제작사의 고유 재산이기 때문에 쉽게 제공되지 않는다. 그렇기 때문에 보통 성능 덱을 이용하거나 소유하고 있는 엔진 성능 맵을 스케일링 하여 사용한다. 하지만 이러한 방법은 탈설계점에서 오차를 보인다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소형 가스터빈 엔진 실험 장치를 구성하여 몇 구간에서의 실험을 통해 데이터를 축적하고 이를 이용하여 구성품 성능 맵을 축척하는 방법을 제시하였다. 그리고 프로그램을 이용하여 대상 엔진의 정상상태 성능 모델을 구성하여 실제 측정 데이터와 새롭게 생성된 구성품 맵을 사용했을 경우, 그리고 기존의 방법을 이용한 경우를 비교하였다.

일자리 창출과 국가산업경쟁력 측면에서 중소기업의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 글로벌 환경의 불확실성과 공급사슬 간 경쟁으로의 패러다임의 변환은 공급사슬 내 중소 공급업체의 역량에 더욱 관심이 집중되고 있다. 이러한 점에서, 공급사슬상의 구매자-공급자 관계에서 중소공급업체의 SCM(공급사슬관리) 역량이 중소공급업체의 운영성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 또한 환경적 요소로서 수요불확실성이 이러한 관계에 어떤 조절효과를 미칠 수 있는지 살펴보았다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 전기 전자, 금속 기계, 자동차 등의 산업에 속한 중소공급업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 관련 연구가설을 검정하였다. 연구결과, 중소 공급업체의 공급사슬역량인 관계자본은 운영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나고, 조정역량은 운영성과에 유의한 영향이 나타나지 않았다. 수요 불확실성의 조절효과를 살펴보면, 관계자본 역량과 운영성과 간에는 수요불확실성의 정(+)적인 조절효과가 나타난 반면, 조정역량과 운영성과 간에는 유의한 조절효과가 나타나지 않는다. 이러한 결과는 관계자본 역량은 운영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 수요불확실성의 상황에서도 운영성과를 제고시키는 역할을 하고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 반면에 조정역량의 경우, 구매기업과의 핵심 비즈니스 프로세스를 통합할 수 있는 정보공유, 커뮤니케이션 등의 외부적 조정역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로세스의 강화와 더불어 공급사슬관련 업무를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 중소공급업체 내부 관련부서들 간의 조정이 뒷받침되어야 한다는 점을 시사한다.
