  • The emerging peer-to-peer (P2P) model has recently gained a significant attention due to its high potential of sharing various resources among networked users. Super-peer unstructured P2P systems have been found very effective by dividing the peers into two layers, super-peer and edge peer. Super peer deal with all Queries instead of edge peers. The existing P2P systems assume all super peers have equal roles and capabilities. However, all super peers don't so that edge peers should select the best super peer in order to handle Queries well. In this paper, we suggest the ISP2P (Intelligent Super-peer based P2P) which allows to select the best super peer to the edge peers. We classify super peers according as the capacity of a edge peer to a super peer. We show that considering the quality of a edge peer to a super peer can improve the performance of the response time and bandwidth.

  • The emerging peer-to-peer (P2P) model has recently gained a significant attention due to its high potential of sharing various resources among networked users. Super-peer based unstructured P2P systems have been found very effective by dividing the peers into two layers, super-peer and ordinary-peer Super-peers deal with all queries instead of ordinary-peers. The existing P2P systems assume all super-peers have equal responsibility and capabilities even if all super-peers have relative advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, we suggest the ISP2P (Intelligent Super-peer based P2P) which allows to select the best super peer to ordinary-peers. We classify super peers according as the capacity of an ordinary-peer a super-peer. We show that these considerations could improve the performance of the response time and Provide higher quality results to all peers in the network.

  • Peer-to-Peer (P2P) systems with super-peer overlay networks show combined advantages of both hybrid and pure P2P systems. Super-peer is a special peer acting as a server to a cluster of generic peers. Organizing a super-peer network is one of important issues for P2P systems with super-peer networks. Conventional P2P systems are based on two-level hierarchies of peers. One is a layer for generic peers and the other is for super-peers. And it is usual that super-peer networks have forms of random graphs. However, for accommodating a large-scale collection of generic peers, the super-peer network has also to be extended. In this paper, we propose a scheme of hierarchically constructing super-peer networks for large-scale P2P systems. At first, a two-level tree, called a simple super-peer network, is proposed, and then a scheme of generalizing and then extending the simple super-peer network to multi-level super-peer network is presented to construct a large-scale super-peer network. We call it an extended super-peer network. The simple super-peer network has several good features, but due to the fixed number of levels, it may have a scalability problem. Thus, it is extended to k-level tree of a super-peer network, called extended super-peer network. It shows good scalability and easy management of generic peers for large scale P2P system.

  • In a super-peer based P2P network, the network is clustered and each cluster is managed by a special peer, which is called a super-peer. A Super-peer has information of all the peers in its cluster. This type of clustered P2P model is known to have efficient information search and less traffic load than unclustered P2P model. In this paper, we compute the message traffic cost incurred by peers' query, join and update actions within a cluster as well as between the clusters. With these values, we estimate the optimal number of super-peers that minimizes the traffic cost for the various size of super-peer based P2P networks.

  • This study was carried out to establish an effective and practical system for commercialization of embryo production techniques by analyzing several factors influencing in vivo embryo production on days and seasons of flushing in Korean native cattle. In vivo embryos were flushed 226 times from 128 donors. The results obtained for the factors influencing in vivo embryo production on days and seasons of flushing were as follows :1.The percentages of fertilized, transferable and freezable embryos by seasons were significantly different in both FSR-P and SUPER-OV(P<0.01). The percentages of them were highest in sunrrner with FS H-P and highest in autumn with SUPER -OV.2. The production of transferable and freezable embryos by flushing days was highest in 8 days with FSH-P, and there was no difference between 7 and 8 days for SUP ER-OV. 3. The failure rates of recovery were 17.0% in SUPER-OV and 21.2% in FSH-P, respectively. The donors superovulated but failed recovery were 8.5% in SUPER-OV and 12.9% in FSH-P, respectively. Nonsuperovulated donors was 8.4% and donors giving less than 2 eggs at recovery was 8.4% in both FSH -P and SUPER-OV 4. The donors returned to normal estrus after superovulation were 34.1% after 1 cycle,39.4% after 2 cycles, and 16.7% after 3 cycles by FSH-P, respectively. For SUPER-OV, they were 55.3, 33.0 and 9.6%, respectively. Generally, normal estrus after the treatment of superovulation was earlier and the occurrence of ovarian cyst was also lower in SUP ER-OV than in FSH-P.5.The percentages of blastocyst in embryos flushed at 7~8 days after estrus were 21. 9% and 54.3% in FSH -P and SUPER-OV, respectively. The development of embryos was faster in SUPER-OV than in FSH-P.(Key words : in vivo embryo, flushing days, superovulation, FSH-P, SUPER-OV)

In vivo embryos were flushed 226 times from 128 donors. The results obtained for the factors influencing in vivo embryo production by conditionof donors treated FSH-P and SUPER-OV were as follows :1. Age and parity of donors did not affect the transferable and freezable embryos among the treatments in FSH-P but the transferable and freezable embryos were decreased after 6 years old and 4th parity in SUPER-OV(P<0.01). 2. The production of embryos on the weight of donors was higher in over 400kg of body weight in FSH-P(P<0.01) and was higher in over 450kg than 400~450kg of body weight in SUPER-OV(P<0.05). For FSH-P embryo production was better responded in 350~450kg of body weight with 30~32mg doses, and showed a better result in over 450kg body weight with 32~34mg doses.(Key Words : in vivo embryo, donors, FSH-P SUPER-OV)

  • I. The Factors Influencing In Vivo Embryo Production by Condition of Superovulation Treatment These studies were carried out to establish an effective and practical system for comrnercialization of embryo production techniques by analyzing several factors influencing in vivo embryo production on superovulation treatment in Korean native cattle. In vivo embryos were flushed 226 times from 128 donors. The results obtained from the studies on the factors influencing in vivo embryo production by superovulation treatment were as follows : FSH-P had a significiant advantage(83.0%) over SUPER-OV in the percentage of fertilized embryos(P<0.01). No difference was found loetween FSH-P and SUPER-OV in the percentage of transferable and freezable embryos.2. The response of superovulation by SUPER-OV was greater than that of FSH-P The donors having 8~9 and more than 10 of corpora lutea(CL) derived by FSH-P were 40.0%(most frequent) and 33%, respectively. The donors having more than 12 and 10 CL derived by SUPER -OV were 33.3% (most frequent) and 56.6%, respectively.3. Embryo production after treatment of repeated superovulation was remarkablely decreased at 3rd time by FSH-P but did not differ among 1, 2 and 3rd times by SUPER-OV. Embryo production on intervals of repeated superovulation was significantly different for the number and percentage of fertilized, transferable and free-zable' embryos in FSH-P (P<0.01) and rernarkablely decreased in repeated superovulation of 81~120 interval days. The SUPER-OV showed no differences in interval days of repeated superovulation and was found better than FSH-P in the response of repeated superovulation. • Generally, the current commercial cloud system is hosted by the centralization large datacenter. However, the other clouding forms existed and one of them is the P2P cloud. The P2P Cloud is a distributed systems, is freedom to join and leave and is possible to provide the IaaS. Commonly, P2P Cloud System is based on Pure-P2P System. Since a number of connection paths exist, it has a high reliability and easily scalability of the network. However, there are disadvantages of the slow rate of route because of looking up the all peers in order to search for the peer. In this paper, it proposes the P2P cloud system based on super-peer P2P. Super-peer P2P system has fast routing time, because of searching for cluster unit and it also can has high reliability and high scalability. We designs the super Peer cloud service and proposes the system model and Resource Allocation Algorithm for IaaS in Super peer P2P environment.

  • As the number of mobile device users increases, many researches on peer-to-peer(P2P) systems in mobile environments have been carried out. In this paper, we propose a couple of double-layered P2P file sharing systems to overcome the 'flooding' problem in previous mobile P2P systems. We classify peers into two groups, super peers and sub-peers to establish new routing tables. A super peer manages its sub-peers in the systems. The first proposed system partitions the service area into small cells, each of which is a square. Each super peer is located near the center of the square. The second system selects super peers which have the largest number of adjacent peers. As file transmission and file searches are managed mainly by super peers, unnecessary multi-broadcasting could be avoided. The experimental results show that the proposed systems outperform a typical file sharing system in terms of the amount of message traffic with about $1.2{\sim}1.6$ times improvement on the average.
