비만 초등학생의 4주 여름 건강증진캠프 참여가 대사증후군 및 인슐린저항성에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of 4-Week Health Promotion Summer Camp on the Metabolic Syndrome and Insulin Resistance among Obese Elementary Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 에너지 소비 및 심폐 능력 향상을 위한 고강도 유산소 운동, 근력 및 근지구력 강화를 위한 서킷 트레이닝, 생활 습관 변화 교육으로 구성된 4주간의 건강증진 중재 프로그램이 과체중 또는 비만 초등학생의 비만도, 체력수준, 인슐린 저항성 및 대사증후군 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 있다. 과체중 또는 비만 아동 23명을 비만군으로, 정상체중 아동 15명을 정상군으로 선발하였다. 건강증진 프로그램은 총 4주간, 주 3일, 1일 2시간의 운동시간과 1시간의 교육으로 구성되었다. 비만도(체질량지수, 허리둘레, 체지방률), 체력(근력, 근지구력, 유연성, 심폐체력), 인슐린 저항성 및 대사증후군 위험요인(혈압, 공복 혈당, 중성지방, 고밀도 지단백 콜레스테롤)을 측정하였다. 프로그램 참여 후, 비만도의 유의미한 감소는 없었지만, 비만 아동의 체력수준, 인슐린 저항성 및 대사 증후군 위험 요인은 상당한 개선이 있었다. 결과적으로 여름캠프 참여를 통해 비만 초등학생의 체력수준 향상, 인슐린 저항성 감소 및 대사증후군 위험요인의 빈도 감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

고고도 장기체공무인기 운영고도에서 해양 총가강수량 추정 (Estimation of Oceanic Total Precipitable Water from HALE UAV)

  • In this study, the oceanic Total Precipitable Water (TPW) retrieval algorithm at 16 km altitude of High Altitude Long Endurance Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (HALE UAV) is described. Empirical equation based on Wentz method (1995) that uses the 18.7 and 22.235 GHz channels is developed using the simulated brightness temperature and SeeBor training dataset. To do radiative simulation, Satellite Data Simulator Unit (SDSU) Radiative Transfer Model (RTM) is used. The data of 60% (523) and 40% (349) in the SeeBor training dataset are used to develop and validate the TPW retrieval algorithm, respectively. The range of coefficients for the TPW retrieval at the altitude of 3~18 km with 3 km interval were 153.69~199.87 (${\alpha}$), 54.330~58.468 (${\beta}$), and 84.519~93.484 (${\gamma}$). The bias and RMSE at each altitude were found to be about $-0.81kg\;m^{-2}$ and $2.17kg\;m^{-2}$, respectively. Correlation coefficients were more than 0.9. Radiosonde observation has been generally operated over land. To validate the accuracy of the oceanic TPW retrieval algorithm, observation data from the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) Gisang 1 research vessel about six clear sky cases representing spring, autumn, and summer season is used. Difference between retrieved and observed TPW at 16 km altitude were in the range of $0.53{\sim}1.87kg\;m^{-2}$, which is reasonable for most applications. Difference in TPW between retrieval and observation at each altitude (3~15 km) is also presented. Differences of TPW at altitudes more than 6 km were $0.3{\sim}1.9kg\;m^{-2}$. Retrieved TPW at 3 km altitude was smaller than upper level with a difference of $-0.25{\sim}0.75kg\;m^{-2}$ compared to the observed TPW.

  • In the middle of economic and mental riches in the 21st century, the importance of well being and the pursuit of happiness are emerging as the new trend. Thus the lifestyle that values comfortable and practical naturalness and intrinsic merits has come to influence the human life rather than the old showing-off and formal desire. In addition to this, the spread of the five day week has given more leisure time, which has led to the increasing interest in health and leisure. The interest in sports has skyrocketed since the successful holding of the 2002 Korea and Japan World Cup event. All these changes to the lifestyle have contributed to the fusion of luxury wear and sports wear. As the result of the consumers in the 21st century having more classified and upgraded way of living thanks to the settlement of the above-mentioned lifestyle and the enlargement of the leisure sports culture, there has appeared the wellness kin, who value the importance of life and the nature and believe in the idea that they can reconstruct the environment in the way they can enjoy their lifestyle and pursue happiness. They favor healthy fashion items and think much of exercise, nutrition, and rest. They pursue the natural and comfortable style, whose ideas came from simple exercises such as health training and yoga and the easy and comfortable look observed at resorts. Their fashion style can be divided into three of fitness fashion, yoga fashion and resort fashion. First, the boxer fashion is characterized by the relaxing design and practicality. The major items of the fashion include running shirt-styled upper clothes, training pants, hooded shirts and sneakers. Simple and comfortable look should be induced from the combination of the items. Second, the yoga fashion was motivated by the comfortable yoga wear. It advocates stress-free spirit and comfortable and stable naturalism. Along with the advantages of the good feeling to wear and the functionality to help exercise better, the yoga fashion gives the wearer enough room to move around in, using the unique lines. Third, the resort wear refers to the kinds of clothes you tend to wear at the beach and the park. There are various kinds of the resort look; bathing suits, the beach wear you can wear with the bathing suit, the resort evening wear, the full-side look that you try on top of the bathing suit and is made of the same material of the bathing suit, and the marine look, the symbol of the summer. In short, the study attempted to investigate many trends occurring as the result of human recent increasing interest and concern in the quality of life, and the impacts of them on the fashion world. This kind of research that examines the background of the times and society will help to grasp with the fashion trends of the present and the future. And more studies should be conducted on the development of new and original design in clothes fashion, which reflects the characteristics identified in this kind of research.

철분과 운동이 혈청 지질과 지단백 콜레스테롤에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Iron Supplementation and Training on Serum Lipid and Lipoprotein Cholesterol Profile)

  • 본 연구는 여자 축구선수 25명을 대상으로 혈중 지질성분과 철분지표를 조사 .분석하고, 훈련기 동안의 철분보충이 혈청 지질과 지단백 콜레스테롤에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 여자축구선수들의 평균연령은 23.3$\pm$2.5세였고, 평균 신장과 체중은 각각 164.4$\pm$5.7cm과 57.4$\pm$4.6kg이었고, 체지방율은 23.9$\pm$3.0%였다. 혈액 철분지표 분석결과 평균 적혈구 용적, 헤모글로빈, 총철결합력은 정상범위 내에 있었으나 낮은 수준이었으며, 특히 평균 페리틴 (ferritin) 농도는 18.7$\pm$ 19.7 ${\mu}g$ $1^{-1}$로 낮았다. 혈청 지질과 지단백 분석 결과, 중성지질은 81.7$\pm$26.3mg $dl^{-1}$로 정상이나, 총 콜레스테롤과 LDL 콜레스테롤은 224.3$\pm$58.3 mg $dl^{-1}$과 162.2$\pm$59.0 mg $dl^{-1}$으로 높게 나타났다 상관관계 분서 결과 운동선수들의 적혈구 세포수가 많을수록 중성지질 농도가 낮고, 평균 적혈구 용적이 클수록 HDL-콜레스테롤 농도가 높아서 선수들의 철분 상태가 바람직할수록 혈액 지질 상태가 바람직한 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 철분 보충 여부는 혈청 지질 상태에 영향을 미치지 않았고,4주간 하계 훈련은 철분 투여에 관계없이 혈청 중성지방과 콜레스테롤을 낮추는 경향으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 여자 프로 축구 선수들의 혈청 굴성지질은 정상 범위 내에 속했으나, 콜레스테롤, 특히 LDL-콜레스테롤 수준이 정상보다 높았으며, 단기간의 철분 보충은 혈청 지질과 지단백 콜레스테롤에 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다.

Load Modeling based on System Identification with Kalman Filtering of Electrical Energy Consumption of Residential Air-Conditioning

  • This paper is proposed mathematical load modelling based on system identification approach of energy consumption of residential air conditioning. Due to air conditioning is one of the significant equipment which consumes high energy and cause the peak load of power system especially in the summer time. The demand response is one of the solutions to decrease the load consumption and cutting peak load to avoid the reservation of power supply from power plant. In order to operate this solution, mathematical modelling of air conditioning which explains the behaviour is essential tool. The four type of linear model is selected for explanation the behaviour of this system. In order to obtain model, the experimental setup are performed by collecting input and output data every minute of 9,385 BTU/h air-conditioning split type with $25^{\circ}C$ thermostat setting of one sample house. The input data are composed of solar radiation ($W/m^2$) and ambient temperature ($^{\circ}C$). The output data are power and energy consumption of air conditioning. Both data are divided into two groups follow as training data and validation data for getting the exact model. The model is also verified with the other similar type of air condition by feed solar radiation and ambient temperature input data and compare the output energy consumption data. The best model in term of accuracy and model order is output error model with 70.78% accuracy and $17^{th}$ order. The model order reduction technique is used to reduce order of model to seven order for less complexity, then Kalman filtering technique is applied for remove white Gaussian noise for improve accuracy of model to be 72.66%. The obtained model can be also used for electrical load forecasting and designs the optimal size of renewable energy such photovoltaic system for supply the air conditioning.

전라북도 내 화학사고 특성분석과 사고 발생 저감을 위한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Chemical Accidents and Reduction of Accidents in Jeollabuk-do)

  • 본 연구는 2004년부터 2019년까지 16년간 전라북도 내에서 발생한 40건의 화학사고 특성을 알아보기 위하여 진행하였다. 도내에서는 연평균 2.5건의 사고가 발생하였다. 사고유형을 유·누출, 화재, 폭발, 이상반응, 복합사고로 분류한 결과, 유·누출은 34건, 폭발은 6건 발생하였다. 사고원인으로는 작업자과실 12건, 시설결함·노후화 16건, 운송사고 12건 발생하였다. 사고 원인물질로는 암모니아가 15%, 황산 12.5%, 테트라 클로로 실리콘 7.5% 순으로 나타났다. 계절별 화학사고 발생률을 확인한 결과 봄·여름이 75%로 가을·겨울에 비해 높게 조사되었다. 화학사고 발생 저감을 위해서는 관련법의 철저한 준수가 선행되어야 하고, 취급자의 안전교육과 훈련을 강화해야 한다. 더불어 취급시설 개선을 위한 정부의 적극적 지원이 필요하다.

르 꼬르뷔제의 형성기에 관한 연구 - 라쇼드퐁 시절, 1887-1917 - (A Study on the Formative Years of Le Corbusier -La Chaux-de-Fonds, 1887-1917-)

  • This study is about Le Corbusier's early years of loarning and training at La Chaux-de-Fonds. It is an attempt to show how Le Corbusier's groundwork was laid which characterize his work throughout the life. Charles Edouard Jeanneret was trained as a watch engraver and wished to be a painter. C. L'Eplattenier was to play a decisive role in shaping the young introspective boy's future. He encouraged Jeanneret's habit of the close study and observation of nature. Jeanneret was not the product of an established school, but instead made the unusual choice of educating himself. He found two indispensible sources of inspiration in study the past and in contemplating nature. His four years of self-education consisted of extensive reading, summer travels and winter layovers in larger cities-Vienna, Paris, Berlin-while sketching in museums or apprenticing local architects-Pellet, Behrens-. All these impressions then blended together to become part of a comprehensive source book of knowledge and imagination of the later Le Corbusier. A largely self-taught man, he never stopped making notes, drawing and writing, always aspiring to a clearer understanding of the meaning and underlying principles of objects and architecture. Jeanneret's five villas in La Chaux-de-Fonds are barometers which show the sequences of his development and change as an architect. In 1917, being thirty, he uprooted himself from his hometown to get a wider range of opportunities and moved to Paris. By that time Jeanneret was almost ready to blossom into Le Corbusier It was during this formative years of his life that Le Corbusier established the working method, mind-set and philosophical basis that determined the course of an architect in the making.

교회교육을 위한 자기주도적 봉사 캠프 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (A Study on Self-directed Volunteer Camp for Church Education Programs)

  • 교회교육은 단순한 지식 전달이 아닌 신앙의 내면화를 추구한다. 이를 위해 학습자는 학습의 적극적인 주체로서 성경교육을 이끌어가는 자기주도적 학습자로서의 전환이 요구된다. 학습 환경 또한 삶 속에서 성경을 배우고, 느끼고, 성취할 수 있는 학습의 장으로 전환이 요구된다. 이런 맥락에서 본 연구는 서울과 경기도에 위치한 작은교회 청소년 43명을 대상으로 2박 3일 일정으로 진행한 교회학교 계절 성경캠프 프로그램을 자기주도적 봉사활동 프로그램으로 개발 및 적용하였고, 질적조사방법론을 사용하여 프로그램의 효과를 분석하여 교회교육 캠프의 새로운 가능성을 탐색해 보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 프로그램에 대한 만족도가 높았고, 둘째, 실생활 문제해결을 통하여 학생들 간의 협동심이 고취되었으며, 마지막으로 신앙의 내면화를 위한 촉매제 역할을 했음을 발견했다. 따라서 자기주도적 봉사활동 교회교육 캠프 프로그램은 21세기의 기독교 교회교육 방법의 새로운 대안적 방식으로 고려해볼 만한 가치가 있다고 하겠다.

하계 동해의 해양폐기물 분포와 조성에 관한 연구 (Distribution and Composition of Floating Debris in the East Sea during the Summer Season)

  • Floating debris was observed using a training ship, KAYA, of Pukyong National University with cruising speed of about 10-12 knot during July 12~25, 2003. The area sampled was the East Sea enclosed by 3 nations, namely, Korea, Japan and Russia, and was divided into 68 unit segments on survey routes [Fig. 1]. Debris fabrication materials were categorized with 6 items, e.g., man-made or natural wood items, paper and cardboard, nylon rope, styrofoam, vinyl and plastic, floating metal and glass containers. All identified items within $100{\pm}10 m$ wide band were recorded but ignored if beyond this boundary. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The average numbers of debris per unit area, $1km^2$, were found as 16.3 pieces (items) in the sea. 2. The highest densities of numbers, $32.3pieces/km^2$, were discovered in vicinity of the Oki strait of Japan, area of 'NEK' in Fig. 1. 3. Especially, styrofoam item only was composed to 63.6% of all in the sea of 'SD', located in the southern part of Dokdo Island, Korea. The item seems to be derive from the Southern Sea of Korea. 4. Therefore, comparing the distribution of debris numbers (the results of above 2 and 3) with flow patterns of Kuroshio currents, it was shown that their relation was good agree each other. Further more surveys are being conducted and a much wider coverage can be achieved with other countries, then it can be obtained that the East Sea is polluted to some extent, where is the origin of debris, and the finding of floating routes and stationary sea.

동지나해의 초음파 산란층에 관한 연구 ( 1 ) ( Acoustic Scattering Layers in the East China Sea ( 1 ) )

  • 동지나해의 초음파산란층에 대한 기초적 연구로서, 산란층의 주야간에 대한 수직이동상태와 Echo 신호의 변동특성에 관하여 검토한 결과, 수심 20m~80m에 형성된 상\ulcorner하한의 수온차가 약 11$^{\circ}C$인 수온약층부에서 일몰 전에는 산란층의 Echo 신호가 뚜렷하지 않았으나, 일몰 후부터 수심 35m~45m 구간에서 산란층이 강하게 나타내기 시작하여, 시간이 경과할수록 수직적으로 신장되면서 표층을 향해 점차 부상하는 경향을 나타내었다. 한편, 일출 전에 초음파산란층의 상부는 수온약층의 상부까지 부상하였고, 또 전 수심에서 상당히 강한 Echo 신호가 돌발적으로 출현하는 현상이 확인되었으며, 이것은 저층에 분포하고 있던 어군이 부상하여 발생한 것으로 생각된다. 일출 후에는 산란층이 급속히 하강함과 동시에 Echo level도 급격히 낮아지는 경향을 나타내었고, 그 하강속도는 일몰 후 산란층의 부상속도에 비해 현저하게 빠른 현상을 나타내었으며, 일출전후 약 30분간에 가장 강한 Echo 신호가 관측되었다. 또 Echo 신호의 진폭빈도분포는 일몰전에는 전 수층에 걸쳐 Echo level이 매우 낮으므로 낮은 level에 많이 집중되는 지수분포형을 나타내고, 일출전후에는 Echo 신호가 높은 level에 많이 집중되는 정규분포형을 나타내었다.
