Medical verification of cancer diagnosis in insurance claims is a very important procedure in insurance administrations. Claims staffs are in need of medical experts' opinions about claim administration. This procedure is called medical claim review (MCR) and is composed of verification and advice. MCR verification evaluates the insured’s physical condition by medical records and compares it with product coverage. It is divided into assessment of living assurance benefit, verification of cancer, and assessment of the cause of death. Actually cancer verification of MCR is applicable to coding because the risk ratio in product development is usually coded data. There are some confusing neoplastic diseases in assessing the verification of cancer. This article reviews gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) and mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue tumors (MALToma) of the stomach. The second most common group of stromal or mesenchymal neoplasms affecting the gastrointestinal tract is GIST. Nowadays there are many articles about the pathophysiology of GIST. However there are few confirmative theories except molecular cell biology of KIT mutation and some tyrosine kinase. Therefore, coding the GIST, which has previously been classified as an intermediate risk group according to NIH2001 criteria, for cancer verification of MCR is suitable for D37.1; neoplasm of uncertain or unknown behavior of digestive organs and the stomach. The gastrointestinal tract is the predominant site of extranodal non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. B-cell lymphomas of the MALT type, now called extranodal marginal zone B-cell lymphoma of MALT type in the REAL/WHO classification, are the most common primary gastric lymphomas worldwide. Its characteristics are as follows. First, it is different from traditional stomach cancers such as gastric adenocarcinoma. Second, the primary therapy of MALToma is the eradication of H. pylori by antibiotics and the remission rate is over 80%. Third, it has a different clinical course compared to traditional malignant lymphoma. Someone insisted that cancer verification is not possible for the above reasons. However, there have been findings on pathologic mechanism, and according to WHO classification, MALToma is classified into malignant B-cell lymphoma and it must be verified as malignancy in MCR.
The purpose of this paper is to estimate the external diseconomies of an unwelcomed facility on the nearby houses. The facility and the area studied are Dangin-Ri power plant in Mapo-Gu, Seoul and the residential district surrounding it respectively. The nearby housing prices have been changed according to the time and circumstances of the public announcements about the reconstruction or removal plans of the plant. These price changes are regarded as the capitalized values of the external diseconomies due to the plant. This study is based on the hedonic price theory in order to estimate the diseconomies in monetary value. The tools for the estimation are four models of multiple regression with the transaction price as the dependant variable and various housing characteristics including the external effects of the plant as the independent variables. The sample analyzed is 833 house transactions for the past 5 years in the research area. The facts found are as follows; First, the most suitable functional form for the estimation is confirmed to be the linear model. Second, there are significant differences in influence on the housing values among the independent variables, that is, locational characteristics, physical features, and environmental changes with time. Third, the external diseconomy is estimated as \80,137,807 in case that the plant would be reconstructed in the underground of the present site, whereon a substitutional public park would be constructed and as \59,142,248 in case that the plant would move away.

This research is aiming to specify the requirement of the investment such as initial cost, running cost earning rate to make effective investment considering the purpose of remodeling and economical value of store building enough to meet the initial purpose of remodeling. The review of earning rate for economical evaluation was performed by the on-site auditing on the structure and function of the building and applying the assessment simulation program, which is to find the possible business model to identify the requirement of building owner through case study. After the research, the following results are obtained. First, it is important that many aspects should be carefully analysis and the best method should be selected as characteristics of remodeling can tie defer each other in their implementations. Second, though the remodeling of exist buildings to promote the functions has been applied. no suitable assessment tool has bee developed for deriding the level of remodeling in the view of economical efficiency so far. Third, the economical benefit was evaluated by analysing annual earning rate which is applied by investment items and recovery period for the investment. More specific data base should be established to apply the suggested economic accession in business enough to forecast the future circumstances. More researches should be promoted on this area continuously as well as the integrated economic evaluation of remodeling on existing building.
In this present study, to evaluate the applicability of the monitoring system of the entire reservoir dam facility using the wireless sensor network system and a section representative of the domestic reservoir dam was selected as the test bed site and to operated a system that can evaluate the condition of the facility at the real time with monitoring. In order to set up a wireless sensor network system, the system assessment of present state was carried out for confirmation the risk factors and the limit values of the risk factors in limit state were calculated. The type and position of the sensor to be measured in the field were determined by setting the measurement items suitable for the hazardous area and the risk factor. In this paper, we evaluated the feasibility of the system by monitoring and constructing a wireless sensor network system in a field for a fill dam that can represent a domestic reservoir dam. Applicability evaluation was verified by comparing directly with the measurement of partial concentration method which is the measurement management technology of the dam.

Bridges constantly undergo deterioration and damage, the most common ones being concrete damage and exposed rebar. Periodic inspection of bridges to identify damages can aid in their quick remediation. Likewise, identifying components can provide context for damage assessment and help gauge a bridge's state of interaction with its surroundings. Current inspection techniques rely on manual site visits, which can be time-consuming and costly. More recently, robotic inspection assisted by autonomous data analytics based on Computer Vision (CV) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been viewed as a suitable alternative to manual inspection because of its efficiency and accuracy. To aid research in this avenue, this study performs a comparative assessment of different architectures, loss functions, and ensembling strategies for the autonomous segmentation of bridge components and damages. The experiments lead to several interesting discoveries. Nested Reg-UNet architecture is found to outperform five other state-of-the-art architectures in both damage and component segmentation tasks. The architecture is built by combining a Nested UNet style dense configuration with a pretrained RegNet encoder. In terms of the mean Intersection over Union (mIoU) metric, the Nested Reg-UNet architecture provides an improvement of 2.86% on the damage segmentation task and 1.66% on the component segmentation task compared to the state-of-the-art UNet architecture. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that incorporating the Lovasz-Softmax loss function to counter class imbalance can boost performance by 3.44% in the component segmentation task over the most employed alternative, weighted Cross Entropy (wCE). Finally, weighted softmax ensembling is found to be quite effective when used synchronously with the Nested Reg-UNet architecture by providing mIoU improvement of 0.74% in the component segmentation task and 1.14% in the damage segmentation task over a single-architecture baseline. Overall, the best mIoU of 92.50% for the component segmentation task and 84.19% for the damage segmentation task validate the feasibility of these techniques for autonomous bridge component and damage segmentation using RGB images.
Using cross-platform development frameworks, mobile app developers can easily implement mobile apps for multiple platforms in one step. The frameworks also provides adversaries with the ability to write malicious code once, and then run it anywhere for other platforms. In this paper, we analyze the ratio of benign and malicious apps written by cross-platform development frameworks for Android apps collected from AndroZoo's site. The analysis results show that the percentage of benign apps written in the frameworks continues to increase, accounting for 45% of all benign apps in 2018. The percentage of malicious apps written in the frameworks accounted for 25% of all malicious apps in 2015, but that percentage has declined since then. This study provides useful information to make a suitable choice when app developers face several challenges in cross platform app development.

Introduction: Bone density is one of the important factors for the long term success of endosseous implants. The bone density varies from site to site and from patient to patient. A preoperative evaluation of the bone density is quite useful to oral surgeons for planning dental implantation. More accurate information on the bone density will help surgeons identify suitable implant sites, thereby increase the success rate of dental implantation. This study examined the correlation between the bone density measured preoperatively by computed tomography (CT) and the implant primary stability measured by resonance frequency analysis. Furthermore, the effects of the implant sites, gender, age and generalized systemic disorder patients on the bone density and primary implant stability were examined. Materials and Methods: One hundred and fourteen patients were selected. None of the patients had undergone a tooth extraction or bone graft history in the previous year. Preoperatively, the patients underwent CT scanning to evaluate the Hounsfield unit (HU), and resonance frequency analysis (RFA) was used to evaluate the implant primary stability at the time of implant installation. All implants were 4.0 mm diameter and 11.5 mm length US II. All patients were recorded and the HU and implant stability quotient (ISQ) value were evaluated according to the sites, gender and age. Results: The highest HU values were found in the mandibular anterior site ($827.6{\pm}151.4$), followed by the mandibular molar site ($797{\pm}135.1$), mandibular premolar site ($753.8{\pm}171.2$), maxillary anterior site ($726.3{\pm}154.4$), maxillary premolar site ($656.7{\pm}173.8$) and maxillary molar site ($621.5{\pm}164.9$). The ISQ value was the highest in the mandibular premolar site ($81.5{\pm}2.4$) followed by the mandibular molar site ($80.0{\pm}5.7$), maxillary anterior site ($77.4{\pm}4.1$), mandibular anterior site ($76.4{\pm}11.9$), maxillary premolar site ($74.2{\pm}14.3$) and maxillary molar site ($73.7{\pm}7.4$). The mean HU and ISQ value were similar in females and males. (HU: P=0.331, ISQ: P=0.595) No significant difference was also found in the age group respectively. However, the correlation coefficients between the variables showed a closed correlation between the HU and ISQ value. Conclusion: These results showed close correlation between the bone density (HU) and primary stability value (ISQ) at the time of implant installation (Correlation coefficients=0.497, P<0.01). These results strengthen the hypothesis that it might be possible to predict and quantify the initial implant stability and bone density from a presurgical CT diagnosis.

The potential repository domains for A-KRS (Advanced Korean Reference Disposal System for High Level Wastes) in geological characteristics of KURT (KAERI Underground Research Tunnel) facility site were proposed to develop a repository system design and to perform the safety assessment. The host rock of KURT facility site is one of major Mesozoic plutonic rocks in Korean peninsula, two-mica granite, which was influenced by hydrothermal alteration. The topographical features control the flow lines of surface and groundwater toward south-easterly and all waters discharge to Geum River. Fracture zones distributed in study site are classified into order 2 magnitude and their dominant orientations are N-S and E-W strike. From the geological features and fracture zones, the potential repository domains for A-KRS were determined spatially based on the following conditions: (1) fracture zone must not cross the repository; and (2) the repository must stay away from the fracture zones greater than 50 m. The western region of the fracture zones in the N-S direction with a depth below 200 m from the surface was sufficient for A-KRS repository. Because most of the fracture zones in N-S direction were inclined toward the east, we expected to find a homogeneous rock mass in the western region rather than in the eastern region. The lower left domain of potential domains has more suitable geological and hydrogeological conditions for A-KRS repository.

Alternative cropping systems would be one of climate change adaptation options. Suitable areas for a crop could be identified using a climate suitability model. The EcoCrop model has been used to assess climate suitability of crops using monthly climate surfaces, e.g., the digital climate map at high spatial resolution. Still, a high-performance computing approach would be needed for assessment of climate suitability to take into account a complex terrain in Korea, which requires considerably large climate data sets. The objectives of this study were to implement a script for R, which is an open source statistics analysis platform, in order to use the EcoCrop model under a parallel computing environment and to assess climate suitability of maize using digital climate maps at high spatial resolution, e.g., 1 km. The total running time reduced as the number of CPU (Central Processing Unit) core increased although the speedup with increasing number of CPU cores was not linear. For example, the wall clock time for assessing climate suitability index at 1 km spatial resolution reduced by 90% with 16 CPU cores. However, it took about 1.5 time to compute climate suitability index compared with a theoretical time for the given number of CPU. Implementation of climate suitability assessment system based on the MPI (Message Passing Interface) would allow support for the digital climate map at ultra-high spatial resolution, e.g., 30m, which would help site-specific design of cropping system for climate change adaptation.

As a technology to analyze and predict an issue has been developed by constructing real space into virtual space, it is becoming more important to acquire precise spatial information in complex cities. In this study, images were acquired using an unmanned aerial vehicle for urban area with complex landscapes, and land cover classification was performed object-based image analysis and semantic segmentation techniques, which were image classification technique suitable for high-resolution imagery. In addition, based on the imagery collected at the same time, the replicability of land cover classification of each artificial intelligence (AI) model was examined for areas that AI model did not learn. When the AI models are trained on the training site, the land cover classification accuracy is analyzed to be 89.3% for OBIA-RF, 85.0% for OBIA-DNN, and 95.3% for U-Net. When the AI models are applied to the replicability assessment site to evaluate replicability, the accuracy of OBIA-RF decreased by 7%, OBIA-DNN by 2.1% and U-Net by 2.3%. It is found that U-Net, which considers both morphological and spectroscopic characteristics, performs well in land cover classification accuracy and replicability evaluation. As precise spatial information becomes important, the results of this study are expected to contribute to urban environment research as a basic data generation method.
