최근 들어 가상현실 기술을 이용한 제품과 컨텐츠들이 급속히 확산되고 있다. 가상현실 기술을 이용한 시각화는 사용자에게 극대화 된 몰입감을 제공함으로써 기존의 시각화 기법과는 차별화 된 경험을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 가상현실 기술을 이용한 새로운 입체영상의 시각화 기법을 제안하고, 이에 대한 활용가능성에 대해 논의한다. 시각화 기법은 사용자에게 최대한의 몰입감을 제공할 수 있도록 두 개 이상의 스크린으로 구성된 멀티스크린 환경의 후면투사방식을 지원하는 입체 영상 구현시스템으로 구성하였다. 이를 통해 사용자들은 더욱 높은 수준의 몰입감을 느끼며, 가상현실을 경험할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 본 연구에서 제안한 시스템은 가상현실 전시, 공연, 게임, 교육훈련 등 다양한 산업분야에서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

KS K 0051(2009) was established in 1990 and revised in 1994, 1999, 2004 and 2009. Recently the structure of apparel production and distribution are changing like as small quantity batch production, increase of importing abroad apparel and increase of on-line shopping mall. Based on Social and economic conditions, examine the potential for use of KS K 0051(2009) standard sizing system for female adult's garments are needed. Through which, it was intended to suggestion for the revision of standard sizing system for female adult's garments which can facilitate communication among consumer, producer and sellers. The improvement point was discussed through review of the current KS K 0051 (2009) and abroad standard sizing system for female adult's garments, ISO 3637(1977), ISO 4416(1981), BS EN 13402-2(2002), BS EN 13402-3(2004), JIS L 4005(2001) and GB/T 1335.2(2008). Also, the revision of standard sizing system for female adult's garments was suggested using data of 6th Size Korea. As a result of this study, in the revision, formal wear, casual wear, training wear and under wear were separated to simplify the classification and the classification of body type were excluded. Also, it is possible that size designation was simplified through optional notation and letter code based on bust girth could be marked together in casual wear.

The new approach is a kind method of restoring temporary defect. Here, it is important for the defect not to occur problems of both local effect and global system. A basic concept is that it measures remaining prestress of PSC structures during the defect is restored. This study suggested new approach for measurement of remaining prestress. Two important results are obtained. First, safety problems, local stress concentration and global system, are very satisfied. Second, measurement value exists within error bound $\pm$ 1% in comparison with known value.

In this paper, we suggested and verified the effective traffic information transfer methods using the GPS (Global positioning system) and voice broadcasting. We suggested four traffic information selection methods with their testing algorithms. A traffic information transfer simulation system is developed for testing the recommended methods. In the result, we compared and analyzed efficiency of suggested methods.

This paper examines the statistical process that should be performed with caution in the composite material qualification and equivalency process, and describes statistically significant considerations on outlier finding and handling process, data pooling through normalization process, review for data distributions and design allowables determination process for structural analysis. Based on these considerations, the need for guidance on statistical process for aircraft manufacturers who use the composite material properties database are proposed.

주요 검색엔진들은 확장 및 연관검색어를 추천하는 서비스를 제공함으로써 질의어 확장에 대한 사용자의 검색 편의성을 제공하고 있다. 하지만 많은 수의 사용자가 많이 찾는 검색어 즉, 대중성을 근거하여 제공되는 확장 및 연관검색어 추천 서비스는 사용자의 만족도를 높이는데 한계가 있다. 왜냐하면 사용자마다 생각하는 차이가 존재하며 선호하는 질의 및 관심 분야도 다르기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 정보요구에 적합한 효율적인 확장검색어를 추천하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고 웹 사용자의 정보검색 과정에서 최초 질의어 입력 후 질의어 확장 과정에서 사용자의 편의성을 향상시키고자 하였다. 평가결과 제안시스템은 검색엔진에서 추천하지 못한 구글 41% 및 야후 48%의 확장검색어를 추천할 수 있었으며 사용자의 편의성을 위하여 대중성 기반으로 추천되고 있는 확장 및 연관검색어 추천 서비스의 한계를 보완하여 사용자의 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있었다.

본 연구는 국내 중소기업이 디자인을 경영레벨에서 전략적으로 활용하는데 필요한 디자인 매니지먼트 시스템의 구성과 도입 프로세스의 연구에 그 목적을 두었다. 연구의 범위는 소비재를 생산하는 국내 중소제조업의 디자인 매니지먼트에 관한 제 문제로 국한시켰다. 그리고 연군방법은 중소기업의 경영특성 및 경영환경과 관련시켜 디자인 개발의 필요성과 디자인 매니지먼트 도입의 필요성에 대한 고찰과 중소기업의 디자인 활용실태를 파악한 후 디자인 매니지먼트의 현황 및 해결과제에 대해 논의하였다. 마지막으로 국내 중소기업에 바람직한 것으로 사려되는 디자인 매니지먼트의 시스템을 사내에 정착시키기 위한 프로세스에 대해 제시하였다. 연구 결과로서 다음과 같은 사실을 알 수 있었다. (1) 중소기업은 경영적 특성을 살리고 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해서 디자인개발의 활용이 요구된다. (2) 중소기업의 제품차별화 전략이나 틈새시장 전략에 디자인은 신속하게 대응 할 수 있는 수단이 된다. (3) 중소기업이 디자인을 경영레벨에서 활용할 경우, 기업 커뮤니케이션.기업조직.사업 및 마케팅 둥 측면에서 효과적이다. (4) 국내 중소기업 대다수는 디자인 조직.인력.환경 등 모든 디자인 활동이 취약하여, 디자인 매니지먼트 시스템의 도입 및 구축이 요구된다. (5) 국내 중소기업이 디자인 매니지먼트 시스템을 구축하기 위해서 경영자의 디자인 중요성에 대한 재인식과 강력한 관심이 선행되어야 한다. 연구의 최종 결론으로서는 국내 중소기업이 디자인 조직 및 인력을 베이스로 한 디자인 매니지먼트 시스템을 구축하는 프로세스를 제시하였으나, 실증적으로 검증하는데 까지 연구하지는 못하였다.

A role of Distribution Automation System(DAS) is required to be changed from observing and control to complex and various new system including functions which monitoring, control, prediction, operation and management of EMS type according to be gradually Smart Grid of distribution operation system for development of further power system industrial. IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) published communication standards which interface and data model of distribution operation system to IEC 61968 and of host system like EMS(Energy Management System) to IEC 61970. So far, each standards are emphasizing themselves, but if they are applied by designed integration of the standards, it could be more efficiency system. So, in this paper, integration application of IEC standards and structure of further distribution operation system to use them are proposed by gradually increasing importance of communication protocols, functions and roles in further distribution management system considering Smart Grid.

The problem of establishing weapon system safety especially during the development process has been one of the very important fields related with public safety in advanced countries such as USA, UK and so on. These countries have launched strong policies on system safety to reduce the chance of accidents. However, the Republic of Korea (ROK) has limited experiences and application of the system safety on domestically produced weapon systems. Therefore, it is imperative that the government starts a comprehensive and systematic policy on system safety to reduce the occurrence of potential accidents during the development of weapon systems. In this paper, we analyze system-level activities needed through the life-cycle of the weapon systems and provide a suggestion for application of the system safety.
