CGS공법에 의한 해성점토 및 준설매립지반의 기초보강 사례 (Case Study for Improvement of Marine Clay and Dredgedfill Ground by CGS Method)

  • The CGS method is non-discharge replacement method improving ground stiffness by the effect of static compaction with injecting very low slump mortar into ground, and is applied for increasing bearing capacity and filling ground cavity by lifting or restoring differential settled structures and preventing differential settlement. This paper suggests design of ground improvement and construction case history for civil engineering structures by CGS method. This method can be used for reinforcing soft ground and liquefaction of loose sandy soil. This method was used in SongDo area in Incheon Economic Free Zone due to its low vibration of ground while it can improve the soft soil where underground structures(subway and box culvert) are already existed.

  • The objective of this study is to predict the minimization effect of the noise and vibration during the construction and the train operation regarding to the design modification of the Taegu Subway Line No. 1. It was suggested optimal control blasting methods to reduce the causing vibration Nuance to the resident in City Taegu and also proposed the better governing method to decrease the environmental hazard to the near buildings and residents during the train operation. When the high-density gaseous reaction of explosion products exerts a high pressure in motion outward, a dynamic stress field will be created in the surrounding buildings. Therefore, in the region close to the charge, permanent damage begins to occur at a great critical level of partial velocity, that is difficult from different structure as working conditions. It is reliable to predict that the damages could be reduced if we know the peak velocity and the exact reasons through the conducting of detail studies of structural analysis of the related buildings with the optimal blasting designs. A blasting technique should be deemed to take advantage of the reduction of damage of the surrounding rocks and structures to improve the in-city blasting. This is a typical in-city blasting operation where success depends on closely controlling the ground vibrations in case of better designed blasting methods. There are techniques that can be applied to prevent large vibrations from damaging the important buildings through the Route Modification of the Taegu Subway Line No. 1.

차량 하중을 받는 노출 가스배관의 진동특성 연구 (A Study of Vibration Characteristics of Exposed Gas Pipeline under Vehicle Loading)

  • Exposed gas pipeline in underground, especially subway construction site, has been continuously vibrated by vehicle above ground. Because this vibration can cause unexpected damages to pipeline, we had measured and analyzed the vibration. This paper presents results of the vibration analysis of exposed gas pipeline and the results are as follows. The major vertical vibration frequency of pipeline was about 13 Hz and the other frequency components disappeared when the vibration transmitted to I-beam and wire rope. Existence of wooden casement had not affect vibration of exposed gas pipeline. The results of modal analysis by experimental and analytical methods have good agreement and it is also shown that exposed pipeline has possibility of resonance at second mode.

바닥발파에서 암질지수(RQD)와 발파진동상수 K, n의 관계 (Relationship between Rock Quality Designation and Blasting Vibration Constant "K" & Decay Constant "n" by Bottom Blasting Pattern)

  • 본 연구는 수직구의 바닥굴착을 위한 바닥발파시 삼승근환산식과 자승근환산식의 발파진동상수 및 감쇠지수와 암질지수(RQD)와의 관계를 시험발파계측을 통하여 정리분석한 것이다. 각종 발파시 발파진동의 크기는 장약량, 발파원과 발파진동 측정지점과의 거리, 지반의 특성에 따라 크게 좌우되며 본 논문에서는 지반의 특성이 발파진동에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 암반의 절리특성을 대표하는 RQD와 발파진동 크기와의 관계를 연구한 것이다. 시험결과 RQD의 증가에 따라 발파진동상수 K와 감치지수 n의 절대치는 상대적으로 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며 본 연구결과에 의하여 향후 암질지수에 따른 바닥발파의 발파진동속도를 예측할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 교량 기초를 위한 널말뚝 압입과 RCD 말뚝 시공시에 발생하는 진동에 대한 기존 지하철 구조물의 안정성을 유한차분법에 의한 동적수치해석을 이용하여 고찰하였다. 먼저 진동에 의한 구조물의 안정성 평가 기준을 국내외 사례를 토대로 제안하고 바이브로 해머의 제원과 하중제안식을 바탕으로 수치해석을 수행하여 널말뚝 압입시 발생하는 최대입자속도를 산정하였다. 아울러 RCD 말뚝 시공시 비트진동에 의한 토체의 진동속도를 실측치와 경험식을 이용하여 산정하고 그 결과를 허용진동기준과 비교하였다. 진동하중 하에서 시간에 따라 터널 천단, 어깨부 및 측벽부에서의 응답과 구조물 부재의 축응력, 전단응력 및 최대 휨압축응력이력을 제안된 기준과 비교하여 터널의 안정성을 검토하였다.

  • 옛날에는 거대한 바위를 제거하기 위해서는 다이나마이트 등의 폭약을 사용하여 폭파개념의 발파를 해왔다. 그러나 도심지에서 지하철굴착, 건물기초굴착, 택지조성 등을 위해서는 폭파개념의 굴착은 곤란하다. 건설교통부 암발파설계 및 시험발파 잠정지침(안)에서는 0.3cm/sec(센티세크)를 진동안전기준치로 하였을 때 $25\~120m$ 이격거리에서는 TYPE I의 암파쇄굴착공법에서 TYPE IV의 진동제어중규모 발파공법을 권장하고 있다. 본 논문은 25m이내 지역의 최근접 암파쇄굴착공법(TYPE I)적용 최적공법인 나노프라즈마 공법을 소개하고자 한다. 나노프라즈마 공법을 적용하여 도심지 바위를 파쇄할 때 15m거리에서 기존의 미진동발파공법의 절반 진동수준인 0.1cm/sec가 예상되는 획기적인 공법이다.

V=K(D / W)$\^$-n/ N=1.60-1.78 K=48-138 Project one of contineous works to above a determination of empirical equation on the cautious blasting vibration with Crawler Drill(ø 70-75mm) in long distance. 터널라이닝 안전관리를 위한 발파제한영역 평가 (Evaluation of the blast-restriction zone to secure tunnel lining safety)

  • 도심에서 지하구조물, 고층빌딩의 건설은 기존 지하철 터널의 근접시공이 수반되는 경우가 많다. 이 경우 지하철 구조물의 정적 동적인 안정성이 동시에 확보 되도록 하여야 하며 국내에서는 일반적으로 정적인 관리 기준만 제시되었다. 하지만, 도심지 근접시공이 많은 굴착 제약 조건하에서도 발파를 수행되는 경우가 대부분이므로 동적 가이드라인 또한 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 수치해석을 활용하여 발파진동에 따른 영향을 검토하고, 발파 제약영역을 추정하고자 하였다. 특히, 지하철 터널의 토피고 및 지반특성을 변화시켜 구조물의 최대진동속도 변화를 분석하였다. 해석결과 토피가 증가할수록 진동속도가 감소하는 결과를 보였다. 지반강성 변화 파라미터 스터디 결과 직경의 $1{\sim}2$배 이격 시 풍화암, 연암, 경암의 순서로 라이닝 진동속도가 더 커지는 결과를 보였지만, 이격되는 거리가 직경의 3.5배의 경우는 지반과 무관해지는 경우를 보였다. 진동규제속도인 1 cm/sec를 만족하는 발파위치 포락선 분석결과 전반적으로 지반특성이나, 심도의 차이에도 그 영향은 현저하지 않음을 보였다.

Nord2000의 철도차량 분류기준에 따른 소음지도 결과 비교 (Comparison of the noise map using Nord2000 according to the criteria for railway vehicle classification)

  • Recent development of related technologies and efficient utilization of the entire country for the purpose of railway construction, and plans are being accelerated. the railway noise has been improved by increasing the high speed railway station, and accelerating the existing trains. Nord2000 which is an overseas noise prediction equation could not be applied directly to the domestic railway vehicles. So the specific vehicles in the Nordic countries which is a similar specification to domestic trains should be selected. Nord2000's accuracy was compared to Schall03, CRN's. Prediction of Ground impedance and Roughness class were carried out at different. In this paper, the result of selected vehicles for Nord2000 was as follows. S-1aX2 was for express trains, N-$^*2c$-3b was for Mugunghwa, S-Pass/wood was for Saemaul, N-4a was for freight trains, N-3a was for subway, the calculation time for Nord2000 took longer than others, in addition, Ground absorption was indispensable to calculate a noise map for Nord2000. As a result, CRN's prediction noise levels at Wonju-si was closest to the measurements. However, the predicted noise levels of Nord2000 was the most accurate.
