중년여성을 위한 건강정보 프로그램 개발과 건강교육 활용에 관한 연구 (Development of Health Information Program for the Middle Aged Women)

  • The purpose of the study was to develop a Web site for the middle-aged women and test the usability of the site. Users' need for information were identified via online survey of 189 middle-aged women. It was found that they had various health problems but very few did any health prevention or health promotion activities. A web site for the middle-aged women was developed based on the result of needs assessment. The site includes content on exercise, diet including weight control, osteoporosis, climacteric, aging, breast and cervical cancer. Besides this health information, FAQ on women's health, my health knowledge test, statistics, link to related institutes and web sites, newspaper articles/mass media clips, journal articles, conferences, papers and other educational information were added. The site was developed as a subsystem of the Healthguide(http://healthguide.kihasa.re.kr). As a way of utilizing the homepage, twenty two women aged 40-50 were recruited at a community-based gathering and health promotion education program was conducted. To test the effectiveness of the education, knowledge, attitude and behavior changes of before and after education were compared. There were significant differences of knowledge and behavior in breast cancer, cervical cancer, osteoporosis, menopause and sexual life. It is expected that Web-based women's health information will contribute to women's health promotion and provide an effective learning media for health education.

인공위성용 추진제/가압제 Fill/Drain 밸브 개발

  • 짧은 국내 우주개발의 역사 속에서도 현재 다목적실용위성 개발사업을 성공적으로 수행하고 있으나 대부분의 핵심부품들에 대해서는 국산화 개발을 시도조차 하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 중장기 국가우주개발 계획에 따라 향후 우주선진국으로의 진입을 위해서는 핵심부품 국산화 개발은 필수적으로 이루어져야하므로 한국항공우주연구원 다목적위성사업단에서는 (주)한화와 더불어 상대적으로 국산화 접근의 가능성이 높은 추진제/가압제 공급용 Fill/Drain 밸브의 개발을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 설계, 제작 및 시험에 걸쳐 Fill/Drain 밸브 개발의 전 과정을 요약하였고, 이 과정을 통해 총 4세트의 개발모델을 국산화 하는데 성공하였으며 인수 시험을 통해 성능 요구조건을 충분히 만족함을 확인하였다.

  • According to railway safety regulations for securing the railway vehicle's quality and performance, it can be partly exempted that the performance tests and production inspections on the railway vehicles which are produced and assembled for the purpose of test and research. The reasons of this exemption are for ensuring maximum autonomy and for saving time considered the development period of railway vehicle. However, it was continuously demanded the necessity of supplementation on the confirmation about railway vehicle's quality & performance. Therefore, we added "The monitoring step" which is for securing the quality and performance in high speed railway vehicle's subsystem & compartment to supplement those tests & inspections in development. In this paper, based on a standard ABS(Activity Breakdown Structure) of railway vehicle and a WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) of the railway vehicle system, we investigate the necessity of monitoring in the High speed railway vehicle development. And by comparing and analyzing the essential requirements of international standard, IRIS(International Railway Industry Standard) & TSI(Technical Specification for Interoperability), we try to examine a standard monitoring procedure.

Development, Demonstration and Validation of the Deep Space Orbit Determination Software Using Lunar Prospector Tracking Data

  • The deep space orbit determination software (DSODS) is a part of a flight dynamic subsystem (FDS) for the Korean Pathfinder Lunar Orbiter (KPLO), a lunar exploration mission expected to launch after 2018. The DSODS consists of several sub modules, of which the orbit determination (OD) module employs a weighted least squares algorithm for estimating the parameters related to the motion and the tracking system of the spacecraft, and subroutines for performance improvement and detailed analysis of the orbit solution. In this research, DSODS is demonstrated and validated at lunar orbit at an altitude of 100 km using actual Lunar Prospector tracking data. A set of a priori states are generated, and the robustness of DSODS to the a priori error is confirmed by the NASA planetary data system (PDS) orbit solutions. Furthermore, the accuracy of the orbit solutions is determined by solution comparison and overlap analysis as about tens of meters. Through these analyses, the ability of the DSODS to provide proper orbit solutions for the KPLO are proved.

  • ATM 경보 취합 장치는 $1,024\times1,024$의 대용량 ATM 교환기의 하드웨어 고장 취합 기능을 지원하기 위한 목적으로 8비트 소형 마이크로프로세서 및 EA-232C 통신 방법을 이용하여 AGLA(Alarm Gathering Interface board Assembly)로 부르는 단일 보드로 개발되었고, ATM 교환기를 구성하는 가가 서브시스템 하드웨어 블럭 및 모듈에 대해 온라인 시험을 통하여 성능이 입증되었다. 본 논문은 ATM 교환기의 하드웨어 장에 경보 신호의 관리를 위한 경보 취합 장치의 설계 및 개발에 관하여 기술하였으며 이는 추후 성능이 더욱 우수한 대용량 ATM 교환기의 유지 및 운용 기능을 개발하는데 이용될 수 있다. 아울러 ATM 교환기 경보 취합 비에 대한 향후 연구 항목을 제시하였다.

  • 2008년 발사를 목표로 개발되고 있는 통신해양기상위성(COMS: Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite)는 기상 관측과 해양 관측 임무 및 통신 임무까지 수행하는 정지궤도 위성이다. 통신해양기상위성은 크게 탑재체와 지상국으로 나눌 수 있고 지상국은 다시 통신 임무를 위한 CTES(Communication Test Earth Station), 해양/기상 임무를 위한 IDACS(Image Acquisition and Control System), 그리고 위성 관제와 운영을 위한 SGCS(Satellite Ground Control System)로 구분된다. 이 중 IDACS의 서브시스템 중 하나인 LHGS(LRIT/HRIT Generation Subsystem)는 LRIT/HRIT(Low Rate Information Transmission/High Rate Information Transmission)를 생성하고 배포하는 기능을 가지고 있다. 관측 종료 후 LRIT/HRIT 전송 완료까지 15분 이내로 이루어져야 한다는 기상청의 요구사항을 만족하기 위해서 JPEG 압축 시간도 중요한 요소로 고려되어야 한다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 MTSAT에서 받은 LRIT/HRIT의 자료 처리를 바탕으로 lossless JPEG와 lossy JPEG의 압축 시간을 측정하여 압축률을 비교하여 성능 분석을 해보기로 한다. 이렇게 도출해낸 수치자료는 COMS LHGS 설계에 활용할 수 있다.

프레임 구조의 계층적 설계 해석 및 최적화 (A Hierarchical Approach for Design Analysis and Optimization of Framed Structures)

  • 본 연구는 부구조화에 기초한 계층적 접근방법을 이용하여 프레임구조에 대한 설계민감도해석과 최적화를 수행한다. 이 방법의 개념적 틀은 유형의 구조계와 무형의 설계과정을 계층적으로 모델링하고 부구조화해석과 다단계최적화를 결합하는데 있다. 여기서 해석과 총합을 위한 수학적 모델은 공통의 부구조화체계와 기반위에서 설정된다. 이러한 수학적 구조적 기반위에서 모듈화된 거동해석과 민감도해석 및 최적화과정이 서로 연계되고 통합된다. 여기서 설계민감도정보는 상태공간방법으로 계산되고, 시스템단계의 활성조건과 중량비 규준을 통해 부구조들의 조율이 이루어진다. 대형프레임구조에 대한 수치 예제들을 통해 본 연구의 타당성 및 효율성과 유용성을 검증한다.

Sn-3.5wt%Ag 비납솔더를 이용한 미세피치 솔더접합부의 신뢰성에 관한 연구 (Reliability of Fine Pitch Solder Joint with Sn-3.5wt%Ag Lead-Free Solder)

  • As solder becomes small and fine, the reliability and solderability of solder joint are the critical issue in present electronic packaging industry. Besides the use of lead(Pb) containing solders for the interconnections of microelectronic subsystem assembly and packaging has enviromental problem. In this study, using Sn/Pb and Sn/Ag eutectic solder paste, in order to obtain decrease of solder joint strength with increasing aging time, initial solder joint strength and aging strength after 1000 hour aging at $100^{\circ}C$ were measured by peel test. And in order to obtain the growth of intermetallic compound(IMC) layer thickness, IMC layer thickness was measured by scanning electron microscope(SEM). As a result, solder joint strength was decreased with increasing aging time. The mean IMC layer thickness was increased linearly with the square root of aging time. The diffusion coefficient(D) of IMC layer was found to $1.29{\times}10^{-13}{\;}cm^2/s$ at using Sn/Pb solder paste, 7.56{\times}10^{-14}{\textrm}{cm}^2/s$ at using Sn/Ag solder paste.

분야별 하부시스템의 최적화를 통합한 분해기반 MDO 방법론 (A Decomposition Based MDO by Coordination of Disciplinary Subspace Optimization)

  • The paper describes the development of a decomposition based multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) method that coordinates each of disciplinary subspace optimization (DSO). A multidisciplinary design system considered in the present study is decomposed into a number of subspaces based on their own design objective and constraints associated with engineering discipline. The coupled relations among subspaces are identified by interdisciplinary design variables. Each of subsystem level optimization, that is DSO would be performed in parallel, and the system level coordination is determined by the first order optimal sensitivities of subspace objective functions with respect to interdisciplinary design variables. The central of the present work resides on the formulation of system level coordination strategy and its capability in decomposition based MDO. A fluid-structure coupled design problem is explored as a test-bed to support the proposed MDO method.

주파수응답함수의 부분구조합성 법을 이용한 차 실내소음 예측 (Vehicle Interior Noise Analysis Using Frequency Response Function Based Substructural Method)

  • This paper presents the simulation methodology of the interior noise of vehicle using the frequency response function based hybrid modeling of the system which consists of multi-subsystem models obtained by the test or analysis. The complex systems such as a trimmed body of high modal density and a powertrain were modeled by using experimental data, and a sub-frame of a vehicle of low modal density was modeled by finite element data. Modeling of the whole system was executed and validated in the two stages. The first stave is combining the trimmed body and the sub-frame, and the second stage is attaching the powertrain, which is a exciting source, to the combined model of the first stage. The input force to the system was modeled as an equivalent force in the virtual space, which was obtained from impedance method using the FRFs of the powertrain and the responses. The interior noise predicted by the proposed method was very close to the direct measurement, which showed feasibility of the proposed modeling procedure. Since the methodology is easily applied to both the transfer path analysis of structure-borne noise and the analysis of noise contribution of a sub-system, it is expected to be a strong tool for design change of a vehicle in the earlier stare.
