Recently, DMB service markets experience a rapid change with terrestrial DMB test-broadcasting for the nation-wide coverage and paid interactive data broadcasting being offered utilizing TPEG and BIFS technologies. This warrants a reexamination of a consumers' adoption intentions for DMB service. This paper uses a survey data set to analyze DMB adoption intentions and the choice between terrestrial DMB and satellite DMB services according to preferred contents and other media usage characteristics. Empirical results show that consumer who prefer TV, music, and movie contents are more likely to adopt DMB service, whereas consumers with high intentions for HSDPA subscription are less likely to adopt DMB service. This implies that continuing development of killer application and the analysis of substitutes or complements of other media are crucial for the increase of DMB adoption intentions. It is found that the more consumers prefer sports, movies and entertainment/game and put higher values in the quality of the contents, the more likely they adopt satellite DMB service. Meanwhile, the more consumers prefer TV, drama and news contents, and are sensitive to the subscription fees, they are more likely to adopt terrestrial DMB service. Therefore, it seem that consumers' DMB adoption between terrestrial and satellite services is crucially related with types and characteristics of contents offered.

This study aims at defining the factors affecting adoption intentions for portable Internet services based on the characteristics of individuals creating the markets and developing strategies of the service, which is expected to be the next-generation telecommunication service. For this Purpose, two types of sub-factors are defined : characteristics of individuals including demographic statistics, usage of existing services, prior cognition, adoption attitudes and service assessments : and adoption Intentions including willingness for subscription, subscription period, willingness to pay, types of usage and preferred device. The results of the study indicate that demographical statistical variables vary depending upon the levels of adoption intentions, and that users of mobile Internet services via mobile phones and wireless LANs are highly probable of being targets for the portable Internet services. Furthermore, the results demonstrate demands for enhancing recognition of the usefulness and ease of use of the services and intense marketing activities for potential users bearing innovativeness to stimulate the market of the portable Internet service. The author is confident that this study will significantly contribute to the successful market entrance of portable Internet service, and also to growth in the market.

공공시설에서 청각장애인은 음성 알림을 제공받지 못하기 때문에 정보 획득의 수단으로 시설에 대한 전용 애플리케이션을 사용한다. 하지만, 각 시설마다 전용 애플리케이션을 사용해야하는 불편함이 있다. 본 논문에서는 청각장애인을 위한 알림 서비스 구독 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 MQTT 프로토콜을 사용하여 알림 서비스를 설계하고, 애플리케이션을 통해 QR 코드를 스캔하면 알림 서비스를 구독한다. 알림 서비스를 구독한 청각장애인은 해당 알림 정보가 게시되는 경우 메시지를 전달받는다.

Recently, Proxy Mobile IPv6 (PMIPv6) has received much attention as a mobility management protocol in next-generation all-IP mobile networks. While the current research related to PMIPv6 mainly focuses on providing efficient handovers for unicast-based applications, there has been relatively little interest in supporting multicast services with PMIPv6. To provide support for multicast services with PMIPv6, there are two alternative approaches called Mobile Access Gateway (MAG)-based subscription and Local Mobility Anchor (LMA)-based subscription. However, MAG-based subscription causes a large overhead for multicast joining and LMA-based subscription provides non-optimal multicast routing paths. The two approaches may also cause a high packet loss rate. In this paper, we propose an efficient PMIPv6-based multicast protocol that aims to provide an optimal delivery path for multicast data and to reduce handover delay and packet loss rate. Through simulation studies, we found that the proposed protocol outperforms existing multicast solutions for PMIPv6 in terms of end-to-end delay, service disruption period, and the number of lost packets during handovers.

본 논문에서는 무선 네트워크 환경에서 이동 호스트들에게 멀티미디어 서비스의 제공을 위한 멀티캐스트 전송 기법을 제안한다. 핸드오프 과정 중에 발생하는 패킷 손실 등을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 오버랩 영역을 이용한 Pre-join 기법을 제안한다 그리고 실시간 멀티미디어 응용에서의 연속적인 서비스 지원을 위해 본 논문에서 제안된 Crossover 라우터에서의 버퍼링 기법은 Remote Subscription 기법에서 제안한 최적 경로 기법에 기반하여 영역들의 오버랩 된 특성을 이용한 호스트의 이동 방향 탐지 기법을 적용하였다. 제안한 기법의 성능을 평가하기 위해 NS-2를 이용하여 Mobile If의 Bi-directional tunneling 기 법 과 Remote Subscription 기 법, 그리 고 MoM 기법과 비교 실험하였다 실험 결과 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 이동 호스트에게 최적의 경로를 제공해 줄 뿐 아니라, 패킷 손실을 해결하기 위한 Pre-join 혹은 Crossover 라우터 버퍼링 기법을 사용함으로써 비교 실험한 다른 기법들에 비해 네트웍 부하와 패킷 손실, 대역폭 사용 측면에서 향상된 성능을 보였다.

4차산업혁명의 진전과 코로나19 팬데믹으로 인하여 구독경제가 급격히 확산 되고 있다. 특히 제품의 서비스화가 진전되면서 구독경제는 더욱 확대될 것으로 보인다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 구독경제의 확산을 위해 소비자 관점에서 이를 촉진하는 요인과 방해하는 요인에 대해 실증적으로 분석하고자 했다. 이를 위해 품질에서 만족, 충성도, 성과로 이어지는 매커니즘을 밝힌 SPC(Service Profit Chain) 모델을 토대로 혜택 요인과 희생 요인을 함께 다루고 있는 VAM(Value-based Adoption Model)의 framework을 결합하여 연구 모형을 도출하였다. 혜택 요인으로 유용성과 편의성을, 희생 요인으로 인지된 위험과 인지된 비용을 도출하였다. 이러한 요인들이 이용 만족도와 지속 이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 실증 분석을 위해 구독경제 이용 경험이 있는 사람들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 유효한 300부를 분석하였다. 분석은 AMOS 24를 활용하여 구조방정식으로 하였다. 실증 분석 결과 편의성은 이용 만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 인지된 위험과 인지된 비용은 이용 만족도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면, 유용성은 이용 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이용 만족도에 영향을 미치는 영향력의 크기는 인지된 비용, 편의성, 인지된 위험 순이었다. 이용 만족도는 지속 이용 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 학술적인 차원에서 기존의 검정된 모형을 결합하여 그 유효성을 검정하므로서 연구의 지평을 넓혔고, 실무적 차원에서는 인지된 비용이 여전히 중요한 요인임을 검정하였다는 점에서 의의가 있는 것으로 사료 된다.

Mobile cloud computing (MCC) combines mobile Internet and cloud computing to improve the performance of applications. In MCC, the data processing and storage for mobile devices (MDs) is provided on the remote cloud. However, MCC faces the problem of energy efficiency caused by randomly varying channels. In this paper, by introducing the Lyapunov optimization method, we propose a combined service subscription and delivery (CSSD) algorithm that can guide the users to subscribe to services reasonably. This algorithm can also determine whether to deliver the data and to whom data is sent in the current time unit based on the queue backlog and the channel state. Numerical results validate the correctness and effectiveness of our proposed CSSD algorithm.

본 논문에서는 IPv6 기반 망에서 이동 호스트들에게 효율적이고 신뢰성있는 멀티캐스트 서비스를 제공하기 위한 멀티캐스트 라우팅 기법을 제안한다. 본 논문의 목적은 멀티캐스트 트리 재구성 횟수와 멀티캐스트 서비스 끊김 시간을 줄이는 알고리즘을 개발하는데 있다. 제안하는 멀티캐스트 라우팅 기법은 IETF 워킹그룹에서 제안되어진 Bi-directional tunneling 기법과 Remote subscription 기법의 장점들을 이용한 혼합방식이다. 제안하는 기법은 최대 허용 전송 지연 시간을 만족하면서 최대 터널링 서비스를 제공한다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 기존 멀티캐스트 라우팅 기법들에 비해 제안하는 기법이 멀티개스트 트리 재구성 횟수와 멀티캐스트 서비스 끊김 시간 측면에서 보다 우수한 성능을 가짐을 보인다.

본 연구는 온라인 콘텐츠 구독 서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위한 실증 연구이다. 온라인 콘텐츠 구독 서비스가 일상생활과 밀접한 다양한 분야로 확대되고 있는 상황에서 이용자의 어떠한 특성이 온라인 구독 서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 종속변수를 현재 구독하고 있는 온라인 콘텐츠 구독 서비스 개수로 설정하였고, 독립변수를 과시적 제품 구매 성향, 성격 유형, 온라인 콘텐츠 이용 경험 여부, 디지털 리터러시로 설정하였다. 또한, 통제변수로는 인구사회학적 특성(성별, 연령, 최종학력, 개인 월평균 소득, 가구원 수)과 디지털 기기(휴대폰, 태블릿, 데스크탑, 노트북, TV) 보유여부를 설정하였다. 본 연구에서는 정보통신정책연구원(KISDI)의 2022년 한국미디어패널조사 데이터를 활용하여 토빗(Tobit) 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 디지털 리터러시, 성격유형 중 조화성과 친화성, 온라인 콘텐츠 이용 경험은 온라인 콘텐츠 구독 서비스 이용에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이용자의 과시적 제품 구매 성향과 성격유형 중 개방성과 외향성은 온라인 콘텐츠 구독 서비스 이용에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 구체적으로 온라인 뉴스/잡지/E-book, 음악, 교육동영상 콘텐츠의 이용 경험과 디지털 리터러시는 온라인 구독 서비스 이용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 온라인 게임 콘텐츠 이용 경험과 성격유형 중 친화성과 조화성은 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

At this point in time South Korea is rapidly metastasizing to a aging society. A major cause of aging can be summarized as increased life expectancy, decrease of nuclear family and birthrate, and South Korea's progress is faster than any other country. From the 1970s, western society has changed social welfare to deinstitutionalization and community care because of problems about economic reason and facilities protection, so the type of elderly social service has also changed from the facility welfare service which is accommodated old people in certain facility to community welfare service which provides various welfare services with living together. Public facilities for low income group which are supported by government are lower, 6.6%, than the United States or Japan, 50%. They are divided into private manage facilities and subscription elderly facilities. These subscription elderly residential facilities show poor administration because of focusing on development and market analysis for investment returns. Therefore, in order to vitalize the elderly welfare residential facilities in Korea, we need plans about systematic services facilities for welfare and phased medical treatments. Therefore, the purpose of this study is that (1) the types and functions of residents for community elderly residential facilities in elderly welfare policies of U.S., and supported policies are researched as a transcendental model, (2) data about operating system with the principles of the market is analyzed, and (3) basic data about welfare facility plan for community residential elderly people is provided.
