천장관절에 적용한 움직임을 동반한 관절가동술이 뇌졸중 환자의 보행에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Mobilization With Movements Applied Sacro-Iliac Joint on Gait of Stroke Patient)

  • Background: To determine effects of mobilization with movements (MWM) application on stroke patient with hypomobility on sacroiliac joint. Methods: The subject was 47years old male who have left hemiplegia because of right intra-cerebral hemorrhage. The subject was have hypomobility on sacroiliac joint. MWM using during 4weeks and using Berg balance scale (BBS), Timed up and go (TUG), 10meter walking (10MW) test for evaluation. Results: The results of this study were summarized below; BBS score for evaluating balance ability was increased, and TUG time, 10MW test time was decrease. Conclusion: We consider that MWM application on stroke patient with hypomobility on sacroiliac joint is not only regain mobility on sacroiliac joint but also increase in balance ability and walking speed.

습도 변화에 따른 뇌파 기반 생체신호 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Variation of Physiology Signals based on EEG with Humidity)

  • Subjects with 0.7[clo]'s amount of clothing were estimated on their thermal comfort, concentrativeness, heart rate variability, stress and fatigue degree when given variation in relative humidity to 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, and 80[RH%], in an environmental test room of temperature 25[$^{\circ}C$], illumination 1000[lux] and air velocity 0.02[m/sec], by using EEG, learning ability and HRV. At the result, it was at 50~60[RH%] of relative humidity that subject's thermal comfort and concentrativeness were at the highest while stress were at the lowest, and it was at 60[RH%] of relative humidity that heart rate variability was most stabilized. It was found that when temperature and humidity of the environmental test room are at 25[$^{\circ}C$] and 50~60[RH%], subject's productivity and psychological state are least affected.

  • This paper describes a method of human sensibility evaluation for pleasant and unpleasant environments. Conditions of the environment are room temperature and humidity. Changing the conditions, 10-channel EEG signals for 4 subjects are collected. Linear predictor coefficients of the recorded EEGs are extracted as the feature parameter of human sensibility. A neural network-based human sensibility estimation algorithm is developed. The developed algorithm showed good performance in the pleasantness evaluation. The neural network output produced accurate states of pleasantness sensibility. Subject-independent test showed similar results with subject-dependent test.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the planning dimensions according to homemaker's age and education. In this study the dimensions of planning are participation, time span , significance, specifity and flexibly. The subject areas of planning are family economy, household activities, child rearing and purchasing. Questionnaires were given to the selected 181 homemakers living in Seoul and Incheon. Data were analyzed by frequency, percent, x2 -test, F-test. The result are as follows: 1) There are significant differences in planning dimensions according to homemaker's age and education in some subject areas. 2)The younger the homemaker is and the higher her educational level is, the more cooperatively the couple plan in family life. 3)The family of which homemaker is younger and more educational tends to plan significantly, specifically and flexibly in family life.

THE VALIDITY TESTS OF ARTICULATION LISTS USING THE EFFECTS OF MONAURAL AND BINAURAL FACTORS

  • In this study we developed monosyllable lists for articulation test for Korean. We sampled 103,581 colloquial monosyllables, applied them to five selection rules that based on Korean linguistic characteristics, and finally constructed five different lists with fifty monosyllables. The validity test using the monaural impairment factors such as S/N ratio and cut-off frequency showed that articulation scores were chanted systematically according to the level of impairment factors. In addition, we investigated the effect of azimuth of a single competing sound upon articulation scores. The syllables were always reproduced by the loudspeaker in front of the subject, while Hoth noise were reproduced by the loudspeaker with varying azimuth around subject. The result indicated that the articulation depended on the azimuth of competing sound sources. Finally, no significant differences among lists were found in all experimental conditions.

  • Magnetic Levitated(Maglev) Vehicle, which utilizes electromagnetic forces between dual-pole electromagnets and a steel rail, generally runs on guideway structures. A prototype of an Urban Maglev Vehicle has been developed and tested in Korea, This study was conducted as a cooperation research subject of the 3-1 subject, performance improvement of maglev track structures, of the Center for Urban Maglev Program, statred in 2006. As the Maglev load is distributed rather than concentrated, a field test was conducted on Simple Span PSC-BOX Girder Bridge(L=25.0m) of the Expo-Maglev test track in Daejeon to examine the dynamic effect of the Maglev load on the bridge. Numerical analyses were also performed up to the maximum passing speed of 110 km/h by 10 km/h increments of Maglev Vehicle using Finite Element model of bridge, and girder deflections, accelerations and Dynamic Amplification Factor (DAF) are analysed.

직업계고등학교 고교학점제 도입에 관한 교과 담당 교사의 인식조사 (A Survey on the Perceptions of Subject Teachers on the Introduction of High School Credit System in Vocational High Schools)

  • 본 연구는 고교학점제 시행을 위한 선결조건, 외적환경개선, 운영방식, 직업계고 특성, 성공적 실행 및 정착에 대하여 직업계고 교원들을 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 설문조사 후 담당교과(보통교과, 전문교과)별 교원들의 인식차이 유무를 알아보기 위하여 t-test 검증을 통하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 고교학점제 시행을 위한 선결 조건인 선택형교육과정도입, 교원들의 참여의지, 학교장의 지도성, 학생들의 고교학점제에 대한 인식제고, 과목이수요건, 학년진급요건, 졸업요건 확정, 고교내신 절대평가, 교사별 학생평가, 수능 영향력 축소, 교원 부전공 연수실시 등은 전문교과 담당교원들이 보통교과 담당교원들보다 통계적 유의수준 하에서 더 높게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 고교학점제 시행을 위한 외적환경개선, 운영방식, 직업계고 특성, 성공적 실행 및 정착 관련 변인들은 전문교과 및 보통교과 담당교원들 간의 인식의 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

뇌졸중 환자의 동적균형 및 보행에 대한 감각운동 훈련과 사이클링 운동의 효과 비교 : 개별사례연구 (Comparison of sensorimotor training and cycling exercise for dynamic balance and gait function stroke patient: Single subject design)

  • Background: The objective of this study was to determine whether sensorimotor training using an unstable surface affects dynamic balance and gait function in patients with hemiparesis, and to compare the effect of sensorimotor training with that of cycling exercise. Methods: Two subjects with post-stroke hemiparesis volunteered to participate in this study. Single-subject A-B design with alternating treatment was used for this study. Baseline(A) and intervention(B) phases were performed for 7 and 8 sessions, respectively. Sensorimotor training and cycling exercise were performed for 20 minutes in randomized order. Assessment tools were made by using a step test, timed up and go(TUG) test, and 6-minute walk test(6MWT). Results: Each of the participants improved in all three tests after the two interventions. Participants 1 and 2 showed the improvement for their assessment score after sensorimotor training in the step test by 42.1%(p<.05) and 58%, in the TUG, 31% and 19.5%, and in the 6MWT test, 32.3% and 10.6%(p<.05), respectively. After cycling exercise, participants 1 and 2 also improved in the step test by 32.5% and 53.1%, in the TUG, 27.4% and 18%, and in the 6MWT test, 28.8% and 3%. In statistical analysis between the two interventions, sensorimotor training showed a significant increased values in the step test for participant 1 and the 6MWT for participant 2 as compared with those of cycling exercise. Conclusion: Sensorimotor training and cycling exercise are helpful for improving dynamic balance and gait capacity. Furthermore, sensorimotor training may be more helpful than cycling exercise.

수능 한국지리 문항에서의 지도활용과 출제 지역의 공간 분포 현황 분석 (An Analysis of Regional Imbalance and Map Usage in Korean Geography Test as a Part of the College Scholastic Ability Test)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학수학능력시험 한국지리 평가 문항들에서 지역적인 편중이 발생하는가를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 2005~2015학년도의 수능 한국지리 평가 문항에서 지도와 설명 및 그래프를 통하여 특정 지역이 한국지리 세부 영역별로 어느 정도의 빈도로 출제되었는가를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 수능 한국지리 220문항 중 약 42%에서 지도가 활용되고 있었고, 약 33%에서 구체적인 지역 정보가 제시되고 있었다. 한국지리의 세부 영역별로 볼 때 기후, 산업, 지역(지방) 영역에서 구체적인 지역 정보 제시가 많았다. 지난 11년 동안 수능 한국지리 출제 문항에 언급된 시 군은 모두 76곳이며, 이들 중 3번 이상 언급된 곳은 25곳이다. 가장 높은 출제 빈도를 보인 지역은 서울이며, 인천과 대구, 부산, 강릉, 제주 등이 출제 빈도가 높은 지역이었다. 수능 한국지리 평가 문항 분석 결과 세부 영역에 따라 차이가 있기는 하지만 지역적인 편중이 존재함을 확인할 수 있었다.
