간호학 교육에서의 문제중심학습에서 튜터의 내용전문성과 튜터경험에 따른 학습자 만족도 (Tutors' Content Expertise and Experience on Student Satisfaction in Problem-Based Learning Nursing Curriculum)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호학과 문제중심학습에서 튜터의 내용전문성과 튜터경험에 따른 학습자의 만족도 차이를 확인하는 것이다. 연구대상인 간호학과는 전체 학년을 대상으로 간호학 전공교과목을 통합한 hybrid PBL curriculum을 운영하고 있다. 튜터의 내용전문성은 최종 학위논문과 근무했던 임상분야를 기준으로 분류하였다. PBL 튜터경험은 초보자는 1년 이하, 경력자는 10년 이상인 경우이다. 3학년을 대상으로 6주 동안 PBL 수업 후 설문조사하였다. 연구결과 튜터의 내용전문성에 따라 학습자 만족도에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으나 튜터경험에 따른 학습자 만족도와 튜터의 내용전문성과 튜터경험간의 상호작용 효과는 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구는 PBL에서 내용전문가로서의 튜터역할에 대한 중요성을 환기시켰다고 할 수 있다. 향후 다양한 학과와 전공분야를 가진 더 많은 튜터를 대상으로 한 추후연구가 반복되어야 하며 학습자 만족도 외의 다양한 변인과의 차이를 측정해봐야 할 것이다.

원전 수업에서 변증(辨證) 기반 진료수행시험(CPX) 시나리오를 이용한 역할극에 대한 학생 만족도 조사 (A Survey of Student Satisfaction after Role Play using Syndrome Differentiation-based Clinical Performance Examination Scenario in Class of Korean Medical Classics)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of students who participated in a role play using the syndrome differentiation CPX (Clinical Performance Examination) scenario in Korean Medicine Classics class, and to find out whether the results were correlated with self-assessment of treatment skills and subject achievement. Methods : In the Korean Medicine Classics class in the first semester of 2022, 44 first-year students in the Department of Korean Medicine completed theoretical education and formative evaluation on the subject of internal damage fever, and then role-played using CPX scenarios. Among them, 41 students consented to the study. Students who agreed to the study answered the satisfaction questionnaire consisting of 13 questions in 2 areas on learning methods and effects, and self-evaluation was conducted according to the evaluation items of medical technology consisting of 23 questions. Satisfaction and self-assessment results were analyzed for correlation, and additionally, correlation with Korean Medicine Classics subject achievement was also analyzed. Results : The result of student satisfaction with the role play was 4.87±0.06 while the result of student self-assessment of clinical skill was 4.73±0.16. The student satisfaction with the role play showed statisticallysignificant correlations with the self-assessment of clinical skill and quiz score of Korean Medical Classics while it did not show correlations with the total score of Korean Medical Classics and paper test. Also, the self-assessment of clinical skill did not show correlations with the total score of Korean Medical Classics, paper test, and quiz. Conclusions : Even though the students who performed the role play using the syndrome differentiation based CPX scenario highly assessed their clinical skill and showed high satisfaction, it did not show significant correlation with the achievement of Korean Medical Classics.

성역할정체감에 따른 치과위생사의 업무수행 만족도와 자기 효능감 (The effect of gender role identity on the satisfaction and self effectiveness with job performance of dental hygienist)

  • Objectives: This study aims to investigate the effect of job performance satisfaction and self-efficacy according to gender role identity in the dental hygienist. Methods: Data collection was performed from June 21 to July 31, 2015. The survey was composed of questions on the subject's general demographical profile, gender role identity, job satisfaction, job performace satisfaction, and self-efficacy as a dental hygienist. The job performance satisfaction and self-efficacy were done by Kruskal-Wallis test and Bonferroni post hoc test. Results: 1. The highest job performance satisfaction was shown as unclassified (36.6%), bisexuality (27.8%0, feminity (19.8%), and masculinity (15.9%). 2. There was a significant difference between the satisfaction as a dental hygienist and self-efficacy among the group (p<0.001). 3. Both female and male dental hygienists had the highest satisfaction and self-efficacy with the job performance. Conclusions: The satisfaction and self-efficacy with the job performance were influenced by gender role identity. Therefore, in order to enhance the satisfaction and self-efficacy as a dental hygienist, the education for the dental hygienist must include the gender role identity in the future.

스마트 폰을 활용한 객관적 임상시험 후 자기평가와 자기효능감 및 만족도 (Self-assessment, Self-efficacy and Satisfaction after OSCE using Smart Phone)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among self-assessment, self-efficacy, and satisfaction after OSCE(Objective Structured Clinical Examination) using smart phone. Methods: The convenience sample was consisted of 90 nursing college students. The data were collected from November 15 to November 18 in 2011. The data were analyzed using SPSS win 19.0 program. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics including t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient to compare self-efficacy and satisfaction by subject's general related characteristics and to examine the relationships among variables. Results: The level of self-efficacy was 3.48(${\pm}0.27$). The level of satisfaction was 4.01(${\pm}0.54$). Self-efficacy was significant relationship satisfaction with practice education (r=.380, p=.045), satisfaction with the method of practical tests (r=.270, p=.009), and satisfaction with major (r=.250, p=.015). There was significant relationship between satisfaction with major and satisfaction with practice education (r=.240, p=.020). Conclusion: Comprehensive intervention promoting self-efficacy, interpersonal relationship, and perceived image of nurses after practicum is needed to improve self-efficacy and satisfaction, for those who can not better interpersonal relationships, perceived image of nurses after practicum.

웹 컨텐츠를 이용한 실습교육의 수용요인에 관한 실증적 연구 - 공업계 고등학교 전자교과를 중심으로 - (A Study on Students' Acceptance Factors of Web-Contents based Classroom for Studying Electronic Subject in Technical High Schools)

  • 7차 교육과정이후 ICT는 실업계 고교의 수업에서 교육효과 제고를 위한 중요한 도구로 등장하였다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 공업계 고등학교 학생들의 수업 만족도 및 참여도를 높일 수 있는 방법을 모색하고자 전자과 실습교육을 위한 웹 컨텐츠를 설계, 개발, 수업에 적용하여 어떤 요인들이 학습자의 만족에 영향을 미치는지를 확인해 보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 학습자의 학습 만족도에는 웹 컨텐츠의 용이성, 유용성, 재미 등의 요소가 직접적인 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었고, 그 이외의 웹 컨텐츠의 디자인, 이미지, 질, 학습자의 태도, 자기 효능감 등의 요 인들이 간접적인 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 실업계 고교 수업에서 사용하고자 하는 웹 컨텐츠 설계에 유용한 지침을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

초등 교과 교육을 위한 플립 러닝 기반 스마트 교수-학습 시스템의 개발 및 적용 (The Development and Application of a Flipped Learning-Based Smart Teaching and Learning System for Elementary Subject Matter Education)

  • 본 연구에서는 초등 교과 교육을 위한 플립 러닝 기반 스마트 교수-학습 시스템을 설계 및 개발하고 이를 초등 교육 현장에 적용하여 교과 성취 수준 및 교과 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석 평가하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 교수-학습 시스템은 비디오 파트, 데이트 파트, 러닝라인 파트의 세 부분으로 구성되었으며, 플립 러닝 기반 수업을 위하여 프레젠테이션, 사전 수업 동영상, 스프레드시트 등이 제작되었다. 본 연구의 교수-학습 시스템을 수업에 적용하여 분석한 결과 학습자들의 교과 성취 수준 신장 및 교과 만족도 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에 대한 시사점 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

간호사가 지각한 조직의 임파워먼트가 직무만족에 미치는 영향;팔로워십 유형을 중심으로 (The Effects of Empowerment on Job Satisfaction;Focusing on Followership style)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to find out the fact that the empowerment would effect on the job satisfaction with priority given to followership style. Method: The subject of this study were 465 nurses who were employed at 3 general hospital in one university. The data were collected through questionnaires survey of empowerment and job satisfaction, followership style from 26 April to 4 May 2004. Result: The empowerment explained 52% of the job satisfaction. The critical factor were 'Opportunity' and 'Resource'. The followership style were Exemplary followers, Pragmatist followers and Passive followers that the empowerment significantly influenced on the job satisfaction. 1) Exemplary followers, The empowerment explained 69% of the job satisfaction. The critical factor were 'Resource' and 'Support'. 2) Pragmatist followers, The empowerment explained 43% of the job satisfaction. The critical factor were 'Resource' and 'Opportunity'. 3) Passive followers, The empowerment explained 36% of the job satisfaction. The critical factor was the only 'Support'. Conculsions: The empowerment was ascertained to influence on job satisfaction. And It differed the critical factor of empowerment according to followership style. Therefore, Organizational manager must take into account followership style when develope the strategy for organizational effectiveness.

공간 유형별 실내조경에서의 배경음 만족도 연구 (The evaluation of background sound satisfaction when interior sound source and landscape are provided in various types of space)

  • As for the generally preferred sound sources used in the test, the sound of water and the birds chirping were highly valued. And they have found that preference of the subject is increased if background music which mixed well with the sound sources were provided together. On the other hand, the sound sources of low satisfaction were judged at be church bells, bell of Emile, and fulling cloth, which not mix well with interior landscaping. If the physical elements of interior landscaping were equally composed, it has found that the larger were a of water space is, the higher satisfaction more than other sound sources. Average satisfaction of background sound in interior landscaping classified according to the characteristics of space has found that satisfaction of the birds chirping and music in working space and satisfaction of water sound and music in commercial space were high. Women judged that satisfaction of the birds chirping and music in working space and satisfaction of water sound and music in commercial space whose values were the same with the average ones were high, while men judged that satisfaction of the song of birds and music in working and commercial space is high.

남녀공통필수 과목으로의 전환에 따른 중학교 가정전공 교사와 비전공 지원교사에 의한"가정"교과교육 운영 현황에 대한 조사연구 (A research on the implementation of home economics education by home economics majored and other subject majored Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of self-confidence and satisfaction level in teaching home economics between home economics majored teachers(HET) and other subject majored teachers(OST). The subjects of this study were 192 home economics teachers randomly selected from 96 middle schools all over the country. The data was collected from 16, september to 12, October, 1996, and was analyzed with descriptive statistics, crosstables, and t-test using SAS program. The major finding were as follows: 1) In general, home econimics is taught mostly by OST in boy' middle school. 92% of OST is employed in boy' middle school and 89.13% of them is employed in private boy' middle school. 2) OST had less in-service experiences than HET on sixth revised curriculum, and had lower recognition than HET on the goal, content, teaching method, evaluation of home economics. 3) There were significant difference on the level of self-confidence and satisfaction in teaching home economics between HET and OST.

  • This study is to test some expected performances coming from the introduction child care electronic voucher system, and suggest some policy implications. At first, this study established causal model on the expected performances of child care electronic voucher system, and then tested it through structural equation model on the base of survey. Survey was made through sampling employees of child care facilities in Gwangju Metropolitan City. This study showed that the expected effects of child care electronic voucher system are significant. This study suggested some implications basing on this analytical results.
