본 연구는 일학습병행 사업관계자 직무연수 참여자 2,543명의 교육훈련 만족도 조사 결과를 활용하여 일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자를 주 대상으로 한 교육훈련의 성과분석을 진행하고, 교육과정 효과성 제고를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자 교육훈련은 매우 높은 수준의 학습자 만족도를 나타내 성공적인 교육훈련을 제공한 것으로 평가되었다. 교육과정 운영 현황 및 교육 참여자 특성은 학습자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 강사·주제·시설환경·운영 측면의 만족은 모두 교육과정 만족에 유의한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

치과의료기관의 질관리를 위한 환자만족도 조사의 측정도구를 개발하고 평가하기 위하여 3회의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 51개소의 치과의료기관이 조사에 참아하였으며, 1017명이 응답하였고, 의료기관의 유형과 자료수집 방법에 따라 5개의 표본 집단으로 분류되었다. 표본 집단과 응답자의 특성에 따른 측정값, 신뢰도, 응답편견의 차이와 효과를 비교하기 위하여 정규성검정, t 검정, 분산분석, 카이스케어 검정, Kruscal-Wallis 검정을 실시하였다. 응답 편견과 균형척도에 의한 신뢰도, 타당도, 척도판별력의 저하효과가 추정되었다. 1. 측정 도구 문제를 평가하기 위한 독립 표본의 신뢰도를 비교한 결과 4개의 표본 집단의 내적 일관성의 신뢰도는 비슷한 수준을 보이고 있다. 2. 두 항목의 균형 척도에 대한 긍정 응답 편견률은 20%이며, 교육 수준에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다(P<0.05). 3. 환자 관점의 질 평가 척도의 측정값은 독립 표본 사이에 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 연령에 따라 20대와 60대 사이에 유의한 차이가 나타나고 있다(P<0.01). 4. Likert 5점 척도로 구성된 총화평정척도의 평균은 4.16으로 좌측으로 편이되고 중앙값에 집중된 높은 첨도의 분포를 보였다. 5. 하위척도 사이의 평균차, 삼사분위값 대 일사분위값의 평균차가 95%의 신뢰구간에 포함되어 측정도구의 판별력은 매우 낮았다.

본 연구는 부모방임이 청소년의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 그 과정에서 자아정체성과 삶의 만족도의 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국아동 청소년패널 조사의 5차년도(2014) 자료를 활용하였고, 본 연구에 적합한 2,035명의 중학생을 대상으로 변수간의 위계분석과 경로분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석 결과를 살펴보면. 첫째, 부모방임은 청소년의 자아정체성과 삶의 만족도 및 학교생활적응에 모두 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 자아정체성과 삶의 만족도는 학교생활적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 자아정체성과 삶의 만족도는 부모방임과 청소년의 학교생활적응 간에 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 청소년의 자아정체성과 삶의 만족도, 학교생활적응을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발의 필요성이 제시되었다.

We are going to make clear three things through the examination of the subject of this study. The first thing is to verify whether perceived usefulness and ease of use of usage have positive effects on trust and satisfaction which determine the loyalty of a shopping mall. The second Is to find out the effect of perceived usefulness and ease of use of using internet shopping mall on shopping mall's loyalty through variable intermediation of trust and satisfaction. The third is to emphasize the importance of perceived usefulness and ease of use of using a shopping mall web sites and carrying out a through analyzing path that usefulness and ease of use are intermediated by trust and satisfaction to loyalty. We made a poll to people who had ever used internet shopping mall and got Information. The results are below. The easer internet shopping mail users feel when using shopping mall sites, the more they feel them useful. Perceived usefulness and ease of use of usage have positive effects on trust and satisfaction which are major preceding factors of Internet shopping mall loyalty. The perceived ease of use, trust, and satisfaction intermediate between the perceived ease of use and shopping mall's loyally while users are accepting internet shopping mali. And trust and satisfaction intermediate between the perceived usefulness and shopping mall's loyalty. These results show that the degree of usefulness and feeling easiness in using shopping mall of users should be considered seriously. The only easiness of shopping mall doesn't create shopping mail's loyalty, but, It's created when users acknowledge the usefulness, trust, and satisfy.

본 연구는 가상현실(VR)을 주제로 이용자 관점에서 프레즌스를 기반으로 만족과 지속 이용 의도에 관한 주제로 접근하였다. 설문조사 기관을 통해 의뢰한 569명의 남녀 이용자들이 느끼는 만족과 이를 매개로 한 지속 이용 의도에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 내용에서는 독립변수인 VR 프레즌스의 구성 요인을 사실감이나 몰입감, 상호작용으로 설정 하였다. 이용자 특성은 개인의 혁신적 성향이나 몰입의 정도, VR 이용 경험으로 설정 하였다. VR 프레즌스와 이용자 특성 그리고 어지러움이나 시각적 피로도로 대표되는 VR 멀미가 콘텐츠 만족과 시스템 만족에 미치는 관계와 지속 이용 의도에 대해 연구 문제와 모델을 제시하였다. 구조방정식(SEM) 모델을 적용한 연구 문제의 해석으로는 8개의 가설이 모두 채택되었다. 결론에서 VR 콘텐츠의 만족을 높이는 요인과 지속적 이용 의도에 가장 큰 영향력으로 작용하는 콘텐츠 만족이 본 연구가 제시하는 핵심 시사점으로 나타났다.

이 연구는 우리나라 종합병원에 근무하는 직원들의 의사소통에 대한 만족도와 조직유효성 인식과의 관계를 실증적으로 조사하기 위한 것이다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 4개의 연구가설을 설정하였으며, 가설검증을 위해 전국 10개 병원에 근무하는 의사, 진료지원직, 행정직 직원 473명에 대한 설문조사를 2013년 1월 3일부터 2월 8일까지 실시했다. 단계적 회귀분석 결과, 병원 직원들의 의사소통에 대한 만족도는 조직유효성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 의사소통 만족도와 직종 간의 상호작용 효과는 조직유효성 중 안정성보다는 성장성에 더 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직종별 의사소통 만족도조사에서는 진료지원직종이 5점 만점에 3.11점으로 가장 낮아 문제점으로 지적되었다. 병원이 조직의 통합을 원한다면 직종 간 의사소통 만족도를 높이기 위한 세부적인 전략 개발이 필요하다고 하겠다.

국내 의류산업은 패선 의류상품 기획력과 마케팅의 강화, 전문 고급인격의 양성, 전산화와 정보화 시스템을 확충시킨다면 고부가가치를 창출하는 패션산업으로 성장할 수 있는 잠재력을 효과적으로 활용하기 위해 우리나라 패션기업의 근무여건에 대한 연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 패션기업의 현황을 먼저 살펴보고 여러 가지 근무여건에 관한 문제점을 분석, 진단하고 그 결과를 토대로 하여 패션기업의 합리적인 경영과 발전을 도모할 수 있는 종업원의 근무만족도 및 역할성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 개선 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 직무특성과 직무자체만족도의 관계에서는 직무다양성, 직무중요성, 직무자율성의 요인이 직무자체 만족도에 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무가 다양하고 중요성과 자율성이 높아질수록 직무만족도가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 그리고 회사생활에 있어 회사에 대한 자긍심과 충성심이 높아질수록 동료만족도가 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있다. 또 회사생활에 있어서 직원들이 복지제도에 대한 만족도가 놀아질수록, 복지혜택에 대한 만족도가 낮아질수록 동료만족도가 놀아진다는 것을 알 수 있다.

It is to improve customer satisfaction measurement and CT Scan process without delay of examination time when is using Scan positioning time(Planning time) that time is happened always between research reactor CT examination to increase fear and examination satisfaction by the customer's comprehension tribe which get the latest contrast enhancement CT examination. Needs and interests that customer wants to compose visual and auditory Contents to be played to Scan positioning time did questionnaire about curiosity later before CT examination to 600 people for October - November 2 months of 2006 to customer whole that get CT examination on source. Data getting through questionnaire investigated examination comprehension and satisfaction through questionnaire after experiment Scan Positioning to 500 coming to help customers to be source CT examination for 3 months February December - 2007 year in 2006 manufacturing Voice and Visual announce media for reference. To customer who interest degree appeared, and answers preparatory audit from preparatory audit about curiosity of CT examination customer to order of examination time required(43%), contrast media side effect(26%), examination region(20%), breath(10%), etc..(1.5%) audio-visual materials in questionnaire that attain after do reclamation among examination age, sex, reception type of irrelatively in 91% of target increase of hailing degree and examination satisfaction appear. Searched that customer hailing and satisfaction are increased greatly when use of audio-visual materials in satisfaction result that use CT Positioning delay time. In experiment process, It took lacking part by method that use hearing in case of do not use sight as is unavoidable in subject position or old age. Through this, audio-visual materials could analogize that it is more useful method that use sight and hearing at the same time.

Purpose: This study is a descriptive research conducted for looking into the role awareness level. role conflicts, and job satisfaction among professional home care nurses in the field of hospital based home care nursing service. Method: 154 specialized home care nurses in 63 hospitals and clinics that are implementing home care programs were subject to the study. Result: 1. The level of role awareness among professional home care nurses was $4.47\pm0.41$ on average out of 5. 2. The average score for role conflicts was $3.87\pm0.61$ out of 5. 3. In terms of job satisfaction level. $3.33\pm0.71$ was scored out of 5. 4. It has been discovered that there are statistically significant positive correlations among role awareness level, role conflicts(r= .224, P= .005), and job satisfaction level(r= .166, P=.040), while a negative correlation was detected between role conflicts and job satisfaction level(r=-.210, P= .009). Conclusion: The level of role awareness among professional home care nurses in the field of hospital based home care nursing service was very high and job satisfaction level was high when the level of home care nursing antecedents was high and the organization structure of working place was independent. But the level of role conflicts coming out of the weakness of job-supporting system was high. So the realistic alternative such as the improvement of working environment by administrative, institutional support, is required to make up for this problem in the future.

Purpose: Nursing workplace spirituality (NWS) has received attention as a new and meaningful subject for nursing to consider, but little is known about the relation of NWS to nursing. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of NWS on job satisfaction, burnout and turnover intention. Methods: Participants were 145 clinical nurses, who had worked for over 6 months in one of four general hospitals in B city. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: In the second hierarchy controlling general characteristics, significant predictors of job satisfaction were burnout and NWS, which explained 45.0% of the variance. NWS had more influence on job satisfaction than burn out, and the model was suitable. NWS showed no statistically significant effect on burnout and turnover intention, when general characteristics and job related factors were controlled. Conclusion: Findings indicate that nursing workplace spirituality has a positive influence on job satisfaction, but no direct influence on burnout or turnover intention, which may indicate an indirect influence. Nurse managers need to develop the NWS enhancement program and provide them to nurse to improve job satisfaction.
