Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine clinical nurses' perception and education needs for concepts related marketing. Methods: The subjects of this study were 340 nurses who were working in the 9 general hospitals located in Seoul and Gyeonggido. The data were collected using structured questionnaire(Cronbach'${\alpha}$=.98) from Sept. 1 to Oct. 31. of 2005. For data analysis, the SPSS/PC program Version 12.0 was used. Results: The highest mean score of nurses' perception for concepts related marketing was client satisfaction and the lowest mean score was marketing mix. The highest mean score of nurses' education needs was client satisfaction and the lowest mean score was marketing mix. The correlation between subject's general characteristics and nurse's perception was showed in nurses' age, education, hospital size, clinical career, position. The correlation between subject's general characteristics and nurses' education needs was viewed in age, clinical career, position. Conclusion: These results can be used to develop for clinical nurses' marketing education course and plan for marketing strategies of nursing organization.

This paper deals with inter-relationship change of women's university students on the process of SW development project using social collaboration tool. Inter-relationship is one of the basic vocational competency in NCS(National Competency Standards) of Korea. We redesigned the curriculum of "Software Engineering" subject for this study and composed the project teams of students to develop software. The details of inter-relationship are satisfaction, communication, faith, friendliness, sensitivity, openness and consideration. From the result of this study, faith, openness and consideration have positive effect but satisfaction, communication, friendliness and sensitivity have no meaningful effect. The surveys were conducted in the beginning of semester and the same surveys were conducted again in the end of semester. The results were verified by paired t-test with SPSS 18.0. It is significant that the using of social collaboration tool for team project has positive effect on inter-relationship change, especially faith of women's university students. This study has some limitations for generalization but has meaning as new trial to enlarge the basic vocational competency of students in major subject, "Software Engineering". We expect new study for inter-relationship change of students to evaluate generality based on the proposed method in this paper.

The purpose of this study was to find out the characteristics of foster care of long-distance parents who meet their children on weekend and to examine the relationships among the separation anxiety and maternal guilt in foster care. The subject consisted of 138 employed mothers who are living separately with their children. The instruments used for this study were the Separation Anxiety Scale(Cho & Park,1992), the Maternal Guilt Scale(Kim & Kang, 1997), the Parental Satisfaction Scale(Hyun & Cho,1994), and the Parental Stress Scale(Park,1994). The main results of this study were as followings: 1. Mothers had a tend to rely on family members expecially grandparents for foster care of their children. They usually have visited to meet their children weekend and made a phone call once a day. Parental satisfaction in foster care was reported to be moderately high level. 2. The subject’s separation anxiety was found to be high, and it was strong positive relationships to maternal guilt feeling in foster care. The results of this study have implications for both formal and informal support systems of employed mothers with children. The findings of this study may used as basis for understanding long-distance parents’problems in foster care, developing support programs, and public policy for employed mothers.

본 연구는 대학도서관 인적 서비스에 대한 대학생들의 인식정도, 신분별 상관성, 전반적인 도서관 만족도와의 영향관계를 검증하고, 품질 인식의 괴리 원인 분석과 개선안을 제시하고자 한다. 인식도의 분석결과, 이용자의 현행서비스에 대한 인식은 아주 낮고, 서비스 품질은 최소한의 수준에도 미치지 못하였다. 품질 요인에서 희망수준이 높은 것은 미소장자료의 신속한 입수와 공손함이었고, 희망수준과 괴리가 큰 요인은 충분한 주제전문서비스와 자발적인 도움이었다. 서비스 품질은 도서관 만족도에 영향을 주었으며, 주제전문서비스, 이용자 요구의 정확한 이해, 예의바르고 공손함이 영향을 많이 주었다. 인식 괴리 원인은 사서들의 무관심, 질문응답의 의욕부족, 커뮤니케이션의 부족, 이용자에 대한 배려 부족 등이었다.

The elevation of present medical service using advanced science contributes to offer medical examination and treatment of good quality under the subject of patient satisfaction as well as patient impression. The dental service field charging some part of public health promotion and public welfare promotion also intends to improve the dental examination and treatment quality utilizing advanced science. The object of this research is the development of dental patient education system (DPES) using multimedia of new technology. DPES can be employed for these object, harmonious operation of dental examination and treatment, treatment quality improvement, disease notice to patient under the subject of patient satisfaction and patient impression, explanation of some selective treatment course, the verification of treatment necessities and treatment validation, and the improvement of treatment effect through the oral cavity sanitation education in the sense of prevention. This research also serves the development environment, the step to collect educational document, visual information and to structure those, and the examination of DPES efficiency in clinic.

이 연구의 목적은 $\ulcorner$기술 가정$\lrcorner$교과의 운영 형태와 교과 운영 형태를 결정하는 의사결정과정에서 교사의 참여정도를 알아보고, 이에 따른 교사의 만족도를 밝히는데 있다. 분석을 위한 설문지는 2001년 7월에서 8월 사이에 중학교 1학년 $\ulcorner$기술 가정$\lrcorner$교과를 지도하고 있는 교사 284명으로부터 우편을 통해 수집하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 중학교 1학년 $\ulcorner$기술 가정$\lrcorner$교과는 주로 가정과 교사에 의해 전담지도 되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 2) 전담지도하는 교사는 비전공영역의 기능과 지식 부족, 학생들의 교과에 대한 학습 흥미 저하, 학생과 학부모의 신뢰 문제, 설비 부족 등의 문제를 더 심각하게 느끼고 있었다. 영역별로 분담지도하는 교사가 의사결정과정에 더 적극적으로 참여하고 있으며, 전담지도 교사보다 교과 운영 형태에 대해 더 만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 교과 운영 형태에 대한 만족도는 주로 교과 운영 형태에 영향을 받으나 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 변인은 교과 운영 형태를 결정하는 의사결정과정에서의 참여정도에 대한 인식으로, 교과 운영 형태 자체보다 교사의 의사결정과정 참여가 교과 운영에 대한 만족도를 높일 수 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

본 연구는 충북 청주 율량2지구 택지개발사업과 행정중심복합도시사업에 의한 이주민 361명을 대상으로 그들의 주거만족도에 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 조사대상자들의 주거만족도 수준은 5.35(SD=1.33)로 조사되어 보통수준인 것으로 나타났다. 주거만족도에 영향을 미치는 관련 요인들의 수준을 살펴보면, 물리적 시설 영역(M=2.99)과 주거환경 영역(M=2.97)은 보통수준인 것으로 나타났으나, 주택환경 영역(M=2.84), 개발에 대한 신뢰 영역(M=2.77)은 보통수준보다 다소 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 주거만족도에 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 조사대상자의 연령, 가구형태, 거주 기간, 건강상태, 자가 여부, 주거만족도 관련 요인의 주택환경 영역, 물리적 시설 영역, 주거환경 영역, 개발에 대한 신뢰 영역 등이 주거만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 기초로 하여 이주민의 주거만족도를 향상할 수 있는 몇 가지 방안을 제시하였다.

Purpose : This study is a descriptive survey research that examines the effect of nursing students' satisfaction in major and consciousness of biomedical ethics on nursing professionalism. Methods : The research subjects consisted of junior and senior nursing students enrolled in four colleges located in City B, South Korea Structured questionnaires were distributed to the subject and a total of 262 copies of survey responses were analyzed. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, and analysis of variance (ANOVA) using SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The correlation relationship was investigated based on the Pearson correlation coefficient. Multiple regression was used to capture the effect on the nursing professionalism. Results : A positive correlation was observed between the nursing students satisfaction in major and consciousness of biomedical ethics (r=.280, p<.001), between satisfaction in major and nursing professionalism (r=.581, p<.001), and between consciousness of biomedical ethics and nursing professionalism (r=.290, p<.001). General satisfaction (β=.227, p=.001), and relationship satisfaction (β=.248, p=.000) among major satisfaction had the strongest prediction power for the nursing professionalism of nursing students, followed by right to life of fetus (β=.190, p=.000) among consciousness of biomedical ethics and motivation for admission (β=.137, p=.006). These predictors explained 36.9 % of the variable of nursing professionalism. Conclusion : Based on this study result, repeated studies are required that can confirm diverse influential factors on the nursing professionalism of nursing students. Operation of curriculums and development of programs that increase the nursing students' satisfaction in major and foster their nursing professionalism are required in the future.

This study tried to investigate the effect of the service quality attributes of the curation on the satisfaction, trust, and intention to continuous use of consumers in that curation services are derived in various forms and being greatly activated, there are not many academic discussions centered on them. Besides, differences between curation services by each service provider were also verified in this study. Data collection was conducted for one month in August 2019, with 373 men and women in their 20s. The results of the study are as follows. First, according to the result of investigating the variables that make effect on user satisfaction of curation service, it was identified that satisfaction has increased when figures of fulfillment, responsiveness, personalization, design, ease of use, and safety were higher. Second, among the variables that influence the reliability of the curation service, trust increases when user satisfaction, design, ease of use, and safety are higher. Third, satisfaction has a positive effect on trust, and both satisfaction and reliability affect the intention to continue use. Fourth, as a result of examining the difference in quality between the curation services divided by Curating subject, it was found that satisfaction, ubiquitous connectivity, and responsive quality were measured higher in the business operator service than in the user curation service.

In this paper, we introduce the methodology for the automatic generation of the subject field hierarchy for Intellgent Expert Management Framework using WordNet. Intelligent Expert Management Framework, which is proposed as an appropriate method to manage valuable tacit knowledge within the organization, defines the expert profile structure and proposes the efficient method to automate the process to collect and update the expert profile information based on the profile structure defined. To increase the satisfaction level of users, additional intelligent search features are defined and users can be given the list of experts in related or similar expert fields when they perform expert searches based on the expert database being built. To enable automatic profiling of the organizational experts as well as intelligent expert searches, the subject field hierarchy, upon which the expert profiles are classified and expert searches for similar fields are performed, should be predefined. In this paper, we propose the WordNet library method that first eliminates the ambiguity of the senses of nominal data values, constructs the subject field hierarchy by overlapping the hypernym of the remaining senses, and lastly adjusts the derived hierarchy to the preference of users. Based on the proposed methodology, we expect to avoid the prohibitive costs in building large subject field hierarchies when manually done as well as maintain the objectivity of the hierarchies.
