Objectives : This paper is to report a natural pregnancy of Whidam's Su-Gi therapy with korean medical treatment on a infertile patient who had a missed abortion and was repeatedly failed in IVF-ET. Methods : A patient who had infertility problem had a missed abortion, endometrial curettage and IVF-ET several times. In this study, the patient steadily took a Whidam's Su-Gi therapy with korean medical treatment such as herbal medication, acupuncture, and cupping therapy, and so forth. Results : Through taking Whidam's Su-Gi therapy without assisted reproduction techniques, the patient got pregnant naturally. Conclusions : This case suggest that Whidam's Su-Gi therapy with korean medical treatment is effective in treating infertile female after missed abortion and failure in IVF-ET and inducing natural pregnancy. Therefore, there needs to be more trial on infertile patients treated with Su-Gi therapy with korean medical treatment.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to report about a 50's female patient after Hemorrhoidectomy, whose symptoms were relieved after Korean medicine treatment with Whidam's SuGi Therapy. Methods : The patient in this study received Korean medicine treatment such as herbal medication, acupuncture treatment, cupping therapy and specially Whidam's SuGi therapy. Results : After the treatment, the symptoms of pains were relieved. Vas fell from 9 to 2 and overall, the body condition has improved. Conclusions : This study showed that Whidam's SuGi therapy added with Korean Medicine treatment can be an effective choice for after Hemorrhoidectomy.

This study has been carried out to investigate the cause, symptom and treatment of Gi-Su(氣嗽) by referring to 20 literatures. The results were as follows; 1. The factors causing Gi-Su(氣嗽) divided into 3 groups. The 1st outer factors are mental element, 2nd spleen week 3rd dam(痰). 2. The symptom of Gi-Su(氣嗽) is as follows. stimulus feeling in throat, cough, pain of sub-ribs, bad feeling, retching, vomiting, unfair, fatigue, worn, diarrhea, dark tongue, makhyun(脈弦). 3. The treatment of Gi-Su(氣嗽) is as follows. gaewulhanggi(關鬱行氣), egichungpae(利膈淸肺), hwadam(化痰), soganhaeWul(疏肝解鬱), hanggidoche(行氣導滯), sangyuljedam(散結除痰) 4. The drugs of Gi-Su(氣嗽) is as follows. chilgitang(七氣湯), gamisachiltang(加味四七湯), sojaganggitang(蘇子降氣湯), banhahubaktang(半夏厚朴湯).

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Su-Gi therapy for Insomnia by using ISI scores and PSQI test. Methods : We investigated 4 patients on condition of Insomnia who was hospitalized in the M Korean medicine hospital in Gyeonggi Province from 8th June, 2015 to 21st October, 2015. The Su-Gi therapy was treated on patients once a day for 10 minutes. We figured out the outcome by using ISI scores and PSQI test. Results : There were no differences on average sleeping time and the time to falling a sleep. Meaningful outcomes in values of ISI scores and PSQI test was not deduced after Su-Gi therapy. There were some progress on disturbance of daytime due to insomnia, ISI scores and PSQI test. In the Correlation analysis of outcomes of before and after the Su-Gi therapy, there were some improvements on ISI scores and PSQI tests and some questionnaire but were not enough to reach meaningful outcomes. We concluded that the more treatment time is needed to improve the condition of patients on insomnia as we see in PSQI test, one month is minimum period time to draw the conclusion. Conclusions : Theses outcomes suggest a possibilities that improvements who are suffering from insomnia can be get well when the Su-Gi therapy is performed for sufficient moments.

Objective : This report aimed to provide an introduction to the clinical application of Whidam's Su-Gi therapy to low back pain. Methods : Whidam's Su-Gi therapy for low back pain consisted of manual therapy according to upward and downward evaluations. Upward evaluation items include SLR, hip joint LOM, legs raising together, raising knee and turning left and right, and waist raising. Downward evaluation items include spinal alignment in sitting position, shoulder part tension, and cervical part tension. After performing the manual therapy according to the evaluation at each stage, the pain and dysfunction are reevaluated to confirm the negative and proceed to the next step. Conclusions : The clinical application of Whidam's Su-Gi therapy to low back pain is a method of interpreting and approaching low back pain disease with the theory of attraction pathology according to the principle of ChoGi-therapy(調氣療法).

Objects : The purpose of this case study is to report the effect of Su-Gi therapy with Oriental medical treatments on systemic psoriasis. Methods : The subject is a patient with systemic psoriasis. This patient was treated with Oriental medical treatments and Su-Gi therapy. The improvement of the skin condition is observed by Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score. Results : After the treatment, the symptoms of psoriasis were relieved. PASI score of this patient went down from 39.6 to 12.5. Conclusions : This study showed that Su-Gi therapy added with Oriental medical treatment can be an effective choice for systemic psoriasis.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to report about a mid-40's female patient with Prurigo Nodularis, whose symptoms were relieved after Korean medicine treatment alone with Whidam's Su-Gi Therapy. Methods : the patient in this study received only Korean medicine treatment such as herbal medication, acupuncture treatment, cupping therapy and specially Whidam's Su-Gi therapy. Results : After the treatment, the symptoms of Prurigo Nodularis were relieved. Contact Itching Index fell from 10 to 5, and Non-Contact Itching Index fell from 10 to 4. On the whole the Body Heat has risen and skin condition has improved visually. The significance of Meridian Function Check(based on HRV) and skin syndrome is remarkable., Conclusions : This study showed that Whidam's Su-Gi therapy added with Korean Medicine treatment can be an effective choice for Prurigo Nodularis. So, wasting disease, especially immune-reduced syndrome such as Prurigo Nodularis, may also be treated with Korean Medicine alone without side effects.

Objective : The aim of this study was to find the literature basis on SuGi-therapy(手氣療法) in Donguibogam. Methods : Anma(按摩), Doin(導引), Angyo(按蹻), Anap(按壓) and Chuna(推拿), the keyword of this study, were researched, analyzed and classified in Donguibogam. Results : 1) In Donguibogam, the keyword Anma(按摩) and Doin(導引) showed up 10 and 33 times, respectively and 7 and 20 times, respectively in the body except the table of contents. In considering the meaningful cases, in short, Anma(按摩) and Doin(導引) appeared 7 and 16 times, respectively. Furthermore we could know Anma(按摩) showed up 4 times with the highest frequency in Oehyeongpyeon(外形篇), and Doin(導引) showed up 11 times with the highest frequency in Naegyeongpyeon(內景篇). 2) Anma(按摩) was mostly used as a separate word and only 2 times was "Anmadoin(按摩導引)" used. In 16 meaningful cases, Doin(導引) was used as "Doinbeop(導引法)" 14 times and 2 times was "Anmadoin(按摩導引)" used in a linked form. Among 14 times when "Doinbeop(導引法)" was referred, it was stated as "Do Doinbeop(導引法)" without any detailed explanations 2 times and it was explained about how to pose when people do Doinbeop(導引法) for prevention and treatment 12 times. 3) Reviewed in Donguibogam, Anma(按摩) and Doin(導引) were the ChoGi-therapy(調氣療法) in all. Because they include both massaging by oneself and getting a massage from someone else, they all could be 'SuGi-therapy(手氣療法)' in a broad sense. 4) In Sikjeokbyeong(息積病), the 12th chapter of Jeokchwimun(積聚文) in Japbyeongpyeon(雜病篇), Doinbeop(導引法) was referred as the treatment of Jeok(積) which belongs to obstinate and incurable diseases. This means SuGi-therapy(手氣療法) could be the basis of using widely on several incurable diseases in modern society. 5) There is few paper about SuGi-therapy(手氣療法). SuGi-therapy (手氣療法) doesn't seem to form a large part in modern Korean medicine but it is a remedy that has been together with the history of Korean medicine so long and has great therapeutic effects and usefulness. From now on, the literature and clinical study on SuGi-therapy(手氣療法) should be conducted continuously and developed for the better.

Wun Gi Chil Pean(運氣七篇) are Chun Won Ki Dae Ron(天元紀大論), O Woon Heng Dae Ron(五運行大論), Yuk Mee Jee Dae Ron(六微旨大論), Gi kuoo Beun Dae Ron(氣交變大論), O Sang Jeong Dae Ron(五常政大論), Yuk Won Jeong KI Dae Ron(六元正紀大論), Gee Gean Yoo Dae Ron(至眞要大論). 2. It prescribe the Sa Chun(司天) Jae Chun(在泉) Jwa Gan Gi(左間氣) Woo Gan Gi(右間氣). 3. It prescribe the Pheo Gi(標氣) Bon Gi(本氣) Juoog Gi(中氣). 4. It prescribe the Youk BO(六步) and the Sheung Gi(承氣). 5. It prescribe the Hamg Hae Sheung Jae(亢害承制) which is feedback control system between each Yuk Gi(六氣). 6. It prescribe the Sae whae(歲會), the Chun Boo(天符) and the Tae Il Chun Boo(太一天符). 7. It prescribe the active time of Yuk gi(六氣) within a year and Sae gi Whae Dong(歲氣會同). 8. It prescribe the Gi Gieo(氣交) which human beings and all the creation are living on. 9. It prescribe the Bo(步) which are composed of Chun Gi(天氣) and Jee Gi(地氣). 10. It prescribe the Duk(德) Wha(化) Yooung(用) bean(變) which are created by quarrel of Yuk Gi(六氣). 11. It prescribe the outbreak of the Sa Gi(邪氣). 12. It prescribe the Sin Gi(神機) and Gi Rib(氣立). 13. It prescribe all the creations existence are up to the Seoung Gang Chul Ip(升降出入). Like the past, the Yuk Mee Jee Dae Ron(六微旨大論) is include very important concep of the medicine. So the study should be continued with minute attention.
