The purpose of this thesis is to make an effective Korean Hip Hop culture and suggest a new style direction in classifying the types of fashion styles of the Hip Hop musicians and studying their features. They are surveyed in stage costumes, hair styles, make-ups, accessaries, and total fashion styles, and then classified into Normal Hip Hop Style, Casual Hip Hop Style, Sporty Hip Hop Style, Mix & Match Hip Hop Style, and Classical Hip Hop Style. The results of the study are as follows: First, Normal Hip Hop Style is the most general and universal Hip Hop fashion type. They wear clothes in bigger sizes and exaggeratively. And also a cornrow hair style, a tattoo, and a piercing represent marked individualities. Second, Casual Hip Hop Style is more active and practical than Normal Hip Hop Style. Their blue jeans and T-shirts express more simple and polished style. And also they make variable fashion styles and hair styles such as a cornrow hair and a buzz cut. Third, Sporty Hip Hop Style is from B-boy's clothes when they do active and violent break dancing. As NBA basketball games are popular, they wear training clothes, breeches, big T-shirts, and jumpers & caps on embroidered sport team's names. Their hair style is short or natural and also they have caps or hoods to present active mood. Fourth, Mix & Match Hip Hop Style is existed variable elements in one style. The typical type of this style is jacket & blue jean. It is characterized by dress shirts, neck ties, blue jeans, sneakers, beards, and moustaches. Fifth, Classical Hip Hop Style is from African Americans. They try to express assimilated appearance of Anglo-Saxons. They wear black suits, shoes, hats, and sunglasses to represent formality and elegance. In the above results, there are variable fashion styles in one Hip Hop music genre and also fashion style is changed with musical inclination. This thesis is an important guide to produce variable and creative Hip Hop fashion styles in Korean Hip Hop culture.

The research aims to examine the impact of leadership style on accountants' commitment with FDI firms in Vietnam based on theory of Bass and Avolio (2004). A survey with 110 accountants in FDI firms was conducted. The total of 110 respondents with full information were used for data entry and analysis. Through quantity methodology, we used Cronbach's Alpha, EFA and correlation analysis to determine the relationship between leadership style and three dependent variables including affective, normative and continuance commitment. The results showed that the leadership style had positive relationships with accountants' commitments. In particular, normative commitment with FDI firms of accountants is the most strongest. In addition, there is no statistically difference in the level of three commitments with FDI firms of accountants for three groups of job description. From the findings, this study suggests several recommendations to improve accountants' commitments such as intellectually stimulating, individualized consideration, inspirational motivation, idealized influence, and idealized influence behavior. The results are considered as a useful reference for establishing policies to attract talent personnel toward to sustainable development of firms. Commitment with the organization is a crucial factor to gain a competitive advantage and guide the success of organizations by satisfying customers, maintaining productivity and efficiency.

The aims of this study are to classify the life styles of urban housewives, to see their relationship between life style and demorgaphic variables, and also to see the relationship between life style and dietary patterns. This study has been performed by a questionsire about life style, demographic variables and dietary pattern. The selected samples were 475 housewives. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, Duncan test, X-test and F-test. Life style is classified into 4 types: temporary enjoying type, passive irrational type, realistic conservative type, actual progressive type. The housewives who are in temporary enjoying type usually do randomly and don't think seriously something. And they have tendency to enjoy themselves. Therefore they don't have any plan for dietary behavior. The passive irrational type's housewives have no consistancy in their life and they do everything temporarily. The housewives who are in this type have relatively low incom, low level of education and they are high in age. The people who are in realistic conservative type act reasonably and elastically everything. They use convenient food very much, because they are willing to save time to make them. The housewives who are included in actual progressive type are well organized and planned in dietary behavior than others, when they dine out, they eat with family together in general, they usually use only a kind of western sauces and convenient food. They are relatively young, highly educated, and they are high income group. In conclusion realistic conservative type and actual progressive type are both relatively desirable type in dietary behavior, but in temporary enjoying type and passive irrational type, there, have to do some guide and education about managing family resources and dietary behavior.

Young people have got to like 'party' and 'attending parties' is considered 'reflection of trendy lifestyle' nowadays. The more party experiences they have, the more party wear styles get various and detail. They want different styles for the next party and it stimulates designers to create something new. We now realize that the party has become popular with an increased market demand for party wear. In addition, we analyze dress styles according to party types to suggest a new dress style to satisfy consumer needs. We suggest two ways to research party wear industry conditions in Korea. Off-line shop managers need to offer practical and various designs for a good price according to party types that make distinctions between on-line and off-line shops. On-line shop managers need to use better materials and develop better service. Considering an analysis of dress style according to party types, an elegant style is good for a formal dinner party and an evening party. A romantic style is good for a season party (such as a New Year's party, a Valentines party and a Christmas party) and a chic style is good for a music party (such as a classic party, jazz party and pop-era party). In addition, the result of a dress style analysis according to party types can be used for the tip for the development of designs to come in the party wear market as well as for a dress style guide to the partiers.

Making of agreement with participation subjects is important process laying stress on presentation and a reasonable design guide line to form space order grant and synthetic space in Housing Complex plan. This study analyzed residing application specific character of design guide line that is presented to architects in general planning laying stress on plan only of 'Bongmu-dong town house' and design agreement of by architectural result that appear analyze. Result that analyze is as following: 1) Confer in 18 plan contents and integrate design or was adjusted. Being main conduct and unit plan and residing only in plan many negotiations accomplish. Architect who confer most Designs of 5 architects is 'Jean Michel Wilmott' and 'Shigeru Ban' 2) contents that confer much in plan main conduct and unit generation were details plan. Contents that is conferred with many architects are about door/core/rooftop be and asked a question about proper size of entrance. Negotiation about size was expose to the tribe of knowledge about element that do furniture and detail of necessary each space in life style of our country. We must present furnitures or detail element that appear by emotion of our country and detailed item of furnitures' size etc.. in guide line. It is immediate that creation of guide that architects can approach easily for lacking abroad architects of interests by code difference in each country is pressing. 3) In residing plan 4 architects of 5 architects applied similarly guide line in design. Most architects look by active support that make synthetic housing complex. and this is construed that act positively to make by unified residing. That plan of woods or landscape architecture and security of green area space are thing to approach on 'Environment-friendly mode of life residing only' that is general planning subject of 'Bongmu-dong town house'. 4) common question items of architects guide line of though is refered definitely when make out effective interests plan. So that can overcome legislation difference, countermeasure to make understood construction code of our country is pressing

The purpose of this study is to analyze the background and characteristics of fashion in wanna-be phenomenon. The primary source of data has been a collection of recent books, news repots, many articles from various kinds of mass media and fashion internet cite. The results of this study can be summarized as follow. First, The wanna-be phenomenon can be divided the background into three parts : change to entertainment society, increase of mass consumption, increase mutual communication with star and fan. Second, the function of fashion in wanna-be phenomenon can be divided with the following: the function of self-expression, guide book of trendy lifestyle, and play for pleasure. Third, fashion style in wanna-be phenomenon can be divided with the following : chic & gorgeous style, sexy casual & chav style, bohemian mix & match style.

The purpose of this study is to provide a practical guide for the actual conditions and the preference of student housing in a regional university. The data are collected through questionnaire surveys from the students of a regional university. 265 samples are collected, and are analyzed by using SPSS-PC. The results are as follows: 1) The actual conditions of student housing Most residents of student housing(76.3%) come from the Capital region. Most of student housing are located at 30 minute distance from the school. Most of house style are Offistel as one room style. Most of housing size are within 10 minute distance from the school. Most of house style are Offistel as one room style. Most of housing size are within 10py, and two people reside in one unit. The average hours of staying at the student housing are over 10 hours. The most inconvenient factor is the lack of soundproofing in the current student housing. 2) The preference of student housing The most preferred location is in the walking distance from the school, and the apartment is the most preferred housing style. The most preferred installation of inside is internet connection. When choosing student housing, students prefer the distance from the school as the most important factor. Most female students reside with a roommate within 10 py of housing size, cook for themselves, and consider rent and maintenance fee as the decision factors in choosing housing. The most preferred style of house is apartment, and they prefer to install basic furniture and kitchen system inside of housing. As students go up to higher grade, they prefer the apartment, and prefer to cook for themselves. More fresh men reside with a roommate compared to other grades. They prefer Offistel with meals service at a walking distance from the school.

Through the courses of industrialization, speedy growth and pluralism. The problems about the environment- friendly structures have become very important problem. Especially, it is getting highly appear to the expectation about the environment friendly buildings in Kangwon-do where has greacefully clean environment. The guide line for Kangwon-do can be arranged to the following through the varity analysis, outside enviroment, color, construction materials, outside design etc the guide line for Kangwon-do can be arranged as to the followings. It appears to be suitable to country houses in kangwon-do that is made of timber or red-bricks with green half circled roof and give a sense of warmth and soft. but the coastal area village is appeared wave style roof with orange color and surrounded by natural building stones or a line- plastered wall making complicated.

A computer expert system for guiding Japanese style meal menu has been developed by using EXSYS Professional which is one of expert system developing software tools. The expert system nunderstands the situations of clients, and can guide the menu as human experts do by its software program with expert knowledge about the meal menu. In developing the expert system, the elements the clients consider when selecting menu were arranged as questions of the expert system, and the final outcome of the expert system resulted in selecting the final menu appropriate for the client demand, weather, health, etc. In hotel, the expert system can be shared by whole restaurants, and be directly a computer guider to the clients to tell the best choice of the menu. Besides, it can be used for various kinds of bangquets and events. Expert system has been developed and studied by business managers, manufactures, medical fields, and military field. But the studies for applying the expert system in the fields of foods have been scare. Through this study, therefore, the expert system is going to be applied more widely in many fields fo food events.
