7가지 리더십 관점에서의 성품 계발 타당성 연구 (A Study on Validity of Character Development in view of 7 Leadership Perspectives)

  • 성품 계발을 위한 핵심 덕목이 정해졌다면 이 덕목들을 이용해 어떻게 각 품성을 훈련하고 체화하는 것이 중요한 관건이 될 것이다. 이는 단순히 지식을 가지는 것만으로는 안 되고 핵심 덕목을 실천하고 체험 기회를 확대함으로써 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 성품 계발을 위해 7가지 리더십 관점에서 핵심 덕목을 나누고 설문조사를 통해 7가지 리더십 관점에서 성품계발의 타당성을 조사, 연구한다. 이를 통해 개개인은 자신의 성향에 더 필요한 품성들을 집중적으로 계발할 수 있다.

Nursing students' and instructors' perception of simulation-based learning

  • The degree of mutual understanding between nursing students and instructors regarding simulation-based education remains unknown. The purpose of this study was to identify the subjectivity of nursing students and instructors about simulation-based learning, and was intended to expand the mutual understand by employing the co-orientation model. Q-methodology was used to identify the perspectives of 46 nursing students and 38 instructors. Perception types found among students in relation to simulation-based learning were developmental training seekers, instructor-dependent seekers, and learning achievement seekers. The instructors estimated the student perception types as passive and dependent, positive commitment, demanding role as facilitators, and psychological burden. Perception types found among instructors included nursing capacity enhancement seekers, self-reflection seekers, and reality seekers. The students classified the instructors' perception types as nursing competency seekers, learning reinforcement seekers, and debriefing-oriented seekers. As a result of the analysis of these relations in the co-orientation model, instructors identified psychological burden and passive and dependent cognitive frameworks among students; however, these were not reported in the students' perspectives. Likewise, the reality seekers type found among the perception types of instructors was not identified by the students. These findings can help develop and implement simulation-based curricula aimed at maximizing the learning effect of nursing students.

수학교과에서 학습자 중심의 교육평가 결과보고 방안 논의 (The Student-Centered Educational Evaluation and Reporting on School Mathematics)

  • One of the most important concepts in the 7th curriculum of Korea is the student-centered education. Since educational evaluation has significant influence on the whole curriculum, if we realize the importance of the student-center education on the curriculum we should establish the student-centered educational evaluation system. Educational evaluation is defined by the theory of information to permit information users to identify, to measure, to manipulate and to communicate useful educational information concerning an educational curriculum for making decisions. If we accept the above definitions, the demands of information users are significant in the light of conceptual framework of educational evaluation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the conceptual framework of educational evaluation from information users' perspectives and to investigate the qualitative characteristics which satisfy information users' need for making decisions. We also show that students aren't provided sufficient evaluation results information to decide for their study plans by analyzing an evaluation study of the 7th primary curriculum. Finally, this study suggests how to improve an evaluation system for students in mathematics.

대학 창업생태계의 특성과 생산성에 관한 연구 - 특허, 창업교육, 창업동아리의 개별효과와 상호보완효과를 중심으로 - (A Study of the Characteristics and Productivity of the University Entrepreneurship Ecosystems - Discrete and complementary effects of patents, entrepreneurship education, and student entrepreneurship clubs -)

  • Given the substantial industrial and economic contributions of university start-ups, a growing number of studies have adopted the ecosystem perspectives to systematically explain creating start-ups in universities. Despite the huge theoretical potential, few studies have analyzed the complex, complimentary interactions of the core components in the university entrepreneurship ecosystems (UEEs). Addressing the limitation, this research not only discusses the role of the core ecosystem components, such as patents, entrepreneurship education, and student entrepreneurship clubs, but also analyzes their discrete and complimentary effects on the productivity of UEEs. Based on a national survey of universities, this study shows that all the core components have a positive effect on the ecosystem productivity. More importantly, this study investigated the complimentary relationships among components and tested the moderation effects of both the entrepreneurship education and the student clubs on the relationship between the patents and the productivity of UEEs. The analysis results show that the student clubs intensify the patents' positive effect on the productivity of UEEs. The research results could provide the crucial policy insights for the successful design of UEEs.

중·고등학생의 학교급식 인지도 및 만족도 증진을 위한 학생배식도우미제도의 활용 가능성 (Improving Perception and Satisfaction on Middle and High School Foodservice: The Role of Student Participation Program in Serving School Meals)

  • Objectives: We evaluated the extent to which implementation of student participation programs in serving school meals impacts student perception and satisfaction with school foodservice in middle and high school settings. Methods: Students' perception of management and satisfaction with quality attributes of school foodservice were assessed by questionnaire methods and compared by the program implementation status of student participation in serving school meals. Correlation and multiple regression analyses were performed to identify factors affecting perception and satisfaction. Results: The overall mean score for perception regarding the management of school foodservice was low (3.53 out of 10 points) and middle school students showed a higher mean score than high school students (4.10 vs. 2.94 points). In both middle and high schools, student perception was significantly higher in schools implementing the program. The average score for student satisfaction with the quality of school foodservice was 3.50 out of 5 points. Similarly, we observed a significantly higher satisfaction among middle versus high school students (3.93 vs. 3.04 points) and in schools implementing the program versus those that were not. Overall, student participation in serving school meals resulted in increases in satisfaction with school foodservice of 0.269 and 0.466 points among middle and high school students, respectively. Conclusions: Implementation of student participation in serving school meals could be used as a strategy to improve perception and satisfaction of students with their school foodservice. Establishment of guidelines of student serving participation programs encompassing different perspectives from students, dietitians and school faculties are warranted.

과학 수업에서 무엇이 가장 중요한가: 학습지도 능력에 대한 다양한 관점 (What is Most Important in Science Class: Various Perspectives on Teaching Abilities)

  • 과학 수업은 과학 교사와 학생들이 만나 가르치고 학습하며 과학 교육을 수행해 나가는 출발점이 된다. 따라서 성공적이고 좋은 과학 수업이 이루어지도록 하는 데 교사와 학생은 물론 학부모, 교육 행정가, 과학 교육 연구자 등 다양한 교육 주체가 과학 수업에 관심을 가지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 과학 교사의 학습지도 능력 중에서 어떤 것이 중요한지에 대해 알아보기 위하여, 다양한 교육 주체를 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였다. 조사 결과 학생들은 '수업의 진행'과 '교사의 태도'를 중요시하는 반면, 현직 교사는 '학습자 특성 및 교과내용 분석'과 '교사 학생 상호작용'을 가장 중요시하며, 예비 교사와 학부모는 '교사 학생 상호작용'과 '수업의 진행'을 강조한다. 또한 교육 행정가는 '교수 학습 전략의 수립'을, 과학 교육 연구자는 '교육과정의 이해 및 교수 학습 방법 개선 노력'을 '학습자 특성 및 교과내용 분석'과 함께 강조한다. 이 연구 결과는 교육 주체 사이에 과학 교육에 대한 커뮤니케이션에서 과학 수업에 대한 서로를 관점을 이해할 수 있는 기초 정보로 활용될 수 있다.

초등학교 예비교사들의 과학 수업 이미지에 나타난 상호작용 분석 (Analysis of Teacher-Students Interactions in the Image of Science Class by Elementary Preservice Teachers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 예비교사들의 과학 수업 이미지에 나타난 교사와 학생 간 상호작용을 조사하는 것이다. 정서적 지원(분위기, 학생 시각에 대한 관심, 교사 민감도), 수업 조직(교수학습 형식, 행동 조절, 생산성), 학습 지원(피드백의 질, 언어 모델링, 개념 발달)의 3개 영역 총 9개 기준에 의해 긍정적 상호작용과 부정적 상호작용을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 상당수 학생들이 교수학습 형식 또는 개념 발달에 해당하는 긍정적 상호작용을 선호하는 경향이 나타났다. 기피하는 수업의 경우에는 교수학습 형식 또는 학생 시각에 대한 관심 측면의 부정적 상호작용이 많이 나타났으나, 그 외 매우 낮은 빈도를 보인 상호작용 요소들도 있었다. 그리고 여자 예비교사들이 남자에 비해 긍정적인 상호작용을 약간 더 선호하는 것으로 조사되었다. 교사전문성에 대한 함의 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

2015 개정 교육과정 중학교 기술·가정 교과서 '의복관리와 재활용' 관련 내용의 지속가능발전교육(ESD) 연관성 및 탐구적 성향 분석 (Analysis of ESD-Related Content in Clothing Management Unit of Technology and Home Economics Textbooks of 2015 Revised Curriculum)

  • 본 연구는 2015 개정 기술·가정 교과서의 '의복관리와 재활용' 단원을 ESD의 측면에서 분석하여 '의복관리와 재활용' 단원과 ESD와의 연관성을 찾고자 하였으며, 지속가능한 의생활 교육에 대한 학생들의 수업 참여도를 높이고 실천적 행동을 이끌어내는데 중요한 요소인 교과서의 탐구성향을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 유네스코 통영 지역전문센터(Regional Centers of Expertise on ESD, RCE) 출판물의 ESD 핵심내용을 준거로 '의복관리와 재활용' 단원의 학습내용을 사회·정치·문화적 관점, 환경적 관점, 경제적 관점에 따라 분석하였다. 또한 Romey의 탐구적 교과서 분석방법을 변형하여 '의복관리와 재활용' 단원의 본문문장, 그림 및 도표, 학습활동 등을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 사회·정치·문화적 관점에서는 안전과 건강 및 식품, 환경적 관점에서는 자연자원과 에너지, 환경문제, 경제적 관점에서는 지속가능한 생산과 소비에 대한 내용을 찾아볼 수 있었다. 따라서 '의복관리와 재활용' 단원의 ESD 내용은 환경적 관점에 치우쳐져 있어 세 관점이 균형을 이루는 교과서 개발이 필요할 것으로 보았다. 또한 모든 교과서가 사실이나 정의적인 내용이 많아 탐구능력의 개발 기회를 얻기 어려운 성향을 지닌 것으로 나타났다. '의복관리와 재활용' 단원의 탐구성향 분석값과 ESD 관련 내용을 비교한 결과, 학습자의 수업참여를 높이기 위하여 글의 결론 부분에 ESD 관련 내용을 반영하고, 학습활동의 내용으로 ESD 관련 주제를 다루는 것이 필요할 것으로 보았다.

의과대학의 잠재적 교육과정과 학생문화 (The Hidden Curriculum and Student Culture in Medical School)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the concept and importance of the hidden curriculum, which has an influence on the learning, culture, and identity formation of medical students, and to examine the student culture related to the hidden curriculum. The hidden curriculum can be defined from various perspectives. However, these definitions commonly include the concept of the whole experience students gain from school life in implicit ways, even though the school does not intend it. The hidden curriculum is related to non-cognitive areas and the culture formation of students in various way, including positive and negative content, and is important since once this curriculum is formed, it has a long-term impact. Therefore, it is necessary to consider not only the formal curriculum but also the hidden curriculum in order to apprehend the overall educational outcome of medical school. For this purpose, schools need to not only support studies on the hidden curriculum but also to endeavor to provide faculty and staff with educational and administrative support so that they can understand the hidden curriculum and be equipped as a role model. Furthermore, medical students need to endeavor to form a positive student culture in order to establish an appropriate identity as a doctor in the future.

기혼여자 대학원생의 다중역할 수행 경험과정 (A Grounded Theory Approach on the Multiple Role Experience of Married Women Graduate Students)

  • Purpose: This research was conducted to explore the experiences of graduate student women with children fulfilling multiple roles and to generate a substantive theory. Methods: This study uses the grounded theory method based on Strauss and Corbin(1988)'s method. Interviews were conducted with 11 graduate student women who had children aged three of older. Results: The core category of this research is 'Role balancing for self-generativity'. Based on the core category, three types of married women graduate students' experiences were found. They are 'concentrating on graduate-work' 'postponing graduate-work' and 'adjustment between two roles' Conclusions: Through understanding the married women's multiple roles experience process, there can be a basis for making a women's health system and social support system for the married women graduate student. Also, this research is to generate a substantive theory which can helps to change social perspectives on the quality of life for the women who will contribute in Korean society as professionals.
