대학의 학사관리 시스템은 학생이 입학하여 졸업하기까지 수행하는 여러 가지 학사활동 및 과외활동으로부터 발생하는 방대한 데이터를 보유하고 있다. 그러나 이들을 학생들의 전공지도나 진로지도에 효과적으로 활용하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학사관리 시스템에 축적된 정보를 대상으로 데이터 마이닝 기법을 적용하여 학생들의 전공선택 및 진로지도에 도움을 줄 수 있는 새로운 정보와 지식을 생성하는 방법을 개발, 제시하였다. 이 연구를 위하여 요인분석, 계층분석 (AHP), 인공신경망, CART 기법 등을 동원하여 데이터 마이닝을 수행함으로써 유용한 지식과 규칙을 생성하였다. 방법론의 개발에 사용된 기본 자료들은 학생들의 Holland 적성검사, TOEIC 점수, 이수과목, 평점 등이다. 연구의 결과로서 기존의 학생지도 담당자가 수작업으로는 알아낼 수 없었던 학생지도에 관한 유용한 규칙을 도출할 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 학교와 가정에서 학생들의 스마트 폰을 제어 할 수 있는 서비스인 아이스마트키퍼를 개발하였다. 이 서비스의 구현은 서버, 교사 앱, 부모앱, 학생앱 등으로 구성하였고, 학교에서의 스마트폰 제어는 학교일일시정표와 위치기반(GPS, Global Positioning System)으로 동작된다. 즉 학교의 주관리자가 미리 설정된 시간에 따라 학생의 스마트폰은 6가지 정책중 하나로 동작된다. 6가지 정책은 비상전화만 허용, 특정앱허용, 전화만허용, 전화/문자허용, 모두허용, 모두잠금 등이다. 이런 6가지 정책은 수업시간에 교사의 스마트폰으로 임시정책에 의해서 실시간으로 변경이 가능하며 특히 특정앱허용의 정책을 활용하면 수업에 유용한 앱만을 가지고 수업이 가능하다. 또한 학생들이 수업시간에 조퇴 등으로 학교위치를 벗어난 경우에는 위치기반으로 학생들의 스마트폰이 학교 정책을 적용받지 않게 된다. 그리고 학생들의 스마트폰 사용 패턴을 분석하여 스마트건강지수를 5가지 유형중 하나로 표시하여 학생들의 건강한 스마트폰 사용을 유도하였다. 또한 가정에서도 부모앱을 활용하여 학생들의 스마트폰 사용을 제어 할 수 있다. 본 서비스의 도입으로 학교에서는 스마트폰을 수거하지 않고 도난에 따른 위험에서 벗어날 수 있다. 현재 1개 초등학교는 전체학생이 사용 중이며 3개 초등학교가 시험 실시중이다. 시험실시결과 교사의 만족도는 매우 높았고 적극적으로 수업에 활용하는 교사의 비율이 높았다. 학생들의 설문 조사 결과 만족도가 높았다.

이 연구는 우리나라 대학생 집단을 대상으로 대학도서관 전자책 서비스 만족도를 조사하였다. 전자책 이용에 대한 현황을 파악하고자 이용행태를 조사하였고, 전자책 이용행태와 전자책 서비스품질차원에 따른 만족도를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 대학도서관 전자책 서비스에 대한 전반적인 만족도는 평균 2.93으로 보통인 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 이용빈도가 높은 이용자일수록 만족도가 높았고, 저학년 집단에 비해 고학년 집단과 대학원집단이 전자책서비스에 대한 전반적인 만족도에서 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 전자책서비스품질차원은 콘텐츠이며, 도서관 지원서비스, 시스템 순으로 영향을 미쳤다. 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 향후 전자책에 기반한 대학도서관 서비스를 활성화하기 위해서는 도서관 홍보를 비롯하여 이용자 교육의 강화, 콘텐츠의 다양성과 최신성을 유지할 것을 제안하였다.

O2O service that combine online with offline service has been rapidly increasing and O2O service is the new trend that merges online commerce with traditional markets in various fields. The purpose of this study is to investigate influences of University Student's Perceived O2O application characteristics on O2O services satisfaction and continuous use intention. For this purpose, questionnaires including O2O application characteristics scale, customer perceived O2O satisfaction scale and O2O use intention scale were administered to 241 college students in Seoul. Regression analysis revealed that O2O application Characteristics showed influences of O2O service satisfaction. The O2O application charac*teristics showed influences of continuous use of intention of O2O services, O2O services satisfaction showed partial influence continuous use intention of O2O service. The result of this study is expected to provide implication as an initial study O2O service which is spreading with the growth of mobile ICT. Ultimately, the results of this study provide a number of theoretical and practical implications.

This study attempts to draw the implications of student satisfaction with fieldwork courses in the library and information science (LIS) program in South Korea by determining the level of satisfaction experienced by students with practicums at a library and information service agency. LIS students with fieldwork experience were surveyed to assess their satisfaction and the factors affecting their satisfaction. Results from a multiple regression analysis revealed that from among factors of practicum settings, major-related attributes, and general attributes of respondents, "satisfaction with majors" and "interpersonal relationships" had a significant effect on satisfaction with practicums. Examining the six components of satisfaction with the course revealed that "practicum program" and "practicum setting" had a significant relationship with overall satisfaction. A selective intervention program to improve satisfaction with the course needs to be developed based on factors influencing overall satisfaction, focusing on "interpersonal relationship" and "satisfaction with majors.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify key abilities needed to develop for student nurses. Methods: A methodological research design was used in this study. The abilities for student nurses were developed through literature review and educational objectives analysis of 60 nursing colleges in Korea. Results: Finally, the abilities required to develop for student nurses in higher education were 8 cluster of abilities and 19 abilities such as problem solving ability, relationship ability, professional ability, ability in information processing, globalization, voluntary service. Conclusion: To perceive and achieve abilities for student nurses in higher education has to be needed a systematic approach in setting objectives, to improve curriculum and to develop program and educational methods.

Recently, almost of the colleges are contrive measures to satisfy the needs of students. The purpose of this study is to find what are the impact factors to the needs of those. To evaluate the factors influencing to students behaviors, it was investigated how much did the 5 variety of Service quality-Tangibles, Assurance, Responsiveness, Empathy, Reliability-and 4 variety of attitude models to depending to the level of students influence the satisfaction of students for the students of W college. In the result, this study shows that 5 variety of Service quality did not impact for the general service quality, but only the Responsiveness and, Empathy have the positive relationship to the satisfaction of students. Also, general service quality and attitude willingness have the positive correlation with the satisfaction of students. And it is investigated that there are significance differences among the general service qualities by the level of students ability.

학부모들은 나이스 서비스를 통해 자녀에 관한 정보를 온라인으로 직접 열람할 수 있으나, 정보 생성의 주체인 학생은 온라인을 통해 직접 자신에 관한 정보를 열람할 수 없다. 이에 학생들은 온라인으로 자기 정보에 직접 접속할 수 있게 해 달라는 요구를 인권위원회를 통해 제기하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 나이스에서의 학생이 자기 정보를 직접 접근할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하는 것이 교육의 이해 당사자들 간에 어떻게 받아들여지는지, 또 방법은 어떻게 해야 하는지에 관한 인식을 조사 분석하여 정책 결정의 방향제시를 하고자 함이다. 학생의 정보접근 서비스의 이해당사자들은 학생, 교사, 학부모들로 한정하여 이들의 학생의 정보접근 서비스에 관한 인식을 수집 분석하고 또 관련 법령을 검토하였다. 학부모, 학생 및 교사의 인식조사는 2009년 5월과 6월에 각 그룹 당 3,300명씩 온라인 설문을 통해 수집 조사하였다. 분석 결과, 학생의 자기정보 열람서비스에 관하여 학생, 학부모, 교사 순으로 찬성하였고, 정보 입력을 담당해야 하는 교사들도 당초의 우려와 달리 긍정적이었다. 학생정보제공서비스의 운영은 학생정보의 개인정보열람권이 개인의 기본권이므로 모든 학생에게 제공되어야 하지만, 운영상 현실적인 이유로 순차적으로 해야 한다면 학생과 학부모의 의견에 따라 중고등학교부터 시작하는 것을 원하는 것으로 나타났다. 제공 서비스내용에 관해서는 학부모서비스에서 제공하는 정보 중 카운셀링 정보를 제외한 정보제공을 원하는 것으로 나타났다.

This study is aimed to determine types of job values which is searched by 242 university student in Gwangju, to study characteristics of each type, and to analyze key competency of each type. The data were analyed with PASW 18.0 using frequency analysis, k-mean cluster analysis, crosstabs and one-way ANOVA. According to findings, first of all, university student types of job values are divided into 4 groups; a type of intrinsic job values(27.7%), a type of active job value(32.2%), a type of external job value(12.4%), a type of passive job value(27.7%). Secondly, the type of job values showed statistically significant difference only in the monthly allowance of socio-economic variables. Thirdly, the type of job values showed statistically significant difference 'communication', 'mathematics', 'problem solving', 'self development', 'resource management', 'interpersonal skills', 'technical ability', 'understanding organizations' and 'work ethics'.
