The purpose of this study was to analyze the student's class satisfaction toward PE Teacher's level of teaching ability in an inclusive PE environment. Twelve PE teachers were divided 3 group (upper, middle, lower) according to the their teaching ability in an inclusive PE environment and to analyze student's class satisfaction, 316 students who learned from the 12 PE teachers in an inclusive PE environment participated in the research. The results of the study were as follows. First, there was a statistically significant positive correlation among the satisfaction of teaching behavior, PE environment, exercise ability, and PE score (P<.01). Second, there was a statistically significant difference (p<.001) between group of teacher's teaching ability and satisfaction of teaching behavior. Third, there was a statistically significant difference (p<.001) between group of teacher's teaching ability and satisfaction of PE environment. Forth, there was a statistically significant difference (p<.001) between group of teacher's teaching ability and satisfaction of exercise ability, Fifth, there was a statistically significant difference (p<.001) between group of teacher's teaching ability and satisfaction of PE score.

The purpose of this study was to analyze a casual relationship of satisfaction of family leisure in middle school students and related variables(student's gender, parent's income, father's job, healthy family, and family leisure attitude). Subjects were 200 middle school students. Instrumentation were questionnaires from the family leisure satisfaction scale, healthy family scale, and family leisure attitude scale. Data analysis was by mean, percentile, t-test, oneway-ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, and stepwise multiple regression. The major findings of this study were as follow; First there was a significant different between student's gender and satisfaction of family leisure. Second, there was a significant different between family income and satisfaction of family leisure. Third, there was a significant relationship between healthy family and satisfaction of family leisure. Fourth, there was a significant relationship between family leisure attitude and satisfaction of family leisure. Fifth, emotional attitude in family leisure attitude was the most predicting variable in satisfaction of family leisure.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and apply a simulation-problem based learning(S-PBL) package in basic life support(BLS). Methods: This study was used to developed BLS' S-PBL package throughout 12 steps of PBL package development model. Then, BLS' S-PBL methodology was implemented in second year student in the undergraduate emergency medical technology, and survey was done. Results: 1. S-PBL package model was presented based on conceptual model II of PBL ; PEL for professional action. 2. Quantitative analysis of survey was to the effectiveness of learning, 3.59 points ; 4.15 of BLS and 3.84 of integration and practical use of knowledge. 3. As to the satisfaction of student, S-PBL package management, tutor and self-satisfaction' score was 3.59, 3.82, 3.39 respectively. Conclusion: This study was suggested that S-PBL education would be necessary with improved tutor skill and achieved advantage of simulation and PBL.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the volunteer's job characteristics in university student on their volunteering satisfaction and continuance will. Based on Hackman and Oldham's theory of core job characteristics, this study analyzed 261 university students in Gangwon-do by survey. The results of this study are summarized as follows: The volunteering participation ratio of university student is 71.6%. volunteer's job characteristics, volunteering satisfaction and continuance will is showed lower level. And skill variety, task identity and feedback among Hackman and Oldham's 5 core job characteristics show positive influence on volunteering satisfaction, and skill variety, task indentity, task significance and feedback show positive influence on continuance will. As a result, volunteer's satisfaction and continuance will depended on the job characteristics. Therefore, to assure volunteer's satisfaction and continuance will, redesign for volunteer's job characteristics.

In this research, Integrated program base on heat transfer & numerical analysis was developed. Also, reaction of gifted student and possibility of application of this program was surveyed. This program consist in three parts. The first part is computer programing language, the second part is numerical modeling of physical phenomena, and the third part is numerical analysis. 4 students are selected who belong to mathematic class of CNUE(Cheoungju National Univ. of Edu.)'s Gifted Student Education Center. The Program consists in 15th lessens, and each lessen need 4hr. Application possibility and student's satisfaction of the program are studied through the interview and report of the student. Three of four students are accomplish the goal of the progarm. Computer programing and numerical analysis parts were relatively well understood, but numerical modeling part was difficult to students. The satisfaction of the program is dependent on the characteristics of the student. Most of the student thought that this program was one of the science education program. The student who have interested in only mathematics shows that low satisfaction but the one who have interested in science or information technology shows that high satisfaction.

Recently, university advertising was increasing with the educational circumstance changes. This study purposed to find out the effect of university ads satisfaction on enrolled students's university loyalty as an internal customer's loyalty not on existing external customer's perspectives. And we want to see more about the mediation effect of perceived image of the student and expected image of the student's relatives. Through the research model design and survey on students, we analysed proposed path hypotheses using the covariance structural equation analysis method with AMOS7.0 tool. As research results, all the hypotheses are accepted. University ads satisfaction was influenced to the perceived image and expected image, and finally to the university loyalty of the student. So, it is need to expand the university advertising coverage to the internal customer of enrolled students and his relatives.

This study deals with the role and responsibility of university library in multicultural society. For this purpose, centered the Chinese students in Pusan University, with internet questionnaire surveys on customer satisfaction to the current library portal service and set up a effective digital library evaluation model. In the meanwhile we borrowed evaluation methods and items from LibQUAL+ in part, a world wide famous model, and use Tsinghua University Library's evaluation statistic norms. To summarize the results of this survey, Chinese student's service satisfaction about Pusan University library is still fairly low. Undergraduate and graduate students(including doctor courses) group follows, undergraduates student's satisfaction level is lower than graduate. By analyzing simple satisfaction we can know that library portal service maintained low importance or influence to the user, to internet space user's satisfaction is a relatively high level. And compared with other dimension, statistic data show out that internet space user's satisfaction still maintained a relative high level.

The purpose of this research is to examine the university students' stress and relationship satisfaction with their mother. For this purpose , 420 students were selected in Seoul area, and data were analyzed by the statistical methods, such as the Cronbach'a coefficient, Frequency, Percentile, Arithmetic Mean, Standard Deviation, One-Way ANOVA, Peason's Corelation and stepwised Multiple Regression Analysis though SPSS win PC+. The main results are as followed: (1) University students experience stress some extent through all the areas such as communication, dating, choosing occupation, daily activity, or pocket money. But the level of stress shows lower tendency relatively. (2)Students with the lower self-differentiation perceive more stress from mother. When using avoidance coping and personnel dependence coping, the level of stress is high. (3)Several variables(problem-focused coping, self-differentiation of emotional independence, avoidance coping, communication stress, daily activity stress, and sentimental self-differentiation) significiently influence relationship satisfaction with their mother. These variables explain 52% of the satisfaction with mother.

The purpose of this study is to develop a method to improve the quality of engineering education by using Kano's dualistic quality model and Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, the top priority for major education is improve 'smooth support of class medium' as an attractive and one-dimensional quality element, and 'use of various examples' and 'specialty improvement of major curriculum' as an one-dimensional quality element. Secondly, the top priority for general education is improve 'liberal education curriculum' as an attractive quality element 'use of various examples' as an one-dimensional quality element. Thirdly, the top priority for extra-curriculum is develop and provide 'study support program of student' and 'voluntary service'. Fourthly, the top priority for administrative service and facilities is improve 'increase of scholarship' and expand 'service of welfare facilities as dormitory and refectory' as an one-dimensional quality element.

Since 2010, the universities in Korea have been faced severe difficulties on the selection of students and on the delivery of high quality education services, as the number of students is reduced and the college entrance rate is declined. To solve these problems, the universities have introduced the various and professional education services such as team-based projects, case study, e-learning, action learning, etc. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of team-based project learning on the student's satisfaction in business education. The 4 factors(team cohesiveness, teamwork, team performance and goal achievement) are measured by using questionnaire survey and data are collected from 134 students(34 teams) for 4 subjects. The results show that the structure of team cohesiveness${\rightarrow}$teamwork${\rightarrow}$student's satisfaction is statistically significant, and that team performance and goal achievement are not significant. The student's satisfaction in team-based project learning would highly be related with team cohesiveness.
