강원혁신도시와 원주기업도시의 인구이동 특성 분석 (The Characteristics of Migration in Gangwon Innovation City and Wonju Company Town)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 목적, 장소, 시기, 규모가 유사하지만, 공공기관 이전과 민간기관 유치라는 서로 다른 접근방법으로 조성된 강원혁신도시와 원주기업도시의 특징을 비교 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 강원혁신도시와 원주기업도시의 인구 특성인 인구변화, 인구구조, 인구이동 등을 살펴보았다. 연구자료는 통계청에서 제공하는 인구이동 마이크로데이터를 이용하였다. 분석 결과 강원혁신도시와 원주기업도시는 원주시 인구증가와 원주시 내부의 인구이동에 크게 영향을 미쳤으며, 인구구조와 인구지표에 모두 긍정적인 변화를 가져왔다. 특히, 기업도시의 인구특성을 크게 변화시켰다. 원주시 내부 이동을 제외하면, 혁신도시와 기업도시는 수도권(서울, 경기, 인천)에서 이주한 세대가 절반 이상을 차지하였다. 해당 지역의 공동주택 건설은 원주시 내부 이동을 활성화시켰다. 강원혁신도시와 원주기업도시로 전입한 사유는 주택, 직업, 가족 등의 순으로 나타났다.

중국 호텔 관리자의 리더십이 조직 혁신 행동에 미치는 영향: 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Impact of Manager's Leadership on Organizational Innovation Behavior in China's Star-Rated Hotel Industry: Focused on the mediating effect of Empowerment)

  • 본 연구는 중국 충칭지역의 호텔 구성원들을 대상으로 관리자의 리더십이 조직 혁신 행동에 미치는 영향을 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중국의 현지호텔 244명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 SPSS 23.0을 통해 변혁적 · 거래적 리더십과 심리적 임파워먼트, 조직 혁신 행동의 구조적 관계를 규명하였다. 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 변혁적 · 거래적 리더십은 조직 혁신 행동에 정(+)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 변혁적 · 거래적 리더십은 심리적 임파워먼트에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째, 심리적 임파워먼트는 조직 혁신 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 심리적 임파워먼트는 변혁적 · 거래적 리더십과 조직혁신 행동 간의 부분적으로 매개역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 결과에 따르면 관리자들이 변혁적 · 거래적 리더십의 적극적인 실천으로 조직의 혁신을 이루는데 기여할 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 향후 연구에서는 리더십 유형을 확대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

크리스티앙 디올 '뉴 룩(New Look)'의 계승과 재해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Succession and Reinterpretation of Christian Dior's 'New Look')

  • The New Look, which Christian Dior presented in 1947, has been a source of inspiration for contemporary fashion designers, as well as designers for the House of Dior, and has a great influence on them. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the aesthetic characteristics of Christian Dior's New Look and the New Look that Christian Dior House designers reinterpreted. The subject and the scope of this study were limited to Christian Dior and the New Look designed by Gianfranco $Ferr\acute{e}$, John Galliano, and Raf Simons who are regarded as worthy successors. The research method was a literature review on previous studies on Christian Dior and related literatures to examine the history of the House of Dior and the aesthetic characteristics of the New Look presented by Christian Dior. Then, an empirical study was conducted through the analysis of collection photographs from 1989 to 2016 that were gathered from the Mode et Mode and Hi Fashion, and websites (British Vogue, Firstview). The results of the study were as follows. First, the aesthetic characteristics of Christian Dior's New Look in 1947 used femininity to express an elegant and beautiful woman, structural property to render the contours of a woman's body, and innovation that changed the formal and gloomy social atmosphere in the post-war years. Second, the aesthetic characteristics of the New Look by Christian Dior were compared with those of the New Look made by designers for the House of Dior. The elegant femininity of Dior can be seen as gorgeous femininity, and sensual femininity, minimalistic femininity, structurality is represented by the spatial structurality of Dior and $Ferr\acute{e}$, the organic structure of Galliano, and the orthodox structure of Simons. Moreover, Dior's retro innovativeness appeared to be $Ferr\acute{e}^{\prime}s$ androgyny innovation, Galliano's deconstructive innovation, and Simons' romantic futuristic innovation.

과학기술-사회과학 연계모형의 모색 (On the Interdisplinary Linkage Framework between Engineering Discipline and Social Science Discipline)

  • Recently, the interdisciplinary linkage between engineering and social science has received an increasing attention as an emerging education discipline. Due to intrinsic complexity of innovation process and heterogeneity of disciplinary nature, however there exists little, if not no, effort to draw a common framework in terms of educational scope and contents of the new subject. This paper presents a number of criteria and guidelines for building up new educational framework by integrating engineering subject and social science subject. Specifically, three neo-disciplines, technology policy, technology management, and economics of technology are considered since it is postulated that the forementioned disciplines have established academic identity and fundamental structure By nature, this paper is an exploratory and seminal one. It is not the purpose of this paper to provide a concrete table of contents of educational material. Instead, it merely brings up a discussion topic for the wide audience of academic arena, leaving the gradual consensus and convergence as future task.

기술지식지표의 통합 및 구조화에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Aggregation and Structuring of Technological Knowledge Indicators)

  • Though it has been recognized that the accumulation of technological knowledge has been the core competency to reinforce the competitiveness of individual firms and to raise the innovation capability of social and economic systems, only single or fragmentary variables, such as R&D expenditure, R&D stock, the number of researchers and the number of R&D employee have been adopted to measure the amount of technological knowledge. In this research, we use nine conventional technological knowledge measures under the conceptual structure of input-output framework to technological knowledge. Applying correlation and factor analysis, we examine the relationships among the nine proxy measures quantitatively and suggest the new approach for the calculation of technological knowledge index as a aggregated measure.

Proper Incentives to Promote Information Exchange

  • Exchange of information is essential to the process of innovation such as product development. However, in many cases innovation fails because of a lack of knowledge sharing among parties concerned, even if parties individually have pieces of useful knowledge and skills. Besides physical factors like communication costs, the possibility of opportunistic behavior by parties like stealing ideas can discourage information exchange. This paper introduces a model to analyze incentives of information exchange. The model is a game by two players who alternately opt to offer information to the partner. It is suggested that information exchange can stop before reaching the efficient level. In order to attain the efficient information exchange, expectation of mutual benefit and absence of opportunistic motives in both players are needed. Methods for promoting information exchange include modifying payoff structure to meet the condition of information exchange. The fluidity of partnership may increase a variety of information exchange partners, but discourage building trust between partners which promotes information exchange.

  • This paper develops and defends the concept of reference-quality in consumer choice, demonstrating its impact on aggregated market demand. The concept of reference-quality refers to an internal standard against which observed qualities are compared in consumer choice behavior. In doing so, we examine and reveal the formation mechanism and the structure of reference-quality in the U.S. wireless phone market. Consequently, we recognize and introduce a brand-specific reference both in price and product quality in aggregated product demand which enable us to measures the responsiveness of market demand to the innovation of a certain brand.

Correlation among Measures of Technological Knowledge

  • In the knowledge-based economy, technological knowledge (TK) is reckoned key subject of knowledge management. Despite growing recognition, it has long been considered an intractable task to develop precise measures of TK and, as a remedy, a number of R&D-related proxy indicators have been employed. Although voluminous previous research has examined the structure and process of technological innovation by using proxy indicators, the inquiry into the relationship among respective indicators has remained unexplored. In this research, we take three most frequent proxy indicators of TK, R&D human resources, R&D stock, and patents, and investigate the correlation among respective measures. In addition, the dynamic pattern of time lag between technological input and output is also analyzed.

네트워크 기반 확산모형 (Network Based Diffusion Model)

  • In this research, we analyze the sensitivity of the network density to the estimates for the Bass model parameters with both theoretical model and a simulation. Bass model describes the process that the non-adopters in the market potential adopt a new product or an innovation by the innovation effect and imitation effect. The imitation effect shows the word of mouth effect from the previous adopters to non-adopters. But it does not divide the underlying network structure from the strength of the influence over the network. With a network based Bass model, we found that the estimate for the imitation coefficient is highly sensitive to the network density and it is decreasing while the network density is decreasing. This finding implies that the interpersonal influence can be under-looked when the network density is low. It also implies that both of the network density and the interpersonal influence are important to facilitate the diffusion of an innovation.

공분산구조모델에 의한 싱글 PPM 품질혁신 운동 추진현황 분석 (An Analysis of Single PPM Quality Innovation's Status using Covariance Structure Model)

  • Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement is originally developed quality program in Korea for supplier's quality level-up since 1995. The quality target is below the 10ppm(parts per million) in outgoing quality and delivered goods plus field claim. Recently 1,053 companies is received Single PPM Quality Certification from government. This quality program is to realized the anticipated results not only duality level's increasing, but also company's confidence, competitiveness. We were able to obtain participations of 75 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 10.0. In this study, we find the bottleneck factor for promotion and upgrade S-PPM, and suggest a way out of difficulties.
