양궁지도자의 완벽주의 성향과 직무스트레스의 관계 (Relationship between Perfectionism and Job Stress of Archery Trainers)

  • 본 연구는 양궁지도자의 완벽주의 성향과 직무스트레스 요인의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 2007년도에 개최된 전국 중 고 양궁선수권대회에 참여한 양궁팀의 지도자 113명을 대상으로 목적적 표본 추출하였다. 측정도구는 Hewitt & Flett(1991)가 개발한 완벽주의 척도를 임태희(2005)가 한국적 문화와 정서에 맞도록 개발한 완벽주의 척도와 조만태(1998)가 개발한 직무스트레스 척도로 각각 5점 척도와 7점 척도로 평정하였다. 입력된 자료는 SPSS 13.0 for Window 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계분석과 Pearson의 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 양궁 지도자의완벽주의 성향은 개인완벽, 타인완벽, 사회완벽 요인 순으로, 직무스트레스는 직무여건스트레스, 시합스트레스, 직무부하스트레스, 지원체계스트레스, 대인관계스트레스 요인 순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 양궁지도자의 완벽주의 성향 요인 중에서 개인완벽 요인은 직무여건스트레스, 시합스트레스, 직무부하스트레스와, 타인완벽 요인은 시합스트레스, 직무부하스트레스와 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 양궁지도자의 개인완벽주의 성향 요인은 직무여건스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치며, 개인완벽과 타인완벽주의 성향 요인은 시합스트레스와 직무부하스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

New Zero-Current-Transition (ZCT) Circuit Cell Without Additional Current Stress

  • In this paper, the new zero-current-transition (ZCT) circuit cell is proposed. The main switch is turned-off under the zero current and zero voltage condition, and there is no additional current stress and voltage stress in, the main switch and the main diode. The Auxiliary switch is turned-off under the zero voltage condition, and the main diode is turned-on under the zero voltage condition, The resonant current required to obtain the ZCT is small and regenerated to the input voltage source. The operational principles of the boost converter integrated with the proposed ZCT circuit cell is analyzed theoretically and verified by the simulation and experimental result.   • The effect of curvature, rotation, variable cross-section can make very complex flow pattern in turbo-machinery such as Pumps, compressors, turbines, In this study of turbulent flow characteristics rotating $90^{\circ}$ curved duct under a Plane rate of strain condition is computationally analyzed. The objective of this study is to understand the complex turbulent flow phenomena in turbo-machinery passage by analyzing the modeled rotating $90^{\circ}$ curved duct flow. RSM(Reynolds Stress Model) was employed for the turbulence modeling of Reynolds stress in momentum equations proposed by Shin(1995). The three dimensional computational code which adopts RSM for trubulence modeling was newly developed for the generalized curvilinear coordinate.

  • Free vibration analysis using the method of NDIF (non-dimensional dynamic influence function), which was developed by the author, is extended to arbitrarily shaped polygonal plates with free edges. Local Cartesian coordinate systems are employed to apply the free boundary condition to nodes distributed along the edges of the plate of interest. Furthermore, a new way for applying the free boundary condition to nodes located at corners of the plate is for the first time introduced by considering the phenomenon of stress concentration at the corners. Two case studies show that the proposed method is valid and accurate when the eigenvalues by the proposed method are compared to those by FEM(ANSYS).

  • In [8] they introduced a new finite element method for accurate numerical solutions of Poisson equations with corner singularities. They consider the Poisson equations with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition with one corner singularity at the origin, and compute the finite element solution using standard FEM and use the extraction formula to compute the stress intensity factor, then pose a PDE with a regular solution by imposing the nonhomogeneous boundary condition using the computed stress intensity factor, which converges with optimal speed. From the solution they could get an accurate solution just by adding the singular part. This approach uses the polar coordinate and the cut-off function to control the singularity and the boundary condition. In this paper we consider Poisson equations with multiple singular points, which involves different cut-off functions which might overlaps together and shows the way of cording in FreeFEM++ to control the singular functions and cut-off functions with numerical experiments.

여성지체장애인의 건강상태가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Physically Challenged Women's Health Condition On Quality of Life)

  • A human being's pursuit is that of a better quality of life and the disabled naturally want to do so. But challenged people's lives have not improved apace with the general development of our society as a whole. Specially, in a patriarchal society like Korea, challenged women are in a less favorable situation. Challenged women can enjoy more healthy and more happy life in a given condition. Thus, in this research, we closely examined the women's general characteristics, disabled characteristics, health condition(subjective health condition, experiences of diseases, stress value, etc), satisfaction value of life who have handicaps of limb or/and body. On the 17th of September through the 14th of October '98, a nation-wide retardation compaign was held and 200 people were served by telephone. Then we analysed primary factors on quality of life. As results, monthly income, how they think of their economic level, their subjective health condition, and the stress level that the success depends on self influenced quality of life.

스트레스함수가 균등분포인 가속수명시험 (Accelerated Life Tests under Uniform Stress Distribution)

  • This paper presents accelerated life tests for Type I censoring data under probabilistic stresses. Probabilistic stress, $S_j$, is the random variable for stress influenced by test environments, test equipments, sampling devices and use conditions. The hazard rate, ,$theta_j$, is the random variable of environments and the function of probabilistic stress. Also it is assumed that the general stress distribution is uniform, the life distribution for the given hazard rate, $\theta$, is exponential and inverse power law model holds. In this paper, we obtained maximum likelihood estimators of model parameters and the mean life in use stress condition.

고 형상비 UV LIGA 공정을 위한 낮은 내부응력의 SU-8 도금틀 제작 (SU-8 Mold Fabrication with Low Internal Stress and High Aspect Ratio for UV LIGA Process)

  • This paper describes the research to minimize the film stress and maximize the aspect ratio of photoresist structure, especially about SU-8 for electroplating mold. UV LIGA process using SU-8 allows fabricating high aspect ratio polymer structures. However, it is hard to get fine patterns in the high aspect ratio structures because of high internal stress and difficulty of removing SU-8. The purpose of this paper is to setup the process condition for the obtainment of both low film stress and high aspect ratio and to find design rules that make the pattern be less dependent on stress problem. Firstly, the process of heat treatment and exposure of SU-8 are proposed. These two conditions control the amount of cross-linkage in polymer structure, which is the most important parameter of both pattern generation and remaining stress. Heat treatment is dealed with soft bake and post-exposure-bake. Temperature and time duration of each step are varied with heat treatment condition. Some test patterns are fabricated to evaluate the proposed process. Nickel electroplating is performed with the mold fabricated through the proposed process to confirm the SU-8 as a good electroplating mold.

사질지반에서 액상화 저항에 대한 선행전단응력의 영향 (Preshear Influence for Liquefaction Resistance in Sand)

  • Cyclic simple shear tests were performed to find out the effect of preshear on dynamic strength of the sandy soil. Tests were performed for the specimens with 40% and 60% of relative density, under three different effective vertical stress of 50, 100 and 200kPa. For 50 and 100kPa, preshear ratios 0.00, 0.08, 0.12 and 0.16 were given, respectively, For low and high relative densities, two different results are shown in dynamic tests. Under the dense conditions, the maximum shear stress ratio($\tau$$\_$cyc//$\sigma$$\_$vo/) and the cyclic shear stress ratio($\tau$$\_$cyc//$\sigma$$\_$vo/) causing a certain shear strain increase with augmenting preshear ratio(${\alpha}$). However, the maximum shear stress ratio and the cyclic shear stress ratio increase or decrease with increasing preshear ratio under the loose conditions. Correction factor(K$\_$${\alpha}$/) for preshear increases at an early stage and then decreases with increasing preshear ratio at loose condition and increase with increasing preshear ratio at dense condition. Correction factor (K$\_$${\alpha}$,Max/) for preshear increases with the increasing preshear ratio irrespective of relative density, and the value of has same behavior as K$\_$${\alpha}$/.

  • 본 연구에서는 선적분화 된 체적력항을 갖는 경계요소법을 이용하여, Griffi- th균열에 대한 열응력세기계수를 구하여 Sumi의 결과와 비교 검토하고, 유무한체내의 대칭 입술형및 대칭 익형 커스프균열들(symmetric lip and airfoil cusp cracks)의 열 응력세기계수를 균열묘면이 단열된 경우와 일정 온도로 유지된 경우에 대해 계산하고 자 한다.
