With the lanuch of the World Trade Organization(WTO) system, National and international trends toward more liberalized regulation of telecommunications terminal equipments drive the globalization of the telecommunications market. Despite of such trends, most countries have long viewed the type approval system as a major hindrance to overseas maketing because of a hodgepodge of diverse type approval system of telecommunications terminal equipments in each country. But, recently, many countries under these situations try to make a better understanding of respective requeirements of each country's many countries under these situations try to make a better understanding of respective requirements of each country'stype approval system, and where possible to strengthen commonalities, through referred to as "multual recognitio" system for the purpose of the development of procedures for hamonization oftype approval system in "one world, one market". Thus, this paper covers the definition, considerations and the case studies of mutual recognition between countries. Also, this paper suggests the desirable and general model of mutual recognition to be applied all the countries, which are being preparing and processing it.g and processing it.

According the high growth of Korean economy, there are many changes in our life recently. As life quality is improved, the standard of construction is strengthen and subdivision. However, in many steps through which it passes until a building is planned, designed, constructed and completed, there are lots of problems among the law related architecture. Especially, there are many statutes which must be checked related to building permits and much wastes time and money in review because of overlapping laws related architecture. Furthermore, there are limitation of computerization and shortage of human power of administration in architecture. In this study, we propose six improvement programme of administration service in architecture. Through these program, civil applications like housing and economic condition could be improved consistently.

The purpose of this study is to investigate design elements to strengthen apartment communities in territoriality perspectives. To this end, the study first identified the functions of territoriality to communities, and examined precedent studies on community planning. Then, looking into actual apartment, the study analyzed design elements of the apartments by territoriality functions, and found significant community-building and community-strengthening elements. The results of case studies are as follows: Specific design elements are 1) both individual and shared places from the perspective of possession, 2) both physical boundaries including visible mark and physical demarcation, and emotional boundaries including space arrangement and visual expansion from the perspective of boundary-regulation, 3) both physical proximity, such as providing space for physical encounter and easy access, and emotional proximity such as homogeneity and intimacy from the perspective of proximity 4) design differentiation and adoption of the design concept to express the identity of the community from the perspective of proximity personalization.

Korean distant water trawl fisheries were sector of most important distant water fisheries with tuna long liner fisheries during the development age in Korea. Nevertheless Korean distant water trawl fisheries have suffered from catches and Income problem. It was caused to the strengthen regulation of costal countries, the rapid liberalization trend of trade on the fishing products and the shortage of cheap manpower, etc. In this situation, Korean government is inclined to convert big adjacent trawl fisheries of distant water trawl fisheries for structure adjustment In domestic fisheries. that is analyzed to incorrect method because the efficiency of management indicator in adjacent trawl fisheries was bad than distant water trawl fisheries. Then this policy of Korean government needs to convert anything else. Also it was compared with one of Japan to the efficiency of management indicator of Korean distant trawl fisheries. The result of analysis, Korea was better than Japan in some factor, especially labor cost Then if Korean government will put weighted policy on this viewpoint, Korean distant water trawl can more grow.

The European Union has adopted the ADR Directive and ODR Regulation in 2013 with the purpose to strengthen the e-commerce within the EU. Not covered by these legislations is the trade in the B2B sector. The author examines the question of whether online ADR under the currently applicable legal framework would be possible in Germany. At the center of his review is the possibility of an arbitration clause which refers exclusively to an online ADR scheme, may be included in the General Terms and Conditions of an online trader.

Vehicle weight reduction is a known strategy to improve fuel efficiency and strengthen exhaust gas regulation. The use of high strength steel can satisfy safety, efficiency, emission, manufacturability, durability, and cost requirements. However, springback of high strength steel results in undesired shape defects. Springback is one of the most important issues of high strength steel for many applications in an automobile. Servo press has various capabilities to improve defects, process conditions, and productivity problems when forming a high strength steel. Especially, servo press can be set to function with variable slide motion in a single operation. In this study, the effect of servo press slide motion on 980MPa high strength steel was investigated through U-bending test.

Environmental Qualification has been almost developed except those of Non-Material Sub-components for valves and pumps though the time has only passed about 10years since EQ test launch of Korea. However EQ test has been performed by a few of engineers under the conditions that experience of EQ test is insufficient and EQ system is not developed completely. In recent years, Strengthen Nuclear Safety Regulation is being done Strictly Nuclear safety components Verification Procedure for Non-Material Sub-components, but the reports contain only performance test results, not Enviro nmental test methods relating to real Aging Degradation. In this Study, there were developed to performance systematically research to acquire EQ technology for five specimens of the Non-Material Sub-components in the Nuclear Power Plant.

In this paper, various aspects of landfill liners such as guide of liner installation, type of bottom liners and vertical barriers, domestic companies producing and dealing liners, quality assurance and control of liners, are investigated. Although sanitary landfilling of domestic municipal wates has begun at the last decade, we still need to strengthen the regulation for designing and constructing the liner systems and to diversify the types of liners used in the landfills. Technologies of quality control for selecting and installing landfill liners should be improved as soon as possible. In order to develop the technologies and to slove th problems related to landfill liners, more efforts should be taken among the engineers and the agencies who are interested in maintraining safe subsurface environments.

In this paper, I explain the situations and problems which are focused on the rail freight system. We have a many problems, which have been showed the long freight logistics time, and inadequate fare system. And rail freight system does not have a efficient marketing system, and unit load system. Therefore rail freight has been decreased modal share, which is estimated from 9.65% in 1995 to 6.25% in 2001(ton base). Recently, EU nations and America rail freight system reveals a good outcome, which keeps the balance in the black. The main factors which go into the black, is the enlargement the investment in rail freight and efficient management focusing on the unit load system, fare system, and personnel management. I suggest the several improvement ways, which will be helpful to advance the rail freight system. Fistly, I suggest the speed up the freight rail and efficient fare system. Secondly, I propose the unit load system and the regulation the truck focusing on curtailment of the social cost. Lastly, I make an overture of establishment the comprehensive logistics system.

Objectives : This study aimed to investigate factors affecting multicultural acceptability of adolescents at individual and environmental levels. Methods : Participants were 2,032 first-year high school students who participated in the 4th-year Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey in 2013. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multilevel analysis. Results : Individual factors affecting multicultural acceptability of adolescents were health status, ego-resilience, and experience of visiting foreign countries. Learning activity, school regulation, relationship with teachers, and community spirit were significant factors at environmental level. Conclusions : Findings suggest that it is necessary to consider health status, improve positive resilience, activate a multicultural experience program, establish friendly relations with teachers, adhere to social norms, and strengthen community spirit for multicultural acceptability.
