  • The world industry structure is characterized as service economics concerned with key words of global, information and culture. Developed countries have expanded a value-added of service economics along with rapid growth of service economics. In this change of economic environment in the world, China have converted their strategy of an economic management into coping with the industrial structure of service in the 11th 5-year plan. The purpose of the paper, therefore, is to find out the new commerce strategy of China, and searching for the counter plan of Korea. Chapter 2 begins with the change of economic strategy in China and their cultural factors using service industry. Chapter3 deals with, from the basis of chapter 2, China's service export strategy to abroad and our counter plan that is able to export and expand Korean service and culture industry into China.

  • In the background of the rapid development of the IoT, smart home work is becoming more and more important to each science and technology company. Smart home provides a safe, comfortable, high-quality, high-performance smart home living space compared to general homes, and at the same time It is responding to the low-carbon, eco-friendly global trend. Growth drivers driving the smart home market are increasing the number of Internet users, increasing disposable income in developing countries, increasing the importance of remote home monitoring, and increasing the need for energy saving and low carbon. In 2013-2014, Xiaomi launched a series of smart routers and smart home hardware devices. In 2015, it announced the latest product of the Xiaomi Ecological Chain, the "Smart Home Package," and in 2016 launched the MIJIA brand to invest in various smart product companies. In 2017, Xiaomi announced a plan to build an open smart hardware MIOT platform. We investigated the management strategy of Xiaomi home smart service based on IOT. The management strategy was divided into cost lead strategy, differentiation strategy of Xiaomi home service, and AIOT strategy of Xiaomi smart home.

  • While the literature is replete with arguments that corporate strategy, structure, and culture independently matter in explaining the growth and survival of firms, little theoretical and empirical attention has been devoted to understanding how the three organizational factors develop over time in interaction. Through in-depth case study, we examine the POSCO's historical development with respect to the strategy-structure-culture interface. Furthermore, by looking at the POSCO's longitudinal financial data we gain insight into whether the aligned evolution of strategy, structure, and culture is associated with performance.

  • Purpose - Although it has been 10 years since the university technology holding company was launched, it is currently facing operational limitations. The purpose of this study is to study the growth strategy of university technology holding companies by investigating the status and problems of university technology holding companies. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, the status of university technology holding companies was analyzed based on the survey data issued by the University Technology Holding Companies Association. Due to the lack of research on university technology holding companies, policy alternatives were suggested by examining problems based on literature research. Result - In this study, an alternative to strengthening the competitiveness of technology holding companies and supporting policies was suggested. As a result of the research, it was discovered as a policy alternative to enhance the independence of technology-owned subsidiaries, develop outstanding talents, and expand the marketing of support programs to create results based on technology holding companies. Conclusion - In previous studies, alternatives to technology commercialization policies have been suggested, but studies on the role and status of detailed technology holding companies are insufficient, and the operation system of technology holding companies and discovery of future growth models are insufficient compared to overseas cases. Therefore, in this study, various policy innovation measures are presented as examples.

  • While indirect targeting strategies using reporter-genes are taking center stage in current molecular imaging research, another vital strategy has long involved direct imaging of specific receptors using radiolabeled ligands. Recently, there is renewal of immense interest in this area with particular attention to the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), a transmembrane glycoprotein critically involved in the regulation of many cellular functions and malignancies. Recently, two novel classes of EGFR-targeting anticancer drugs have entered clinical trials with great expectations. These are monoclonal antibodies such as cetuximab that target the extracellular domain, and small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors such as gefitinib (lressa) and erlotinib (Tarceva) that target the catalytic domain of the receptor. However, early results have showed disappointing survival benefits, disclosing a major challenge for this therapeutic strategy; namely, the need to identify tumors that are most likely to respond to the agents. To address this important clinical issue, several noninvasive imaging techniques are under investigation including radiolabeled probes based on small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors, anti-EGFR antibodies, and EGF peptides. This review describes the current status, limitations, and future prospects in the development of radiotracer methods for EGFR imaging.

  • This paper compares OECD nations by developing a comprehensive evaluation index that examines the efforts and achievements of countries toward Low-Carbon Green Growth. The input-process-output of a Low-Carbon Society system is in dynamic competition with that of a High-Carbon Society system. The model used in this study of the comprehensive evaluation index for Low-Carbon Green Growth was comprised of Large indices such as Input, Process, and Output. The Input and Output consisted of 'Social-economic' and 'Physical-ecological' Middle indices while the Process was made up of 'Stimulation mechanisms' and 'Participation of stakeholders and Knowledge flow' Middle indices. In order to calculate the comprehensive evaluation index, our model gave a weight to each indicator/index and applied a weighted arithmetic mean. Korea ranked $15^{th}$ out of 30 OECD nations in the comprehensive evaluation that analyzed Input ($14^{th}$), Process ($18^{th}$), and Output ($17^{th}$). The top five nations were Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and France; while Japan was $8^{th}$ and the USA $26^{th}$.
