제주산 흥진조생 온주밀감의 저온저장 (Cold stroage of Citrus unshiu Marc. var. okitsu produced in Cheju)

  • The conditions of cold stroage of Citrus unshiu Marc. var. okitsu produced in Cheju were investigated. The changes of peel moisture contents soluble solids, total sugar, vitamin C and density were slightly occured, and decay ratio was below 20% on keeping freshness relatively till late of March during cold storage. After thats decayed citrus fruits were increased gradually mainly from cold injury with lower temperature and high humidity. The loss of fruit weight, decrease of fruit hardness, and decrease of acid content were occured gradually during cold stroage. Because of the difficulty of long term storage for Citrus unshiu, the conditions and periods of cold storage would be determined after considering the physicochemical properties of fruits every year.

  • 사용후연료 저장과 관련된 규정 중 구조에 대한 예상운전사고 및 설계기준사고의 구조 안전성이 보장되도록 설계하여야 한다. 이러한 구조 평가항목으로서 낙하, 전복, 폭풍, 홍수 및 지진으로 인한 사고에 대하여 하중조건과 구조적 개념평가 방법을 제시하고, 콘크리트 저장시스템에 대한 예비 구조안전성 해석을 수행하였다.

새우젓을 첨가한 전통적 통배추 김치의 최적 제조 조건 설정에 관한 연구 (Standardization for the preparation of traditional Korean whole cabbage Kimchi with salted shrimp)

  • This study was conducted to determine the optimum conditions for the preparation of traditional Korean whole cabbage Kimchi with salted shrimp. Sensory, physical and chemical characteristics of Kimchi with various salted shrimp level(1.8, 3.6%), fermentation time(12, 24, 36 hrs) and storage period(1, 4, 7 days) were measured. As the fermentation time and storage day were extended, pH of Kimchis decreased but titratable acidity of Kimchis increased. The more salted shrimp in Kimchi resulted in the higher titratable acidity. The longer fermentation time and the longer storage resulted in the more citric, malic and succinic acid, and the less lactic and acetic acid in Kimchi. The optimum conditions for the preparation of Korean whole cabbage Kimchi were 3.6% salted shrimp level, 12 hours fermentation time and 84 hours(3.5 days) storage period.

자동창고 시스템의 최적안 도출을 위한 모의실험적 연구 (A Simulation Study for Optimizing the Functionality of an Automated Storage and Retrieval System)

  • The functional role of warehouses in modern industry is changing from an established concept of storage to a concept of circulation. The target of this study is to improve the stacker crane's efficiency for the internal operations of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS). Eight operating schemes are proposed under the combination of three conditions, namely, the storing method, the layout type, and the sequence of command execution. The moving distance of the stacker crane is calculated using the same gateway data through a simulation based on a C# program. The optimal operating scheme is proposed based on the analyzed simulation results. In conclusion, the combination of conditions of random storage, two-way type warehouse, and dual command execution elicits optimum results in travel efficiency for the stacker crane.

  • 최근 국내에서 개별도서관의 장서 수장공간 부족 문제를 해결할 목적으로 공동보존서고에 관한 논의가 전개되고 있는 상황에서 본 연구는 향후 국내에 설치될 공동보존서고들이 양질의 보존환경을 구축하는데 도움을 주고자 국내외 공동보존서고들의 보존환경에 대해 조사하였다. 본 연구에서는 미국과 호주, 프랑스, 스페인, 한국 등 총 16개 공동보존서고들의 기본환경, 서가설비, 공조설비, 소화설비, 보안설비, 기타 환경 등에 관련된 세부사항들을 비교, 분석하였다.

Investigation of the effects of storage time on the dimensional accuracy of impression materials using cone beam computed tomography

  • PURPOSE. The storage conditions of impressions affect the dimensional accuracy of the impression materials. The aim of the study was to assess the effects of storage time on dimensional accuracy of five different impression materials by cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). MATERIALS AND METHODS. Polyether (Impregum), hydrocolloid (Hydrogum and Alginoplast), and silicone (Zetaflow and Honigum) impression materials were used for impressions taken from an acrylic master model. The impressions were poured and subjected to four different storage times: immediate use, and 1, 3, and 5 days of storage. Line 1 (between right and left first molar mesiobuccal cusp tips) and Line 2 (between right and left canine tips) were measured on a CBCT scanned model, and time dependent mean differences were analyzed by two-way univariate and Duncan's test (${\alpha}=.05$). RESULTS. For Line 1, the total mean difference of Impregum and Hydrogum were statistically different from Alginoplast (P<.05), while Zetaflow and Honigum had smaller discrepancies. Alginoplast resulted in more difference than the other impressions (P<.05). For Line 2, the total mean difference of Impregum was statistically different from the other impressions. Significant differences were observed in Line 1 and Line 2 for the different storage periods (P<.05). CONCLUSION. The dimensional accuracy of impression material is clinically acceptable if the impression material is stored in suitable conditions.

냉동탑차의 Thermobank 열저장 매체에 따른 냉각성능 비교 (Cooling Characteristics of Refrigerated Vehicles with Heat Storage Materials in Thermobank)

  • A experimental study of a high efficiency transport refrigeration system for sliced-raw fish transportation is presented in this paper. The refrigeration system, that is powered by the car engine, is equipped with heat storage for reverse cycle-hot gas defrost; the stored heat is used during defrost cycle of the system. The heat storage has size $400(L){\times}350(W){\times}250(H)\;mm$ and made of fin-tube heat exchanger. System performance and container operating conditions are experimentally investigated and analyzed under cooling and defrosting conditions with heat storage materials. The water is faster about 30% than paraffin in cooling-down time of heat storage materials with load and unload.

  • 최근 환경에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 과산화수소가 친환경 추진제로서 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 추력기용 단일추진제, 이원추진제 로켓의 산화제로 많이 사용되고 있으며, 특히 인공위성 자세제어용 추력기나 미사일과 같은 군사 무기용으로도 사용되게 되었다. 이에 따라 과산화수소를 장시간 보관해둘 필요가 늘어나게 되었고 저장성평가 또한 필요하게 되었다. 이 논문에서는 과산화수소 저장성 평가의 필요성과 저장성 평가를 위한 방법에 관하여 소개 하였다. 현재 진행 중인 기초 저장성평가의 결과를 비교 분석하였다.

  • Data storage related with writing and retrieving requires high storage capacity, fast transfer rate and less access time in. Today any data storage system can not satisfy these conditions, but holographic data storage system can perform faster data transfer rate because it is a page oriented memory system using volume hologram in writing and retrieving data. System architecture without mechanical actuating pare is possible, so fast data transfer rate and high storage capacity about 1Tb/cm3 can be realized. In this paper, to correct errors of binary data stored in holographic digital data storage system, find cluster centers using clustering algorithm and reduce intensities of pixels around centers. We archive the procedure by two algorithms of C-mean and subtractive clustering, and compare the results of the two algorithms. By using proper clustering algorithm, the intensity profile of data page will be uniform and the better data storage system can be realized.

저장조건에 따른 생강의 품질변화 (Changes of Quality in Ginger according to Storage Conditions)

  • 생강의 적정 저장 온ㆍ습도 조건을 구명하기 위하여 7, 12, 2$0^{\circ}C$의 온도와 75%, 85%, 95%의 상대습도에서 각각 저장하면서 생강의 품질을 비교 분석하였다. 7$^{\circ}C$와 2$0^{\circ}C$에서 습도조건별로 저장한 생강에서는 각각 저온장해 현상과 발아현상으로 인하여 품질저하가 빠르게 진행되었으며, 이들 온도구에서는 습도의 영향은 비교적 크지 않았다. 7$^{\circ}C$에서는 저장 30일부터 곰팡이 발생, 위조현상 등 저온장해가 발생하기 시작하여 90일경 상품성을 소실한 반면 2$0^{\circ}C$에서는 저장 30일 이후부터 심한 발아와 조직연화 및 곰팡이 발생 등으로 상품성을 완전 소실하였다. 그러나 12$^{\circ}C$에서는 상대습도가 75%인 경우에는 7$^{\circ}C$의 저장 생강과 유사할 정도로 품질변화가 크게 나타난 반면, 95%RH에 저장한 생강에서는 중량감소율, 부패율, 발아율 등의 모든 품질적 측면에서 가장 우수한 결과를 나타내었다. 따라서 생강의 저장조건으로서는 12$\pm$1$^{\circ}C$, 95$\pm$2%RH의 온ㆍ습도 조건이 적절한 것으로 판단된다.
