HS-SPME 방식에 기초한 물 중 VOC 성분의 분석기법에 대한 연구: 3가지 실험 조건의 변화와 분석감도의 관계 (Determination of VOC in aqueous samples by the combination of headspace (HS) and solid-phase microextraction (SPME))

  • SPME 분석기법은 헤드스페이스(Headspace: HS) 방식으로 기체상태의 흡착을 유도하거나, 액상시료에 직접 접촉하는 방식으로 분석대상 물질을 추출할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 CAR/PDMS fiber를 이용하여, 액상시료의 VOC 분석을 시도하였다. 3 가지 변수 (흡착온도, 흡착시간, 교반여부)의 강약을 동시에 감안한 8가지 조합조건에서 분석효율을 조사하였다. (1) 용출온도: 30 대비 $50^{\circ}C$. (2) SPME fiber 시료노출시간: 10과 30 min. (3) 교반적용 여부: 무 교반 대비 1200 rpm. 8가지의 조합형 분석조건에서 HS-SPME 방식을 적용하여분석한 결과, S50-30 (stirring speed: 1200 rpm, exposure temp: 50oC, exposure time: 30 min)에서 가장 분석효율이 높게 나타났다. 가장 좋은 감도를 보인 S50-30방식의 분석 회수율을 GC에 직접주입하는 방식을 임의의 기준으로 평가하였을 때, 성분에 따라 상대 회수율이 45.5~68.5%로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과, 3가지 변수 중에서 교반여부는 검량 특성을 결정짓는 가장 중요한 인자로 나타났다.

  • Recently, rheology forming technology has been interested in industrial and academic for light weight materials and to solve environmental issues. In this study, the rheology material production equipments were used to be made spiral shape by special design. And the experiment variables established stirring time 0 $\sim$ 1200 sec, stirring velocity 0 $\sim$ 100 rpm and several material temperature of semi - solid states. The rheology materials were made for established experiment conditions then measured mechanical properties. Sequence-production equipments were appended to fabrication system of rheology material for make rheology materials continually. Therefore, the development of sequence-production equipments were demanded for fine grains and for uniform globule shape rheology materials by a specially designed spiral stirrer machine.

  • Recently in the automotive industries, light and high quality material is strongly required because of emissions regulation issues. In the electromagnetic stirring process, it has many merits that are the exact control ability about material processing and a good point of the protection of environment. In this paper, the morphology of the change of primary Al phase in A356 alloy by electro magnetic stirrer was investigated to obtain the globular structure. The parameters are the current, stirring time, pouring temperature and cooling rate of different wall thickness; 5mm, 15mm, 25mm respectively. By proper selection of the processing parameters, globular primary particles can be obtained by electromagnetic stirrer.

  • The electro-magnetic stirring and mechanical process were applied to fabricate particulate metal matrix composites(PMMCs) with various particle size. The mechanical test on PMMCs was carried out in order to clarify the effect of 76 heat treatment on tensile behaviors. In order to study the thixoforming of PMMCs, fabricated billet are reheated by using the coil designed as a function of length between PMMC billet and coil surface, coil diameter and billet length. The effect of reinforcement distribution on billet temperature variation has been investigated with the calculated solid fraction theory based on a function of matrix alloy and volume fraction of reinforcement.

  • In part forming process of metal matrix composites, the die casting and squeeze casting process are limited the size and dimension in term of final parts without machining. The thixoforming process for metal matrix composites has numerous advantages compared to die casting squeeze casting and compocasting. However, for the thixoforming process, the billet with the desired volume fraction must be heated to obtain a uniform temperature distribution over the entire cross-sectional areas. To obtain the reheating conditions of composites, the particulate reinforced metal matrix composites for thixoforming were fabricated by combined stirring process which is simultaneously performed with electro-magnetic stirring and mechanical stirring process.

  • Microstructure of hypereutectic Al-17wt.% Si alloy, fabricated by mechanical stirring and by reheating at semi-solid state, was investigated by optical microscope. Flow behavior semi-solid metal also was investigated at diffentent mould temperatures 280$^{\circ}C$, 290$^{\circ}C$ and 300$^{\circ}C$. Size of silicon particles were increased over 100$\mu\textrm{m}$ during solidification as a result of stirring. It is considered as microstructural coarsening by bonding between neighbouring primary silion particles during stirring of slurry. In case of reheating at semi-solid state, however, primary silicon particle was not increased at size of 40$\mu\textrm{m}$ and nearly spherical aluminum solde particle also could be obtained uniformly in distribution. The fludity of Al-17wt.% Si alloys at semi-solid state was improved when solid fraction was 0.7 at mould temperature of 300$^{\circ}C$ than other conditions.

A356 합금의 연속주조시 전자기 교반에 따른 미세조직 변화 (The Effect of Electromagnetic Stirring on the Microstructure of A356 Al Alloy by the Continuous Casting Process)

  • There are many factors that influence solidification behavior during continuous casting, e.g. include superheat, casting speed, cooling rate and holding time. However, when melt is stirred by electromagnetic force, there would be some changes in its solidification behavior compared to that of the ordinary casting process. In this study, the billets of A356 alloy with a diameter of 3 inch were fabricated with electromagnetic stirring under various conditions of superheat, casting speed and input voltage of electro magnetic stirring (EMS) device. The microstructure was also investigated under the various casting conditions and electromagnetic input voltages. When increase in input voltage, the microstructure was changed from dendritic to rosette type and finally to spheroidal. With pouring temperature, casting speed and electromagnetic input voltage were $650^{\circ}C$, 100 mm/min and 140 V, respectively, the billet with a diameter of 3 inch, which has a uniform dispersed spheroidal particles in the whole area of billet except for the surface area, was manufactured.

담배꽁초 재활용을 위한 필터 선별공정 개발 및 셀룰로오스 아세테이트의 추출 (Development of Filter Sorting Process for Cigarette Butt Recycling and Extraction of Cellulose Acetate)

  • 본 연구에서는 수계 미세플라스틱의 주오염원으로 보고되고 있는 버려진 담배꽁초로부터 필터를 선별하고, 필터의 원료물질인 셀룰로오스 아세테이트를 고순도 추출하여 효율적인 재활용공정을 개발하고자 하였다. 담배꽁초로부터 필터 선별 공정을 습식과 건식으로 구분하여 각 공정별 최적 선별조건을 도출하고, 선별된 필터로부터 셀룰로오스 아세테이트를 추출하여 재활용 가능성 및 선별공정별 효율을 평가하였다. 습식교반선별 인자로는 고액비, 교반속도, 교반온도를 고려하였다. 습식교반선별 효율은 고액비 1:45, 교반속도 200rpm, 교반온도 50℃에서 선별효율이 46.21%로 가장 높게 분석되었다. 건식풍력선별 인자는 함수율과 체류시간을 고려하였다. 필터 선별효율은 함수율 20%, 체류시간 5분에서 선별효율이 57.10%로 가장 높았다. 셀룰로오스 아세테이트의 회수율은 습식교반선별에 의한 필터에서 48.68%, 건식풍력선별공정에서 47.68%로 두 공정의 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 건식풍력선별의 선별효율이 57.10%로 습식교반선별에 비하여 10.89% 높으며, 습식교반선별의 경우 교반 후에 발생하는 폐수와 폐기물, 교반 및 가열 시 필요한 에너지를 고려하였을 때 건식풍력선별이 환경 및 에너지 요구량 측면에서 더 유리한 공정으로 판단된다.

LM 난연사를 이용한 자동차 시트용 직물설계 (Fabrication design of car seat using LM flame retardant fiber)

  • As car seat is the closest part between driver and rider, the interest of the security and comfort of the seat is increasing. This research discovered the best condition for dyeing and finishing to produce a fabric for car seat and also developed the design of fabrication to give the feeling from such a finishing. The best condition of coating finishing solution is aqueous PU 65%, dye resist reagent 20%, water 12%, thicker 3%, and knife thickness 2mm, tenter temperature $170^{\circ}C$, tenter speed 35yard/min, viscosity 12,000cps and stirring time 100kg * 30min. According to the processing time of knife coating upon stirring the change of resin and the uneven of coating quantity was shown. This problems will be solved by means of automatic temperature control apparatus for resin and sealing device through a coming research.

  • Apply electromagnetic stirring system to making rheology slurry of Al7075. This experiment has important element which is the relation between solid fraction percent and melt temperature of Al7075. The rheology slurry of Al7075 eliminated liquid phase to include alloying element of copper and zinc by squeeze casting process. In result the most structure was composed entirely of globular primary $\alpha$. Used this material for this study. This study made a comparison of mechanical property according to heat treatment T6 at each melt temperature ($619^{\circ}C$ and $615^{\circ}C$). The microstructure and component are observed how heat treatment T6 weight with the mechanical property by SEM-EDS.
