유사공진형 SMPS의 보상기 설계에 관한 연구 (A study on the compensator design of the quasi-resonant SMPS)

  • In this thesis, the lead-lag compensator is designed to improve output characteristics of flyback zero voltage switching quasi-resonant converters. The switch and the diode are assumed ideally. And the SMPS is modelled by state equations with four operation modes. And the model for controller design is also achived by using a state space averaging method, which is continuous time average of state variables every period. The lag, the lead and the lead-lag compensator is designed the SMPS respectively. The time domain analysis and the frequency domain analysis are done for each compensated circuit. It is possible increasing the phase margin and improving the transient response by the compensators. The phase lag compensator has small overshoot comparatively. But the bandwidth is narrower than the others, so it has longest settling time. For the phase lead compensator, the response come to steady-state within short period. But the overshoot is the largest due to its large peak gain. Finally, the phase lead-lag compensator has medium characteristics in the overshoot and the settling time.

  • Two-dimensional Navier-Stokes codes are used to simulate the shock tunnel in Konkuk university. In order to design experiments in impulse facilities properly and to interpret data from such facilities, it is necessary to understand how the flow approaches steady state. This is done by determining the transient flow field and flow establishment time around a given model. This will be accomplished by developing appropriate CFD codes which solve the Navier-Stokes equations, and simulating the starting process and resulting unsteady viscous flow phenomena. The starting process in a shock tunnel consists of multiple shock interactions and contact discontinuities, which are difficult to solve with the classical shock capturing schemes. A recently developed high resolution scheme is adapted for resolving the unsteady phenomena of those multiple shock interactions and contact surfaces during the starting process. The bifurcation phenomenon due to the interactions of the reflected shock from the end of the shock tube with the boundary layer generated by the incident shock becomes of particular interest. By comparing with the experiment results, the accuracy of the numerical analysis is validated and it is demonstrated that the properties which can hardly be obtained through the experiment can be estimated.

  • 본 논문은 IPMSM 드라이브의 고성능 속도 제어를 위하여 퍼지제어와 신경회로망을 혼합 구성한 적응 FNN 제어기를 제시한다. 적응 FNN 제어기는 기준 모델에 기초한 적응 메카니즘을 적용하여 신경회로망의 고도의 적응제어와 퍼지제어기의 강인성 제어의 장점들을 접목한다. 적응 FNN 제어기의 출력은 FNN 제어기의 출력과 적응 퍼지제어의 출력을 합하여 출력을 얻는다. 적응 FNN 제어기는 다양한 동작조건에서 응답특성을 분석하고 평가한다. 제시한 적응 FNN 제어기의 타당성은 IPMSM 드라이브 시스템에 적용하여 성능 결과로 입증한다.

  • This paper is proposed adaptive fuzzy-neural network controller(NFC) for speed control of surface permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM) drive. The design of this algorithm based on NFC that is implemented using fuzzy control and neural network. This controller uses fuzzy rule as training patterns of a neural network. Also, this controller uses the back-propagation method to adjust the weights between the neurons of neural network in order to minimize the error between the command output and actual output. A model reference adaptive scheme is proposed in which the adaptation mechanism is executed by fuzzy logic based on the error and change of error measured between the motor speed and output of a reference model. The control performance of the adaptive NFC is evaluated by analysis for various operating conditions. The results of analysis prove that the proposed control system has strong high performance and robustness to parameter variation, and steady-state accuracy and transient response.

Efficient buffeting analysis under non-stationary winds and application to a mountain bridge

  • Non-synoptic winds generated by tornadoes, downbursts or gust fronts exhibit significant non-stationarity and can cause significant wind load effect on flexible structures such as long-span bridges. However, conventional assumptions on stationarity used to evaluate the structural wind-induced vibration are inadequate. In this paper, an efficient frequency domain scheme based on fast CQC method, which can predict non-stationary buffeting random responses of long-span bridges, is presented, and then this approach is applied to evaluate the buffeting response of a long-span suspension bridge located in a complex mountainous wind environment as an example. In this study, the data-driven method based on one available measured wind speed sample is firstly presented to establish non-stationary wind models, including time-varying mean wind speed, time-varying intensity envelope function and uniformly modulated fluctuating spectrum. Then, a linear time-variant (LTV) system based on the proposed scheme can be generally applied to calculate the non-stationary buffeting responses. The effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed scheme are verified through Monte Carlo time domain simulation implemented in ANSYS platform. Also, the transient effect nature of the bridge responses is further illustrated by comparison of the non-stationary, quasistationary and steady-state cases. Finally, buffeting response analysis with traditional stationary treatment (10 min constant mean plus stationary wind fluctuation) is performed to illustrate the importance of the non-stationary characteristics embedded in original wind speed samples.

  • To understand panel driving more accurately, the optical properties and their distributions in the LCD panel itself, excluding the backlight, were investigated by measuring the transmittance of a one-dot pixel as a function of time. First, the behavior of time-dependent transmittance was analyzed, and it was found that the off-state TFT was not in a steady state but in a transient state during the holding period. Second, the time average, max, min, and range values of the transmittance curves were examined by varying the common voltage level and gray scale. Third, the analysis of such properties was expanded to cover those of the entire panel in all the gray scales. Lastly, the relationship between their properties and distributions was also investigated along with the contour plots.

모터 구동장치를 위한 DSP기반 3상 전력품질분석 시스템 (A DSP based Three Phase Power Quality Analyzer for Motor Drives)

  • 본 연구에서는 독립형 TMS32OC31 DSP보드에 의해 전략분석 과정을 완전 소프트웨어화하고, 전압센서와 전류 센서를 시스템 내부에 탑재한 저전력용 3상 모터구동장치플 위한 전랙품질 분석시스템을 개발하였다. 평균전력이 론에 의해 전략품질을 분석하였고 분석 결과를 LCD화변에 의해서 실시간으로 출력하였다. 특히 개발된 시스템은 설치공간이 필요한 종전의 대전력용 전력분석장비와는 다르게, 상용 인버터에 곧바로 탑재 가능하도록 히여 설치 공간을 줄였고 또한 초보자도 사용하기 용이하게 하였다. 정상상태와 모터구동장치의 부하가 급변하는 과도상태에 서도 제안된 전력품질 분석시스템은 실시간으로 전력분석을 하였으며, 본 연구의 유용성을 엽증할 수 있었다.

  • 콘크리트 표면차수벽형 석괴댐의 기초지반을 통한 침투량 예측 방법을 제시하기 위해 침투량에 영향을 주는 수위, 댐 크기, 투수계수 등 다양한 조건을 고려한 수치해석을 실시하였다. 기초 그라우팅과 침투량의 관계에서는 그라우팅 재료의 투수계수와 암반 투수계수의 적정성이 침투량에 영향을 미치는 중요한 인자로 작용하였다. 또한 수치해석 결과 침투량이 초기에는 급격히 감소하다가 댐 면적이 증가함에 따라 완만하게 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 연구 결과를 통하여 다양한 매개변수를 고려한 수치해석 입력인자 및 결과가 댐의 설계 시 중요한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있으며 운영 및 유지관리 단계에서 합리적인 댐의 침투량을 산정하는 방법으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • This paper is proposed HAI controller for high performance of induction motor drive. The design of this algorithm based on FNN controller that is implemented using fuzzy control and neural network. This controller uses fuzzy rule as training patterns of a neural network. The control performance of the HAI controller is evaluated by analysis for various operating conditions. The results of analysis prove that the proposed control system has strong high performance and robustness to parameter variation, and steady-state accuracy and transient response.

LPCVD 공정중 웨이퍼의 온도장 해석 (Thermal analysis of the wafers in LPCVD process)

  • In the LPCVD reactor the temperature variations within the wafer load are the most important factor to maintain the thickness of the materials deposited on the surface of the wafer constant and to affect the deformation of each wafer. In this study the temporal variations of radial and axial temperature nonuniformities of each wafer in the LPCVD reactor are numerically estimated by assuming diffuse reflection. To verify the validity of the present numerical results, the present results obtained from the transient analysis are compared with those of Badgwell's work in which a steady-state condition was assumed. The main objective of this work is to determine the temporal variations of the temperature of each wafer in the LPCVD process since the wafers experience severe change in temperature in the early stage of the process.
