절취사면 설계 현황에 대한 연구 (A Study on Designing Conditions for Cut Slopes in Korea)

  • 우리나라는 70%가 산지로 구성되어있으며, 매년 집중호우로 인한 사면붕괴가 발생하여 연평균 60여명의 인명피해와 수 천억원 이상의 재산피해가 발생하고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 사면붕괴의 근본적인 원인을 파악하기 위해 기존 사면관련 102권의 설계보고서 분석하였으며, 그 결과 각 기관들이 제시하고 있는 절취사면 관련 설계기준은 복잡한 국내의 지질조건을 적절히 고려할 수 없는 것으로 판단되었고, 검토된 보고서들은 각 기관들이 제시한 설계기준을 제대로 시행하지 않거나 형식적으로 설계를 실시한 것으로 나타났다.

사면붕괴가 발생된 절개사면에서의 억지말뚝 보강 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Reinforcement of Stabilizing Piles against Slope Failures in a Cut Slope)

  • 본 논문은 도로공사시 발생된 붕괴사면을 대상으로 사면안정성을 검토하고, 불안정할 경우 합리적인 사면보강공법을 제안한 현장사례 연구이다. 사면조사결과 대상사면은 5개의 대규모 인장균열을 포함하고 있으며, 사면활동은 인장균열에서 시작하여 표토층과 풍화암층사이까지 발생된 것으로 판단된다. 사면안정해석은 건기시와 우기시에 대하여 각각 수행되었으며, 대상사면은 현재 불안정한 것으로 예측되었다. 사면보강공법은 사면의 파괴규모에 따라 선정하는 것이 바람직하다. 즉, 파괴규모에 따라 소규모파괴, 중규모파괴, 그리고 대규모파괴로 나누고 각각의 파괴규모에 따라 사면보강공법을 결정할 수 있다. 대상사면의 경우 대규모파괴에 해당하므로 사면보강공법은 안전율증가공으로 억지말뚝공을 채택하고, 안전을 유지공으로 식생공(Seed Spray) 및 지표수배제공을 채택할 수 있다. 억지말뚝으로 보강된 사면의 안정해석을 위하여 SLOPILE(Ver 3.0)프로그램을 적용하였다. 사면안정 해석결과 1열의 억지말뚝을 시공할 경우 안정한 것으로 나타났으며, 해석결과로부터 억지말뚝의 사면안정효과를 확인할 수 있다.

  • This study introduced wood waste into revegetation base materials for recovery of highway cut slope. The object of this study is to derive the mixing ratio of wood waste, kaoline and silica by conducting a test installation, monitoring, analysis and evaluation. The following items were investigated and analyzed each experimental zone to deduce the mixing ratio of wood waste, kaoline and silica on slope revegetation base materials: the physical and chemical properties of the vegetation base materials, soil-hardness, soil-humidity, collapse and eroded spots, established number of trees, existing species of grass and tree species, vegetation coverage ratio, pest status, and invasion of disturbance species. The revegetation method was evaluated in each experiment zone which had different mixing ratios. As a result, experiment zone C scored 47 points out of 60 as the best revegetation method. However, this result has been derived from just one construction and short-term monitoring. In order to derive the suitable and dependable mixing ratio, conducting an objective revegetation method evaluation and long-term experimenting and monitoring is required.

도로비탈면 녹화공사 평가방법의 개선 방안 연구 - 절토부 토사를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Improvement of Evaluation Methods for Roadside Slope Revegetation - Focus on the Cut-soil Slope -)

  • Despite the eco-friendly route plan, road slopes were collapsed due to road construction, resulting in human and property damage. To solve this problem, the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs established guidelines in 2009 to conduct a test-bed for slope recording considering the conditions of the site and the ecological environment, and divided them into recording quality and economic evaluation. The following results were obtained by analyzing 183 construction methods of cut-soil sections at 60 sites from 2012 to 2018 for road slope afforestation research. Straw net+seedspray, vegetation media spray method 1T, 3T were used the most, and vegetation media spray method 3T(patent) was excellent in quality, and straw net+seedspray was excellent in economics. As a result of analyzing the market unit price and the construction unit price, vegetation media spray method submitted the construction unit price at up to 60% lower than the market unit price. As a result of the analysis of the key factors of the greening method evaluation, the economic assessment had the greatest influence on all evaluation items. Problems in the evaluation method of revegetation were first identified as problems in the allocation of points and secondly as problems in the evaluation criteria. As for the improvement of the economic assessment criteria, the method was proposed to evaluate the same method based on market unit price when the same method was constructed, and not to conduct an economic assessment if there was a difference in market unit price between methods, or to add weight to the scores. Based on the monitoring data of 60 road slopes, this study drew up problems and improvement measures. However, with regard to scoring, research on appropriate scoring is needed by examining the current status.

  • This study introduced food waste into re-vegetation base materials for surface loss recovery of carry-away highway cut slope. The object of this study is to derive the mixing ratio of food waste by conducting a test installation, monitoring, analysis and evaluation for recovery of carry-away highway cut slope. The following items were investigated and analyzed each experimental zone to draw mixing ratio of re-vegetation base materials and food waste : the physical and chemical properties of the vegetation base materials, soil-hardness, soil-humidity, left out and the collapsed point, established number of trees, species richness of grass species and tree species, coverage, pest status, and invasion of disturbance species. The re-vegetation method was evaluated by each experiment zone which has different mixing ratio. As a result, experiment zone A was rated 45 points out of 60 rating points as the best re-vegetation method. However, this study result has been derived from one construction and short-term monitoring. In order to derive the suitable and dependable mixing ratio, conducting an objective re-vegetation method evaluation and long-term experiment and monitoring is required.

고속도로 절·성토 비탈면 녹화 공법의 적용 실태 연구 (An Analytical Study on the Revegetation Methods for Highway Slopes)

  • A variety of revegetation methods are being utilized and developed. However, most of revegetation methods used on highway slopes in Korea are based on foreign-introduced plant varieties to stabilize road surfaces and to administer afforestation for surface covering at an earlier phase. Therefore. it results in various problems. such as failure to achieve harmony with the surrounding vegetation and 10 cause re-denudation of slopes as the foreign-in introduced plant varieties wane out from 2~3 years after hydro-seeding, etc. In addition, some of the revegetation plants seeded in the earlier phase grow excessively high, thus causes successional problems, such as to inhibit the invasion of the secondary vegetation from the surrounding areas, etc. Therefore, in this study, 160 slopes located in the nationwide express highways have been investigated and analyzed in order to produce basic data for restoration of ecological environment in slopes created on a long-term basis by investigating and analyzing locational characteristics of cut and filled slopes in express highways, status of revegetation methods, characteristics of soil and plant-ecological environment. 1. Investigation on cut and embanked slopes in express highways was carried out in the total of 160 locations, which include 108 cut slopes and 52 embanked slopes. As a whole, the most frequently used revegetation method was seed spray, which was found to be used in the total of 55 target slops investigated. 2. Planting method of Wistaria floribunda applied to some of the blasted rock zones was found to cause damages as Wistaria floribunda trailed up the surrounding vegetation and the secondary invaded trees. In order to prevent this, this method must be used only in the lowest parts of large-sized slopes. Also, it will be required to administer continuous management and maintenance in the areas already planted with this plants. 3. The areas of blasted rock and ripping rock slopes were applied with coir net (net + seeding) method. However, many of these areas failed in achieving ground covering. Most areas where revegetation was in progress, they were covered with Eragrostis curvula(Weeping lovegrass) only. In areas with soil, such as decomposition of granite, where afforestation is difficult. In this slopes, soil base must be improved by hrdroseeding with thin-layer vegetation base application methods in order to achieve success in afforestation with native plants. 4. Woody species, rather than herb species, are more helpful in stabilization of slope surfaces. Therefore, it is important to be able to grow and protect woody species on highway slopes. Growth of woody vegetation is most largely influenced by soil depth. Thus, when hydro-seeding woody plants, it is recommended to apply at the upper layer of the slopes, which is capable to sufficiently provide the fundamentals required in plant growth.

조립식 격자 옹벽의 변형거동에 관한 모형실험 연구 (A Study on the Deformation Behavior of the Segmental Grid Retaining Wall Using Scaled Model Tests)

  • 노천광산이나 도로 철도의 대절토사면 등은 급경사를 형성하며 대부분이 토양층을 포함하지 않는 암반층으로 구성되어 있다. 그러나 암반 비탈면은 풍화와 파쇄가 발달해 있으며 경사가 심하여 표면침식에 의한 탈락과 붕괴가 빈번히 발생되고 있다. 이러한 암반 비탈면의 붕괴억제 등 토압의 지지를 위해 가장 널리 쓰이는 토류 구조물로는 현장 타설식 콘크리트 옹벽이나 석축 등이 있으며, 기존의 옹벽이 가지고 있는 문제점을 극복하기 위해 개발되고 있는 구조물로 기성 부재를 결합하여 시공하는 조립식 격자옹벽이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 조립식격자옹벽의 변형거동을 평가하기 위해 배면 strecher의 형상과 벽체의 높이와 경사에 따른 실내모형 실험을 수행하였다. 모형실험을 통해 옹벽경사의 변화에 따른 상대적인 변위를 측정하고 위치별 변위 특성을 분석하였다. 또한 옹벽을 구성하는 header와 strecher 중 상부하중 전달의 역할을 수행하는 rear strecher의 유 무와 rear strecher의 형태에 따른 옹벽의 거동특성, 옹벽 배면채움재의 변위 특성 및 작용점의 위치를 측정하고 조립식 격자 옹벽의 하중-변위 특성을 관찰하였다. 실험결과 조립식 격자 옹벽의 파괴는 옹벽의 높이가 감소함에 따라 파괴하중이 급격히 증가하고 최대변형률의 크기가 크게 감소하였다. 또한 동일한 경사와 높이에서 rear strecher의 형태는 최대수평변위 발생위치와 변형의 크기에 크게 영향을 주지 않으며 벽체의 경사에 더 큰 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
