Purpose: This study aimed at identifying factors related to persistent postoperative pain after cardiac surgery and estimating their effect sizes. Methods: The literature search and selection was conducted in four different databases (CINAHL, Cochrane Library, PubMed, and PQDT) using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis Statement. A total of 14 studies met the inclusion criteria and were systematically reviewed. For the meta-analysis, R was used to analyze 30 effect sizes of for both individual and operative factors as well as publication biases from a total of nine studies. Results: The meta-analysis revealed that persistent postoperative pain after cardiac surgery was related to one individual factor (gender) and two operative factors (acute postoperative pain and use of the internal mammary artery). Operative factors (OR=5.26) had a larger effect size than individual factors (OR=1.53). Conclusion: Female gender, acute pain after surgery, and use of the internal mammary artery are related factors to persistent postoperative pain. The development of interventions focusing on modifiable related factors, such as acute postoperative pain, may help to minimize or prevent PPP after cardiac surgery.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of financial elements (asset growth, liability growth, equity growth, revenue growth, and profit growth) on stock price performance and to analyze the growth of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) costs as a moderating effect. The technique analysis used is regression analysis. Samples in this analysis are manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014-2018. The use of regression models for hypothesis testing must fulfill several applicable assumptions such as Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Model Fit Test, Determination Coefficient Test, and Hypothesis Test. Data analysis used two research models, namely model 1 and model 2. Model 1 is without the moderating variable, and model 2 is with the moderating variable, that is, CSR cost growth. Based on the result of the regression analysis, it can be inferred that the asset, revenue, and profit growth have a positive impact on stock price results. Liabilities and equity growth do not affect stock price performance. Operating expense growth has a significant effect on price performance. CSR cost growth can moderate the effect of growth in financial statement elements on stock price performance but is not significant.
This study of nurse educator's attitudes which found aspects of professional nursing was carried out from September 10 to 30, 1977. Subjects were 205 respondents from a total population of 314 nurse educators from the level of instructors to professors in all the diploma (post high school 3 year), professional junior college (3 year level) and university (4 year) nursing schools in Korea. Specific objectives were to determine their attitudes about the 1. social position of nursing as a profession, 2. nurses attitudes towards their word, 3. factors influencing the development of nursing, 4. the future of nursing, 5. nursing educational problems, 6. their own educational position's intrinsic job satisfaction and 7. their salary and benefits. The instrument used was a questionnaire developed from consultations with nursing educators and sociologists, and based on earlier. worts by Burke (1976), Mason (1974) and Hong 1969. Data were analysis by computer using one-way analysis. Statistically significant findings included the following; 1. Responses were positive toward all seven aspects of professional nursing. 2. Compared to diploma nursing school staff whose responses were positive, professional and university school faculty response toward the social position of nursing were neutral. 3. Faculty with clinical experience of 10 to 19 years were most positive in their responses about nurses' attitudes towards their work. In all three types of schools, in comparison to professors, associate professors' responses were more positive about nurses' attitudes toward their work. Faculty with longer clinical experience expressed high agreement with statements about factors which influence the development of nursing. Without any differences between school, all faculty had positive attitudes towards the future of nursing, the younger the staff member, the more positive were the responses. 4. faculty in diploma schools and those with 10 to 19 years clinical experience expressed high agreement with statement about nursing educational problems, 6. their own educational position's intrinsic job satisfaction and 7. their salary and benefits. Due to the COVID-19 phenomenon, more than one-third of SMEs in Korea have been working from home. Therefore, we tried to find out the management status of SMEs and find policy support. The survey data was based on the Bank of Korea's corporate management analysis 2021 data. As a result of the study, the debt of SMEs increased from 362 trillion won(2019) to 409 trillion won(2022), while their capital decreased from 489 trillion won(2019) to 336 trillion won(2022). Net profit and loss increased to 14.9 trillion won(2019) and 23.3 trillion won(2021). As a result of the company's financial soundness analysis, First, for stability, the current ratio was high compared to the total industry and the dependence on borrowings was high. Second, profitability improved from 3.20%(2019) to 4.28%(2021), but it was lower than 5.01%(2021) for all industries. Third, the growth rate showed an increase of 12.43%, which is 1.57 times faster than the total asset growth rate of 7.94%(2021) for all industries. As for the growth rate of sales, all industries(2021) showed (-)growth, while SMEs among manufacturing industries showed a growth rate of 14.78%. Fourth, as for activity, the total asset turnover ratio was higher at 0.96% compared to 0.73 for all industries. In conclusion, stability and profitability were low and growth potential was high compared to all industries. In the future, policies that focus on industries with high growth potential are needed.

Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) in Korea has developed as a tool for environmental conservation and decision making since Environmental Impact Statement(EIS) preparation in 1981. For effective implementation of it, we do system development and method enhancement continuously. The recently introduced GIS (Geographic Information System) can integrate geographic and attribute data, which will be applied to scoping, assessment, and alternative assessment, etc. in EIA. This study has three major components. First, it explains building of EIA factors of natural environment, living environment, and socio-economic environment of the study area defined in EIS preparation regulation. Second, the study presents applications of assessment method concerning suitability analysis of landfill site using GIS. Finally, it shows integration of GIS and odor impact assessment. Based on these analysis, the study makes some recommendations and conclusions.

Translating expert knowledge into production rules has been the most difficult and time-consuming when building expert systems (Buchanan et al. 1983). Especially, buidling hierarchical structure, i. e. developing sequential or dominant relationship among production rules is one of the most important and difficult processes. Hierarchical relationship among rules has been typically determined in the course of interviewing human experts. Since this interviewing procedure is rather subjective, however, the hierarchically structured rules produced in terms of interviewing is widely exposed to the severe discussion about their validity (Nisbett and Wilson 1977 : Ericsson and Simon 1980 : Kellog 1982). We thus need an objective method to effectively translate human expert knowledge into structured rules. As such a method, this paper suggests the order anlaysis technique that has been studied in psychometries (Cliff 1977 : Reynolds 1981 : Wise 1983). In this paper we briefly introduce the order analysis and explain how it can be applied to building hierarchical structure of production rules. We also illustrate how bankrupcy prediction rules of small-medium companies can be developed using this order analysis technique. Further, we validata the effectiveness of these rules developed by the order analysis, in comparison with those built by other methods. The rules developed by the proposed outperform those of the other traditional methods in effectively screening the bankrupted firms.
This study was carried out to investigate statistical validity of medical articles that used various statistical techniques such as t-test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis and chi-square test. For study 429 original articles using those statistical methods were selected from Journal of Korean Acupuncture & Moxibusition Society published from 1984 to 2002. 429 original articles were reviewed to analyzed the statistical procedures. Results are summarized as follows : 1. In this study 93 articles(21.68%) of 429 ones didn't report statement of statistical method in detail. 2. 53 articles(12.53%) didn't report p-value in correctly, and 245 articles(57.11 %) used mean${\pm}$standard error (Mean${\pm}$SEM.) and 109 articles used mean${\pm}$standard deviation(Mean${\pm}$SD.). All of 23 articles using nonparametric statistical techniques made an error to central tendency or dispersion. 3. 175 articles(59.93%) and 14 articles(4.79%) of 292 ones made an error to description of equal variances and normal distribution. 4. 99 articles(50%) of 185 ones misused t-test and 4 articles of 5 ones misused chi-square test. 5. 28 articles(73.68%) of 38 ones using discrete variable misused parametric technique such as t-test or ANOVA. 2 articles and 1 article of 125 ones choosing paired samples misused independent t-test and Mann-Whitney U test. 6. 20 articles using analysis of variance didn't use multiple comparison.
Purpose: A lot of active researches have addressed the impact of a building on global environment, but most of the researches focus on a residential building and a large office building. Hereupon, this study assessed the impact on environment quantitatively through the analysis of input materials targeting a school building. Method:This study calculated embodied energy of input materials suggested in a construction statement on a school building using the input-output analysis. This study finally carried out environmental impact assessment by applying LCIA DB shown in the preceding researches to the calculated embodied energy. Result: The analysis result revealed that the environmental impact per unit area(/$m^2$) at a school building was $4.11E-02PE{\cdot}yr$, among which Construction was found to be $3.59E-02PE{\cdot}yr$, being analyzed to account for about 87% of the total environmental impact. Also, as a result of detailed environmental impact, the impact on global warming among the total environmental impact was analyzed to be high, accounting for about 76%.
The purpose of this study was to develop the Family System Diagnosis Scale and to examine its reliability and validity. The subscales of the questionnaire included scores on seven constructs. In order to define constructs accurately, a careful review of Minuchin's writings, the writings of other family therapists, and relevant articles on family interaction was undertaken. A pool of 150 items was given to eight family counselors along with a description of Minuchin' s concepts. The counselors were asked to choose the category each statement fit and to rate the degree of fit using the 3-point scale. Using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and Linear Structural Relationship(LISREL), six subdimensions of individuation and 55 items of FSDS were identified; enmeshmen disengagement(16 items), parent coalition generational coalition(6 items), flexibility rigidity(5 items), spouse conflict resolved unresolved(8 items), mother-child cohesion estrangement(10 items), father-child cohesion estrangement(10 items). 356 adolescents(ages 13∼18), 356 fathers, 356 mothers in Seoul, Busan, Dague, Incheun, Dajeun, Ulsan, and Kwangju were completed the Family System Diagnosis Scale(FSDS). The reliability of the scale was calculated by Cronbach's a Coefficient and the total a = .94 and the calculation for each factor was .87, .60, .77, .80 and .79 respectively.
The purpose of This study is to investigate the effects of the acceptance of food culture through YouTube, one of the platforms that is currently being used, on consumers' perceptions, and to establish marketing effects that can be obtained from the acceptance of food culture through YouTube platform, Q-methodology was selected and exploratory research was conducted to analyze consumers' subjective perspectives. For this purpose, analysis was conducted by classifying statement cards by respondents, and Q-sorts were selected and composed by the Q-group, and after the statement was prepared through this, P-samples were selected and the Q-sorts obtained through classification work were analyzed through the Q factor analysis using the PC QUANL program. The analysis results were classified into four types: Type 1 [(N=6): Preferred Food and Responsibility Satisfaction Type], Type 2 [(N=3): Non-emotional Preferred Food Type, Type 3 [(N=14): Information Acquisition Preferred Food Type], Type 4 [(N=2): Undetermined Type], etc. Each subjective opinion from these analyses will be helpful for various studies in the future, and it will be used as a reference for YouTube-related marketing and consumer restaurant culture acceptance in the future.
