The article is based on a model, in the context of which there are two fundamental building blocks of basic library skills and skills in the use of information technology. The former are formed within the framework of educational programs for users of academic libraries, the latter are formed within the framework of initiatives such as the European Computer Driving License. Between the basic and the highest levels of the concept of "information literacy" there are seven heading skills and attributes, the repeated practice of which leads from the position of a competent user to an expert level of reflection and critical awareness of information as an intellectual resource. Freshmen will likely be at the beginning of the arrow, probably practicing only the first four skills, while graduate students and young scientists will be closer to the end and will use seven skills.

In this paper, we conducted an empirical study to investigate whether Android app descriptions provide enough permission usages for measuring app quality in terms of human writing and consistency between code and descriptions. Android app descriptions are analyzed for various purposes such as quality measurement, functionality recommendation, and malware detection. However, many app descriptions do not disclose permission usages, whether accidentally or on purpose. Most importantly, the previous studies could not precisely analyze app descriptions if permission usages cannot be completely introduced in app descriptions. To assess the consistency between permissions and app descriptions, we implemented a state-of-the-art method to predict Android permissions for 29,270 app descriptions. As a result, 25% of app descriptions may not contain any permission semantic, and 57% of app descriptions cannot accurately reflect permission usages.

Purpose: The current study aims and reviews the current state of research in green awareness' distribution structure using the ecological theory of Ted Hughes who was regarded as one of the best English poets of the 20 century. Ted poetry has innovated ecological distribution. It has inspired so many young people to have a positive energy impact on the environment. Research design, data and methodology: Action research design is an approach used extensively in qualitative content analysis. This design starts by adopting an exploratory claim that develops the research objectives, hence instigating the action process, which involves several strategies. This type of design involves a cyclic process of stance then action. Results: According to the investigation, there are nine solutions that can deal with the green distribution based on previous literature review, applying an ecological approach of Ted Hughes to green awareness distribution. The solutions figured out that Ted's novels had an innovative impact on the environment as it is clear that information is given to society. Conclusions: It is observed that having a highly professional environment is good enough for a structure to go green. But, on the other hand, polluting our environment can endanger species by causing health diseases and environmental problems.

The article reveals the essence of cybercrime, approaches to understanding this concept, classification of cybercrime, and other illegal acts in this area. The concept of cybercrime has multi-discourse nature and a certain legal uncertainty. Cybercrimes, their forms and types are analyzed in the economic context. The research vocabulary of the economic industry is defined. The scope and content of concepts denoted by the terms of the sphere covered by cybercrime are studied, and its types and forms are analyzed. The article studies problems, achievements, and prospects of resisting and combating cybercrime during the development of the civil information society and Ukraine's entry into the global information space. The study focuses on the economic motivation of most cybercrimes since some material benefit from the fact of cyber offenses is assumed directly or indirectly.

This thesis is about body language of Tao Dance Theater by combining Schuster's body aesthetic concept with the aesthetic characteristics of early dancers in modern dance. The body aesthetics of Tao Dance Theater were analyzed from the perspectives of minimalism and abstract aesthetics as they expressed and conducted overall research. Therefore, this study intends to analyze the elements such as the creative intention, content, body aesthetic, and costume stage of Tao Dance Theater's work <10>. Accordingly, it is meaningful in that it understands the aesthetic concept of the body asserted by Lee through the work, and analyzes the current state of development of modern dance art according to the change of the artistic trend.

Recently, in the field of computer animation, a method for generating motion using deep learning has been studied away from conventional finite-state machines or graph-based methods. The expressiveness of the network required for learning motions is more influenced by the diversity of motion contained in it than by the simple length of motion to be learned. This study aims to find an efficient network structure when the types of motions to be learned are diverse. In this paper, we train and compare three types of networks: basic fully-connected structure, mixture of experts structure that uses multiple fully-connected layers in parallel, recurrent neural network which is widely used to deal with seq2seq, and transformer structure used for sequence-type data processing in the natural language processing field.

The purpose of this study is to examine the joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure of Koreans in Arirang songs. Arirang is a representative song that strengthens the collective identity and social bond of Koreans. For Koreans who mainly eat rice, Arirang represents rice, life, and reason for its existence. Koreans have been singing Arirang together for a long time, overcoming pain, sadness, and hardships and consoling their minds and bodies. Arirang is a national music that is loved more and sung more often than the national anthem. The hill on the mountain is not a place to stay. The pass is a passing place. This gives us a lot of thought. We have various difficulties living in the world. The word Arirang means that Arirang is not one state. The end of joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure is surely a joy. Arirang Pass (Arirang Gogae) is not a staying pass, but a crossing pass. Arirang, which contains joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure, is a soul song and a consolation medicine for mental and physical health. We suggest that Arirang song compared to standard care may have beneficial effects on anxiety, hope, pain, and depression in patients.

The quality of the fuzzing seed file is one of the important factors to discover vulnerabilities faster. Although the prior seed generation paradigm, using dynamic taint analysis and symbolic execution techniques, enhanced fuzzing efficiency, the yare not extensively applied owing to their high complexity and need for expertise. This study proposed the DDRFuzz system, which creates seed files based on sequence-to-sequence models. We evaluated DDRFuzz on five open-source applications that used multimedia input files. Following experimental results, DDRFuzz showed the best performance compared with the state-of-the-art studies in terms of fuzzing efficiency.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, several studies focused on financial programs and SMEs' performance, but research on the relationship between non-financial programs, resilience, and SMEs' performance is still sparse. This study fills the gap by analyzing the role of local government in increasing SME resilience and performance by purchasing products (through civil servants) from SMEs and by facilitating online training to SMEs. This study also investigates the role of the local government in strengthening the relationship between resilience and SME performance. Data was collected using an online questionnaire distributed to SMEs in Malang Regency. As many as 410 questionnaires were received and eligible for statistical analysis using WarpPLS. The results show that resilience is positively and significantly related to the performance of SMEs. The local government programs have been proven to improve SME performance directly and indirectly through resilience. Local government programs are not proven to strengthen the relationship between resilience and the performance of SMEs, indicating that the role of government in developing countries such as Indonesia is more appropriate to be "rowing rather than steering" not "steering rather than rowing".

This paper explores the influence of Arab culture on the culture of Bugis-Makassar, the two major ethnic groups in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, particularly after their Islamization in the early 17^th century. The paper argues that since then, the on-going process of Islamization in the region has also brought a continuous flow of ideas and cultural practices from Mecca to Indonesia by means of the hajj pilgrims, Arab traders, and the establishment of Islamic educational institutions that emphasized the teaching and use of Arabic language in education. These factors, among others, have facilitated a cultural inflow which enabled cultural practices borne of West Asia (Middle East) to be integrated into local customs and beliefs. The paper particularly depicts the most observable forms of Arabic cultural integration, acculturation, and assimilation into the Bugis-Makassar culture such as the use of Arabic in Islamic schools and religious sermons; the Arab-style dressing by religious scholars, teachers, and students; the wearing of the hijab (head cover) by women; and the change of people's names from local into Arabic. By utilizing the historical and anthropological approach, this paper investigates this dynamic process of adaptation and integration of a foreign culture that first came through the Islamization of a local culture, exploring the role of an Islamic missionary and educational institutions in mediating and maintaining such cultural integration processes.
