Successful start-ups are driven by opportunities, teams, and the resources needed to grow the business. Systematic business process management is required to maximize the efficiency of business operations. However, the existing entrepreneurial process research has limitations that it is difficult to intuitively and dynamically provide the necessary information for start-up operation, and it is necessary to define necessary information (resources, stakeholders, activities). In this study, we suggest the "Start-up Process Repository System" which overcomes limitations of existing entrepreneurial process research. The architecture for the Start-up Process Repository System provides five layers and enables each layer to interact four interfaces between each layer. This study improves start-ups' accessibility to the start-up business process repository created from the existing repository architecture and increases the utility derived from it by providing methodologies for components that offer useful start-up knowledge.

최근 ICT 기반 서비스 기업의 성공 사례로 다양한 창업 기업 육성 및 지원이 등장하고 있지만 정책 및 지원이 창업 초기에 몰려 있어 창업 후 안정적인 성장이 어려운 실정이다. 이는 창업 과업을 개별적인 활동으로 인식하기 때문이다. 하지만 창업 초기부터 성장 및 안정 단계에 이르기까지 창업성공에 영향을 미치는 일련의 프로세스가 존재하고 이를 파악하는 것은 창업자의 성공적인 창업 경험을 지원하는 기반이 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 창업 경험자들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여 프로세스 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 창업 프로세스 모델을 구축하고 분석하고자 한다. 실제 ICT 서비스업 창업 사례를 기반으로 프로세스 분석한 결과, 창업자 분석, 아이디어 도출, 사업계획서 작성, 사업다각화가 전체 창업 과정에서 중요한 프로세스로 도출되었다. 반면에 마케팅 관련 활동 및 투자자금 활용 과업이 빈도는 높았지만 중요하게 나타나지 않았는데 이는 이러한 활동들이 일회성활동이 아니라 지속적으로 수행되어야 하는 과업임을 의미한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 분석 방법을 통해 창업 과업 간의 순차적인 흐름을 도출하고 과업 수행 간 특징을 도출할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 개별 과업 단위의 연구에서는 파악할 수 없었던 일시적 과업의 파악과 상호 보완적인 과업 활동의 파악이 가능할 것이라 기대된다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 프로세스 모델 및 분석 결과를 바탕으로 창업자 지원 시스템을 구축하게 되면 더 많은 실제 창업 사례 분석을 통하여, 예비 창업자 또는 신규 창업자의 창업 과정에서 개인별 맞춤형 지원이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 창업 과정에서 발생되는, 또는 발생 가능한 여러 어려움을 극복하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, the start-up firms have been under the spotlight because they can create many jobs and are regarded as the growth engine of a country in the fourth industrial revolution. Moreover, after the global financial debacle, many countries emphasize on an entrepreneurial spirit and venture firms. they also pay attention to the importance of educations to promote the start-up firms. In this work, based on technology acceptance model, we try to identify the main factors of accepting online start-up education system. We first defined this system as the online start-up education system which refers to a system to support learning for knowledge, experiences and overall process of start-up firms' tasks. This system also simulates tasks related with prep-entrepreneur so that can be regarded as a kind of decision support systems. As this system has some characteristics, we confirmed some factors of extended technology acceptance model. In our experiments, we find that the perceived ease of use and trust are main factors of acceptance for the online start-up education systems. These results mean that the system should be made to be easy and trustful for their users. Therefore, we expect that this work will be helpful to researchers and developers who consider start-up education systems and provide a way to activate founding start-up firms.

Institution-based Technology Business Incubators are on the rise in India, as a means of promoting innovation-based tech start-up ecosystems, due to increased policy initiatives. Against this background, we have traced the origin and process of building a start-up ecosystem in IIT Madras, Chennai of India, based on semistructured interviews held with the stakeholders of the ecosystem. Subsequently, we have ascertained the key components of IIT Madras start-up ecosystem, and the process of incubation comprising pre-incubation, incubation and post-incubation phases. Finally, we have derived the key lessons from the ecosystem development experience and incubation process which enable generation of start-ups from both students and faculty, apart from alumni and ex-industry executives. Though this ecosystem model has emerged over a period of time through learning and experience, the ecosystem is able to generate more than 100 start-ups, majority of them being from students and faculty. Thus, the evolved start-up ecosystem of IIT Madras is able to generate faculty-supported and student-led entrepreneurship successfully.

With the decline in the college student population and the increase in the youth unemployment rate, the university began to be interested in starting a business. Under the initiative of the government, the start-up support project was reflected in the university's educational programs, which led to the university students receiving various start-up support benefits. In response to the expansion of entrepreneurship education, various entrepreneurship education programs and support programs were applied in line with the government's efforts to start college students. As a result, students' entrepreneurial competence and willingness to start up increased. College student entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs are increasing. The increase of university student start-up companies is taking place in the entrepreneurial education environment within the university, and the support of university, community, and start-up support institutions for university student start-up, the starting point of the start-up ecosystem, is paying off. It can be seen that the youth entrepreneurship ecosystem based on university entrepreneurship education is in place. The university supports the entire business process from idea development, such as start-up classes, start-up club support, patent application support, prototype development support, and investment linkage. However, there is a university that develops and operates a unique program for each school and a university that does not. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an education program that can produce efficient results. The purpose of this study is to support the start-up program of the university to be the consumer-centered start-up support.

본 연구는 헤어미용전문대학 재학 중, 졸업 후 예비창업가 의사와 계획이 있는 대상으로 창업결정과정에서 중요하게 개입되는 요인들의 장애요인들을 살펴보고 이에 맞는 대응방안을 수립하기 위해 현상학적 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구대상은 G군에 대해 소재한 헤어미용전문대학 재학 중, 졸업 후 예비창업가 의사와 계획이 있는 10명을 대상으로 자료수집에 동의를 하였으며, 2022년 12월부터 15일부터 12월 30일까지 심층명담으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi방법으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 참여자들의 예비창업과정에서 경험에 대한 특성을 나타내는 13개의 주제, 2개의 주제모음으로 추출되어 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 창업결정과정에서 중요하게 개입되는 요인들의 장애요인들을 살펴보고 이에 맞는 대응방안을 수립하기 위해 의의를 두고 있다. 결론적으로 창업을 위한 시장이 확대되고 정부의 지원이 증가하고 있는 시점에서 미래 잠재적 전문 경영인인 대학생들의 창업에 대한 의지에 미치는 요소들에 대해 살펴보고, 대학의 창업인프라, 창업애로사항, 창업동기부여를 높이는 효과적인 시사점들을 얻을 수 있었다. 따라서 예비창업가 헤어전문대학생의 결정과정으로 인한 어려움과 그에 따른 처한 상황들에 필요로 하는 진로발달로 심적, 환경적으로 성장을 도모하고 지지할 수 있는 효율적인 수행 상담연구 또는 프로그램 상담개발도 시급할 것이라고 본다. 예비창업가 헤어전문대학생의 창업에 첫발을 딛는 준비단계 및 창업의 실태를 충분히 파악 할 수 있는 창업결정과정 모형개발과 진로발달 수준을 고려하여 다양한 측정도구의 개발이 필요하다.

The process of three-dimensional (3D) printing (also known as "rapid prototyping" and "additive manufacturing") uses computer-created digital models to produce 3D objects with a desired shape by stacking materials through a layer-by-layer process. The industrial potential and feasibility of 3D printing technology were recently highlighted in President Obama's State of the Union address in 2013. Since his speech, worldwide investment in and attention toward 3D printing technology have increased explosively. In addition, a number of 3D printing technology-based start-up companies have been established and evaluated as emerging enterprises making successful business models. In this paper, successful start-up companies (domestic and overseas) based on 3D printing technology will be reviewed.

본 연구는 초기 스타트업의 제한된 자원으로 겪게 되는 어려움을 극복하는 과정을 이해하기 위해 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping)방법을 적용하여, 한양대학교 학생창업 기업인 (주)블랙루비 스튜디오의 사례를 통해 설명하고자 하였다. 스타트업 초기 겪게 되는 자원 조달에 대한 문제는 끊임없이 반복되어 오고 있는 연구 주제이다. 이와 같은 문제에도 불구하고 창업 관련 연구 분야에서 스타트업의 초기 어려움을 극복하는 과정을 자세히 설명하는 연구들은 비교적 많지 않다. 스타트업들은 창업을 시작할 때, 부족한 자금과 제한된 자원을 해결하기 위한 방법으로 외부의 자금 유입을 줄여 위험을 감소시키고 내부적으로 자금 문제를 해결하는 방법인 부트스트래핑에 의존하게 된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 스타트업의 부트스트래핑 개념을 이해하기 위해 관련된 선행연구 검토와 부트스트래핑에 관한 Winborg & Landstrom(2001)의 연구에서 제시된 32개의 세부적인 항목별 부트스트래핑 방법을 바탕으로 블랙루비 스튜디오의 창업자인 소재우 대표와의 수 차례의 심층 인터뷰를 통해 스타트업의 생존을 위한 부트스트래핑 방법 활용과 창업 초기 어려움을 극복하는 과정을 면밀히 분석하여 예비창업자들에게 통찰력 있는 시사점을 전한다.

본 연구는 대학생의 개인특성에 따라 창업멘토링과 창업교육만족도, 창업의지에 미치는지 영향에 관한 연구를 알아보고, 대학생의 창업역량과 창업성과를 높이기 위한 방법을 도출하는 것이 주요한 목적이다. 이를 위해 광주지역 대학생 237명의 표본자료 통계처리는 SPSS 2.0 For Windows를 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 다중회귀분석 실시하였다. 혁신성을 제외한 개인적 특성요인은 창업멘토링, 창업교육만족도에 영향을 미치고, 창업멘토링은 창업교육만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 창업멘토링요인 중 역할모델기능만이 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고. 창업교육만족은 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 대학에서는 역량 있는 창업멘토를 선정하고, 대학생의 개인적 특성에 맞는 창업멘토링과 체계적인 창업교육 프로그램을 통해 창업의지와 창업성과를 높일 수 있다.

Expectations and demands for the paradigm of healthcare systems are changing in response to changes in the characteristics of population properties and industrial structures; therefore, it is time to prepare for the career diversification of nursing students who have mainly entered the clinical field. The study tested the pathway of financial literacy on the relationship between entrepreneurship and nursing start-up attitude among nursing students. We obtained data from 177 South Korean nursing students through email and mobile phone. The analysis of the mediating effect was performed by hierarchical multiple regression. The SPSS WIN program was adopted. Entrepreneurship and financial literacy of subjects had a significantly positive effect on nursing start-up attitudes. Financial literacy indirectly affected the relationship between nursing students' entrepreneurship and nursing start-up attitude, and significance was verified by Process Macro. Financial literacy can mediate between entrepreneurship and nursing start-up attitudes. These factors will provide an important basis for nursing students to grow into talented people with business capabilities. Nursing education should strengthen the foundation that promotes business competence in nursing students.
