Industrial structure is more developed, the economical value of human resources and the cases which risks worker's Health & Safety is expended. The Safety & Health issues are focused on elements of control for management activity simultaneously with work environment as well as the risk elements which risks worker's life and body. The activity for combination of basic management System and Safety & Health management is progressing with active discussion in ILO, BS 8800 is specified the guidance of Occupational Safety & Health Management System in UK. 1996. This research refers to BS 8800:1996, specification as a basic model, and introduce of the result of certification development result in Occupational Safety & Health management System with in ISO 14001 Environmental System Standards & ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standards and Systemic Factors. Through this applicability and efficiency evaluation, we make an effort to support and to improve the specification. Also applicability evaluation of Occupational Safety & Health management System and the specification developed for the purpose of the third party certification is applied with expending in industry, and the method is presented through the case which is required to support for method review and activities.

Objectives: Pharmacopuncture is a new form of acupuncture treatment that injects herbal medicine into acupuncture points. This paper introduces the management status of pharmacopuncture through accreditation, and examines the effect of accreditation on pharmacopuncture management. Methods: The Accreditation System of External Herbal Dispensaries (EHDs) of traditional Korean medicine clinics announced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in September 2018 were investigated. Results: The Accreditation System of EHDs assesses and certifies herbal medicine and pharmacopuncture preparations. Regular components for the 'pharmacopuncture' certification consist of nine standards, 30 categories, and 165 items. The nine standards include: herbal dispensary facilities, clean room management, management and organization operation, employee management, document management, continuous quality control, herbal medicine management, management of preparation, and pavement management. Conclusion: Through EHD accreditation and certification system, traditional Korean medicine clinics and EHDs can now manage pharmacopuncture medicine quality and promise safe pharmacopuncture treatment for the people.

This study aims to suggest some problems, which occur when environmental lighting zone is set by use-zone only, by comparing and analyzing the artificial illumination luminance. In addition, this study aims to review the control standards of light pollution and to suggest a practical environmental lighting zone-setting method. I checked out the standards of average surface luminance and luminance contrast as for light pollution management. In addition, I did some research on evaluation of light pollution on surroundings based on investigation of use-environment as for lighting environment setting method.

This paper intends to prevent dangerous goods shipments from compromising safety, and to minimize the risks to life and property inherent in air transport of dangerous goods. For this purpose, this paper reviews the changes of international standards for the international air transport of dangerous goods, and recommends the methods for improving the management system for the air transport of dangerous goods. As for the research methodology, this paper reviews the current regulations of the ICAO Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods, IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, and national regulations governing the air transport of dangerous goods in Korea. As the results of this paper, it is anticipated that the national regulations for shipping dangerous goods by air will be detailed, and compliance with the regulations will be enforced. In conclusion, ensuring the safe transport of dangerous goods by air is a shared responsibility of the government authorities, carriers and shippers.

The goal of this paper is mainly to review and summarize the multimedia information formats and technical standards that have been applied so that library and information specialists can understand them systematically. The most fundamental differences between digital library and the classic one are specified by describing the general characteristics of hypermedia information environment. With the proprietary advantages of multimedia technology to digital library developments, the core technological standards (publicly available) of text and non-text data, including multimedia data, are reviewed. Finally, it describes some important and professional perspectives and roles of library practioners as well as researchers who are engaged with the innovation of digital library.

The purpose of this study is to compare the standards and guidelines of long-term care facilities based on the physical environments and human resources in Korea, Japan, USA, and Australia. Ultimately, this study suggests the directions for amendments of long-term care service or running of the facilities in Korea. For achieving this purpose, we reviewed the homepage of national health departments, reports and articles of long-term care service, and acts related with long-term care in each country. This comparisons were carried in terms of physical environments, human resources by long-term care related acts and legal sanctions as means of quality control. This study implies that long-term care service guidelines or standards should be revised for developing the quality of our long-term care services.

There are very large differences on the standards of gross weight and single axle weight for commercial motor vehicles between international and Korean standards. Short Wheelbase Truck are produced and run only in Korea. It has very serious effects on the durabilities of bridges and roads and makes logistic competitive power fall back and overconsuming energy. This paper deals with a comparative study of the international standards with Korean, grasps the drawbacks and makes up the suggestions to strengthen the logistic competitive power of Korea and reduce the maintenance cost for the roads and the consumption of energy.
