The uncertainty of a project generates risks hindering the goal achievement of the project, and the risks affect the success or failure of the project significantly. Risk management, a part of the project management, includes various processes, and there are also various tools or techniques applicable to that. In an organization, the application of project management develops gradually from low to high maturity, and the organization should choose and implement a method of application proper for the level of its maturity. This article suggests a method to reduce inefficiency of the management and how to apply risk management by levels of maturity for easier application. For this, the stages of project management maturity levels were divided into the introduction, development, and maturity step, and methods of risk management suitable for each stage were applied. And methods of risk management that need to be applied by the levels of project maturity are divided into three factors : risk management processes, risk management tools and techniques, and risk management standards and templates. It is expected to be favorable approaches for the application of risk management in an organization to divide those factors into more concrete processes, tools, techniques, and standards and apply them by the levels of management maturity.

With advances in smart and ICT(information and communication technology) technologies, our life style has been changing dramatically. Now everybody can enjoy the benefits of such technologies in every aspect of his/her daily life. Currently more and more people are trying to have smart devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs so that smart devices become the bare necessities. New smart technologies have created a new concept called smart learning in education area. As educational smart contents become popular, we need quality standards for the contents. Those standards are essential for evaluating the smart contents and suggesting guidance for future smart contents production. Although there are some standards for the existing e-learning environments, to our best knowledge, there are no standards for educational smart contents in the literature. The purpose of this paper is to develop quality standards for educational smart contents. The proposed quality standards are based on the existing quality standards in e-learning environments and include some characteristics of smart learning. For development of quality standards, wide experts group from academy and industry are selected and surveyed. Their responses are analyzed based on thorough statistical analysis so that final quality standards for educational smart contents are developed.

This study applied the normative approach to establish evaluative standards for the facilities in Moodeung-san Provincial Park. Based on the established evaluative standards, this study examined the present facility managerial conditions of the park, and suggested some management alternatives to solve the identified problems. Data were collected by on-site survey and a mail-back questionnaire during August of 1996 in Moodeung-san Provincial Park. Out of 1,173, 519 respondents (44.2%) were used for the analysis. According to the results, three indicators out of five established indicators except 'adequacy of garbage cans' and 'adequacy of trail-guidance facilities' were in worse conditions than the established evaluative standards. The three indicators were 1) adequacy of toilets, 2) cleanness of toilets, 3) waiting time for using public transportations. The present condition for 'adequacy of trail-guidance facilities' was the same with the evaluative standard. This study suggested some management strategies to improve these problematic conditions, and introduced how managers may use these information for the facility management of the park.

The purpose of this study is to design a proper evaluation method for analysing the safety management efficiency of coastal ship companies, and to verify these evaluation standards by applying them to a representative company. For this purpose, 5 evaluation items and 14 specific sub-evaluation elements have been determined after collecting practical opinions from a group of expert, which consisted of safety managers in passenger ship companies, public servants as a ship inspector, passenger ship operations managers, etc. Next, the safety management levels of 44 coastal passenger ship companies were evaluated using these standards. Finally, the validity of the proposed evaluation method was verified through comparison analysis between the evaluation results and the ratio of major marine accidents. It was determined that companies with low evaluation levels were saw more major marine accidents than other coastal passenger ship companies, spurring greater interest in safety management. In conclusion, evaluation standards allow coastal passenger ship companies to voluntarily assess their safety management level were established. The result can also be applied to analyse the operation efficiency of coastal passenger ship companies.

As ISO22301 (Societal security-Business continuity management systems-Requirements) related to BCM (BCP) was established in May 2012, KS A ISO22301 (National Standards) will be enacted at the end of the year. Foreign certification agencies at home and abroad are expanding their business, accordingly. And it is expected that there will be a trade barrier such as a demand for compliance with the Standards in the trade between companies. Hence I am trying to find the countermeasures of domestic companies and ways to invigorate Top Company Certification System in the reduction law (The Legislative bill on the support of voluntary activities of enterprises for disaster reduction).

Purpose - The purpose of this development the business model of the healthcare sector in order to promote patents satisfaction towards medical sector services improvement for the medical business model innovation to possess a competitive advantage in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Research design, data, and methodology - Safety standard protocol from existing multidisciplinary literature is a process of theorization, which uses grounded theory methodology rather than a description of the data and the targeted phenomenon by using Jabareen (2009). The first task is to map the spectrum of food safety literature regarding the phenomenon in safety management. This process includes developing the implementation factors and other sources such as existing business models and practices into the protocol design. Results - The study suggests the conceptual framework to improve the safety management for patients' environmental sustainability performance. Conclusion - The business model may support the beneficial aspect to healthcare government's policymakers, hospital employees, and medical specialist who can apply the practical perspective of its value regarding an educational protocol. Originality/value - This study contributes to and extends our understanding of environmental sustainability performance, identifying the rationale for safety standards performance in the healthcare industry with suggested hybrid safety standards market consumer interconnector.

It is very important to understand changing technological environment such as information big bang, mass production of electronic records, and emergence of many storage media for the sake of promoting reliable electronic records management system. This study examined the insufficiency of current archives acts and standards, and compared to recording storage media and related technologies. Through these analyses, this paper proposes the revision of archives acts and standards such as the expansion of types of media, the elaboration of guidance for media selection. and the efficient maintenance plan for recording media.

Establish standards and review procedures for on-site implementation of the emergency response plan required to establish by substances requiring preparation for accidents. Investigated for the examination content and standards for Process Safety Management (PSM) and Safety Management System (SMS). Safety Management System operator's comments and problems to be expected in the review process. Standards for on-site implementation and review of a person's ability to do the job does not require a high level of expertise. However, it has been created mainly to determine whether appropriate items to be included in the report and the contents presented.
