Various multimedia application services have been developed with techniques of high speed networks and computer. Among these services, a video-conference system over internet is useful and important, and its standardization has been shown in ITU-T H.323 and IETF SIP. H.323 standardization is currently used in many products, but two standardizations will coexist for a long time. Since the interoperability is needed between two standardizations, H.323-SIP gateway is developed for it. In audition, a video-conference system supporting two standardizations is necessary to be developed. We have implemented the video-conference terminal supporting both ITU-T H.323 and IETF SIP standardizations over internet. The system implementation has been designed using the common modules of two standardizations maximally, and the interoperability among different systems is satisfied through experiments.

This study develops a model which measures service standardizations focused on the process of call center service. It analyzes the relationship between service standardizations and efficiency of business as well. The model consists of two dimensions to offering service and managing customers. These two dimensions have six major elements: accessibility, customer orientation, professionalism, offering a solution, customer satisfaction management, and customer information management. Also we assumed that low customer interaction and labor-intensive of service business increase the level of service standardization.

Ministry of Science and Technology(MOST) has a plan to establish the National Science and Technology Information System(NTIS). For successful NTIS, there are three pre-standardizations. Standard classification is the one of the three standardizations. In this paper, the validity of current National Standard Classification of Science and Technology(NSCST) is analyzed for three aspects. One is the duplication of NSCST, one another is the high ratio of incorrectness of information changed by mapping table and the last is the incorrectness of the mapping table itself. So for the successful NTIS a new Science and Technology Classicication shoud be considered.

Mobile Cloud Computing services anywhere, anytime access to the Internet via a mobile terminal means to provide services, speakers are called Mobiloud. Computing processing power limitations of mobile devices, storage, due to space constraints, the tasks handled by mobile devices and data processing services to move to cloud environments. In recent years, smartphone, tablet PC and mobile device companies and individuals to spread and spread, and the content of the accelerating cloud painters, mobile cloud that can communicate with each other requires a standard service.

The purpose of this study is to analyze DMB(digital multimedia broadcasting) technologies of transmitting GIS-based traffic information for developing DMB systems compared with FM DARC(FM data radio channel). R&D and standardizations for transmitting GIS-based traffic information have been rapidly changed, as radical developments in ITS(intelligent transportation systems), telemaics, and communication methods such as ubiquitous and convergences of broadcasting and communications. Each communication method employs different GIS format, protocol, and standardizations, i.e., GML(geography markup language) and TPEG(transport protocol experts group). This paper presents technical methods and trends of transmitting traffic information using broadcasting along with FM DARC, in general, and DMB, in particular.

유선통신망과 이동통신망은 그 동안 개별적으로 발전되어 왔으나 망 운영자의 강한 요구에 따라 차세대 유무선통합망으로 발전하고 있다. 차세대 유무선통합망은 IP 기반의 All-IP 망으로서 사용자는 다양한 액세스 망을 통하여 자유롭게 접속하며, 무선 액세스의 활성화로 고정 사용자보다는 이동 사용자가 주가 되는 망이 될 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 망 환경에서 가장 중요한 요구사항 중의 하나가 다양한 액세스망 간을 이동하는 사용자에 대한 심리스한 서비스 제공이다. 이러한 다양한 이기종 액세스망 간의 이동은 기본적으로 IP 이동성 지원을 필요로 하기 때문에 최근 IP 이동성 지원 기술의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 따라서 IP 기술의 대표적인 기관인 IETF 뿐만 아니라 유선통신망과 이동통신망의 대표적인 표준화 기관인 ITU-T, 3GPP에서도 관련 표준화가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 IP 이동성 지원 기술에 대하여 주요 표준화 기관에서 이루어지고 있는 표준화 동향을 살펴보고 이에 대한 대응방안에 대하여 논한다.

모바일 지급결제 서비스는 개인이 휴대전화나 PDA 등 이동통신기기를 사용하여 자금이체나 상거래 대금의 결제 등에 이용하는 서비스를 말한다. 1990년대 후반부터 선을 보인 모바일 지급결제 서비스는 현재 최신의 IT 기술과 접목되어 다양한 환경에서 다종의 지급결제 방식으로 서비스되고 있는 추세에 있다. 그러나 모바일 지급결제 서비스 사업자가 시작 단계에서 호환성 문제를 고려하지 않고 서비스를 개시하여 사용자의 편의성과 투자 효율성을 높이기 위해 필요한 모바일 지급결제 표준화 과정에서 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 고에서는 모바일 지급결제의 정의 및 분류, 국내외 시장현황, 그리고 표준화 대상이되는 핵심기술들과 표준화 동향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.
