맥솔(脈率) 측정방법(測定方法)의 신뢰도(信賴度) 분석(分析) (The Analysis on the Reliability of Measuring Pulse-Respiration Ratio)

  • Objectives: Pulse-Respiration Ratio has been used for estimating subject's Han-Yeol [寒熱] status since it mentioned in suwen [素問]. In practicing Pulse-Respiration Ratio over 5 means the status of Yeol [熱], Pulse-Respiration Ratio below 3 means the status of Han [寒]. We performed this study to examine the Optimum Standard for Measuring Pulse-Respiration Ratio on the Basis of Repeatability and Reproducibility. Methods: After subject's 5 minutes rest we measured subject's ECG, respiration pattern, EEG, EMG simultaneously. In this research examiner's number is two, subject's number is four, and the number of repeat is two. We calculated Pulse-Respiration Ratio through dividing Respiration cycle average by Pulse cycle average according to each standard including time section, $EEG(relative-{\alpha}$ density, $relative-{\beta}$ density, ${\alpha}/{\beta}$ and EMG. We analyzed these data through Gage R&R study using MINITAB 13.20 program and considered the results of below 30 %R&R and over 4 Number of Distinct Categories to have a significance. Results: 1. In the applying of time standard, Pulse-Respiration Ratio from section 3, 4, 6, 8 had a significant meaning in the aspect of Repeatability and Reproducibility. 2. In the applying of $EEG({\alpha}$ I , ${\beta}$ I , ${\alpha}/{\beta})$, EMG(E I) standard, there was no significant results. 3. In the applying of time standard(section 5, 6, 7), $EEG({\alpha}$ I , ${\beta}$ I , ${\alpha}/{\beta})$ and EMG(E I) standard simultaneously, Pulse-Respiration Ratio from ${\alpha}/{\beta}$ in section 6, ${\beta}$ I in section 8 had a significant meaning in the aspect of Repeatability and Reproducibility. Conclusions: We can suggest the Optimum Standard for Measuring Pulse-Respiration Ratio on the basis of Repeatability and Reproducibility as followings; 1. Pulse-Respiration Ratio Measuring time should be at least 15 minutes. 2. Applying of time(section 6, 8) and $EEG({\beta}$ I, ${\alpha}/{\beta})$ standard simultaneously is recommended considering reliability and validity but more study is needed. 3. EMG(E I) may be helpful to detect the segment of physical rest and exclude artifacts but more study is needed.

GPS를 이용한 네트워크 시각 서버 (A Network Time Server using CPS)

  • 컴퓨터 시스템에서의 시각 메커니즘은 기본적이고 필수적인 요소로써 현재 시각의 유지 및 프로세스 점유 시간, 디스크 I/O 등, 시스템의 각종 성능 평가를 위한 척도이다. 분산 시스템에서 응용프로세스들은 시스템 내 여러 노드에서 동시에 수행되며 정확한 결과를 얻기 위해서는 노드 간 시각 동기가 이루어져야 한다. 현재 통신망이 보편적 요소가 되면서 분산 환경 구성 및 네트워크 기반 운용이 일반화됨에 따라 시각 동기는 필수 사항이 되었다. 네트워크 시각 서버는 시스템의 지역 클럭을 표준 참조 시각원에 동기시킴으로써 정확하고 정밀한 시각을 획득, 유지하고 표준 시각 동기 프로토콜을 통해 시각 정보를 네트워크에 분배한다. 본 논문은 네트워크 시각 동기를 위한 시각 서버의 설계 및 구현에 대해 제시한다. 시스템은 표준 참조 시각원으로 GPS (Global Positioning System)를 사용하며 NTP (Network Time Protocol)를 통해 표준시 (UTC: Universal Time Coordinated)를 제공한다.

  • Noroviruses (noroV) are the major cause of nonbacterial gastroenteritis in humans worldwide. Since noroV cannot yet be cultured in vitro and their diagnosis by electron microscopy requires at least $10^6$ viral particles/g of stool a variety of molecular detection techniques represent an important step towards the detection of noroV. In the present study, we have applied real-time nucleic acid sequence-based amplification (real-time NASBA) for simultaneous detection of NoroV genogroup I (GI) and genogroup II (GII) using standard viral RNA. For real-time NASBA assay which can detected noroV GI and GII, a selective region of the genes encoding the capsid protein was used to design primers and genotype-specific molecular beacon probes. The specificity of the real-time NASBA using newly designed primers and probes were confirmed using standard viral RNA of noroV GI and GII. To determine the sensitivity of this assay, serial 10-fold dilutions of standard viral RNA of noroV GI and GII were used for reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and real-time NASBA. The results showed that while agarose gel electrophoresis could detect RT-PCR products with 10 pg of standard viral RNA, the real-time NASBA assay could detect 100 fg of standard viral RNA. These results suggested that the real-time NASBA assay has much higher sensitivity than conventional RT-PCR assay. This assay was expected that might detect the viral RNA in the specimens which could have been false negative by RT-PCR. There were needed to perform real-time NASBA with clinical specimens for evaluating accurate sensitivity and specificity of this assay.

  • 컴퓨터 클럭은 자체의 불안정한 요소, 물리적 특성, 외부 환경의 요인, 사용자의 개입 및 시스템의 오류 요소로 인해 정확도와 안정도에 한계를 갖는다. 따라서 정밀한 시각 관련 처리가 필요한 시스템의 경우 표준 시각에의 동기화가 요구된다. 시각 동기의 목적은 분산 처리 시스템 상에 전역 시각 기저를 제공하는데 있다. 일단 이러한 시각 기저가 존재하게 되면, 분산 시스템 상에서 처리되는 일련의 작업들은 시각을 바탕으로 제어가 가능하기 때문이다. 본 논문은 인터넷 기반 분산 환경에서 시각 동기를 위한 임베디드 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대해 제시한다. 시스템은 참조 시각원으로 GPS(Global Positioning System)를 사용하고, NTP(Network Time Protocol)를 통해 표준시(UTC: Universal Time Coordinated)를 제공함으로써 분산 시스템의 시각 동기를 이룬다. 이를 위해 안정적인 시각 유지 및 정확하고 정밀한 표준 시각 제공 요건을 만족하는 클럭 모델을 설계, 적용하였다. 네트워크 관리를 위해SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) 기반 private MIB(Management Information Base)를 정의하였고, 전체 시스템의 구현 및 성능 평가 결과도 제시하였다.

동서양 각국의 진태양시 보정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Correction of True Solar Time in Eastern and Western Countries)

  • 세계는 시간이 흐를수록 글로벌 사회로 나아가고 있기에 외국에서 출생한 사람의 사주를 해석하는 일은 앞으로 점점 늘어날 수밖에 없는 것은 당연한 현실이다. 출생 시간이 달라진다면 명리학 이론에서는 큰 문제가 생긴다. 그러므로 본 연구자는 외국 출생자의 사주 간명을 할 때 출생국가의 현지 표준 시간을 사용하는 것인지 한국시간대로 환산하는 것인가의 문제에 있어서는 태양의 위치가 시각과 날짜를 결정하기 때문에 출생한 현지의 표준 시간을 사용하는 것이 타당하다는 결론을 내렸고 이를 뒷받침할 동서양 각국의 진태양시 보정에 관한 연구를 위해 현재 쓰이고 있는 국가표준시와 실제 경도선에 맞춘 진태양시와의 시간 차이가 예상되는 주요 국가들과 주요 도시들을 엄선하여 결과를 환산해 도출했다. 연구 결과 국가표준시와 진태양시의 시간은 보편적인 생각보다 매우 심한 차이가 난다는 사실을 확인할 수가 있었다. 한편, 실제 외국 출생자의 사주 사례를 통하여 정확한 시차가 태어난 날짜와 절입 시각 등에 영향을 끼치는 것 이외에도 서머타임이 사주 구성에 미치는 큰 영향도 알아볼 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 외국 출생자의 사주 간명을 위한 동서양 각국의 진태양시 보정에 관한 명리학적 이론의 체계적인 기틀을 다졌다고 생각되며, 이로 인해 외국 출생자의 사주 간명 방법에 대하여 혼란을 줄일 수 있는 계기가 될 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

  • The definition of cycle time is the time from the wafer start to the wafer output. It usually takes one or two months to get the product since customer decides to produce it. The cycle time is a critical factor for customer satisfaction because it represents the response time to the market. Long cycle time reflects the ineffective investment for the capital. The cycle time is very important for foundry because long cycle time will cause customer unsatisfied and the order loss. Consequently, all of the foundries put lots of human source in the cycle time improvement. Usually, we make decisions based on the experience in the cycle time management. We have no mechanism or theory for cycle time management. We do work-in-process (WIP) management based on turn rate and standard WIP (STD WIP) set by experiences. But the experience didn't mean the optimal solution, when the situation changed, the cycle time or the standard WIP will also be changed. The experience will not always be applicable. If we only have the experience and no mechanism, management will not be work out. After interview several foundry fab managers, all of the fab can't reflect the situation. That is, all of them will have an impact period after product mix or utilization varied. In this study, we want to develop a formula for standard WIP and use statistical process control (SPC) concept to set WIP upper/lower limit level. When WIP exceed the limit level, it will trigger action plans to compensate WIP Profile. If WIP Profile balances, we don't need too much WIP. So WIP level could be reduced and cycle time also could be reduced.

  • Metallic magnetic calorimeters (MMCs) are one of the most competitive low temperature detector (LTD) readout sensors. They have the advantages of high time resolution, no heat dissipation, and a wide range of operating temperature. We apply MMCs to our neutrinoless double beta decay ($0v{\beta}{\beta}$) search experiment. A $CaMoO_4$ crystal was employed as both a source of $0v{\beta}{\beta}$ and an energy absorber. The crystal was thermally connected to a MMC sensor. We set a simple thermal model for this detector and measured pulse shapes are compared with a numerical solution of the thermal model.

효과적인 표준 발음 교육 (The Effective Education of the Standard Pronunciations)

  • The purpose of this dissertation is to make the general korean speakers to learn the standard pronunciations. But it is in existence that the obstructions of the command of the standard pronunciations. They are the mistake in the education course on the korean pronunciations, the teacher's capability and the mass communications's duplicity. To overcome this obstructions, we must concentrate our efforts on the propagation of the standard pronunciations. To propagate of the standard pronunciations we can take a several method. These are the presentation of the pronunciation mistakes, audio-visual teaching, the presentation of the pronunciation principles and the use of the korean dictionary. The standard pronunciations are different from the pronunciations of the general korean speakers in many respects. So we can't make an accurate estimate of the pronunciation's changes. No one knows what will happen in the future about the korean pronunciations. But we must teach the standard pronunciations to the general korean speakers. The standard pronunciations are offically valid in the present time.

  • When operating Express and Standard trains, which run with two different scheduled time, in a single line with limited number of side tracks for overtaking standard trains, it is required to have various modeling methodologies and simulations in order to calculate an optimum headway to maximize the capacity of the line with the best scheduled time. Especially it is inevitable that following trains have to slow down or stop in the middle of their operations due to the preceding trains, in case it is inappropriate controlled about either in which station an overtaking should be taken or how long it should be. This study is to analyze TPS data which have been produced with a simulation program which the team has invented to optimize Express and Standard mixed traffic plan and to introduce an algorism which shows detected conflict data, calculates appropriate dwell time after getting overtaken and helps to decide stations for overtaking.

고정밀 전기식 힘측정기의 불확도평가 절차 및 응용 (Procedure for Uncertainty Evaluation of a Precision Electric Force Measuring Device and Its Application)

  • This paper describes the calibration method and the calculation equations of expanded uncertainty for a precision electric force measuring device. The calibration of the electric force measuring device is performed three times (0 ${\circ}$(first time), $120{\circ}$(second time), $240{\circ}$(third time)) at each calibration point. It is usually selected ten points from zero load to rated load of the electric force measuring device. The expanded uncertainty is calculated by combining A type standard uncertainty and B type standard uncertainty. The calibration method and the calculation equations of expanded uncertainty can be widely used in the calibration of the precision electric force measuring device.
