질량측정에 의한 우량계 표준교정시스템 개발 (Development of Standard Calibration System for the Rain Gauges by Weighting Method)

  • Because the rain gauges of tipping bucket type can easily use the digital signal, the rain gauges are widely used for the meteorological observation. In general, the resolution of rain gauges of tipping bucket type can be categorized by the 0.1mm, 0.5mm, and 1.0mm classes. But, the error of the tipping bucket rain gauges is made by the intensity of rainfalls and is expected to make the standard calibration method for error measurement. Thus, we developed the hardware of standard calibration facility for rain gauges by weighting measurement method and proposed the standard procedure by rainfall intensity in this study Also, we calculated the uncertainty for the rainfall intensity and obtained useful result through the proposed calibration method.

  • 급속한 도시화와 더불어 도시화의 기반이 되는 막대한 사회기반시설물이 필요하게 되었다. 현재 시설물 관리기관별로 관리되고 있는 전화, 전기, 가스, 상하수도 등과 같은 사회기반시설물이 전체적인 입장에서 조정될 수 있다면 응급상황발생시 효율적으로 대처할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이들 시설물의 유지관리시 발생되는 공사비 중복 및 주민의 불편을 상당부분 해소할 수 있게 될 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 우리나라의 사회기반시설물을 관리하고 있는 기관의 시설물 관리업무를 조사하여 GIS구축시 기초자료가 되는 기관별 업무수행시 조사항목을 체계적으로 정리하였으며, 기관별로 활용하고 있는 도면 및 장부를 함께 조사분석하여 시설물 관리에 필요한 수치코드 표준화방안, 기본도에 포함되어야할 사항, 기본도의 축척, 기본도 관리기관 및 기본도 운영방법 등을 제시하였다.

  • This study was motivated by the fact that the current tendency of social integration in apartment complex is not fully performed its functions as a recovery from the community. The purpose of the study is to provide basic data to be useful for living environment of apartment complex, through comparative analysis of residential conditions, community consciousness, and community facility using behavior of residents in national rental housing and condominium. The results are as follows. 1) Condominium's residents have high level of community consciousness compare to the national rental's. Even though both targets were generally above the average, housing and construction standard are required to reconsider for the enhancing of community consciousness of residents. 2) To activate the use frequency of community facility, the development and operation of the community program and the community space and facilities are constantly considered in the follow-up studies. 3) The more residents have high community consciousness, the more they use the community facilities.

개인하수처리시설 처리수의 수질 개선을 위한 응집보조제로서의 천연제올라이트 적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of Natural Zeolite as Coagulant Aid for Effluent Quality Improvement in Private Sewage Treatment Facility)

  • The purpose of this study is to solve the problem of nutrient removal due to rapid hydraulic retention time (HRT) variation in small size private sewage treatment facility and to have better effluent quality by using natural zeolite as a coagulant aid. The experiments were conducted by applying different conditions of HRT, coagulant, and zeolite dosages. As an experimental result, $TBOD_{5}$, TSS, and TP removal efficiencies were 64.9%, 94.5%, and 98.8% at co-injection with zeolite. Overall removal efficiencies of $TBOD_{5}$, TSS, and TP have improved 15.7, 28.7, 6.1%, respectively. This result shows that zeolite addition could improve flocculation, increase setting velocity, and thus have better treatment. Therefore the use of zeolite as a coagulant aid can be useful in small size private sewage treatment facility, where especially extra nutrient removal is required to meet the legal standard for discharge.

  • 우리나라 학교건축은 1990년 중반 이후부터 교육환경의 개선을 위한 시설확충과 노후화된 교육시설물을 유지관리 하기 위한 각종 보수공사의 비용이 증가하고 있다. 교육시설사업을 유지하는 각 주체들간 업무를 수행함에 있어 정보의 분절과 검사방법의 판단기준이 미비하여 한정된 재원의 중복투자 및 낭비를 하고 있다. 따라서 업무절차에 따른 발생정보 및 요구정보를 명확하고 일관되게 제시할 필요성이 제기된다. 학교시설물을 유지 관리 하는 단계에서 이루어지는 업무를 파악하고, 교육청에서 이루어지는 업무를 중심으로 각 기능간 문제점 및 장애요인 분석을 통해 개선프로세스 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 향후 기능간 장애요인 추출을 통한 개선프로세스 모델과 정보 모델구축이 수행되어야 한다.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze spatial composition of elderly skilled nursing facility and to provide basic information for setting up the detail facility architectural guidelines. The results of the study were following: the residential spaces of the facilities in this study were more or less overcrowded since their capacity were more than 5 elderly residents. The dimensions of some residential spaces did not even come up to the standard of elderly welfare law in force. On the other hand, the facilities had a tendency to use a space with multiple purposes or to allocate a space but to leave it with no use. Moreover comparing with the 1st floor, which was mainly for the staffs and had enough space to spare, the upper floor which was for the elderly residents, was crowded with nursing staffs and elderly residents and had densely closed residential and public spaces. For the problem solving, law and regulation modification is needed according to the case study about the usage and using frequency of each facility space. And the crowded area for the elderly residents could be enlarged through the reduction(or combination) of the rarely used spaces and moving a few residential spaces into the 1st floor.

수소생산시설에서의 수소폭발의 안전성평가 방법론 연구 (A Study on Methodology of Assessment for Hydrogen Explosion in Hydrogen Production Facility)

  • Hydrogen production facility using very high temperature gas cooled reactor lies in situation of high temperature and corrosion which makes hydrogen release easily. In that case of hydrogen release, there lies a danger of explosion. However, from the point of thermal-hydraulics view, the long distance of them makes lower efficiency result. In this study, therefore, outlines of hydrogen production using nuclear energy are researched. Several methods for analyzing the effects of hydrogen explosion upon high temperature gas cooled reactor are reviewed. Reliability physics model which is appropriate for assessment is used. Using this model, leakage probability, rupture probability and structure failure probability of very high temperature gas cooled reactor are evaluated and classified by detonation volume and distance. Also based on standard safety criteria which is value of $1{\times}10^{-6}$, safety distance between the very high temperature gas cooled reactor and the hydrogen production facility is calculated.

매립장의 효율적인 체적 모니터링을 위한 체적 계산 방법에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Waste Volume Calculation for Efficient Volume Monitoring in a Landfill Facility)

  • 도시 문명의 지속화를 위해 쓰레기 매립은 필수적이며 효율적인 관리를 위해 효율적이고 전산화된 관리가 표준화된 매립장의 운영을 위해 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 스테레오 카메라 시스템에 의한 삼차원 물체의 표면점들의 집합인 포인트 클라우드를 구해 대상체에 대한 체적을 계산하는 방법을 제시하였으며 이는 쓰레기 매립장에서의 쓰레기 매립량을 연속적으로 모니터링하는 데 사용될 수 있으며 이를 통해 쓰레기 매립장의 수명 예측 등과 같은 곳에 평가 지표로 활용할 수 있다 제시된 알고리즘은 쓰레기 매립의 체적 계산에 사용될 수 있다. 또한 본 연구는 삼차원 객체의 일반적인 체적 계산을 위한 기본 알고리즘으로도 사용될 수 있다.

  • As the public interest in environmental issues increased, the "Act On The Integrated Control Of Pollutant-Discharging Facility" was enacted. Through the integrated environmental pollution prevention act in which 19 industries with large environmental impacts are sequentially applied, pollutants can be managed in a medium-integrated manner and integrated permission of the business unit is possible and BAT can be applied to enable a scientific and proactive environmental management system. In addition, if the facility with BAT works normally, the pollutant emission is offered with the range of lower limit to upper limit. This study analyzed the overview of Best Available Techniques-Associated Emission Levels (BAT-AEL), and its setting procedure and method, and then suggested the BAT-AEL of a waste incineration facility. In comparative analysis on Emission Limit Values (ELVs) of EU, this study tries to propose improvement matters and development directions if the relevant standard is revised.

방사성폐기물 신분류기준을 고려한 중저준위 방사성폐기물 처분시설의 핵종재고량 예측 (Prediction of Radionuclide Inventory for the Low- and Intermediate-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Facility by the Radioactive Waste Classification)

  • To meet nuclear regulatory requirements, more than 95% individual radionuclides in the low- and intermediate-level radioactive waste inventory have to be identified. In this study, the radionuclide inventory has been estimated by taking the long-term radioactive waste generation, the development plan of disposal facility, and the new radioactive waste classification into account. The state of radioactive waste cumulated from 2014 was analyzed for various radioactive sources and future prospects for predicting the long-term radioactive waste generation. The predicted radionuclide inventory results are expected to contribute to secure the development of waste disposal facility and to deploy the safety case for its long-term safety assessment.
