The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the auditory stimulation using pop music on EEG. The subjects in the study were eight healthy university students; five men and three women, age group of 22-28 years old. EEGs were measured for one minute at 19 channels, according to the international 10-20 system method, after both pop musics which the subject likes and not were provided with 100% and 50% volume of standard value, respectively, and the ratio of $\beta$/$\alpha$ was obtained. As a result, when the subjects heard their favorite music, the values of $\beta$/$\alpha$ ratio at the Right-Parietal.Temporal.Occipital lob(T6, O2) showed to be lower than stable state in the situation with 50% volume of standard value.

K-Pop is hugely promoted offline/online in East Asia, while efforts to promote it elsewhere are kept to a minimum. Whilst addressing the role of digital marketing in the promotion of K-Pop in the Brazilian music industry this study aims to demonstrate that K-pop will provide its audience with a unique and engaging experience if it thinks globally and acts locally in its marketing and communication strategies. A survey of K-Pop's world fan base was carried out online with 1,074 fans to determine the validity of the hypothesis. The results have demonstrated the need to adapt global and intercultural strategies to local markets with increasing brand awareness through utilizing digital marketing. For example, to increase K-Pop's popularity and market share in Brazil, it is not required to sing in Brazilian Portuguese, contrary to what might be perceived but fully singing in English would help breaking into the market dominated by domestic music as songs would have a higher probability to be included in the international soundtrack of a Brazilian telenovela and promote the K-Pop artist not only across Brazil but also give the artist exposure in all the markets the Brazilian telenovela is exported to, opening an entry door to those markets. K-Pop audience segmentation and psychographic profiling is crucial to the understanding of each market's consumer's preferences, likes, dislikes and their buying habits as it was proven through Brazil's digital media, social media, digital music market and K-Pop market analysis within the global context of the study. It should be also considered that brand extensions are not standard everywhere and that there are cultures where different product categories are not directly associated with its main corporate owner which requires extensive local market knowledge to succeed. The primary and secondary data research that we conducted for this study intended to demonstrate that K-Pop can be successful in Brazil and in Latin America and increase their local and regional market share if digital marketing and communication strategies are tailored to each individual market.

This paper introduces platform of platform (POP) for global network on climate adaptation change and disaster risk reduction (CCA/DRR). The POP consists of disaster prevention technology e-market platform, e-learning platform, information sharing platform, and monitoring platform for AMCDRR action plan. The POP is developing based on Korean e-Government standard framework and supports Web and mobile service. Additionally the POP uses special product and technology to search and classify data about CCA/DRR.

The purpose of this study is to analysis the cognitive frame of the expert on musically talented in the Pop music audition program. Consequently, this article found that each expert has difference priority. Myself(PA), voice(YA), tune(YO) are used frequently. In comparison with standard frame, all experts refer to creative area in priority. But, they lack in motive area. Also, there are areas which don't treat in standard frame. And to conclude, pop music audition program has creative and personal characteristic. If not, it doesn't give prominence to differentiated messages and last in the global market. Based on the result of this study, this paper suggests the following: Firstly, it needs devices that support areas which fall short of selection. Secondly, it requires new frame which modifies the details of standard frame.

In the parts including a vehicle, standard and contents are different according to type of automobile. Although the parts are same, the quality and requirement all are different according to vehicle production version. Also the business is shared at each department in a production line. So if a part is changed, each team or the department must recognize information which is changed. But currently if the event can occur at like this each department, because of parts management through handwork, the unification of information is difficult. Therefore in this paper, we applied POP systems at the automobile part enterprise and constructed POP based the automobile part productive integrated management system. This system supported productive information from mechanical, equipment, worker, and products in real-time and data update also is processed automatically. When this system is introduced, work time and cost remarkably will be reduced.

Due to the need for multilingual e-mail address, EAI Working Group of the IETF has created a wide range of standards associated with e-mail address internationalization(EAI) since 2006. One of the authors and colleagues designed and implemented the mail server, SMTPUTF8, that supports EAI RFC protocols. SMTPUTF8 mail server is composed of new SMTP and POP3 servers supporting EAI RFC protocols. However, SMTPUTF8 did not include a new IMAP server supporting EAI RFC protocol. Recently many people are using smart phones to read and send e-mail messages in a mobile environment. IMAP server is more useful than POP3 server in a mobile environment. Therefore, in this paper, the authors have designed and implemented IMAP server and client app that complies with the IMAP standard (RFC) published by EAI WG of IETF to support multilingual e-mail address. This IMAP server is added to the SMTPUTF8 mail server so that users can access e-mail messages via IMAP client app in a mobile environment.

The multiple targets tracking problem has been one of main issues in the radar applications area in the last decade. Besides the standard Kalman filtering, various methods including the variable dimension filter, input estimation filter, interacting multiple model (IMM) filter, federated variable dimension filter with input estimation, probable data association (PDA) filter etc. have been proposed to address the tracking and sensor fusion issues. In this paper, two existing tracking algorithms, i.e. the IMMPDA filter and the variable dimension filter with input estimation (VDIE), are combined for the purpose of improving the tracking performance of maneuvering targets in clutter. To evaluate the tracking performance of the proposed algorithm, three typical maneuvering patterns i.e. Waver, Pop-Up, and High-Diver motions, are defined and are applied to the modified IMMPDA filter considered as well as the standard IMM filter. The smaller RMS tracking errors, in position and velocity, of the modified IMMPDA filter than the standard IMM filter are demonstrated through computer simulations.

Transparent conductive indium-tin oxide (ITO) films are widely used as transparent electrodes for flat panel displays. Many of the ITO films for practical use have been prepared by magnetron sputtering, chemical vapor deposition, electron beam evaporation, etc. An oxide target composed of 10 wt% $SnO_2$ and 90 wt% $In_2O_3$ has been deposited onto polycyclic olefin polymer (POP) substrate by electron beam evaporation. POP has a higher glass transition temperature ($Tg=330^{\circ}C$) than other conventional polymers. In this study, the effects of substrate temperature and the $O_2$ introduction flow rate were investigated in terms of physical, electrical and optical properties of deposited ITO films. We investigated the effects of processing variables such as substrate temperature and the oxygen introduction flow rate. The best electrical and optical properties of deposited ITO films obtained from this study were electrical resistivity value of ${\rho}=1.78{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ and optical transmittance of about 85% at 8 sccm (Standard Cubic Centimeter per Minute) $O_2$ introduction flow rate, $5{\AA}/sec$ deposition rate, $1000{\AA}$ deposited ITO thickness and $200^{\circ}C$ substrate temperature.

The austere standard for industrial design and the machine aesthetic reinforced modernism and lasted more than a half century. Pop art and Pop design movements, which were opposite of the elite culture, began to appear as anti-modernism in the late 1950s. With the development of technology, the movements helped to establish humanism design style that reflected the life style of young generation and their culture. From the 1960s. it was a try in order to fulfill psychologically users' needs beyond tasks for physical considerations. The efforts appeared as a various appearance in different contexts. It could settle down on industrial design, based on humanism both from the physical and psychological points ol views, through anti-modernism in the 1960s, commercialism, consumerism and hi-tech in the 1970s, and postmodernism in the 1980s. The design, as a specific style in industrial design, delivers both physical and psychological satisfaction to consumers by using a mixture of human emotions with high technology. Accordingly, this study is to find out and to define the design style that was applied by human emotion and sensibility in design history from the 1960s to the 1980s. It will be underpinnings for the next research about how the design style has developed nowadays.
