현재 기업의 정보공유환경은 문서관리 시스템을 도입하여 사용하는 수준이며, 기업간의 정보공유 환경은 열악한 수준으로 전자우편을 통하여 서로 정보를 주고받는 정도이다. CALS 는 기업의 정보화를 통하여 기업간의 신속한 정보교류를 이룩함으로써 생산성 향상을 목표로 한다. CITIS는 CALS구현을 위한 소프트웨어적인 기반구조로 CALS에서 정보를 공유/교환하기 위한 서비스의 표준으로 다수의 기업간에 인터넷/인트라넷을 이용한 가상기업을 형성하여 정보를 공유하고자 할 때 활용될 수 있는 소프트웨어적인 기반 구조이다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷/인트라넷을 기반으로 CITIS 프로토타입 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 구현언어로는 웹과 이기종 시스템에서 쉽게 사용될 수 있는 Java를 이용하였고, 분산환경 하에서의 통신 미들웨어로 객체지향 브로커 구조인 CORBA를 이용하였다.

Recently, because of the extensive use of geographic information in the various fields, the requirement for the easy circulation and utilization of the various geographic information among the individuals, organizations, societies and countries is raised. In order to support the interoperability of the heterogeneous geographic information in the various fields, OGC(Open GIS Consortium) proposed the GML(Geography Markup Language) specification that defines the XML encoding rule about the heterogeneous geographic information. In addition, ISO/TC 211 adopted the GML specification to make it as the international standard. Therefore, in this paper, we first analyzed the GML 3.0 specification in detail that can support the interoperability of the heterogeneous geographic information. And then we suggested and applied the mapping rule that define the encoding method to improve the encoding process easily and efficiently. Finally, we designed and implemented the GML 3.0 encoding system using the mapping rule to encode the geographic information that was constructed in spatial databases into the GML 3.0 document. Especially, we used ZEUS as a spatial database system to test our encoding system in this paper.

Among the various dysarthric subtypes, diagnosis of ataxic dysarthria is rendered when the speech characteristics include imprecise and irregular articulatory breakdowns, marked degree of speech rate impairment, overall monopitch and monoloudness, and respiratory-articulatory incoordination. Traditionally, speech pathologists have relied only upon their ‘ears’ to describe and evaluate the dysarthric speech. A statement of percentage of correct words identified by a listener do not provide so much more than an index of severity. Within the same perceptual dimension, a carefully constructed speech intelligibility test can specify patterns of errors. The patterns can contain a diagnostic value as well as Provide strategies for remediation. The phonetically transcribed texts on single words and a standard passage, 'kail' produced by an ataxic dysarthria are presented in this report, with an emphasis of the articulatory error analysis. Furthermore,, acoustic tools [e.g., spectrography to measure formant transitions, segment durations, consonant spectra, etc.] are utilized to serve as basic measures that objectively document patients' speech intelligibility, Finally, the treatment methods [e.g., spectrography as a visual feedback, gestural reorganization using pacing method, DAF (Delayed Auditory Feedback)] to modify the dysarthric behaviors are presented.

VoiceXML (Voice extensible Markup language)은 음성 대화를 웹의 마크업 언어로 기술할 수 있는 차세대 대화형 음성 서비스를 위한 표준이다. 현재 발표된 VoiceXML 1.0 사양은 음성대화의 기술에 초점을 두고 있으며, 음성 서비스의 시작 시점에 관해서는 언급이 없다. 본 논문에서는 사용자에 의해 시작하는 주문형 (on-demand) 음성 서비스 (inbound call) 뿐만 아니라, 최근에 고객관계관리 (CRM: Customer Relationship Management) 등에서 요구되는 시스템에 의한 푸쉬형 음성 서비스 (outbound call)가 가능한 VoiceXML 플랫폼을 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한, 본 논문에서는 W3C (World Wide Web Consortium)의 호 제어 요구사항 (Call Control Requirements)을 바탕으로 음성 대화 중에 팩스 송수신이 가능하도록 VoiceXML 문서형 정의 (UTD: Document Type Definition)를 확장하였다.

최근 인터넷을 통한 정보 교환을 위해 XML(eXtensible Markup Language), 이러한 XML과 EDI의 기술적 특성과 장점을 이용한 XML/EDI에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. EDI의 개념과 더불어 일괄처리 EDI에서부터, 실시간 EDI, 대화형 EDI, 개방형 EDI, 객체지향 EDI, 그리고 인터넷을 이용한 EDI로 발전되는 과정을 살펴보고, 특히 XML/EDI의 발전방향에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

The -advent of electronic navigation equipment and trustworthy computer which provides people with convenience made the management system by one-man bridge operation or the least people who are needed possible through the integration of communication network with various navigation equipment and related institution. One of the most needed ultra-modem navigation device for a mate, ECDIS is a core equipment for navigation in ENS that notifies peril to mate as well as supervises all tasks in hydrographical chart, voyage planning, course monitoring and voyage recording. We should make coast and ocean voyage planning first, for the secure navigation which is considering the course circumstances and next, for the reduction of voyage dates in economical aspect. There needs a thoughtful consideration about the feature of the ship itself and the course with weather condition in taking up the course and also we have to take into accounts about appropriate distance between ships. Considering the essential conditions of ECDIS the indispensable device in the future, it was developed the basic principle for voyage planning algorithm for officer and programmed to real implementation available. In this paper including most of the requirements in ECDIS performance standard I mentioned about such a basic and a core Principle with real application by using the Visual C++ programming language. The voyage plan includes the function that indicate and modifies all the way points in the course from department port to arrival port with erasing the wrong way points. Also, it provides in a document form that shows ETA at glance in average speed sailing.

The fluid performance is one of the key design factors considered during the development of torque converters especially at conceptual design stages. Therefore the design environment that allows an easy access to legacy data of fluid performance could be critical to reduce the design life cycle as well as to increase the performance of the torque converter. In this paper we present a computer-based system that enables designers to utilize massive legacy data for their design of torque converters. For the implementation of the system we propose a standard format for the legacy data and build them into the database to be efficiently shared by designers in the company. Also we provide numerous analysis tools in the system that allow, for example, database management, data viewing and document generation for search, analysis and reporting. In the paper the implementation of the system is introduced in detail with its effective user interface.

최근 다양한 분야에서 XML이 인터넷상에서 정보교환의 표준으로 자리잡아 가고 있다. 따라서 그동안 XML 문서를 데이터베이스에 저장하고 검색하기 위한 데이터 모델링에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 기존의 연구들은 동적 환경에서 문서 변경 시 버전을 지원하면서 빠른 문서 검색을 효율적으로 지원하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 XML 저장 관리시스템에서 사용되고 있는 비분할 모델과 분할 모델의 장점들을 수용하여 동적 환경에 적합한 혼합 모델링 방법 4가지를 제안한다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 혼합형 모델링 기법의 우수성을 보인다. 이를 통해 다양한 동적 응용에 적합한 데이터 모델링을 제시하고자 한다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to develop core competency of midwife practices to improve midwifery education, national examination and clinical practices. Method: Literature and. document review and internet search and survey were used. 127 registered in the Korean Midwifery Association midwives by structured instrument were surveyed to analyze midwife's practices and work situation. Result : Midwifery education program has to be either a post graduate or a graduate program for people with nursing license. Midwifery practice has to be extended to a lifelong health care of all women including non-pregnant women, not just a health care of pregnant women and newborns. Thus, a primary health care of women, laws/ethics, and management skills were included in the core competencies of midwifery practice considering the international trend of future-oriented and extended role of a midwife. Also, newborn care and ability to cope with emergency situations were emphasized based on the midwife´s opinion. Conclusion: This study has to be developed midwifery practices and education and the standard of midwifery practice has to be stated based on that result.

이벤트 로깅은 시스템 및 네트워크 관리에 있어 그 역할이 증대되고 있으며, syslog는 해당 분야에 있어 사실상의 표준으로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 로그 분석은 반구조적 특징을 보이는 로그 형식으로 인하여 빈번히 출현하는 패턴에만 집중하고 있다. XML은 syslog 데이터를 구조화하는 데 있어 유용한 방식을 제공하고 정보 탐색을 용이하게 해 준다. 하지만 이전의 XML 형식들 및 어플리케이션들은 로그 데이터를 위한 순위 기반 검색이나 유사도 측정 등과 같은 의미론적 접근에 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 XML 기반의 순위 키워드 검색 기법을 기초로, 새로운 로그 데이터 모델링을 통해 syslog 데이터를 위한 XML 트리 구조를 제안한다. 그리고 기존의 XML 구조보다 의미론적 검색에 적합함을 보인다.
