The International Organization for Standardization(ISO) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies. Through ISO Technical Committees(TC), various International Standards are being carried out. Each member body interested in a subject for which a TC has been established has the right to be represented on that committee. ISO collaborates closely with the International Electro-technical Commission(IEC) on all matters of electro-technical standardization. ISO established the ISO 9000 Family standard in 1987, and International Standard ISO 9000-3 was worked by ISO/TC 176, Quality management and quality assurance, Subcommittee 2(SC 2), Quality systems, in accordance with the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 3: 1997 Rules for the structure and drafting of International Standards, Many organizations have applied the ISO 9000-3 for their quality system standard in the software sector. That means that ISO 9000-3: 1991 and ISO 9000-3: 1997 have been used successfully by the software industry as the internationally accepted interpretation of ISO 9001 for the development and maintenance of computer software. Additionally ISO 9000-3: 1997 involved how the software life cycle processes defined in ISO/IEC 12207: 1995, Information Technology - Software Life Cycle Processes related to the requirements of ISO 9001:1994. After having performed full reviews of the WD3, CD1, CD2 and DIS drafts of the future ISO 9001:2000, this document will partly replace the part of ISO 9000-3: 1997 for measurement analysis and improvement of quality management system in computer software industry, as an interpretation for organizations and certification bodies, which will be withdrawn when ISO 9001:1994 is replaced by ISO 9001:2000,.

본 논문에서는 5G SNPN (Standalone Non-Public Network)에서 등록 해제 공격(Deregistration Attack)의 가능 여부를 3GPP 표준 문서에 근거하여 분석한다. 등록 해제 공격에서 공격자는 AMF (Access and Mobility Management Function)에 정상적으로 등록되어 있는 UE로 가장하여 스푸핑된 RRC (Radio Resource Control) 연결을 설정을 시도하여 AMF가 기존의 UE의 등록을 해제하게 한다. 기존의 등록 해제 공격은 UE가 등록되어 있는 AMF에게 스푸핑된 RRC 연결을 시도하는데, 본 논문에서는 추가적으로, 사용자가 등록 되어 있는 AMF와는 다른 새로운 AMF에게 공격자가 스푸핑된 RRC 연결 설정을 시도하였을 때에도, 등록 해제 공격이 가능한지 분석한다. 분석 결과, 5G 이동통신 네트워크 시스템이 3GPP 표준을 충실히 준수하여 구현된 경우에는 UE의 등록 해제공격은 불가능한 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구에서는 연구개발정보의 체계적인 기록과 관리 그리고 기록물의 신뢰성 확보를 위해 전자연구노트 시스템을 구축 운영하기 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째 연구기관이나 기업이 전자연구노트를 사용하기 위해서는 전자연구노트 작성 및 관리를 위한 시스템 환경을 필요로 하므로 이에 대한 구축 표준안을 제시하였다. 둘째 구축된 전자연구노트 시스템의 체계적인 유지보수 및 운영을 위한 지침을 수립하였다. 셋째 구축되고 운영되고 있는 전자연구노트 시스템이 규정과 절차에 따라 적정하게 관리되고 있는지 여부를 점검하기 위한 지침을 마련하였다. 따라서 이러한 가이드라인 제시는 전자연구노트 활성화 및 중장기적으로 연구개발정보 활용기반 마련에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구의 목적은 현용 및 준현용 기록관리에 관한 국제표준인 ISO 15489를 기준으로 행정기관의 기록관리 메타데이터 요소를 분석하고 이를 통해 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 기록관리 메타데이터의 특성과 요건에 대해 살펴보았다. 다음에는 선행연구를 토대로 ISO 15489의 기능적 요건을 만족시킬 수 있는 메타데이터 요소를 기술영역과 관리영역으로 나누어 추출하고 정리하였다. 이러한 분석을 토대로 우리나라 전자문서시스템 및 자료관시스템의 메타데이터 요소를 평가하고 보안사항을 제안하였다.

XML (extensible Markup Language) is a flexible way to create common information formats and share both the format and the data on the World Wide Web, intranets, and elsewhere. A document type definition (DTD) is a specific definition of the rules of the Standard Generalized Markup Language. A relational database management system (RDBMS) is a program that lets you create, update, and administer a relational database. An RDBMS takes Structured Query Language (SQL) statements entered by a user or contained in an application program and creates, updates, or provides access to the database. This paper has been studied a method of mappings from XML DTD to RDB schemas based on object model.

XML은 e-비지니스와 많은 응용 프로그램 사이에서 정보를 교환하는 인터넷 표준으로 자리잡고 있다. 따라서 이러한 XML 문서를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 데이터베이스를 사용하여 저장할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 객체관계형 데이터베이스를 기반으로 XML 문서를 저장하고 검색하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. XML 문서를 엘리먼트로 분해하고, 각 엘리먼트 타입에 따라 저장하는 방법을 사용하였다. 또한 저장된 XML 문서를 추출할 수 있는 다양한 형태의 검색을 가능하도록 하였다.

여러 기업들은 자사의 물류정보시스템을 구축하여 운영 중에 있지만 거래업체간 물류정보시스템 연계를 위한 표준화된 문서 형식이 제공되지 않고 있다. 따라서 업체간 효율적인 관리와 유지를 위해 표준화된 물류정보 연계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 공급업체와 협력업체 간의 정보연계를 위하여 차세대 물류 시스템의 중요부분을 담당할 RFID를 활용하여 관련 정보를 e-Mail로 전송함으로 표준화된 물류정보연계의 프로토타입을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 RFID의 발전과 함께 물류정보시스템 연계의 근간이 될 수 있을 것이다.

Object-oriented databases (OODBs) have been adopted for managing non-standard applications such as computer-aided design (CAD), office document management and many multimedia applications. One of the major characteristics of OODBs is class hierarchy where a subclass is allowed to inherit the definitions defined on its superclasses. In this paper, I present the evaluation metrics for class hierarchy quality in OODBs. These metrics are developed to determine if a concurrency control scheme can achieve good performance or not on a given class hierarchy. I first discuss the existing concurrency control schemes for OODBs. Then I provide evaluation metrics based on structural information and access frequency information in class hierarchies. In order to discuss significance of the proposed performance metrics, an analytical model is developed. Analysis results show that the performance metrics are important factor in concurrency control performance. I consider both single inheritance and multiple inheritance. The proposed metrics can be used to provide guidelines on how to design class hierarchy of an OODB for maximizing the performance of concurrency control technique.

The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs(MLTM) constructed the IMO Korea homepage to owned jointly IMO information when establishing a international standard in about marine transport and the shipbuilding, in order to speak for the profit of Korea in IMO and it was double renewal since 2004. But the newly re-opened the IMO Korea homepage is also operated to the level which simply keeps IMO documents because of limited H/W sizes. This study investigated and analyzed the domestic and similar foreign homepages to provide effectively about the IMO informations At the result, these homepages were serviced to the meeting resultants using the various contents such as Semantic search, Thesaurus search, establishment of web accessible etc. Therefore, the existing IMO Korea homepage must be re-constructed as IMO Information Portal Site to provide better information.

저작권법 제50조 및 그 시행령 제18조는 저작권자를 찾기 어려운 저작물을 이용하기 전에 수행해야 할 '상당한 노력'에 대하여 정하고 있다. 본 연구는 '상당한 노력'의 기준을 도서관의 대량디지털화 프로젝트에 적용가능한지 분석하였다. 그 결과 저작권신탁관리단체를 통한 문서조회와 저작권찾기사이트를 통한 검색의 중복성, 정보통신망을 통한 검색기준의 모호성, 저작권등록부와 미분배보상금저작물 및 신탁관리저작물이 국제적으로 표준화된 식별번호에 의하여 관리되지 않는 문제가 있음을 발견하였다. 본 연구는 이를 개선하기 위하여 신탁관리단체가 관리저작물을 저작권찾기사이트에 의무적으로 등록하도록 하고, 정보통신망을 통한 검색에 대한 가이드라인을 제정하고, 표준식별번호에 의한 저작물 관리가 이루어져야 함을 제안하였다.
