저전력화를 위한 AC형 PDP구동회로의 설계 (Design of AC PDP driving Circuit for Low Power Consumption)

  • PDP구동회로는 160V 이상의 고전압을 유지하기 위한 스위칭 소자와 커패시터를 필요로 한다. 이러한 고전압용 소자의 사용은 PDP 구동회로의 가격을 상승시키고 전력 소모를 증가시키는 원인이 된다. 기존의 PDP 구동회로는 3개의 공급 전압원과 16개의 스위칭 소자로 구성 되어 있다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 2개의 공급 전압원과 12개의 스위칭 노자를 사용하고, 공급 전압도 기존의 공급 전압보다 낮은 공급 전압을 사용하는 구동회로를 제안한다. 컴퓨터시뮬레이션을 통하여 입력 주파수가 70kHz에서 100kHz일 때 45V 이상의 공급전압을 사용한다면 PDP 셀 구동을 위한 충분한 크기의 신호를 얻을 수 있음을 확인하였다.

지역특화산업을 고려한 군산항 발전 방안 (A Study on Strategies of Gunsan Port by Considering Regional Characteristics)

  • This study comprehensively reviews the research conducted until recently in order to derive realistic alternatives in consideration of local industries. The case analysis was performed on a competitive port of similar size, and strategies and revitalization measures were suggested in consideration of the conditions of Gunsan Port. Literature review focused on papers and major reports. The case of similar size were analyzed for Daesan port, Boryeong port, and Mokpo port. In order to find strategies to revitalize the regional port logistics industry behind Gunsan Port, the recent opportunities and threat factors of Gunsan Port were derived. In order to foster the regional port logistics industry with Gunsan Port as its main base, this study proposes a three-step development strategy. It is necessary to increase the effectiveness of the public-private joint port sales and maintain the incentive system, but use it as a means to strengthen the competitiveness of Gunsan Port. Since the possibility of opening various routes is not high due to the conditions of Gunsan Port, various business models can be devised to link the currently opened routes. Start-up in the logistics field can stand out if they provide predictive data or provide consulting services by securing and analyzing logistics data, not directly providing logistics services.

Actions to Expand the Use of Geospatial Data and Satellite Imagery for Improved Estimation of Carbon Sinks in the LULUCF Sector

  • The Land Use, Land-Use Change and Forestry (LULUCF) sector of the National Greenhouse Gas Inventory is crucial for obtaining data on carbon sinks, necessitating accurate estimations. This study analyzes cases of countries applying the LULUCF sector at the Tier 3 level to propose enhanced methodologies for carbon sink estimation. In nations like Japan and Western Europe, satellite spatial information such as SPOT, Landsat, and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR)is used alongside national statistical data to estimate LULUCF. However, in Korea, the lack of land use change data and the absence of integrated management by category, measurement is predominantly conducted at the Tier 1 level, except for certain forest areas. In this study, Space-borne LiDAR Global Ecosystem Dynamics Investigation (GEDI) was used to calculate forest canopy heights based on Relative Height 100 (RH100) in the cities of Icheon, Gwangju, and Yeoju in Gyeonggi Province, Korea. These canopy heights were compared with the 1:5,000 scale forest maps used for the National Inventory Report in Korea. The GEDI data showed a maximum canopy height of 29.44 meters (m) in Gwangju, contrasting with the forest type maps that reported heights up to 34 m in Gwangju and parts of Icheon, and a minimum of 2 m in Icheon. Additionally, this study utilized Ordinary Least Squares(OLS)regression analysis to compare GEDI RH100 data with forest stand heights at the eup-myeon-dong level using ArcGIS, revealing Standard Deviations (SDs)ranging from -1.4 to 2.5, indicating significant regional variability. Areas where forest stand heights were higher than GEDI measurements showed greater variability, whereas locations with lower tree heights from forest type maps demonstrated lower SDs. The discrepancies between GEDI and actual measurements suggest the potential for improving height estimations through the application of high-resolution remote sensing techniques. To enhance future assessments of forest biomass and carbon storage at the Tier 3 level, high-resolution, reliable data are essential. These findings underscore the urgent need for integrating high-resolution, spatially explicit LiDAR data to enhance the accuracy of carbon sink calculations in Korea.

맹종죽(孟宗竹) (Phyllostachys pubescens) 임분(林分) 내(內) 지상부(地上部) 생체량(生體量) 및 지하부(地下部) 양분(養分) 함량(含量) 추정(推定) (Estimation of Aboveground Biomass and Belowground Nutrient Contents for a Phyllostachys pubescens stand)

  • 맹종죽의 지상부(죽간, 가지, 잎) 및 지히부(지하경, 뿌리) 부위별 현존량과 낙엽층 및 토양 내 양분 함량을 조사하기 위하여 경상남도 진주시 내 맹종죽 임분을 대상으로 $20m{\times}20m$ 표본지 조사구 3개를 설치한 후 입죽 밀도 및 임분 구조 등을 조사한 다음 발순 연도별 3본씩의 맹종죽을 벌채한 후 흉고직경변수 모형을 적용하여 생체량 추정 대수회귀식 (log Y=a + blogX)을 조제하였다. 조사지 맹종죽 임분 지상부 전체 생체량은 69.7 ton/ha였으며, 지하경 및 뿌리 생체량은 13.7 ton/ha과 7.5 ton/ha로 각각 조사되었다. 전체 지상부 생체량 중 죽간은 약 60%, 엽은 24%, 가지는 16%를 차지하였다. 한편, 흉고직경이 굵어질수록 전체 생체량 중 죽간이 차지하는 비중이 증가하였다. 죽간의 건중량 대 생중량 비는 시료 채취 부위가 올라갈수록 또한, 죽령이 증가할수록 연차적으로 증가하였다. 맹종죽 임분 내 낙엽층의 양분 분포는 질소가 45.1 kg/ha로 가장 높았고, 칼슘>칼륨>마그네슘>인산>나트륨의 순으로 나타났다. 지하경의 양분은 질소와 칼륨이 가장 많았고, 마그네슘, 나트륨, 칼슘 순이었다. 뿌리의 양분은 칼륨이 가장 많았으며 질소와 인산 순으로 많은 비중을 차지하였다. 본 연구 결과는 맹종죽 임분 내 탄소 저장량 계량화 및 확대를 위한 관리 방안 도출에 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • No.87 Sogong-dong where is the Chosun hotel stand. There was the Nambeol-gung(south ern royal villa) which had been a reception hall for enboys of the toadied country before Hwangudan圜丘壇 being set up in the year 1897. The site of the Nambeol-gung was Gyeongjeong慶貞 princess's a lot for house in the early 15th century. But after princess's death, it occurred property dispute between her son and four daughters. As a result of the dispute, a lot and a house of all the princess's properties reverted to the government. At reverted this lot was established a big royal villa in the year 1583 and that royal villa was granted to Uian prince. The villa reverted to the government again when the Uian義安 prince was dead in 12 years old by an epidemic. After the Imjin Invasion壬辰倭亂, another houses and buildings got to be role as a palace because of all the palace in the capital was burnt down to ashes. Among others Nambeol-gung was brought into play as the royal audience chamber. As well as, the villa became brought out role as a reception hall for enboys of the toadied country instead of a damaged reception hall the Taepyong-gwan太平館. In period when the envoy didn't come, the Nambeol-gung was used to extraordinary office of government like Dogam都監. This situation is to mean that the Nambeol-gung is not the royal villa any more. Because of the Nambeol-gung was built as a royal villa, that spaces were composited like space of house and palace. But this spatial composition and spatial name were not fit to hold a ceremony of government office. After all, Nambeol-gung was used change only the spatial name conform to ceremony of office keep up the spatial composition.

Web기반 공사시방서 작성 시스템 개발 방안 (A Development of a Web Based Supporting System for Writing Construction Project Specification)

  • 건설공사의 계약문서에는 설계도면, 공사시방서 등이 포함되나, 국제적인 수준의 계약문서로서 다소 미흡하게 작성되었던 것이 사실이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 '98년 1월부터는 설계도서 작성시 공사시방서를 작성하도록 하였다. 그러나 제도의 도입초기이므로 참고할 만한 자료도 충분하지 않으며, 작성경험 및 능력도 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 점을 보완하기 위하여 개발된 기존 시스템은 네트워크를 고려하지 않아 시스템 활용과 유지관리 및 갱신에 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 시스템을 개선하여, 전문시방서, 설계기준, 하위기술기준 둥 건설공사기준 DB를 구축하고, Web을 통해 구축된 DB를 검색·활용하여 공사시방서를 실시간으로 작성하는 시스템 개발 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 시스템은 공사시방서 작성시, 표준시방서, 전문시방서 등 다양한 정보를 조회하여 수준높은 공사시방서를 작성하는데 일조할 것으로 기대된다.

북한이탈주민의 간호대학생활 경험 (Nursing College Life Experiences of North Korean Defectors)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand nursing college life experiences of North Korean Defectors and identify their meanings. Methods: The study collected data through individual in-depth interviews among six undergraduates or graduates from nursing colleges, using phenomenological research methodology of Colaizzi-one of qualitative research approaches. Results: Six categories drawn as a result of research include 'Be bumped against hard reality wall', 'Bondage of discrimination and prejudice', 'Endure and stand with strength of faith', 'Myself grown up along with work', 'Becoming one amid differences', and 'Stepping towards unification'. Conclusion: The result of this study would contribute to understanding academic and interpersonal difficulties North Korean defectors might experience at nursing colleges. And it may also help people to learn that they would play an important role in integration of the nursing fields of South and North Korea as well as the nation's unification. Along the way, the results of the study could be basic data to establish national policy helping North Korean defectors adapt to nursing college life, and develop the supporting system of colleges as well as setting up appropriate supports and measures from the perspective of the nursing field.

  • 항공기가 비행을 위한 준비단계에서 목적지에 도착할 때까지 항공기를 안전하고 보다 경제적이고 효율적으로 운항하기 위해 항공기와 지상시설 사이, 지상시설과 지상시설 사이의 정보전달과 교환이 필요하다. 현재는 AFTN이라는 폐쇄망을 이용하여 통신이 이루어지고 있지만, 첨단 통신기술을 적용하여 차세대 항공통신망이 구축되어 운영될 예정이다. 이로 인하여 외부네트워크에 연결된 지상시설은 공격에 의한 보안 취약성을 가진다. 따라서 항공통신망에서의 안전한 운용환경 구축을 위한 취약성 분석 및 보안 요구사항 연구가 필요하다.

XPERNATO-TOX: an Integrated Toxicogenomics Knowledgebase

  • Toxicogenomics combines transcriptome, proteome and metabolome profiling with conventional toxicology to investigate the interaction between biological molecules and toxicant or environmental stress in disease caution. Toxicogenomics faces the problems of comparison and integration across different sources of data. Cause of unusual characteristics of toxicogenomic data, researcher should be assisted by data analysis and annotation for getting meaningful information. There are already existing repositories which claim to stand for toxicogenomics database. However, those just contain limited abilities for toxicogenomic research. For supporting toxicologist who comes up against toxicogenomic data flood, now we propose novel toxicogenomics knowledgebase system, XPERANTO-TOX. XPERANTO-TOX is an integrated system for toxicogenomic data management and analysis. It is composed of three distinct but closely connected parts. Firstly, Data Storage System is for reposit many kinds of '-omics' data and conventional toxicology data. Secondly, Data Analysis System consists of analytical modules for integrated toxicogenomics data. At last, Data Annotation System is for giving extensive insight of data to researcher.

재가 노인의 체위성 저혈압 발생빈도와 위험요인 (Prevalence and Risk Factors of Orthostatic Hypotension among the Community-Dwelling Aged)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the prevalence of orthostatic hypotension and its association with risk factors of orthostatic hypotension aged over 60 in Seoul and Chungju, Korea. Method: The data were collected from the 22th of August, 2000 to the 7th May 2001. The participants were 74 community-dwelling aged who could stand up from sitting position without assistance. Subjects were interviewed with structured questionnaire in order to ask experience of previous falls, hours in per day, symptoms related orthostatic hypotension and demographic characteristics. Orthostatic hypotension was assessed at 1 minute after the subjects standing from sitting position and defined as 20mmHg or greater decrease in systolic blood pressure after standing. Result: The prevalence of orthostatic hypotension was 17.1%. The mean drop of systolic blood pressure was 27.46mmHg among orthostatic hypotension subjects. The significant variables which explain the occurrence of orthostatic hypotension was the basal systolic blood pressure, the hit ratio of discriminant function with basal systolic blood pressure was 69.7%. Conclusion: Finding indicate that this study will contribute to develop nursing strategies to identify risk factors and to prevent orthostatic hypotension for the aged.
