증기터빈 1단 노즐의 조속현상이 터빈성능에 미치는 영향 (Effects of flow variation in the first stage nozzle on the performance of a partial arc admission in a steam turbine)

  • Power plant industry has been developed at high-capacity, high-technology, and innovation. Steam turbine became the most useful equipment that dominate more than 50% of all the world electricity production. And developed new materials of the turbine blade and extended length of the turbine last blade brought reform in steam turbine performance upgrade. In this paper, when do partial load driving in high-capacity steam turbine, optimum driving method found whether there is something. In operating steam turbine, there is a lot of loss from secondary wake and throttle of the 1st stage nozzle by the biggest leading factor that load fluctuation affects in high-pressure steam turbine performance. Effect of internal efficiency by 1 stage nozzle is the biggest here, but here fluid flow and flow analysis were not yet examined closely definitely. So, Analyzed design data and acceptance performance test result to applying subcritical pressure drum type 560 MW, supercritical-pressure once through type 500 MW, and 800 MW steam turbines actually. In conclusion, at partial load driving, partial arc admission(PAA) is more efficient than full arc admission(FAA) efficiency. This is judged by because increase being proportional with gross energy of stream that is pressure - available energy if pressure of stream that is flowed in to the turbine increases, available energy becomes maximum and turbine efficiency improves. Therefore, turbine performance is that preview that first stage performance fell if decline is serious in partial load because first stage performance changes according to load.

국내 건축분야 3D 프린팅 시장 성숙도 기반 단계별 유통플랫폼 구축방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Phased Development Plan of Distribution Platform Based on 3D Printing Market Maturity in Domestic Architecture)

  • Recently, it is easy to find cases of 3D printing product, equipment, and materials in the architecture field. However, there is a lack of distribution environment where 3D printing products can be traded on an online platform or to access on-demand services in the architecture field. Therefore, in this study, a distribution platform development plan was proposed in consideration of the maturity level of the 3D printing distribution market in the domestic architecture field. For this purpose, the research was carried out as follows. First, by analyzing the case of the 3D printing distribution platform, the development stage of the distribution platform was set as three stages from the perspective of market maturity, platform development level, and sales/purchase experience level of suppliers and consumers. Second, the market maturity of the current domestic architecture field was evaluated as the first stage, and a distribution platform that could be implemented in the first stage was presented as a pilot. Third, we presented the first stage pilot, collected practical opinions on future construction plans through in-depth interviews, and presented detailed implementation plans for each stage necessary to achieve the second and third stage market maturity goals. Based on the roadmap derived from this study, it is expected that the domestic distribution platform market will grow step by step in the future and be utilized for business model development.

반용융 단조를 위한 SIMA 공정에서 유효 변형률이 구상화 조직에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Effective Strain on the Globular Microstructure by SIMA Process for Semi-Solid Forging)

  • For semi-solid forging, it is necessarily required to prepare a workpiece with globular microstructure. Among several processes to obtain golbular microstructure, SIMA process is very simple and advantageous with respect to equipment. This paper presents the influence of effective strain on the globularization with aluminium 2024 alloy in cold working stage by SIMA process. Upsetting and forward extrusion are tested for cold working and induction heating is also carried out for reheating to obtain golbular microstructure. Microstructure is observed with an optical microscope. And finite element simulations to obtain effective strain in cold working stage are performed by using commercial finite element code, DEFORM.

  • In the past two stroke low speed diesel engine were widely used for marine propulsion. these engine have many merit for example, higher thermal efficiency and durability. however, shaft vibration problem was continuously rise up due to large power of two stroke low speed diesel engine. specially, the initial stage engine revolution counter & stress has acculated. For that reason, sometimes occurred crankshaft crack accident. In this study, regarding the initial stage engine, trying to analyze what is cause the crack phenomenon using by latest torsional vibration calculation program & measurement equipment.

전자장비 안전설계를 위한 PCB의 설계단계별 열전달 해석 (Numerical Analysis of Heat Transfer of a Printed Circuit Boards for Safety Design of Electronic Equipment at Each Design Stage)

  • The natural convection cooling of simulated electronic chips located on a printed circuit board(PCB) has been studied by Computer Aided Engineering(CAE). In CAE, 3-dimensional finite element model of simulated electronic chip was made to accomplish heat transfer analysis at each design stage of a printed circuit boards for thermal optimization. The simulated electronic chips are installed protrudent from the plate about 3mm. The materials the plates are epoxy and aluminum. The results show that the chip with relatively high heat generation rates should not be close to each other. It is found, as well that cooling effect for the aluminum plate is superior to the epoxy plate and location of maximum temperature is significantly influenced by the structure variation of PCB. In developing PCB and electronic chips, it's recommended that CAE is very useful to estimate to the distribution of temperature.

  • In any form of construction work, it is essential that accidents be prevented at every stage from foundation preparation to build completion. For this, it is necessary to use models that can assess risk and provide instruction for safe work processes so that the risk of accidents is reduced. Currently, however, very few models can perform these tasks. In this paper, we presents a model that assesses risk quantitatively by analyzing risk factors involved in stage of construction such as foundation work, erection work, structural work, equipment work, finishing work and etc work. The model performs assessment based on examples of accidents and by investing actual conditions during construction. In addition, we presents in this paper a safety management system was developed to assess risk during construction and to effectively train laborers.

시장 불확실성 수준과 혁신체제 패턴간 적합에 관한 연구 : 우리나라 초고속인터넷산업의 사례

  • This study explored the patterns of activities and interactions among participants in the adoption process of a new system innovation, ADSL, in Korea, using an integrative framework of innovation system and strategic decision-making process for uncertainty reduction. An in-depth case analysis was undertaken to identify the adoption process of ADSL innovation, as a case in point, in conjunction with activities and interactions among related parties such as government, service providers, equipment suppliers, and content providers. The results of case analysis revealed that as the level of uncertainty in the adoption of ADSL innovation decreases, the focus of decision-making activities moves from scoping, to searching, to evaluating and to committing. Also this study found that at the early stage of ADSL adoption with higher level of uncertainty, government plays a pivotal role in coordination of related parties to participate in the innovation process, while service providers replaced this role at later stage of innovation with lower level of uncertainty. This study discussed theoretical and policy implications for the adoption of new system innovations with varying degrees of uncertainty.

대용량 비례 유량제어밸브 동특성 분석 (Dynamic Characteristics of Proportional Flow Control Valve with Large Capacity)

  • Electromagnetic control valves have been used for almost 20 years. As the solenoid modulating technology advances, its applications are extending to various industrial fields such as nuclear and fossil fuel power plants, chemical plants and refineries. Proportional solenoid valve for large flow control is designed with two-stage configuration to meet the required actuating force on the main disc and its position is stabilized by the self-controlled system. In this research, main disc dynamics is analyzed with linearized system model which is derived from the mathematical equations describing its nonlinear behavior. Major design parameters of the valve control system that affect the response and stability are also studied with root locus method. The linear dynamic analysis results are verified with simulations in time-domain.

다공정 제조시스템에서의 전수검사에 관한 연구 (Design of Screening Inspection in a Multi-Stage Manufacturing Systems)

  • In this paper, we illustrate how to design screening inspections for minimizing a total quality costs in a multi-stage manufacturing systems. The total quality cost model consists of inspection costs, internal failure costs, external failure costs, and Taguchi's loss function. Although, the use of automatic test equipment such as machnie vision and CMM has greatly increased inspection speed and accuracy, screeing(100% inspection) could be considered only as a short-term method to remove nonconforming items from a population, not for a long-term quality improvement. However, screeing should be used for certain situations such as before costly operations and after unsatisfied operations. This paper ends with an example that demonstrates the usefulness of the model.

극초정밀 다축 스테이지를 이용한 광소자 정렬 자동화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optical Element Alignment Automation using Multi-Axis Ultra Precision Stage)

  • The optical element was usually used in optical devices and optical transfer devices, but it has been recently used in communication, computer and medical equipment. With the development of very high speed optical-communication, the development of the kernel parts of optical communication has also increased. Presently, the alignment of the optical element is time consuming, and an effective alignment algorithm has not yet to be developed. In this paper, the alignment automation of the optical element is studied. The ultra precision stage is applied to an optical element alignment to improve the accuracy of the alignment. The automation program of the optical element alignment is developed by LabVIEW programming to save the alignment time. The alignment algorithms of the optical element consist of field search and peak search algorithms.
