In electrical railway system, power supplied to electrical locomotive by catenary is returned to sub-station on track. The current returned to sub-station on track is return current, which is an essential factor for the safety of the wayside electrical equipment and maintenance staff. Therefore, earth system acts an important role to protect wayside electrical equipment and maintenance staff against return current. In general, individual earth system protects partially the electrical railway system, but common earth system does the whole electrical railway system and minimizes the flow of return current. In this paper, we are compared the effect of return current according to earth type by actual measurement in existing electrical railway system. The measurement was conducted at Shinchungju sub~station in high speed trains, and Guro sub-station, which is electrified section in classical line.
The organization of nursing department Significantly effects the hospital management. Especially, The head nurse is one of the most important position because head nurse is a first-line manager in the hospital level, a middle manager in nursing service organizations level and the top manager in each nursing unit level. This study was attempted to show the ideal model and nile by compare head nurses' role perception with staff nurses' role expectation according to two types of hospital. The survey was conducted among 94 head nurses and 233 staff nurses who are working at 5 different University Hospitals over 600 beds and 93 head nurses and 218 staff nurses Who are working at 12 different General Hospitals between 100∼300 beds in Seoul. The data was collected in a period from 8th September to 13th October in 1989 and the instrument used for this study was based on Han's one and reffered back to many literary sources and revised. The collected data was analysed by computer using S.P.S.S. program as a Mean, Percentage, Cronbach's alpha, Chi-Square, t-test and ANOVA. 1. The study was compared to the difference of the two subject group's general characteristics according to a type of hospital. As a relult, there were significant differences in age, educational background and career. 2. This Study was compared to the difference of the two subject group's role perception and role expection about each question according to a type of hospital. The result of this comparisons as follows : First, These were the most important issue between both groups : “Head nurse has to know about her staff's events and problems and then help them to solve that promptly.” Second, These were the least important issue between both groups : “Head nurse has an interview with patient's family and visitors”, “Head nurse is interested in her staff's privacy.” 3. This study was compared to the differences of each role areas according to a type of hospital. As a result, there were no significant differences both two subject groups except nursing manager role in staff nurses' group(t=-2.893, df=449.0, p=0.004). 4. This study was tested to the difference of the two subject groups according to general characteristics. As a result, All of that there were no significant differences.

In order to give handiness to the management of the existing street lighting system which is based on the one way communication and to reduce the maintenance cost, the power line communication filter in the two way communication which is based on the CDMA communication and power line communication was improved and accordingly the stability of the communication performance was improved. Also, the efficiency of existing street lighting system and smart street lighting system was evaluated as Visual studio system. As a result, when the number of street lights is 10,000, the hours of daily work fell 50% and the number of necessary maintenance staff decreased 40%. Compared to the maintenance costs of the existing street lighting system, it could be expected to have the cut costs of almost 100 million won a year on the basis of 60 switch board and 1,200 street lights.
The aim of this study is that HPMA(Hazard Potentials in My Areas) System is to present for establishment of the voluntary safety management on industrial region. HPMA System Itself means that manager, supuryisor and worker on process-line find out the hazardous and/or unsafe potentials from their work places and make the plan of improvement by means of mutual communication with top manager and the department of safety staff, eventually put in the practice. In case that it takes the longer time to improve hazard potentials and is impossible improvement by existing technique, appropriate check-list will be used by the worker himself on the identified production line. Form this system, therefore, it makes them to get more and more sensitivity to the hazards. In this study, we present the voluntary safety management system which is controlable systematically and in the final analysis the direction of safety management by computerization of HPMA System which is activated in their work places.
Talk-Back systems comprised of master-equipment at the control room and slave-equipment at turnouts refer to the intercommunication facilities that optimize mutual communication between maintenance staff on trackside and the control room to facilitate quickness and accuracy of train operation control and its maintenance within depot and on mainlines with turnouts for direction switching of the trains in operation. The weakness lies in additional maintenance costs of cables since the Talk-Back system installed on line 1 along with line 2-4 has a profound effect on the voice quality leading to the attenuation and crosstalk of the system due to the deterioration of cables and environmental factors. This paper discusses the Talk-Back system in a radio communication environment with the application of RF(Radio Frequency) communication system from the wire communication system by cables to ameliorate these problems, and deals with the energy saving environmentally friendly facilities in consideration of replacing power section at salve-equipment with solar batteries benefitting the system in light of energy consumption.

The purpose of this study is to design strategic hospital service based on each hospital's features. For this study, an assessment was conducted by 398 in-patents of one university hospital located in Seoul. The self-questionnaires, which were investigated from Oct. 15th to 29th in 2008, compared central reception desk with ward reception desk in satisfaction and re-use rate of patients. The major results of this study are as follow. First, according to each reception desk user, they have different satisfaction of it. As for the staff kindness, admission procedure, discharge procedure and manner of staff, those made patients be gratified as well. Second, when it comes to the intention of re-use, there were no significant features between them. Only convenience in admission and discharge procedure, however, was an attractive factor for the recommendation. Third, this study found out the reasons for higher re-use rate of central reception desk users. Regarding service, they were contented with the time for test and treatment. As for the hospital service, they would like to re-use this hospital because of convenient steps of paying interim fee and getting certificates. Forth, this study found out the reasons for higher re-use rate of ward reception desk users. As a point of hospital service view, they responded that respected privacy, hospital facility and general service were good for staying. As for the manner of staff, they mentioned nurses and staff in charge and whole staff members were kind. When it comes to the procedures of patient management, steps of discharge and paying interim fee were convenience. In conclusion, the results of this study suggest that providing a ward reception desk service can boost the satisfaction and re-use rate of in-patients. Furthermore, this strategic management method would be good for not only cutting the moving line but also efficient in-patient care system. These results can be used for the strategic hospital marketing field, as well. Even though this study has a limitation of the targeted populations which were only in a ward reception desk running hospital, it can say that having competitiveness in satisfaction of hospital service is good for promoting and differencing each hospital. Consequently, whole general management system would be adjusted first for differencing each hospital; however, this sort of additional factor should be concerned as well. I expect that this study would give meaningful data for designing strategic and differencing marketing method to lots of hospitals.

Purpose: This study was to identify topics for evidence-based clinical nursing practice guidelines in Korea. Methods: Data were collected from 330 staff nurses from 10 general hospitals and 53 nurses in charge of nursing education in 110 hospitals with over 500 beds. Using open questions, the nurses identified activities which could not be verified, which lacked consistency among nurses, clinical units and/or hospitals, which were not based on the up-to-date knowledge and which needed reform. The data were analysed by content analysis using a qualitative methodology. Results: Collected data consisted of 1882 clinical topics, which were classified into 50 topics, 207 mid-categories, and 456 sub-categories. The most frequent topics in order of frequency were medications, central line management, intravenous injections, urinary catheterization, perioperative nursing care, skin tests, pressure ulcer care, blood transfusions, laboratory examination-culture, respiratory care which were performed routinely in clinical setting by staff nurses. Conclusion: The research findings indicate the urgent need to develop evidence-based clinical nursing practice guidelines related to these research findings. Further research is needed to identify topics related to health promotion, and symptom/management of health problem.

With the recent COVID-19 situation, countries are seriously feeling the need for medical personnel and their technologies. PDepending on the aging society, the number of medical staff is actually decreasing, and in order to solve this problem, research is needed to replace the part that does not require high expertise among actual medical practices performed by doctors. This paper describes and proposes actual research methods related to unmanned medical systems that use various deep learning image processing-based technologies to check the recovery status applicable to rehabilitation areas where medical staff should face patients directly. The proposed method replaces passive calculations such as a protractor or a method of drawing a line in a photograph, which is the method used for actual motion comparison. Since it is performed in real time, it helps to diagnose quickly, and it is easy for medical staff to provide necessary information because data on the degree of match of motion performance can be checked.

The main purposes of this study are to appraise the family-centered case-management (FCCM) practices in terms of building the community networking efforts, and to propose the practical improvement suggestions to overcome the barriers in practicing the current Healthy Families Policy, FCCM. The blended methodology was employed by collecting the quantitative and qualitative data sets including an staff's on-line survey, in-depth interviews(site case studies), and FGIs. As results, the authors found, despite the building and maintaining functional community networks was the essential and critical condition for the FCCM policy deliveries, many staffs have faced hardships in FCCM practices such as building a new network or finding an available and apt network within their communities. The lack of previous experiences in case-management exaggerated the functional difficulties thus, the new staffs were more prone than the staffs with 2 or more years experiences to the misunderstanding about the missions and tasks related to FCCM. Authors suggested that various on-the-job-training should be provided to eliminate those obstacles to build and/or maintain the community network for FCCM. Also, it is necessary for the each institution's director or managers to understand the FCCM and its relation to community networking, and to support FCCM staff members.
The subject study was targeted towards nutrition teacher (dietitian) of elementary, middle, and high schools in Seoul areal. In addition, this study was to investigate the current status of school foodservice securement facilities & equipments and to analyze the obstructive factors for executing the HACCP system. The aim of this study was to provide base-line data so that a more efficient & effective sanitary management system for school foodservise can be settled in. All surveys were distributed and collected via email. A total of 305 survey papers were collected and out of these, 300 school results were analyzed and the results are as follows. The order of the securement facilities & equipment furnished were pre-handing equipments>washing>cooking>inspection>facilities>storage>space area>distribution equipments. The awareness of obstructive factors in executing the HACCP system was a total of 3.17 points and the order was as follows. The general obstructive factors>obstructive factors in the cooking staff executing the HACCP system>collaboration between the school/team leaders and the budget supporting department>obstructive factors in the nutrition teacher (dietitian) executing the HACCP system. School foodservice securement facilities & equipments in Seoul area must be renovated and modernized so as to improve its current situation. Furthermore, leadership programs are necessary to enhance nutritionists' understanding of the HACCP system and the cooking staff's competencies in instructing and supervising.
