공공도서관 조직구조에 관한 이론적 고찰-법규적 측면에서 본 이론적 모형 (A study on the Organization Structrre for Pubilic Libraries in Korea)

  • This study is an attempt to present a model of the organization structure for public libraries based on Standards for Public Libraries in Korea. The result of this study is as follows : (1) A library serving $50,000{\sim}80,000$ population should be organized with a staff of 4 persons and a part-time typist without actual departments. (2) A library serving $100,000{\sim}150,000$ population should be organized with a staff of 10 persons without actual departments. (3) A library serving $400,000{\sim}500,000$ population should be organized with a staff of 33 persons. $4{\sim}5$ sections and 2 branch libraries leveled with a section. (4) A library serving $900,000{\sim}1,000,000$ population should be organized with a staff of $62{\sim}66$ persons, an associate librarian, $4{\sim}5$ departments, $9{\sim}10$ sections and $4{\sim}5$ branch libraries leveled with a section. (5) A library serving $1,400,000{\sim}1,500,000$ population should be organized with a staff of 95 persons, an associate librarian, $5{\sim}6$ departments, $13{\sim}16$ sections, $6{\sim}8$ branch libraries leveled with a section and a full-time person taking charge of publicity. (6) A library serving $1,900,000{\sim}2,000,000$ population should be organized with a staff of 124 persons, 2 associate librarians, $7{\sim}8$ departments, 14 sections, 4 separate rooms without actual departments and $9{\sim}11$ branch libraries leveled with a section.

한양방 협진 병원 종사자의 한의학 지식정도 및 교육요구도 평가 (The Evaluation of the Knowledge and Educational Requirement Levels of Oriental Medicine of Medical Staff Working in Oriental-Western Collaborative Medicine Hospitals)

  • This study investigated the Oriental medicine knowledge and educational requirement of medical staff working in Oriental-Western collaborative medicine hospitals(except for Oriental and Western medicine doctors) based on the recognition that not only mutual understanding and cooperation between Oriental and Western medicine doctors but also the knowledge of Oriental medicine of medical support staff such as nurses, medical technologists, pharmacists and administrative staff are very important to promote Oriental-Western collaborative medical treatment. The study results are summarized as follows : First, it was found that the ratio of nurses who took Oriental medicine education was much higher than those of other groups. They took Oriental medicine education in the types of school curriculum (27.0%) and special lectures in workplace(20.4%). Second, many of the people who took Oriental medicine education were found to be not satisfied with the education in general - 32.7% of them answered the education content was "so so" and 48.4% of them answered "unsatisfactory." Third, the general necessity of Oriental medicine education was found to be an average of 3.60 out of 5, and the number was higher "after employment"(average=3.85) than "before employment"(average=3.04). Fourth, the study found that Oriental-Western collaborative medicine hospital staff are well aware of the necessity of the knowledge of Oriental medicine in the cases of communications between different occupational types, consultations with patients or their guardians, treatment and nursing and the establishment of the practice of specialized Oriental medicine institutes. Fifth, the levels of Oriental medicine knowledge showed a difference in average value according to the role range(p<0.000), and it was found that there is an interaction effect between occupation type and role range(p<0.015).

Reliability and Validity of Turkish Versions of the Child, Parent and Staff Cancer Fatigue Scales

  • This study was designed to adapt the Turkish versions of scales to evaluate fatigue in children with cancer from the perspectives of the children, parents and staff. The objective of this study was to validate "Child Fatigue Scale-24 hours" (CFS-24 hours), "Parent Fatigue Scale-24 hours" (PFS-24 hours) and "Staff Fatigue Scale-24 hours" (SFS-24 hours) for use in Turkish clinical research settings. Translation of the scales into Turkish and validity and reliability tests were performed. The validity of the translated scales was assessed with language validity and content validity. The reliability of the translated scales was assessed with internal consistency. The scales were evaluated by considering the following: calculation of the Cronbach alpha coefficient for parallel form reliability with 52 pediatric cancer patients, 86 parents and 43 nurses. The internal consistency was estimated as 0.88 for the Child Fatigue Scale-24 hours, 0.77 for the Parent Fatigue Scale-24 hours, and 0.72 for the Staff Fatigue Scale-24 hours (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$). The Turkish version of the Child Fatigue Scale -24 hours, the Parent Fatigue Scale -24 hours and the Staff Fatigue Scale -24 hours were judged reliable and valid instruments to assess fatigue in children and showed good psychometric properties. These scales should assist in understanding to what extent initiatives can minimize or eliminate fatigue. Our scales are recommended for further studies and use in pediatric oncology clinics as routine measurements and nursing initiatives should be planned accordingly.

종사자의 직무사고 현황분석에 관한 연구 (An Accident Analysis for Reducing Railway Staff Fatalities)

  • 철도여객 안전에 초점을 둔 안전관리활동의 결과로 철도여객 사망자는 크게 감소하여 2009년 이후 선진국 수준의 높은 안전성을 달성하였다. 반면, 철도종사자의 작업중 사고는 지속적으로 발생하여 선진국 사고율의 5배 이상 높은 실정이다. 철도종사자의 작업중 사고율이 높으나, 이에 대한 기초연구가 부족하고 사고 원인 중 상당수가 작업자 개인의 부주의로 보고되고 있어 현재까지 종합적인 종사자의 사고예방을 위한 안전대책이 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 철도사고통계를 분석하여 종사자의 작업중 사고원인을 분석하였다. 종사자의 작업중 사고중 피해가 가장 큰 운행중인 열차와 작업자의 충돌로 인한 철도교통사고에 초점을 두었으며, 사고 피해예방 대책 현황 및 국내의 문제점 분석, 국내외 안전성 비교 등을 수행하여, 종사자의 직무사고 예방을 위한 새로운 대책 개발에 활용하고자 하였다.

이용자와 직원이 인식하는 도서관의 서비스품질과 만족도, 충성도 - 국립중앙도서관의 사례를 중심으로 - (Gap Analysis of Users' Perceptions and Staffs' Expectations Regarding the Library Service Qualify, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty : A Case Study of the National Library of Korea)

  • 이 연구에서는 국립중앙도서관의 이용자와 직원을 대상으로 도서관서비스품질(도서관직원 이용/서비스지원, 자료/정보자원, 시설/장비)과 서비스가치, 만족도, 불평행동, 충성도의 관계에 대해 이용자의 지각과 직원의 예상간의 차이를 분석하고. 새로이 설계된 만족도와 충성도모델을 통해 그 영향관계를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 국립중앙도서관의 이용자 614명과 직원 100명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 인식차 분석결과 이용자는 직원들이 생각하는 것보다 도서관의 서비스품질은 더 낮게 평가하면서도 그 가치를 높게 평가하고 있고 만족도와 충성도는 더 높으며, 불평행동은 예상보다 적게 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다 모델분석결과 이용자의 지각치와 직원의 예상치를 바탕으로한 두 모델 모두 서비스가치와 전반적인 만족도는 불평행동과 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이용자는 서비스품질의 4가지 구성요인 중 도서관직원만이 서비스가치, 전반적 만족도. 불평행동, 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 인식하고 있는 반면, 도서관직원모델에서는 어느 구성요인도 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나는 차이를 보였다.

터치포인트를 기반으로 한 시스템 여정 맵 (System Journey Map Based on Touch Point)

  • 서비스 안에서 고객과 제공자의 측면은 같은 목표를 가지고 있지만, 관점과 목적은 엄연히 다르다. 하지만 기존에 서비스의 여러 툴킷 및 방법론들은 제공자의 측면과 분리해서 고객 위주의 관점에서만 생각하는 경우가 많다. 이 두 측면은 서로 유기적으로 상호작용을 하고 있기 때문에 분리해서 생각하는 것보다는 하나로 묶어서 전체적으로 생각해 보아야 할 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존의 고객 여정 맵 관점인 고객의 시간 순서에 따른 태스크를 바탕으로 제공자, 특히 고객과 직접 대면하는 내부 직원 관점에서 서비스를 바라본 시스템 여정 맵(System Journey Map)을 제안하였다. 시스템 여정 맵은 크게 고객의 시간별 상황, 그에 따른 내부 직원의 퍼포먼스, 내부 직원의 만족도 평가, 그리고 마지막으로 내부 직원의 상급자가 직원의 수행도를 평가하는 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 서비스 출시 이후, 고객과 내부 직원과의 접점에서 이루어지고 있는 구체적인 행동 패턴을 파악하고 어떠한 부분에서 문제가 발생했는지 한눈에 볼 수 있도록 하여, 무형의 서비스를 시각화해놓은 것에 그치지 않고 이후 문제점을 파악하는 데까지도 유용하게 쓰이기를 기대한다.

산재병원 구성원들의 직종별 이직의사에 관련된 영향요인 (Factors affecting the turnover intention of Industrial Accident Hospital Employees by Job Category)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of socio-demographic, organizational conflict and job satisfaction, and to examine the interrelation of influential factors in the intention of turnover. The data for this study were collected through a self-administrated survey with a structured questionnaire to 1,027 subjects from several medical doctor staff members, nursing staff members, administration staff members, pharmacist, and technical expert of eleven hospitals. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaire from July 29 to September 7, 2002. In this analysis frequency test, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression were used. The main results of this research is as following; 1. According to socio-demographic characteristics of the respondent's level of the intention of turnover was higher in a doctor staff members than others, for females than males, and had worked for 5-10 years in hospitals. Also, the intent to turnover was generally higher younger workers than long terms workers. 2. According to the organizational conflict characteristics as the respondents who got less conflict experience in the organization, their level of the intention of turnover was higher. And, technical conflict experiences were expressed greater than hierarchical conflict experiences. 3. According to the job satisfaction characteristics as his or her satisfaction that is about the promotion, working itself, salary, and fellowship in the organizational was higher, the level of the intention of turnover was lower. 4. According to the result of Multiple Regression for the doctor staff members in general hospitals rather than special hospitals was negatively correlated with the satisfaction of working itself while hierarchical conflict factors in the organizational conflict characteristics was positively correlated with the intention of turnover. For the nursing staff members the job satisfaction for the working itself, salary were negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. For the administration staff members as the job satisfaction for the working itself was negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. For medical and pharmacy staff members as more working experience, correlation with the intention of turnover was negative. Besides, as the job satisfaction for the working itself and the fellowship was negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. For the skill and technicians, the job satisfaction for the working itself, promotion were negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. The above indicate that job satisfaction and promote their ability and form a good relationship with organization members were very important to decrease the intention of turnover. This study identified the major effective factors of the intention of turnover and analyzed the differences among the job category. In that respect, it is significant for the study to be able to provide a reference for managing hospital of industrial accident and organizational development. However, this study has a problem, which is not to identify a valuable model for examining the relationship between organizational factors such as organizational conflict, job satisfaction, and intention of turnover. Therefore, further study is needed and strengthened in the field of intention of turnover for hospital for industrial accident.

C-arm을 이용한 EVAR(Endovascular Aneurysm Repair) 시술시 Lead Curtain 설치에 따른 Staff의 피폭선량 감소에 대한 연구 (The investigation of the exposure dose reduction of the Staff according to the Lead Curtain installation in EVAR(Endovascular Aneurysm Repair) surgical operation using C-arm)

  • In EVAR procedure using long time C-arm, we studied exposure dose reduction and effeciency through measuring surgical staff's ESD by installing lead curtain operating table next to. The height 3 the spot (50cm, 100cm, 150cm) dose was measured on 2 locations for 600sec in the X-ray radiation considering the surgical staff's movement. To install the curtains, we compared before and after the dose. As a result, it can confirm that dose of the installation former of 50cm height and after is reduced about 75% and 91% in 2 locations. In 100cm height, the reduction of the dose was a bit confirmed. There as to dose value, measured on 150cm height the installation former and after was nearly no change. This research examined the exposure dose about the radiation of the surgical staff during EVAR procedure in which the operation time is the long time. It was implemented in the object that it reduces the radiation exposure. 충남지역 초.중.고 학교급식 조리원의 위생지식 및 HACCP 수행도 조사 (Survey on sanitary knowledge level and degree of HACCP practice in culinary staff employed in elementary, middle, and high schools in Chungnam province)

  • 본 연구는 충남지역 전체 행정 구역인 14개 시 군에 소재하는 초 중 고 급식학교를 골고루 포함시켜 305교를 편의 추출하고 각 학교에 근무하는 조리원 1명씩을 무작위 추출해 총 305명의 조리원을 대상으로 자기기입식에 의한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 학교급식 조리원의 학교급식 관련 위생지식 및 학교급식위생관리지침서 3차 개정에 준한 HACCP 수행도를 조사해 학교급식 위생수준 향상을 위한 기초자료로 제공하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 연구 결과 조리원의 학교급식 관련 위생지식 수준이 높을 때 HACCP 수행도가 높아 조리원의 위생지식 수준이 HACCP 수행도에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 파악되었다. 그러나 초 중 고 중에서 초등학교로 갈수록 조리원의 위생지식 수준은 높으나 초등학교에서 일부 항목의 HACCP 수행도가 낮았는데, 이는 본 연구 대상 초등학교가 중학교와 고등학교에 비해 면단위 농촌형 소규모 학교가 많아 HACCP 수행에 필요한 인력과 시설 설비 기구를 적정하게 보유하지 못하고 있기 때문으로 여겨진다. 따라서 소규모 학교에 대한 인적 물적 자원의 지원이 이루어질 필요가 있었다. 그리고 고등학교에서 조리원의 HACCP 수행도가 낮은 것은 이들의 HACCP 위생교육 횟수 부족에 따른 위생지식 수준이 낮은 점과 관련이 있으므로, 고등학교 조리원에게 1일 3식의 과다한 업무 속에서 짧은 시간 내에 취약 항목인 조리 전후 식재료나 음식의 취급 및 보관 등에 관한 위생교육을 자주 실시할 수 있도록 돕는 교육자료를 개발해 제공할 필요가 있었다. 중학교의 경우 조리원의 위생지식 수준과 HACCP 수행도가 높으며 학교급식 HACCP 관련 시설 설비 기구를 잘 갖추고 있어서 양호하였다. 그러나 본 연구는 충남지역 초 중 고에 근무하는 조리원을 대상으로 조사한 결과이어서 표집이 제한되어 있으므로, 연구 결과를 일반화하기에는 제한점을 가지고 있다. 앞으로 학교급식에서 지속적으로 문제가 되고 있는 위생관리에 관한 현장연구가 활발히 이루어지고 이 결과를 반영한 위생교육이 활성화됨으로써 학교급식 조리원의 위생지식 수준과 현장실천도를 높여 학교급식 품질을 향샹시켜 나가야 할 것으로 생각된다.

활동기준원가시스템을 이용한 분만실 간호활동 및 원가 분석 (Cost Analysis of Nursing Services in the Delivery Room Using Activity-Based Costing)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the application of the Activity-based Costing(ABC) system to analyze the cost of nursing services in the delivery room in a major medical center.The results of this study are as follows;1. In order to calculate the cost of nursing activities, 67 activities of staff nurses on a delivery room were identified and classified as direct nursing activities(45.2%), the indirect activities(32.1%), general management activities(13.9%) and others(8.8%).2. Nursing cost in the delivery room was classified into activity cost(29.9%) and common cost(70.1%). Activity cost involved direct activity cost of staff nurses. The common costs were categorized into indirect activity & general management cost of staff nurses, management cost of the head nurse and activity cost of assistants.3. The final cost objects of nursing services in the delivery room were nursing service for women who had normal vaginal deliveries and nursing service for women who had preterm labor.The total cost of nursing service for a woman who had a normal vaginal delivery was 165,710 won (100.0%). The cost incurred through direct activity cost of staff nurses(58,242 won, 35.1%), indirect activity & general management cost of staff nurses (55,643 won, 33.6%), management cost of head nurse (16,211 won, 9.8%), activity cost of assistants (35,614 won, 21.5%).If the number of days of hospitalization was presumed to be 14 days, the total cost of nursing service for woman who had preterm labor would be 1,845,901 won (100.0%). The cost incurred by direct activity cost of staff nurses in the activity cost (341,349 won, 18.5%), indirect activity & general management cost of staff nurses in the common cost(779,002 won, 42.2%), management cost of head nurse(226,954won, 12.3%), activity cost of assistants in the common cost(498,596 won, 27.0%).In this study, the cost of the nursing services in the delivery room was calculated based on the ABC system. The results of this study showed that resources are assigned to the nursing activities in the delivery room and the mechanisms for assigning the cost of activities for nursing services.
