  • Today the supply of school sports halls for multi-functional use is absolutely insufficient in school facilities of Korea. For economical reasons and efficiency of use, a joint utilization of these halls by schools, sports clubs and other users should be strived for. This will lead, as a result, to a minimization overall in the demand for halls. Above all to satisfy this demand, the regulations of sports facilities suitable to the students' standards of play and physical conditions must be preceded in Korea. And a study on the architectural planning of this hall size for primary, middle and high school is needed. This study aims at establishing the range of optimum size of school sports hall in Korea by surveying and analyzing the regulations of sports facilities about clear height of hall, obstacle-free zone and court area in Japan, England, Germany and U.S.A. Therefore, this study will offer valuable basic data in planning the school sports hall.

Research on safety assessment and application effect of nanomedical products in physical education

  • This study investigates the application of nano-composite materials in physical education, specifically focusing on improving the performance of sports hall flooring. The research centers on carbon nanotube reinforced polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composites, which offer enhanced mechanical properties and durability. The incorporation of carbon nanotubes as reinforcements in the PVC matrix provides notable benefits, including increased strength, improved thermal stability, electrical conductivity, and resistance to fatigue. The key parameters examined in this study are the weight percentage of carbon nanotubes and the temperature during the fabrication process. Through careful analysis, it is found that higher weight percentages of carbon nanotubes contribute to a more uniform dispersion within the PVC matrix, resulting in improved mechanical properties. Additionally, higher fabrication temperatures aid in repairing macroscopic defects, leading to enhanced overall performance. The findings of this study indicate that the utilization of carbon nanotube reinforced PVC composites can significantly enhance the strength and durability of sports hall flooring. By employing these advanced materials, the safety and suitability of physical education environments can be greatly improved. Furthermore, the insights gained from this research can contribute to the optimization of composite material design and fabrication techniques, not only in the field of physical education but also in various industries where composite materials find applications.

This transformative role is central in today's technologically advanced landscape, addressing the needs of individuals with contemporary lifestyles. The development of intelligent sports gadgets is geared towards elevating overall quality of life by facilitating sports activities, workouts, and promoting health preservation. This categorization yields two primary types of devices: smart sports devices for exercise and smart health control devices, which encompass functionalities such as blood pressure monitoring and muscle volume measurement. Illustrative examples include smart headbands, smart socks, smart wristbands, and smart shoe soles. Significantly, the global market for smart sports devices has garnered substantial popularity among enthusiasts. Moreover, the integration of sensors within these devices has instigated a revolution in group and professional sports, facilitating the calculation of impact intensity and ball speed. The utilization of various types of smart sports equipment has proliferated, encompassing applications in both sports' performance and health monitoring across diverse demographics. This article conducts an assessment of the application of nanotechnology in the continuous modeling of the magnetic electromechanical sensor integrated within smart shoe soles, with a specific emphasis on its implementation in soccer training.   • Any place where exercise is common, such as a club, sports hall, or school, is considered a place for teaching sports. When doing sports, a very safe environment for sports should be chosen. The athlete should consider the safety of sports facilities and equipment, and if there is a defect, he should refrain from exercising in these places. The safety of sports facilities is very effective in creating people's sports activities, with the benefits of staying away from physical harm, enjoying sports, and having mental peace. Everyone has the right to participate in sports and recreation and to ensure that they enjoy a safe environment. The ability to manage and solve issues that may arise plays the most critical role in creating a safe environment. The quality of construction materials used for the construction of sports facilities is of great importance. In this work, the resistance and water repellency of concrete constituents for the construction of sports buildings have been investigated by nanoscience. Nano-concrete material solves the main problem of concrete surfaces, i.e., the entry of water and humidity into the structure. It also gives it a self-cleaning ability with its water repellency. Nanoparticles are placed between pores and cover the cracks, which causes roughness in the surface structure of concrete. The high roughness of the surface of the coated concrete caused its super-hydrophobicity. In hydrophobic surfaces, the higher the contact angle, the more hydrophobic the surface will be. In order to investigate the hydrophobic properties, silica nanoparticles, silica nanoparticles, and fly ash were prepared on concrete, and their properties were analyzed.

eSports Fan Identity Consumer and Live Game Watching Behavior: Professional Player Fan Identity Perspective

  • This study investigated whether the Point of attachment (POA) theory can be used to measure the consumption intention on go and watch offline eSports games. The admiration for players, social interaction, and on-site consumption requirements for viewing offline eSports competitions are prioritized. In addition, eSports fans in various regions may have distinct consumption concepts and consumption patterns. Thus, this study surveyed China (n = 156) and South Korea (n = 127) eSports fans who subjectively perceive themselves to be fans of eSports player(s) and who have observed at least one offline eSports game. The results demonstrate that player attraction and socialization have positive and significant effects on offline consumption factors. There is no correlation between previous consumption behavior and satisfaction, but dining shows a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Moreover, there is a strong relationship between satisfaction and future attendance intention. In addition, effect of eSports fan attachment on future visit intentions are measured and there is no correlation between the two variables. The front end of the path in the new model's varied between Chinese and Korean supporters. Finally, theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.

  • This study proposes an effective direction for operating the "Korea Baseball of Fame" based on baseball records. To clarify problems, a literature review on the case analysis of the "Hall of Fame" of the United States and Japan, an assortment and management of Korean baseball records, and a consultation with officials who work in the baseball industry were progressed. In conclusion, this study suggested building an archive database to operate the "Korea Baseball Hall of Fame" effectively. First, archives will be collected, and then managed and utilized at the "Korea Baseball Hall of Fame." Second, to preserve the memories of baseball heroes, an oral archive will be constructed. Third, baseball records will be assorted and stored in a database.

Demands for Leisure Facilities of Apartment Residents in Kimhae (아파트 거주자의 근린생활시설 이용실태와 요구 - 여가시설을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the demand for leisure facilities of apartment residents in Kimgae. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires designed for this study, and the sample consisted of 399 households. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and ANOVA analysis. Leisure facilities were divided into four specific types : sports facilities, hobby and cultured facilities, appreciation and exhibition facilities, and sociable facilities. It was found that the demands for four types of leisure facilities were high and the demands for park, swimming pool, culture center, library, cultural hall, and wamen’s hall were especially high. Family life cycle and housing size were important determinants of demands for leisure facilities.

  • The purpose of the study is on offer present condition of School Facilities for Local Residents in Daegu City. This study made progress within the scope of twenty-four public schools excepting one private school and five schools refused request. but opening present condition of the equipment was stopping in negative opening more than thing that is seen in present condition(to be a hall, a computer, swimming pool, physical education market, clearinghouse, art thread, library, language study thread) of two locals that show in old research. As result that diagnose this research, The school facilities open every schools excepting three schools could not open on account of establishment of sprinkler, residents protest about noise, small playground. The opening equipment was limited the playground, hall, basketball court, Badminton court, parking lot, classroom, library. And The use present condition was used by parking, walk, jogging and light exercise, basketball, badminton, state examination, sports meeting, books inspection, early stage soccer. When local residents require equipment use, it is not negative attitude in school but have active carriage. and Must consider plan that raise practical use degree so that can use school equipment.
