근래 들어 급속한 산업화와 그에 따른 무분별한 개발 등으로 생태계의 파괴가 빠른 속도로 진행되고 이와 같은 생태계의 파괴는 많은 생물종의 서식지 박탈로 이어져 수많은 종이 멸종되거나 멸종위기에 처해 있다. 민주지산지역 역시 예외가 아니어서 1992년 영동군은 상기 자연생태지역에 종합관광휴양지 건설(동신레저 주식회사)을 추진하고 있다. 이를 위해 6,000,000$m^2$에 이르는 산림보존지역을 스키장과 골프장을 위한 개발촉진지역 및 관광휴양지역으로 용도변경한 바 있다. 상기의 종합관광휴양지 개발로 인한 자연생태계 파괴가 조류 분포에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 개발 이전의 민주지산의 조류상을 선행 조사하였다. 민주지산 일대에서 관찰된 조류는 총 9목 23과 41종 229개체로 민주지산에서 9목 21과 39종 158개체, 석기봉에서 5목 16과 27종 71개체가 각각 조사되었다. 동고비가 우점종이었으며 다음으로 진박새, 쇠솔새, 박새, 쇠박새, 횐배지빠귀의 순으로 우세하였다. 천연기념물 조류로는 새매, 붉은배새매 및 소쩍새가 관찰되었고 희귀종 청호반새도 출현하였다. 종다양성 지수가 3.381로 이 값은 지리산(3.400) 이외의 타 지역보다 높았다. 민주지산, 석기봉, 삼도봉 일대는 인적이 드물고 환경오염이 적어 타 지역에 비하여 조류의 서식이 많은 지역이다. 또한 태백산맥과 소백산맥이 연결되는 생물지지 학적으로 매우 중요한 곳으로 조류를 비롯한 많은 동물의 이동로이다. 상기 지역과 연결되어 있는 국립공원 덕유산에 이미 건설되었거나 건설 예정인 각종 스포츠 레저시설로 생태계 훼손이 심각하게 우려되는 이 때 민주지산 일대의 대규모 개발은 자제되어야 할 것이다.

연구 부정행위는 체육학 연구에서 지속돼야 할 연구주제이지만 연구 부정행위의 복잡한 매커니즘과 연구 진실성을 확보하기 위한 방안에 관한 연구는 미진한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 체육학에서의 연구부정행위의 발생원인 및 해결방안을 학계 구성원의 관점에서 살펴보는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해서 근거이론 방법의 적용을 통해 13명의 학자 및 대학원생들에 집단인터뷰(focus group interview), 개인인터뷰(follow-up one-on-one interview), 서술적 설문조사(qualitative questionnaire)를 통하여 수집하였다. 연구결과 연구부정행위는 사회구조적(socio-political), 사회문화적(socio-cultural), 개인적(personal) 맥락에서 발생하는 것으로 인식되었으며, 해결 방안은 첫째, 위로부터의 변화(Top-down approach), 둘째, 아래로부터의 변화(Bottom-up approach), 셋째, 지속적인 교육 및 점검(Continuous education)의 변화가 제시되었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 제시된 경험적 지식이 체육학을 연구하는 개인 연구자의 연구윤리 의식 제고에 활용되고, 대학의 교육 및 학계 차원의 향후 노력들에 기초자료로 사용되어지기를 기대한다.

The immune response to any stimulus is complex, requiring coordinated action by several types of cells in a tightly regulated sequence. Thus, a physical stress such as exercise may act at any number of points in the complex sequence of events collectively termed the immune response. Although exercise causes many propound changes in parameters of immune function, the nature and magnitude of such changes rely on several factors including the immune parameters of interest; type, intensity, and duration of exercise; fitness level or exercise history of the subject; environmental factors such as ambient temperature and humidity. Although regular moderate exercise appears to be important factor for increasing immunity, Athletes are susceptible to illness, in particular upper respiratory track infection, during periods of intense training and after competition. In addition, in elite athletes, frequent illness is associated with overtraining syndrome, a neuroendocrine disorder resulting from excessive training. Through this paper, we want to investigate the effects of exercise on the immunosuppression such as exercise induced lymphopenia, asthma, anaphylaxis, URT (upper respiratory track), and TB (tuberculosis) infection. and also, we want to suggest a direct mechanism, protection and therapy of exercise induced immunosuppression.

최근 일부 계층의 오락을 위한 자연환경 파괴 행위가 끊이지 않고 있다. 충청북도와 충청북도 영동군은 충청북도 영동군 상촌면 소재의 물한계곡의 자연생태계 6,000,000평방미터에 스키장, 골프장, 콘도미니엄 등의 대규모 휴양시설을 건설하려는 주식회사 동신레져의 계획을 추진하고 있어 이 지역 생물종의 심각한 감소가 우려된다. 본 연구는 대규모 위락시설 개발로 결과될 동물생태계 황폐화를 예견하고 그에 따른 경각심을 촉구하고자 현재까지 잘 보존된 민주지산 물한계곡 일대 의 양서ㆍ파충류상을 선행 조사하여 수행하였다. 1994년 6월 24일에서 6월 25일에 걸쳐 민주지산 물한계곡에서 관찰된 양서류는 2목 5과 8종, 파충류는 1목 2과 5종으로 한국 대부분의 국립공원과 유사한 정도로 다양한 양서 파충류상을 나타내었다. 관찰된 8종의 양서류 중4종(도롱뇽, 꼬리치레도롱뇽, 두꺼비, 북방산개구리), 파충류 5종 중 3종(무자치, 능구렁이, 까치살모사)이 특정 야생동물로, 보호대상종의 빈도가 높아 민주지산의 보존가치는 매우 높은 것으로 사료되었다. 민주지산 일대는 덕유산국립 공원 지역과 함께 태백산맥과 소백산맥을 연결하는 생물지리 항상 그 중요성이 매우 높은 곳이다. 덕유산국립공원 구역의 무주리조트, 스키장 건설 등으로 이미 자연생태계가 심각하게 파괴되는 이때 민주지산의 대규모 위락시설의 건설 계획은 마땅히 철회되어야 한다. 민주지산의 자연생태계 보존으로 양서 파충류의 보존과 함께 동식물의 이동로를 보존해야 할 것이다.

Purpose: The marketing practice for the leisure and sports industry is a complex process that requires a thorough understanding of the audience, their needs and motivations. Thus, this niche market is focused on specific products, services, or experiences. The present research explores and suggests meaningful strategies based on the literature textual dataset to provide how to attract consumers in this sector. Research design, data and methodology: We have conducted the 'Secondary Literature Analysis', reviewing and summarizing numerous findings in the relevant prior studies. As a result, we could obtain a total of 15 significant textual resources which are from only peer-reviewed journal article. All resources had a high quality of the instrument to prove their results. Results: The findings of this research pointed out that marketers in leisure sports sector need to communicate via following methods: (1) Understanding the Customers' Needs and Wants, (2) Social Media, (3) Advertising, (4) Promoting Brand Affinity, (5) Offering Discounts, and (6) Providing Value-Added Services. Conclusions: The present research concludes that the marketing practice in the leisure and sports industry should be performed using various channels. In addition, marketing practitioners are supposed to check if tailored marketing messages are compatible with products, services, and events that relate to their target audience's interests.

Kinematic analysis of MTC (Muscle-Tendon Complex) units is a key indicator for diagnosis of patients with musculoskeletal disorders because the contracture or shortening of musculo-tendinous units is known to produce pathological gaits. Therefore, the principal objective of this study was to assess the length change in the triceps surae prior to and after wearing an AFO (Ankle-Foot Orthoses) in patients with musculoskeletal disorders during a gait. In this study, analyses were conducted using a Muscle Tendon Complex model coupled with the trajectory data from markers attached to anatomical landmarks. As a result, the maximum length change in the triceps surae during a gait was 4.87% when a barefoot walking group and a walking group with AFO were compared. In particular, the difference in length changes between both groups in Soleus MTC units was found to be statistically significant in all gait phases. Our results revealed that MTC length in the AFO walking group was clearly increased over that of the barefoot walking group. In the future, further studies will be required in order to more adequately assess musculoskeletal disorders using many cases studies with regard to agricultural working conditions because this study deals with the kinematic analysis of musculo-tendinous units in the case of clinical experiments.

최근 삶의 질을 중시하는 경향이 강화되면서 여가활동에 투자하는 시간과 비용이 높아지면서 프로스포츠에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 대규모 스포츠시설에는 짧은 시간에 대규모 통행량이 밀집되기 때문에 기존 교통체계에 미치는 영향이 크다. 본 연구는 대규모 스포츠시설을 목적지로 하는 통행의 수단선택 모형을 구축하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 분석하기 위해 실험계획법에 의한 SP조사를 프로스포츠 경기 관람자를 대상으로 수행하여 수단선택 모형을 구축하였다. 분석결과 대규모 스포츠시설과 같이 정해진 시간에 대규모 이벤트가 개최되는 경우, 대중교통 수단이 선호되는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 귀가의 용이성을 고려한 수단선택 행위가 이루어질 가능성이 높다는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 대규모 스포츠시설 등 이용빈도가 높지 않는 여가시설의 통행행태를 분석하고 나아가 향후 지하철 등의 대중교통(mass transit) 공급여부를 판단하기 위해 합리적인 교통수요 분석을 위한 연구방향을 제시하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the scapulothoracic joint movement between different weight bearing contributing to effective bench press exercise. Ten male subjects participated in this study. All subjects were tested on the flat bench press machine which modified weight (50% and 70% of 1RM) and subjects were performed two different conditions(none protraction condition and protraction condition). Weight bar height and vertical velocity, EMG activation was measured using 3D motion capture system and wireless EMG analysis system. As the results, none protraction condition showed that it is more concentrate better pectoralis major muscle activation than protraction condition and middle pectoralis major, anterior deltoid and triceps brachii was significant higher integrated EMG in 70% of 1RM condition. In conclusion, limited scapulothoracic joint movement was more effective activated pectoralis major muscle all the weight through, while we could not find that it was not affected integrated EMG on eight muslces related to shoulder complex between scapulothracic joint movement conditions.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Comparative Study to extract the spatial factor of Hydro-therapy complex in the health spa facilities that was composed of the Hydro-therapy space, sport space, leisure space, lodging space, adminstration space. The results of this study were as follows ; the hot spring complex in korea can be converted into the hydro-therapy complex. The spatial factor of functional replacement must include to the consultation room, medical cure room, inspection room and the exercise consultation pool as the consultation space.

Freediving, an underwater leisure sport that involves diving without the use of a breathing apparatus, has gained popularity among younger demographics through the viral spread of images and videos on social media platforms. This study employs prominent Big Data analysis techniques, including text mining, Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic analysis, and opinion mining to explore the keywords associated with freediving suits over the past five years. The research aims to analyze the rapidly evolving market trends of freediving suits and the increasingly complex and diverse consumer perceptions to provide foundational data for activating the freediving suit market and developing strategies for sustained growth. The study identified the keyword 'size' related to freediving suits and conducted opinion mining on 'freediving suit sizes'. Although the results showed a higher positive than negative sentiment, negative keywords were also extracted, indicating the need to understand and mitigate the negative factors associated with 'size'. The findings offer vital guidelines for the advancement of the freediving suit market and enhancing consumer satisfaction. This study is important as it contributes foundational data for continuous growth strategies of the freediving suit market.
