도심내 안전속도 "5030"시행에 따른 변속차로 설치기준에 관한 기초연구 (A Pilot Study on Installation Criteria of Speed Change Lanes according to the Implementation of Safety Speed "5030" in the Urban Area)

  • 도시부도로에서 변속차로는 도로가 연결되는 지점에 설치되어 상대속도를 낮추도록 함으로써 교통소통을 원활하게 하고 있다. 그러나 도심내 안전 속도 "5030"시행에 따른 제한속도 30 km/h의 경우 기준이 모호하여 변속차로 설치에 대한 지적이 나오고 있다. 본 연구는 변속차로에 대한 이론적 고찰 후 안전속도 "5030" 정책 시행 예정 구간을 중심으로 변속차로 통행패턴을 사례조사를 실시하였다. 현장조사 후 도로조건 및 교통 조건 등에 따라 주도로의 통행 속도별 통행 패턴을 분석한 결과 안전속도 "5030"시행에 따른 변속차로의 실효성을 분석하였다. 본 연구수행을 통해 제시된 속도별 변속차로 설치기준은, 통행속도 30 km/h 구간인 경우는 변속차로를 미설치 하도록 하고, 50 km/h인 경우는 반드시 설치토록 하는 기준을 제시하였다. 향후 도시지역에서 다른 시설의 연결에 대한 공학적 기준을 정립할 때 참고할 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 변속차로 설치 및 회전반경 확대를 통한 속도별 원활한 교통소통 및 안전성을 확보하고 개인의 사유재산권 행사에 대한 불필요한 제약을 최소화하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

고속도로 주행속도 변화에 영향을 미치는 도로기하구조 특성분석 : 제한속도 상향전후 비교를 중심으로 (Characteristics of Geometric Conditions Affecting Freeway Travel Speed : Focused on Speed Limit Change)

  • PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the effectiveness of speed limit change that is defined as the amount of increased travel speed. METHODS : A ordered logit model was adopted to analyze the relationship between the change in travel speed and contributing factors. A stretch of Kyungbu freeway was selected for the analysis because the Korea expressway corporation has raised speed limit from 100km/h to 110km/h since September 1st in 2010. RESULTS : The results showed that geometric design elements, speeding cameras, and section length were identified as factors contributing the effectiveness. Contributing geometric design elements include the number of horizontal curves and vertical curves that do not meet the design requirement with 110km/h speed limit. CONCLUSIONS : The outcome of this study will be used for establishing various traffic operations and control strategies for freeway speed management.

엔진회전속도의 변화가 HCCI엔진연소에 미치는 영향에 관한 수치해석 연구 (The Research about Engine Speed change Effect on HCCI Engine Combustion by Numerical Analysis)

  • In HCCI Engine, combustion is affected by change of compression speed corresponding to engine speed. The purpose of this study is to investigate the mechanism of influence of engine speed on HCCI combustion characteristics by using numerical analysis. At first, the influence of engine speed was shown. And then, in order to clarify the mechanism of influence of engine speed, results of kinetics computations were analyzed to investigate the elementary reaction path for heat release at transient temperatures by using contribution matrix. In results, as engine speed increased, in-cylinder gas temperature and pressure at ignition start increased. And ignition start timing was retarded and combustion duration was lengthened on crank angle basis. On time basis, ignition start timing was advanced and combustion duration was shortened. High engine speed showed higher robustness to change of initial temperature than low engine speed. Because of its high robustness, selecting high engine speed was efficient for keeping stable operation in real engine which include variation of initial temperature by various factors. The variation of engine speed did not change the reaction path. But, as engine speed increased, the temperature that each elementary reaction would be active became high and reaction speed quicken. Rising the in-cylinder gas temperature of combustion start was caused by these gaps of temperature.

저속 장행정 박용디젤기관의 속도제어에 관한 연구 (A STUDY ON THE SPEED CONTROL OF A LOW SPEED-LONG STROKE MARINE DIESEL ENGINE)

  • Speed of a diesel engine is usually controlled by the hydraulic governor which uses the centrifugal force of rotating fly balls for sensing the error speed. But for a recently developed high efficient, low speed and long stroke 2 cycle marine diesel engine, this governor doesn't work well enough because of too much changes of toraring force during one revolution of engine and too long uncontrollable time due to small numbers of cylinder. For improvement of jiggling phenomena and unstability various studies are being carried out, but they are not enough for a steep load change in a small ship's generator plant or at rough sea condition in a propulsion engine. In this paper, authors propose a new method to control a fuel before the change of angular velocity due to load change by feedforward the change of load, and find that the proposed method shows quite a good control performance in comparision to the customary PID control method by simulation using a digital computer for the various load change.

기후변화 시나리오에 근거한 한반도 미래 풍력·태양-기상자원 변동성 (Variability of Future Wind and Solar Resource Over the Korean Peninsula Based on Climate Change Scenario)

  • This study examines the future variability of surface wind speed and solar radiation based on climate change scenario over the Korean Peninsula. Climate change scenarios used in this study are RCP 4.5 and 8.5 with a 12.5 km horizontal resolution. Climate change scenario RCP 4.5 and 8.5 reproduce the general features of wind speed over the Korean Peninsula, such as strong wind speed during spring and winter and weak wind speed during summer. When compared with the values of wind speed and solar radiation of the future, they are expected to decrease current wind and solar resource map. Comparing the resource maps using RCP 4.5 and 8.5 scenarios, wind speed and solar radiation decrease with increasing greenhouse gas concentration. Meteorological resource maps of future wind and solar radiation should be improved with high resolution for the industrial application.

Time Series Data Cleaning Method Based on Optimized ELM Prediction Constraints

  • Affected by external factors, errors in time series data collected by sensors are common. Using the traditional method of constraining the speed change rate to clean the errors can get good performance. However, they are only limited to the data of stable changing speed because of fixed constraint rules. Actually, data with uneven changing speed is common in practice. To solve this problem, an online cleaning algorithm for time series data based on dynamic speed change rate constraints is proposed in this paper. Since time series data usually changes periodically, we use the extreme learning machine to learn the law of speed changes from past data and predict the speed ranges that change over time to detect the data. In order to realize online data repair, a dual-window mechanism is proposed to transform the global optimal into the local optimal, and the traditional minimum change principle and median theorem are applied in the selection of the repair strategy. Aiming at the problem that the repair method based on the minimum change principle cannot correct consecutive abnormal points, through quantitative analysis, it is believed that the repair strategy should be the boundary of the repair candidate set. The experimental results obtained on the dataset show that the method proposed in this paper can get a better repair effect.

교통량과 제한속도에 따른 간선도로 속도 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Speed Change on the Arterial Road according to Traffic Volume and Speed Limit)

  • 제한속도는 주행속도에 영향을 주기 때문에 교통흐름은 물론 교통사고와도 밀접한 관계에 있다. 기존 제한속도 산정 방법은 공학적 판단요소로 차로수, 교차로 간격, 진출입로 수, 횡단보도 수, 85백분위 속도, 토지이용 형태, 도로기하 특성 등 다양한 요소들을 고려하지만 대부분이 교통시설에 해당되고 교통량을 고려한 교통영향분석이 이루어지지 않고 있어 공학적 분석이 미흡하다고 할 수 있다. 또한 지점속도인 85%속도만으로는 도로 전체의 교통류 특성을 잘 반영해주지 못한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교차로 간격과 교통량 조건에서 제한속도 변화가 순행속도와 통행속도의 크기와 그 차이에 미치는 영향을 상세하게 분석하였다. 그리고 그 결과를 활용하여 제한속도 변경 전과 동일한 서비스수준을 유지토록 하여 속도개선효과를 높이고 순행속도와 통행속도의 차이를 줄이는 제한속도 산정방안을 제안하였다. 그리고 교통량 변화에 따른 가변적 제한속도 운영방안도 제시하였다. 본 방안은 속도개선효과를 확보하면서 교통사고 심각도에 영향을 주는 속도 차이를 줄이고 교통량 변화에 따른 주행속도 변화를 반영한 제한속도 운영으로 운전자들의 제한속도 준수율을 높여 안전측면에서도 효과가 기대된다.

  • Generally PI controller is used to control the speed of an induction motor. It has the good performance of speed control in case of adjusting the control parameters. But it occurred the problem to change the control parameters in the change of operation condition. In order to solve this problem, Fuzzy control or Artificial neural network is introduced in the speed control of an induction motor. However, Fuzzy control have the problems as the difficulties to change the membership function and fuzzy rule and the remaining error Also Neural network has the problem as the difficulties to analyze the behavior of inner part. Therefore, the study on the combination of two controller is proceeded. In this paper, Fuzzy-neural controller to make up these controllers in parallel is proposed and the speed control of an induction motor is performed using the proposed controller Through the experiment, the fast response and good stability of the proposed speed controller is proved.

  • When biped robots speed up to run and reduce speed to walk after running, it needs stable speed translation. This paper proposed simple speed translation using the modified LIPM (Linear Inverted Pendulum Mode). We can change stride and period time of a biped robot in some bounded sets with this propose algorithm. This method is simple and effective in simulation.
