공공도서관 서비스 품질 평가를 통한 특화서비스에 대한 이용자 인식 연구 (A Study on Users' Perception of Specialized Services through Service Quality Evaluation of Public Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 서비스 품질 평가 도구인 LibQUAL+를 활용하여 특화서비스를 제공여부에 따른 도서관 서비스 품질의 차이를 통해 공공도서관 특화서비스에 대한 이용자의 인식을 확인하고자 하였다. 분석결과 서비스 수준에 대한 평가 결과 특화서비스를 제공하는 도서관과 그렇지 않는 도서관 차이에 최소수준 및 인식수준에 있어 차이가 나타났으며, 기대수준은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스 정도는 특화서비스를 제공하는 도서관 그렇지 않는 도서관 보다 적정성 갭 및 우위성 갭에서 대부분 높은 이용자 인식을 나타내고 있어, 공공도서관을 이용하는 이용자들은 특화서비스를 제공하는 도서관이 그렇지 않는 도서관 보다 더 좋은 서비스를 제공하고 있다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다.

The Role of Electronic Trade Specialized Service Provider under Global Trade Environment

  • This thesis examines the problems faced in the electronic trade specialized service provider for which improvements are necessary, and suggests various ways of overcoming those problems. First, from the legal aspect, it is necessary to clarify the scope of duties as well as to expand the threshold for entrance and business areas through the amendment of related laws. Second, from the operating aspect, the e-trade specialized service provider should be able to provide convenient work spaces through user-centered interface by connecting, integrating, automating and simplifying various services scattered around through the establishment of an operating system. Third, from the institutional aspect, trade firms should be able to perform e-trade duties without difficulties by specializing and increasing the size of the e-trade specialized service provider system and strengthening job competence. For this, it is required to improve legal registration requirements to enhance the reliability of the e-trade specialized service provider system and secure its financial capacity.

전문도서관의 주제전문서비스 운영 현황과 사서의 인식 분석 (An Analysis on Current Status of and Perception of Subject Specialized Services in Korean Special Libraries)

  • 최근 몇 년 동안 국내 도서관 현장에서는 도서관이 처한 경영상의 어려움을 극복하고, 수시로 변하는 이용자들의 요구에 부응할 수 있는 대안으로 주제전문서비스가 거론된 바 있다. 전문도서관 역시 주제전문서비스 도입의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며 효율적인 운영 방안이 요구된다. 그러나 아직까지 이에 대한 체계적 연구사례는 없는듯하다. 본 연구에서는 국내 전문도서관에서 주제전문서비스가 어떻게 운영되고 있으며, 주제전문사서들은 주제전문서비스를 어떻게 인식하고 있는지에 대해 조사 분석하였다. 이를 위해 주제전문서비스를 시행하는 전문도서관을 대상으로 주제전문서비스 운영 일반, 주제전문사서 채용과 교육 훈련, 주제전문사서의 역할, 주제전문서비스에 대한 전반적인 평가와 애로사항 등에 관해 설문조사를 하였다. 마지막으로 전문도서관의 주제전문서비스 수준을 향상시키기 위한 발전 방안을 제시하였다.

뇌졸중 환자들의 노인전문병원 및 노인요양시설 선택요인과 이용만족도 (A Study of Preference and Satisfaction Factors between Senior Specialized Hospitals and Senior Care Facilities for Senior Stroke Patients)

  • This study compares the degree of satisfaction and the causes of selecting facilities for stroke patients in the senior specialized hospitals and other senior care facilities. The research results are followed. First, The patients who held the level of senior long-term care used senior specialized hospitals, while the patients who had the level of 2 or 3 degree used senior care facilities. The patients helped by cooperative care service used senior care facilities, and the patients helped by private service or family service used senior specialized hospitals. Second, The patients in senior specialized hospitals had affirmative attitude for their service system, while the patients in senior care facilities preferred their various service systems. In the satisfaction of the facilities, the patients in senior care facilities felt more satisfaction to staff, environment, service, and other factors than the patients in hospitals did. Third, in the result of logistic analysis, the patients had an affirmative attitude in case that they had spouse, experience of senior specialized hospitals or senior care facilities, without senior long-term care insurance. They also valued the service standard and the staff quality. As this study points out, the overall preference is higher in the senior care facilities. So, the stroke patients recognized the new role between the hospitals and the facilities after the establishment of long-term senior medicare system. This research had some limitation for the research areas and numbers. So the data analysis for the types of facility and the responses may not be generalized. However, the standard of choosing facility and satisfaction will be a guideline for establishing a new future role between hospitals and facilities. This result will be used as a basic data for the renovation of long-term senior medicare insurance.

  • To investigate the effective scheme to secure the specialized instructors in the governmental officials training facilities, the authors made a survey on the opinion concerning the dispatching service system of officials as instructors to the Fisheries Officials Training Institute on the fisheries specialized officials in the Fisheries Agency and its affiliated organization. The obtained results can be summarized as follows : 1. The exiting personnel management system has a lot of difficulties to secure the specialized instructors. Even though the difficulties may be solved by inviting part-time instructors to some extent, it is remote from the goal. The active utilization of dispatching service system of specialized officials to the Institute as instructors during the limited term will be effective rather than re-arrangement of personnel system or amendment of laws and ordinances to secure the specialized instructors. 2. The response of specialized officials who are objected in the present survey on the dispatching service system to the Institute appeared to be affirmative considerably, and then the dispatching service system may be expected of high efficiency in its realization.

  • 본 연구에서는 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)에서 지정하여 지원하고 있는 우리나라 과학기술분야 전문정보센터를 대상으로 정보서비스 체계 전반에 대한 현황 및 문제점을 분석$\cdot$파악하고 이를 토대로 최신의 정보기술을 반영$\cdot$적용한 우리나라 과학기술분야 전문정보센터의 효율적인 정보서비스 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 선행연구 분석, 설문조사, 해당기관 직접방문을 통한 관련자 면담, 해당기관 홈페이지의 관련 사이트 분석, 그리고 관련 전문가로 구성된 상시협의체의 회의를 통한 Brainstorming 방범 등을 병행하여 실시하였다.

  • 돌봄의 사회화가 급속히 진행되는 가운데 사회적 고립과 우울 등이 심한 노인을 위한 지역사회 차원의 정신건강 개입의필요성이 증가하고 있다. 2020년 「노인맞춤돌봄서비스」 개편에 맞추어, 2014~19년 시범사업으로 진행하였던 '독거노인 사회관계 활성화사업'이 「노인맞춤돌봄서비스」 내 별도의 특화 사업으로 확대 개편되었다. 고위험 노인 대상 정신건강 지원 및 사례관리 서비스를제공하는 것을 기본 골격으로 하는 「특화서비스」는 노인돌봄과 정신건강 서비스가 만난 고위험 노인돌봄의 새로운 실천모델이라고할 수 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 「특화서비스」에 대한 이해를 높이고 이것의 개념적 틀을 명확히 하는 것이다. 국내·외 관련 문헌, 그리고 「특화서비스」의 전신인 '독거노인 사회관계 활성화 시범사업'에 대한 분석을 포함한 「특화서비스」 제도화 과정 고찰을 통해 「특화서비스」의 특성 및 개입의 구조와 내용을 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 제도 초반 현장에서 발생하는 몇 가지 상황을 중심으로 향후 「특화서비스」가 의도한 대로 잘 진행되기 위해 고려할 것에 대해 논의하였다.

전문병원인지에 따른 병원 선택요인과 만족도·재이용 의사 및 추천 의사에 관한 연구 : 관절전문병원 입원환자를 대상으로 (Hospital Selection Factors and Satisfaction, Intention to Revisit and Recommend by Recognition of Specialized Hospital : Based on Joint Specialized Hospital Inpatients)

  • Objectives: This study was performed to investigate selection factors for specialized hospital and to find out the impact of hospital selection factors on satisfaction, revisiting invention and recommendations. Methods: A survey was performed with 398 inpatients of 4 specialized joint hospital in Busan. Data were collected from August to October 2016 with questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 24.0. Results: First, inpatients know that it was a specialized hospital were highly satisfied and willing to revisit and recommend. Second, in hospital satisfaction, influence size was shown in order of specialty factors, service quality factors, physical factors, and accessibility factors. Third, the intention to revisit hospitals was higher in the awareness of a specialized hospital and high satisfied inpatients, and recommendation intend were affected by the higher revisitation intention, the high satisfaction level, and the high professionality level. Conclusions: All the hospital selection 4 factors for joint specialized hospitals affects satisfaction level which is linked to revisit and recommend. Specialized Hospitals will have to strengthen qualitative management of hospital selection factors to enhance patient satisfaction.

Customer Retention Model in the Medical Service Organization: Focusing on Specialized Hospital Services

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the theoretical basis for assessing the strategic increase in customer perception of service quality, justice, and relationship benefits. Especially in terms of increasing relationship commitment and customer loyalty in the medical service sector. Research design: Data were collected by questionnaires through specialized hospital services. Survey was conducted on patients who have been treated at a spine specialized hospital. Results: Research shows that service quality, justice, and relationship benefits have the greatest direct impact on relationship commitment, and relationship commitment has a strong direct impact on customer loyalty in the medical service organization. Conclusions: The effect of combination of core and voluntary service behavioral attributes such as service quality, justice and relationship benefits have the most positve impact on relationship commitment and customer loyalty. Administratively, this study contributes to understanding the role of service quality, justice, and relationship benefits in the medical service sector. The results showed that in order to induce service quality, justice and relationship benefits should be facilitated relationship commitment and customer loyalty enlarged.

병원 내 전문 간호 교육 과정 현황 조사 (A Survey of Specialized In-Service Educational Programs in Hospitals in Korea)

  • Purpose: This paper was intended to identify various kinds of specialized in-service educational programs in the hospital. Method: The data was collected from June to July, 2006. The subjects were 67 general hospitals in Korea. Result: Specialized in-service educational programs were present at 36 general hospitals. Thirty-three programs were operating in the field of intensive care nursing. The purposes of specialized in-service education programs were to improve the quality of nursing care. Conclusion: Since the clinical nurse specialist was legally established in 2005 in Korea, various kinds of specialized in-service education programs for nurses are needed under the organized framework of the career development system.
