한국은 해상 운송에 의존하는 수출입 중심 경제 국가이며, 항만은 국가 경제 성장에 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 이러한 항만의 경쟁력을 확보하고 유지하기 위해서는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어적인 투자가 필요하지만, 정책적인 지원으로도 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구는 에너지 허브 항만인 울산항을 대상으로 항만시설 사용료 감면제도를 탐색적으로 분석하여 제도의 불합리성을 식별하고 이를 해소하기 위한 개선 방안을 제언하였다. 본 연구는 약 10년간의 울산항 물동량과 항만시설사용료 감면에 대하여 분석하였으며, 액체화물 특화 항만임에도 불구하고 컨테이너 화물에 대한 감면지원이 편중되어 있고 심지어는 통과선박이라는 사유로 이들에게 입출항료 100% 감면지원하고 있었으며 이것은 심각한 도덕적 해이를 초래할 수 있다는 점을 감면제도의 불합리 요소들로 식별하였다. 본 연구는 울산항의 항만시설 사용료 감면제도 개선 방안으로 컨테이너에 대한 지원을 친환경 활동 지원 강화, 외항통과선박에 대한 감면 요율 조정 또는 감면신청 절차 개선을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the special character and the tendency of the movement change that 12 meridians possess. We studied about the incidental and fundamental rule of the six atmospheric influence that was presented by Pyobonjoong(the incidental, fundamental, intermediate) theory, and the Hwang won-uh's the Six Channel activity of the Qi theory that presented movement form of the meridian through the six atmospheric influence. Then we found the following substances. The Pyobonjoong(the incidental, fundamental, intermediate) theory is applicable to understand the special character and the tendency of the movement change that Meridians possess. But, because the Pyobonjoong(the incidental, fundamental, intermediate) theory can't classify the characteristic difference of the hand and foot meridians, then the principle that can devide the meridians of the hand and foot, must be supplied. The Jungwha(right changing)-Daewha(opposite changing) theory is able to concretely classify the special character of the hand and foot six meridians. And Hwang's Shawha(superintending change)-Jongwha(following change) theory that is base on Jungwha(right changing)-Daewha(opposite changing) theory, is able to classify the special character of the hand and foot six meridians, too. If the concept of the Meridians is understood by the Shawha(superintending change)-Jongwha(following change) theory, the special character of the hand and foot six meridians could be concretely classified and then the meridian of the Bowels and the six atmospheric influence corresponded to the meridians could be expansively explained as the point that take charge and control these special Qi in the human body The Bon-Qi(fundamental Qi) act on the special character of Shawha(superintending change) six meridians and the tendency of the movement change is cause by the insufficiency and excessiveness of the Bon-Qi(fundamental Qi). The Qi of the Shawha(superintending change) meridians act on the special character of Jongwha(following change) six meridians and the tendency of the movement change is cause by the exuberance of Yang and the deficiency of Yang.

미디어 환경의 변화 등에 따라 지역방송에 대한 지원방안이 요구되고 있다. 지역방송의 발전을 위한 법적 제도적 측면에서 지역방송발전지원특별법의 시행은 새로운 계기가 되었다. 이러한 측면에서 지역방송발전지원특별법에 대한 성과와 한계를 분석하였다. 연구방법은 문헌연구를 통하여 연구문헌과 관련 법령들을 분석하여 지역방송발전을 위한 법적 제도적 지원방안을 모색하였다. 분석결과 지역방송발전위원회가 실질적인 의결기능과 책임을 가지는 방향으로 법적 제도적 권한강화 방안이 모색되어져야 하며, 운용기금에 대한 독자성을 확보하는 문제와 지역방송발전계획에서 지역방송프로그램 제작 능력과 유통구조를 촉진하는 방안이 모색되고, 지역성을 평가하는 지역성지수에 대한 보다 정교한 방안이 필요하다. 지역방송은 공익성과 공공성, 지역성과 다양성을 확보하는 방향으로 발전되어야 하며 이를 지원하는 제도적 정책적 방안이 모색되어져야 한다.

Among various fuel cells, solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) offer the highest energy efficiency, when taking into account the thermal recycling of waste heat at high temperature. However, the highest efficiency and lowest pollution for a SOFC can be achieved through the sophisticated control of its constituent components such as electrodes, electrolytes, interconnects and sealing materials. The electrochemical conversion efficiency of a SOFC is particularly dependent upon the performance of its electrode materials. The electrode materials should meet highly stringent requirements to optimize cell performance. In particular, both mass and charge transport should easily occur simultaneously through the electrode structure. Matter transport or charge transport is critically related to the configuration and spatial disposition of the three constituent phases of a composite electrode, which are the ionic conducting phase, electronic conducting phase, and the pores. The current work places special emphasis on the quantification of this complex microstructure of composite electrodes. Digitized images are exploited in order to obtain the quantitative microstructural information, i.e., the size distributions and interconnectivities of each constituent component. This work reports regarding zirconia-based composite electrodes.

This paper describes switching surge analysis on reclosing decision in 154kV combined transmission line with power cables. Reclosing should be operated in combined transmission line based on the technical evaluation because of insulation problem of power cable section. If the surge strikes on power cable, the breakdown can occur at week point of cable insulation. Therefore the detailed analysis is required by considering several conditions such as length ratio of power cable, arrester, fault resistance, charging rate and grounding resistance, etc.. In addition, sheath voltage on IJ(Insulated Joint) is analyzed to confirm the protective level. Simulation is performed by EMTP/ATP. Analysis results show that reclosing can be operated without any special problem by the single line-to-ground fault with fault resistance of $1\Omega$ to $50\Omega$ occurred at the overhead transmission section in 154kV combined transmission lines and trap charge of 100% and 110%.

In this paper, the intelligent estimation algorithm is developed for residual quantity estimate of lithium secondary cell and we suggest the control algorithm to get battery SOC through thermal modeling of electric cell. Lithium secondary cell gives cycle life, charge characteristic, discharge characteristic, temperature characteristic, self-discharge characteristic and the capacity recovery rate etc. Therefore, we make an accurate estimate of the capacity of battery according to thermal modeling to know the capacity of electric cell that is decreased by various special quality of lithium secondary cell. And we show effectiveness through comparison of value as result that use simulation and fuzzy logic.

제주도 지역의 특정위치를 선정하여 그 위치에서 채취한 화산암과 송이시료를 대상으로 상온에서 X-선형광법을 이용하여 시료의 화학조성을, X-선회절법과 Mossbauer분광법을 이용하여 시료에 함유된 광물, 산화철의 종류, 원자가상태와 자기적 성질을 분석하였다. 화산암과 송이시료는 SiO$_2$와 같은 규산염 광물이 주성분을 이루고 있고, olivine, pyroxene, ilmenite, hematite와 magnetite 등의 광물도 포함되어 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 화산암에 존재하는 철의 원자가 상태의 대부분은 Fe$^{2+}$이었고, 송이는 Fe$^{3+}$ 임을 알 수 있었다.

A new stratified charge combustion system has been introduced and developed for GDI engines. Before this new GDI system, the stratified mixture was formed by a high pressure swirl injector. But, the special feature of new system is employed of a thin fan-shaped fuel spray formed by a slit type nozzle. Also, this system has been adopted a shell-shaped piston cavity. We made high pressure gasoline injection system and investigated the fan-shaped spray characteristics such as spray tip penetration, spray angle, SMD and velocities of droplets using PDPA(Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer) system and spray visualization system to obtain the concept of the new design and the fundamental data for the next generation GDI system. The experiment was performed at the injection pressures of 5 and 9MPa under the atmospheric condition.

본 연구는 프랑스 고유의 문화가 담긴 '공유문화 적재어'들을 선별하여 그 단어 속에 숨겨진 문화 콘텐츠들을 연구하고 이 단어들이 한국어에 차용되면서 새롭게 탄생한 문화 현상들을 탐구함으로써 프랑스와 한국 간의 상호문화교육을 위한 기초 자료를 형성하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선별된 '공유문화 적재어'들을 프랑스 문화 내부적 관점과 상호문화적 관점이라는 두 가지 관점에서 연구하였다. 우선 프랑스 문화 내부적 관점에서 어휘문화적 접근으로 프랑스어 단어들 가운데 한국어에 차용된 단어들 중에서 의 식 주에 해당하는 프랑스어 '공유문화 적재어' 들을 선별하여 그 단어 속에 담긴 프랑스 고유의 문화를 사전적 의미, 문화적 현상, 숙어나 관용어 표현 속에 나타난 특별한 문화 현상에 대해 탐구함으로써 그 단어의 사전적 정의를 뛰어넘는 특별한 공시를 밝혀주었다. 나아가 상호문화적 접근으로 프랑스 문화와 한국 문화의 접촉으로 동일한 프랑스어 단어가 새로운 의미로 탄생하게 되는 과정들을 차용어의 변용 양상과 문화적 현상을 중심으로 탐구함으로써 두 문화 속에 작용하는 언어적 문화적 요소들의 유사성과 차별성을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 현상들을 탐구할 수 있었다. 프랑스 '공유문화 적재어' 속에 다양한 문화와 역사가 담겨 있어 개별 단어들에 대한 탐구가 프랑스 문화를 깊이 있게 탐구하도록 할뿐 아니라 이들 단어가 사용된 숙어나 관용어 표현들을 통해 개별 단어 속에서 발견하지 못한 새로운 문화 현상들이 담화 속에 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 나아가 한국어로 차용된 프랑스어 단어들은 대부분 문화 간 교류에 의해 이루어지기 때문에 부정적인 이미지를 지닌 경우보다 긍정적인 의미로 사용되는데 의미의 왜곡이 일어나는 경우가 상당수 있었다.

Korea is a peninsular country surrounded by seas on three sides, and the fishing industry has carried out the service of suppling to the people with important anima protein. The distribution of fishery products has very complicated structures, because the production is in charge of small producers scattering along the coast all over the country, while consumpstion is made by separate homes in areas away from producing district. The relation between these two factors the structures make very complicated. The most typical and special structures of fishery distridution are distinguished in two, that is, one is landing market, the other is inland market. Landing markets have been monopolized by fishermen's cooperatives, providing with landing facilities and building sites. Fish markets played not only an important role in the landing, but distribution and price determination of catches by auction or tender. Inland markets are two types of wholesale market in consuming center, one is the terminal market for urban consumers, the other type is the local market for rural consumers. Fundamental functions of landing markets are gathering, assessment, and distribution functions. Gathering function is in charge of wholesaler in fishery cooperative. Gathering amounts are equal to gathering capacity of wholesaler and transact ability of licensed dealers as shown below model. Gathering amount=f.gathering capacity(=pre price.landing facility.account of wholesaler.distance of fishing ground.conveniency purchasing.home port)=fㆍ transact ability of licensed dealers≒f.population or port, and table 1 indicates these relationship. Assessment and distribution functions are in charge of licensed dealers in consumption side. Assessment function should bring the value in production activity through the auction between the cooperative seller and the licensed dealer as buyer. For fair trade transaction in auction, the free competition is supposed to be a prerequisite among the licensed dealers. The ideal condition for free competition is sameness in the scale of buying amount by licensed delaers, but it is almost impossible to attain its goal in actual marketing.
